The sale's girl at the pheonix mall, pune outlet is the worst person i hav ever met. She was extremely arrogant and rude. I have got a Reliance gift card. I have gone to reliance Trend shop in Trivandrum, Near Kowdiar, on 30 oct and selected my required items. At the time of payment they refused my Gift card telling that this cannot be accepted because it is not active in Reliance shops.
