Daniel[protected] partimer, store code-8052, gopalan signature mall, am a student at indian academy degree college, my college id - 16ug388. Doing my bba taking hr as specialisation i hereby came to knw my rights as a csa.
My only query, can a store manager treat a csa literally bad or harm a csa through words.
Day before yesterday there was a issue at gsm-8052 b/w csa and sm at 10.00pm at the closing time, while i was on my work store manager mr. Umesh naik called me n a harmed local language which hurted me alot, i requested mr umesh naik not to call me n that language
But he refused to do it after few minutes he returned back and asked me whats your problem i again requested him with respect not to call me by those words his simple answer was"i can't, is there any rule tat a sm should give respect just to a csa get out of my store u *"this was his reply to me.
Not oly this i request my higher officals to follow-up aliteration please sir
I have a seven months of experience in trends mr. Umesh naik (Sm) joined the store in april from date to till date of 8052 saddest thing s more than 20 of staff's experienced more than 3 years in the same store were been removed out of organisation
Now am literally upset just because "my work i made it my passion" and now i lost it
