In last 2 weeks i did shopping from your store for more than 8000 rs. The 2nd time i did shopping for around 3500 rs in which i redeemed a coupon of 1000 rs. There i bought a t shirt for my dad which later i found little small in fitting so i went for an exchange. The store guys didn't allow me to exchange which i really found disgusting. Exchanging a product with the larger size, how does even matter or cause any inconvenience was out of my mind. This i completely see a motive of troubling the customers. Because the product worth rs 799 is a complete wastage for me. This is a serious issue which i want your team to work on and provide a friendly solution.

We perched avaasa set chudidar in gandhi nagar, vellore branch. Ref no con no uo1100mh1999plc120563 dt 02.10.17 the metrical is damage & peeal the trailer in both side of hip side. I send returned dress, but the store manager collected the dress re strict and return to me we not accepted because cost is ₹1999. We not use one hour, we pay 1999 for damaged & unqualified dresses

I purchased a set of cloths from reliance trends, gck tower, rani bazar, bikaner totaling amount rs. 5147/- on 15.10.2017 for diwali festival.
Out of total cloths i purchased, one is formal pant of oxemburg size 34.

Today i. E. 17.10.2017 in the afternoon, when i contacted reliance trends showroom bikaner for the purpose of exchange of said pant due to short size. The reliance trends personnel totally denied for exchange of said pant as the pant is altered at bottom. The same pant was altered on 16.10.2017 from the tailor of reliance trends.
Now, the size of said pant is too short that can't be weared by me. As such, this pant is not fit for me and fruitless.
In this regard, you are requested to please resolve my complaint and make arrangement of exchange of said pant so that i could wear a fit and sizeable pant.

I have done a shopping of rs.700/- and rs.2539/-, when i made my first bill nobody has told me the offer about the bowl set and when i was abt to the second bill, the executive has informed me abt the offer i told him to club the bills and will do the shopping for the differece amount to avail the offer but he didnot cooperate and being a esteemed customer of reliance trends i didnot want to disturb the atmosphere, the reason why iam putiing a wordt to the management to do the needful

I had made purchases from reliance trends outlet gariahat branch in kolkata, west bengal, india, on sunday 10.09.17. The value was rs 3, 902. At the time of payment my pnb debit card was swiped twice and on both occasions the card got declined. Unfortunately for both the declined transactions my account got debited two times with the same value. The shop authorities denied getting the payment so ultimately i had to make payment with my other card. My concern is that if on both occasions my card got declined then how come my account got debited twice. I would be grateful if i am able to get some confirmations from your end that both the failed transaction value was not received from your end. I was told by the said shop manager mr niladri ganguly that they would be issuing a letter confirming the same, but it would be helpful if the same could be confirmed by the account department of your organisation at the earliest. I am worried that due to this error i may loose my hard earned money. Your kind co-operation in this regard is solicited. The tax invoice number generated against my purchase is [protected].

I have ordered 2 polo t-shirts and 5 packs of briefs, but i received only 3 panties and rest stuff. Returning garments are not in policy even, completely unsatisfied. I have ordered 87cm size but received 94-97 cm. Delivery was not on time with incomplete order... Which is so annoying.. Nothing was good about placing this order niether the material nor the ordered placed, it's like fooling customer by not sending what they commit/specify.

My only query, can a store manager treat a csa literally bad or harm a csa through words.
Day before yesterday there was a issue at gsm-8052 b/w csa and sm at 10.00pm at the closing time, while i was on my work store manager mr. Umesh naik called me n a harmed local language which hurted me alot, i requested mr umesh naik not to call me n that language
But he refused to do it after few minutes he returned back and asked me whats your problem i again requested him with respect not to call me by those words his simple answer was"i can't, is there any rule tat a sm should give respect just to a csa get out of my store u *"this was his reply to me.

I have a seven months of experience in trends mr. Umesh naik (Sm) joined the store in april from date to till date of 8052 saddest thing s more than 20 of staff's experienced more than 3 years in the same store were been removed out of organisation

Now am literally upset just because "my work i made it my passion" and now i lost it

Dear sir/madam,

I had returned one item to your reliance trends store in the month of april 2017 however instead of returning my money, store gave me one reliance life time card number [protected] & said that ""when ever you will visit next time to the store carry this card with you and on your next purchase we will adjust the said money as the money is stored in the said card"".

I visited the store few times thenafter however now they are asking me to contact customer care as no money is showing in the said card as validity of money is only for 30 days & i need to follow up with customer care... I did that as well but till date no resolution had been provided.

Request you to please help me returning my money. Attached is the reliance card for your kind reference.

I purchased a shirt from reliance trends (Kollam store) for a rupees of 1800 from the brand peter england, i had purchased many products from your store but first time it's happening like this, colour is going when i wash this shirt, i have been calling this store number for soo many times but they haven't pick up phone since 2 days, please make sure to make necessary actions

I got a gift from my colleague as reliance trends gift voucher worth of rs. 500. Today i went to store at bhubaneswar patia, where staff refused me to avail the voucher. I asked why, he seems confused and called somebody about the acceptance of gift voucher.
At the end he said that we are not accepting this kind of gift voucher now because of some issue and didn't gave any valid reason for not accepting the gift voucher.
Kindly help with this.

I bought four track pants from reliance trend, ambi mall, gurgaon but unfortunately the material was not up to the mark so we returned it back and got the credit notes, amounting rs.1100/-. As i was away from delhi for almost 3 months, the credit note expired, only few days after the expiry i visited the store to avail the credit note but they refused. I wrote a mail to customer care team of reliance, got a call back informing return or issue a fresh credit note. The female executive who called was very rude to talk and was literally shouting. I did ask her if i can speak to her senior, she said she will call again, but no call came. It is is my money. And i have full right to get back my money. Would request to expedite on this issue. I would like to inform you that while shopping on 16/7/2017 from reliance trends shop on gf ff & sf block b c - 30/37 a-1 vinayak plaza maldahiya teliabagh - sigra road varanasi. I swiped a machine for 1 time but from my account money reduced twice for rs. 499 which should be for only 1 time. As a customer i had very much believe in sbi but this time i am very much disappointed. So please try to slove my problem asap.

I bought some clothes from Reliance Trends online shop. None of the clothes size and styles fit me, so I have returned their items.

The order was delivered through Aramex courier services. At the time of delivery, I gave my debit card as it was COD. But the delivery guy said, he did not have swiping machine. The only option was to give cash. I gave the required amount and accepted the order.

Later I tried the clothes, they were very cheap, so I raised the return request but the refund was reloaded into Reliance Trends wallet.

I told them to refund the money to my bank account, since I did not like any products from their website, but of no use. Even the very promocode cannot be used to buy another products with discounts.

I wrote them tens of mails and made calls, but it said their company rules are strict.
I DONT WANT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM RELIANCE TRENDS, FOR WHAT I SEEK IS NOT FOUND THERE.

BUT RELIANCE TRENDS COMPELS AND FORCES ME TO BUY FROM THEM.

PLEASE SEND THE REFUND.

I am writing to you with complete faith that you will take up this matter on serious note. The reliance trend outlet located at sector 17 vashi, near to hotel navratna has lot of garbage and waste materials and plastics kept on their terrace. This is causing lot of environmental nuisance and spreading of various disease. Since my office is next to it we are facing a lot of problems like foul smell, mosquitoes all over etc.. Kindly take strict action against them.

I faced worst cheeting experience with reliance trends, Near kundanhalli gate, Bangalore. I have so many good shopping memories with trends. This time NO not at all.

Reason:
Today I took shirt worth 1390 rs but after billing I realized that your team charged me 1499 instead 1390. So please refund my money.

Firstly I asked manger at reliance trend. I am not at all satisfied with his answer/Solution he said that "Sir return that shirt I will refund 1499 rs to Rone else I can't do any thing". See after checking all products I took one shirt, after billing how can you expect to return and that to with money in Rone. I paid in credit card you have to transfer the whole amount to credit card or you need to give extra money i.e.[protected]. What I will do with 1499rs in Rone. This is poor solution.

I tried to file complaint in Rone. But after clicking feed back button it aromatically logging out to skip the feedback like your customer executives.

Thought now I will hear good from you i.e. inform of my money refund.
