I bought few clothes from reliance trends at west mogappair chennai. The billing system was not working. Made us wait for 35 minutes and still the billing did not work. The manual billing system was there but the manager was adamant that they wouldn't bill it manually. Tried explaining that it's urgent but wouldn't listen to any of it. Mr. Sairam the manager was rude. Atlast didn't buy the clothes and had to walk out of the store. Is this the service that they offer?

For my wife i have bought 5 kurta's on discount price from reliance trends store in sangam complex andheri - mumbai on 27/01/2018 & with the confirmation from the store that i can exchange any of these dress in any outlets within 30 days provided i have to take the original bill (Payment ref no[protected]

Next day for an exchange i went to the nearby outlet in gandhi nagar - adyar chennai, first they were not ready to exchange but after an argument they agreed to do so.

After the billing, out of 2 kurta's they have exchanged 1 kurta with the same 40% offl, but for the 2nd kurta i was asked to pay additional 50 rs. (Payment ref no[protected].

For this exchange there were so many formalities in filling the forms & signatures.

Though i have done similar exchanges in max, pantaloons & others but never faced this problem.

This was a good experience for me & what ever be the reason i will never ever visit this reliance trends again in my life & also i request all the customers to beware of this fraud.

I have purchased 2pant and 2 shirt in offer price of rs 889 (Iers 999 *2). But one of the set was not in correct size. So i when for exchange, i was told by cash counter girl that if i what exchange i have to bring the both the sets for exchange. If not i have to pay rs 100 more, even though i purchas at the same rate is rs 999.
As the other which i purchased was already used by my son. I was forced to pay rs. 100 and exchange the set. This i felt that i was cheated as i exchanged the set at the same price i brought the first one and i was fined for the exchange.
I what bring to your notice that this kind of attitude will redeuce the customer faith.

I bought a kurti of avaasa summer fusion collection from reliance trends chennai store and i removed the tag and after that i realised the it is torn from the front plus the clothes is so sensitive that even just by sitting a thread gets pulled from... The quality of cloth is really very very bad.. I would like to return or replace the cloth. This is the first time i am experiencing such a bad quality of material from the brand and i am highly disappointed since i am a regular customer and it's a non sale item

I went to buy clothes in cine mall in kota (Rajasthan)'s from reliance trends. There i got 50% discount on clothes. Then i took the clothes and went to the counter, i was not given 50% discount and the full amount was taken. When i complained, the staff there said that 50%'s discount on our computer has not been updated yet. Give us 24 hours. But after 24 hours our problem was not solved.

I have bought a denim shirt from trends, karunagapally, kollam, kerala 2 months back. I used that shirt for 3 times and it was damaged because of the bad quality.. Bad cloth. It got tear now and how can i purchase more clothes from the same spot if this happens again. Take appropriate actions as soon as possible or else i will forward to consumer court

Irritating inaugural offer in nagercoil, staffs said that inaugural offer will be provided for purchase of rs.3500. We billed first for rs.1800 and again when we went for second billing of rs.1900 branch manager said the gift will be given only for single bill of rs.3500 (We purchase in the same shop, same date went for billing in 20min gap they cheated us) being a relince trends customer in chennai, i experience irritating inaugural gift offer in my home town.

There is a lady called b s keerthi reddy working as visual merchandiser in reliance trends. I know this lady as once i visited reliance trends, richmond road, bangalore. I met her for the first time. I am a rich kid by birth. When i parked my car in parking lot this lady came and introduced her self to me. I was looking out for the store manager as i have to purchase various types of clothes for my staff in my company. This lady told me that there is a very nice place where she will get all clothes for me for less cost. She told me that if i purchase all clothes it will come to rs 1 lakh in reliance trends. If i purchase in keerthi reddy's aunt shop it will be only rs 40000. I was pleased by the way she requested me. The next day she called me. Her number is [protected]. We both went to madanapalle, andhrapradesh which is 130 km from bangalore. While travelling in my car she told me that i love you and she started kissing me. On the way i parked my car in one mango garden in chintamani bipass. B s keerthi reddy and myself had sex.in madanapalle she is having her aunt called sasikala whose house name is yashodamma nilayam, marupuri street, madanapalle-517325. It is a house where we will get all type of clothes but no bills. Sasikala who is a girl broker is the owner of this home shop. B s keerthi reddy is also relative of sasikala. B s keerthi reddy started blackmailing me slowly for money. She also told me that in 2016 there are lot of cases on her in court of madanapalle. I was forced to give rs 3 lakhs as she has recorded the sex video of mine with her. She is a very cheap lady. On enquiry i came to know that she has studied 10th class in z p high school, madanapalle and passed in 3rd class.in intermediate she failed and later passed with pass marks. She has not done any graduation but did visual merchandising course and able to get job into reliance trends.in shopper stop she was working as stock counting girl.
Please investigate her. Check her accounts. She is a very cheap lady. Check her compliants in 2016 and 2017 with madanapalle police, hyderabad police. She is a very cheap lady who has made lakhs of rupees by blackmailing customers in the name of sexual services, her previous husbands, her previous lovers. Please take action on b s keerthi reddy.

Today i went to reliance trends samdariya mall jabalpur (M. P.)... But the employee girl of reliancetrends. Said.. "agar apko kuch lena hi ho to ap aa sakte h warna yaha ghumna allowed nhi h"... Arey koi enter hi hua h just ki usse ap is tarah k question puch rhe h aise hi coustomer se bt krna sikhaya gya h apko... Lena h ya nhi... Insaan lene ke liye hi aya hoga na... Pasnd ayega to kon ni lega... Very disappointing... Behaviour...

For the purchase amount of 8859 rupees on the date 24/12/2017 at 7:22pm company authority offered as gifts as a special occasion for the purchase and they told as they are splitting the items into two packages so that they can offer two gifts for each packets but in the last moment they themselves arranged the packets in their own way and made the gift into one item while taking the packet they told its already. We complained manager, he offered again the gifts and asked as to wait, thus waiting as for 1hour they told they are helpless. Its actually the great insult and waste of time and aggravation for a customer. We are sorry to complaint against this insult. We need a sudden action against this company authority. Thankyou

I purchased clothes worth 2120 pos transaction was successful and i got mesg conforming dat money is debited by reliance trends. But they didn't allow me to take my garments telling that they didn't receive billing challan. They are telling money will be recredited to ur account. How can i get my money back becoz it is clear that pos is done successfully by reliance trends

I was purchased on 5/12/2017 at pondicherry providence mall in our reliance trends. Unfortunately one pair of dress not fit my child so i went to the above mall 10/12/17 but not exchanged my things but sales is going to smoothly. I request to so much but not convinced. He advised simply come tomorrow. Why?, staff response very poor. When iam highly disappointed in this issue. Kindly take necessary action. Dont repeat any one customer. Iam at our shop also give one complaint but no response.

As i talked to customer care executive they told me that i can exchange or get credit note my product at any store in india. But when i got to other store for exchange they said me we dont have this brand so we cant exchange it. And they also denied for issue credit note. I am out of that place. Please tell me how can i exchange my product?

While billing i gave my reliance one card add points, then the billing person told me.. Server is down we won't add now.. I asked add later.. He told that, once bill is done we won't add points...

What kind of service is this?
What is the use of reliance card?
What is the benefit of reliance purchase?

I threw the card to billing person, because there's no use..

I need reply for this.

Dear mam /sir i purchased an avaasa mnm kurta - mustard colour (Art:[protected] on 25/11/2017 at 19:02 in hilite mall, calicut, kerala. Within first wash itself (Plain water wash no soap used) threads are found to be coming out. It is for the first time that such an inconvenience is occurring to me after purchase from your store. Hoping you do the needful at the earliest possible.

I have made purchase many of times at your shop at sangli. I got coupons many of times, but this time i could not get redeem at this time. As earlier i have got messages from company & call from store, at this time did not get message as well as call from the store. I have lonched complaint against it by calling care centre. Only apology is not solution, loss of rs 1500 matters, arrogantly replied the staff members. Staff members said they have called me but i have shown them call records call list do not have any no. They told me. Company did not get any action? What should i do?

Dear sir/madam i have purchased a lee cooper t-shirt of rs.999 on 19/11/2017 at 2:53 p. M. From reliance trends bikaner branch. Some of it's threads are coming out, i didn't saw them there. I want to exchange it with another t-shirt of same brand. I went to the same branch of reliance trends ut they said that due to some technical defect they cannot exchange it. I hope for an immediate positive reply from your side.

I shopped for almost 6500/- on 17th oct from reliance trends, ansal plaza, palam vihar and the payment was through credit card. Infact they gave me a membership card saying that i can exchange my stuff at any of the stores in india by showing that membership card if in case i don't have the bill. Since i am from assam and i need to exchange some items, i don't have the bill however i have showed them my card as per there guidance, now they are not accepting it. It's my humble request to look upon the matter and find a solution asap. Try not to fool the customers with wrong information.

I visited reliance trends pala showroom in kerala on 11/11/2017. Time was about 11.40. I was waiting for billing. All the 3 counters were open. I was in front of the middle counter. Staff in counter were simply chit chatting and only one counter was working properly. I simply waited for about 15 minutes. I did not get any response from staff. If any system problems were there they could have informed. They were laughing and doing nothing. I never seen such a bad showroom of reliance trends and i am a regular customer of different showrooms. First time i face this situation. I will never recommend anyone to visit this showroom.

I purchased two different colour track pants from reliance trends online website and paid though cash on delivery. But they delivered to same colour track pants so i returned it back and they said that they will give me store credit as a refund but it is too late as compared to the other. I am waiting for the store credit to purchase another track pants but they are not crediting the amount l am very disappointed with you
