I got the msg from ur co tht after a shopping of rs 2999 i will get the coupon of rs 3000 then i shop for rs 3581 yesturday still dint get any coupon
Plz do the needful n help me in getting coupon. I want the benifit at any cost as i m reguler costmer of relience trends
So plzz do the need ful as early as possible

I bought lee cooper shoes in reliance trends warangal, hyderbad. I disappointed after i come to know about my purchase in relaince trendz
I got non genuine product and when i had speak to sales men, he given free suggestion as depend upon our maintence.
Fake product are selling at reliance, i would suggest don't buy any brand product expect exuslive shops.

I am sudipta mandal from jalandhar, punjab. Today i have very bad experience with your shop reliance trends at jalandhar. I have choose some cosmetics and clothes but your staff mr. Amit inform us that i have to bill separately for cosmetics whereas i inform him that i also interested to buy some more clothes. He has issued bill rs.408 agst. Cosmetic and i paid the cash amount rs.410 for the same. Then i choose some more clothes and present your billing desk for billing. My billing amount for the clothes rs.2500 around and your staff inform that if i purchase upto rs.3500 then i will get gift rs.1500 as bed sheet. Naturally i choose some more clothes and then my billing amount rs.3420 and then i inform that i have also purchased cosmetics rs.410 at the same time and show my bill also but they didn't consider the same nor they accept my request that your staff has inform to make bill separately. So i want to talk the manager but someone mr. Vikram has present there and he inform that he is commercial manager. He also not understand the situation and rudely behaved that he doesn't deserve as manager of your this type of big shop.
Moreover i have suggested to my some colleagues about your superior quality products but one of my colleague also faced this type of misbehave with your shop.
Now i dropped my all purchases materials but they didn't return my purchase of cosmetics which has been paid nor return my payment which is very bed experience.
I will not recommend anyone about your shop as your staff are very rude and misguiding.

I'm dr. Namrata singh, i'm from meerut, i'm complaining about the staff of reliance trends shopprix mall meerut, your staff ms. Hema is very bad service and too much rudely behave for customer, she is uneducated and so much dirty. When i want her help in trends then she was talking with other staff. I don't know what the name of other staff but he has too big moustache, he looking in very dirty way, and both are talking about me, it's too much terrible.. Trends staff is very bad.. I'll note come next time.. I haven't ever seen staff like this hema..

Dear Sir,
I am a customer of your prestigious store. I have done one purchase in November 2017 in Reliance trends in Garali Jorhat 785001, ASSAM.

Next day I had to return one Kurti of Rs 1490 and was given a credit note. I could do any shopping of that amount within 3months with that credit note.

In January or December end I went with the credit note. I could not find any suitable for shopping. I talked to customer care section. One of guy said has done something and said that this amount is now transferred to my card no [protected] and I can avail the amount any time even beyond three months.

But today after 2hr spent in choosing my shopping items, when I tried to pay for my shopping they said no amount is available in the card. I
Approached customer care and Mr Divakar and one manager of the store. They simply avoided the situation by saying that my money is gone as per STORE'policy
.

Sir, with details as above Where is my fault and why do I loose my hard earned money?I did everything the way they conveyed. Why customer is to suffer then ?

Therefore. It is my humble request to kindly consider the matter and help me to get the credit of Rs 1490 back please

I am very sorry to say that after today i and my family never go to reliance trends for shopping.last five years every month i came here but today a very bad experiencre observe me.My wife and myself both o[censored]s come to trends, after purchasing while leaving from reliance trends the gate secruity check the bill and tell us to go inside because there is a bip sound from there.when my wife walking outside..thereafter the secruity guard whose name Mr.jitendra roy told my wife some very irritate question after that she is mentally sad .after the manager come ang checking staff check my wife and found nothing.But in a full shopping mall some question of your staff which is nothing, to stop permanently proceed against reliance trends.secruity protection is necessary but this type of harrasment of a housewife never be good for a reliance company. I went to the reliance trends berhumpore situated in murshidabad where i faced a problem about the product consuming. When ever i tried to discuss this matter with the store manager he behaved me very rudely and not only that, he harassed me and molested me at store. I have had very bad experience with the store and that store manager. I want that store manager to throw out from the store. He dose not deserves to be a manager... Seek!!

On saturday 31st march i was trying shoes at your kurla outlet and i liked a shoe but i found some defect in that so i asked him for a new pair of shoes from the stock but he denied to give me another piece and he went somewhere. I really liked that shoes and i want to buy that then after sometime i asked another staff to look for a new pair of shoes then she find a new pair from inside the stock then i bought that shoes. It was really disappointing for me. So kindly take appropriate action against that staff.

Hello, I am Priyanki Borah.On 24th Mar, sat while doing a transaction in Viviana Mall, Rs 399 was deducted from my Paytm wallet for 2 times. The wallet showed it was a successful transaction but the man in the counter refused to accept it and told me that the money will be refunded to me. But after 5 days of the incident i have not recieved any amount.I contacted someone named Sohan kori to look into the matter but he is not taking the matter seriously. Please take necessary steps and refund me the amount. Hope to recieve good response.

I had made the purchase in the month of nov, 2017 and then due to some reason i had to exchange the product. I was given credit note which was in the form of card for the amount of rs 1299. The expiry date mentioned was 23/03/2018. On 21st of mar, 2018, when i walked into the reliance store gip, noida, the staff informed me there is no balance in the card. Which was very disgusting. They told me you need to raise complaint to the same store. But still no one listened to me.

I had purchased clothing items from reliance trends belgaum on 10 mar 18 vide inv no. [protected]. I have purchase 2 shirts of brand pe costing 3000 than the boy showing the clothing told us if your shopping go beyond 4500 than you will get 1 purse & belt free and we have purchase 1 jean pant for 1799 but amt is charged for free item and boy saying sorry afterwards that i dont know.

I had returned clothes and taken credit note today. But lost that credit note in shop itself. I had billed from my debit card. I enquired the staff but they said they can't give anything neither the clothes nor the money.. I came back home empty handed.
So please help.

I was refunded amount rs998 dated 13 or 14 November 2017 and provided the amount in the gift card.
Then in 12 Jan 2018, i only purchased for rs 449 and the rest amount is now being told to me is expired.

I was misguided by providing the card which states that the amount is valid for 12 months .

The salesperson named Balasanta and his number [protected] told me that he will raise request for refunding dated 25th Feb 2018 and now he is not even picking up the phone.

Please check the issue and refund my amount.Hereby i have attached the screenshot of gift card issued to me.

It was 9.24pm. 6th march 2018. We had come from a far place to buy shirts as my younger brother was going to attend farewell tomorrow.
But they denied to give us entry and showed rude behaviour.
Reliance trends rourkela, odisha showroom. When asked for manager they said manager is not available and some other sales guy came to talk to us.

Saturday i. E on 03/03/2018 at chikkalsandra branch bengaluru me and my wife shopped and there was an ugadi offer on purchase of 3500 and above gift was provided.
My wife had taken a capris of larger size which we noticed after going home, immediately as it was 5 min far i took it back for exchange from xl to s and did the formalities to take receipt from security and took to customer care 3rd floor. There i just told i need to exchange this with small size and my thought was that wont be a problem. But the concerned staff said that according to bill the discount of 149 has come for 300 rs price of that and now as bar code changes for small i need to pay full amount as discount wont be applicable for single piece.

I was shocked just for a size change and i am also not expecting any money as its not return they are asking me to pay extra as its separate bill. That's pathetic. I was disappointed due to your policies customer has to face issues that's not done.

I came back without exchanging as there manager had left for day and told me to come next day. Again if the customer is at far place it will be a problem

I purchased stuffs of amount ₹1745 on 17 february 2017 against which paid amou through sbi debit card, amount got deducted from account which was notified to me via message but the cash counter executive said transaction was declined and i had to pay again in cash. It has been 11 days & i haven't got the refund.
When i contacted the local outlet, they are denying such happening. What to do now?
I have every proof of purchase & payment.

Hey my family ordered a s size kurti for me as a gift as i dont stay at the same place they gifted me that kurti when we met as when i unwrapped the kurti i found size l. Its highly disappointing that such a good brand can do such blunder or cheat. Now as i am trying to replace the kurti for s size i am facing difficulties as policies are not matching.

I have purchased textile item from reliance trends from chinnakkada, kollam on 17.02.2018. I tried to purchase the item through atm debit card. On the first occasions the cashier said it was a failure. I against tried in another machine and it was also a failure. So i purchased the item through cash transactions. After 15 minutes i got 2 sms informing that rs.5920.71 was debited from my account twice. After one hour rs.5920.71 was credited into my account. I have not received the second debit amount of rs.5920.71. I tried to contact sbi through online and through bank it is informed that rs.5920.71 was credited into your account. You are requested to return money urgently

I travelled some 50 kms and went to your reliance trends karur store. I bought around 3 pants and 6 shirts.in that i want to alter the pant height. If i purchased this in other shops they will give back maximum after 1 hour. Here in that section they simply replied u come tomorrow i explained the tailoring person that i am coming from 50 mms away from ur store please do it today he get angry and made me to wait another 15 min. I searched the shop manager he got more angry, the manager recommends him to do today then he said ok u come after 2 hours. I said no need. Karur reliance trends employees behave like government employees. (If you buy or don't buy its not my problem, i got salary on right time,) this will spoil thirubai ambanis dreams one day. Fyi... I am one of the old employee of thirubhaiji...

Dear sir in trends there is a lot of prosses to exchange cloths plz make short &save customers time ur too... And I hope you will arrange new t shirts neck half hands Iam very uncomfortable with those t shirts Wich are u have now make it more models in t shirts plz make it fast I love shopping at reliance because it's my hobby plz make it fast thank you
