I bought some clothes from Reliance Trends online shop. None of the clothes size and styles fit me, so I have returned their items.

The order was delivered through Aramex courier services. At the time of delivery, I gave my debit card as it was COD. But the delivery guy said, he did not have swiping machine. The only option was to give cash. I gave the required amount and accepted the order.

I am writing to you with complete faith that you will take up this matter on serious note. The reliance trend outlet located at sector 17 vashi, near to hotel navratna has lot of garbage and waste materials and plastics kept on their terrace. This is causing lot of environmental nuisance and spreading of various disease. Since my office is next to it we are facing a lot of problems like foul smell, mosquitoes all over etc.....

Hi, i recently purchased from reliance trends anna nagar branch chennai. They made me to wait for 2 hours to do the billing by saying some net problem. I purchased it for my husband so after trying it, the size didn't fit him. So i went today to exchange it. They just said we don't take the product back. They are literally cheating everybody. They made more than 30 customers in the billing section but they didn't even feel sorry for tat....

Billing person did the wrong billing of Netplay T shirts and they are unable to rectify the billing even with submission of the bill. They are asking to bring the product tags which were already discarded....

I had to swap my card twice, the first attempt the money was deducted but still he store did not recieve it and The second time when i swiped it, then the money got transacted..
