I purchased on 15th January 2016 from Reliance Trends Agartala and the bill amount was 2275.82. So I tried to pay through my HDFC Credit Card. But this transaction through Credit card was failed due to the transaction invoice copy was not come out from the card machine, so I am not able to sign any invoice copy but the amount deducted from my card

So my request as early as possible my 2275.82 amount should credit in my account and take action against Reliance Trends regarding harassment to common people in India

I am a regular customer of reliance trends and went to exchange a dress today (20/01/2015 @ around 5:30pm) at the Store's branch at Royal Meenakshi Mall on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. The exchange till machine was not working, so we waited for at least 15 minutes very patiently while the staff tried to resolve the issue. Noteworthy was the impolite and dismissive behaviour of the store manager, Mr. Jeevan Prakash Bhukta. Every time we asked him the issue would be resolved or how long it would it would take, his answer was" its a machine, it will take time, you have to wait". After almost 20 minutes when we asked him for an alternate solution since we could not wait any longer, he replied that "it is a system fault and I cant do anything. You can talk to any manager you wish, no one can offer you a solution". Finally after many more such annoying responses from him, I aked for his name and then suddenly he came up with ideas like " why dont you go the Jayanagar Store"?? I can understand that he is just a mere staff at the store with no real authority but the least that Reliance Trend can do is hire and train their staff about customer service!!! Will NEVER recommend the store to anyone, especially the staff's behaviour should be taken note of and he should be reprimanded accordingly. Staff like this just spoil the brand's image and lose out on the clientele.

At reliance trends, Patia, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, the offers being displayed in store are not valid or expired, and the same is notified to customer during payment.
This hurts customer feelings, results in bad experience.
The encounter was not acceptable when it was Reliance brand name attached.

I purchases a ladies kurti on 15.01.2016 from Bhayander Maxix mall relaince trends, on that MRP shown Rs 599 and 50% Discount, when i pay rs 300 to person he told me that i have to give extra rs 14 for vat amount, which was additionally charged and giving misinformation about rates, .

I would like to inform u that. My self md salim n I am visiting ur Howrah avani mall reliance trends outlet. I'm try to buy some garments for my wife. But they are not allow to enter the gate . they said band hogaya kal ayega.I am not accept of this type of service.

Hi, This incident took place on 1st of Janurary'16 at Diamond City Mall - Nagerbazar (Branch Code - 8139), Kolkata. While giving merchandise for billing, Cashier named Chandan told us that, one of the merchandise is not taking discount in the system, so we have to purchase the same on MRP or we have to leave the same at the counter. When asked to check the same with respective department, he denied straight away and said that, he will not able to call anyone at the cash counter for validation, we have to go and find the person and ask for exact price. He also told us that, either we have to take the garment in MRP or we have to leave the same at the counter itself. When we asked him to call Department/Floor Manager for Complaint, then he said that, he doesn't know where the DM is and we have to go and find him at the Customer Care area. we are a regular customer of your shop and this kind unprofessional/rude behavior from a sales person is highly unappreciated at the store. While contacted the DM, Gurdeep Singh Walia (Contact No - [protected]), he called that Executive (Chandan) in front o[censored]s to apologies, but the executive denied to do so, even he said that, he has not said all such things and we are lying. Even the Department Manager could not say anything. Then we left the store without buying anything and decided complaint the incident. We have dome more than Rs 1, 00, 000 purchasing from your outlet in last three years. We were given card also one we used to get points on the same. About 2-3 months back we visited the same Reliance out let and did purchasing of Rs. 11304 that day when I inquired about my accumulated points I was told that there is nothing in my card. I was surprised as we did not redeemed any point. Than they made a new card and I did purchasing of Rs.11304 probably in the month of september or October. After one time use one of the Jense pent (Sin Brand) I observed that the stitching started coming out from the pent. I live in Jharsuguda and Sambalpur is about 50 KM away from here. Abut two months back one Reliance outlet is opened in Jharsuguda also I showed that pent to this out let laso but they said Only Sambalpur outlet can help me. At that time I stopped using the cloth. Unfortunately I could not visit the sambalpur outlet for last two three months. Yesterday when I visited the Sambalpur out let and discussed about this issue I was told that they will do stitching with same thread and when I received the pent it was different thread which is not looking good. When I discussed with the staff and the Manager Kripasindhu Maharana he said this is the best I can do. I should have come within 1 month if the defect was there. The way he talked I didn’t like. Fare enough he is right at his point. Now the point is if normal thread is to be used, than I could have done the stitching at Jharsuguda itself why I took this pent to Sambalpur. Now I have two option 1. Use the pent in as it is condition 2. Scrap it. I would like you to let me know what should I do. Pl. do reply. On 5th January 2016 I have purchased clothes in reliance trends for amount 1982.30 INR and I used ICICI card to pay the bill. First they tried and said the transaction got cancelled and they swiped again and said it is successful, but the amount got deducted twice .Need the amount to be credited... Myself Muhammed Riyas brought a pair of wood land foot ware from kowdiar two months ago on November 2015 now the stitching of the foot ware had break and the shops is unusable as I returned the foot ware to the shop they were unwilling to take any responsibility and they are insulting me to suffer what ever losses I got even though my foot ware covers guarantee. My card number is [protected] On 1st Nov 15 I purchased for Rs 7200/= for which I got redemption coupon of Rs 2000/=. I lost the coupon during recent flood in December in Chennai. Fortunately I saved the bill (refer attachment). I approached Shop Manager Mr Karthik Balakrishnan to get the help in this regard. He mailed to customer care of reliance trends (karthik.[protected]@ril.com) requesting them to clear for giving redemption with reference to Bill which I have. There was no reply from customer care. The last for redemption was extended to 22nd Dec 15 and then to 27th Dec 15. On 22nd Dec 15, I also mailed from my mail id to customer care asking for help. There was no reply. On 27th Dec 15, I went to shop and along with shop manager, I called customer care by phone. The replied that they will be taking action with 24 hours, but till today there are no action. Today when I called customer service, they informed again the action will be taken with 24 hours. They said the reference no is 1261737. In this regard, kindly do the needful to provide me Rs 2000/= redemption with reference to the bill which I have.

On 30th December I have purchased clothes in reliance trends for amount 2140 and I used iob card to pay the bill. First they tried and said the transaction got cancelled and they swiped again and said it is successful, but the amount got deducted twice .Need the amount to be credited

I was charged twice for payment of rs.1402 and I was assured that refund will be processed within 2 days but it's been over a week now. No refund processed yet.

I purchased total 12000 rs during scheme, if you purchase 3000 you get gift coupon of 1000 free. Its validity is 23rd nov to 09th dec 2015. I brought a track pant from your shop on 13th december 2015 by seeing the price tag where it showed the size medium, after coming home i teared the bill and threw it, when i wore it it was bigger in size and when i observed it was written large on the back of the apparel, so i recovered the bill and pasted it and went back to the store at 1:30 pm after looking at the problem the watchman showed me the way to customer service area, after waiting for 10 min a girl said wait here for 5 min i waited then a guy came and looked at the bill and asked someone else to look at the problem like that it went on like that for 40 min then they said to contact watchman and bring a receipt from him then back to the customer service area then back to bill counter then again to customer service, like that i wasted a lot of time there and at last i didnt get the product i wanted, means i didnt get the size i wanted but i somehow managed and took a small sized one and came home.My problem is the bill desk and customer service area a bit far from eachother and your staff are very careless about the customers and they were very busy with their mobiles and what not felt like quitting shopping her again. I usually shop at Malakpet but my fate i went there i usually buy all my sportswear stuff their since 6 years but its very disappointing thing from your part. I hope you will solve this thing ASAP.

Hi, I am Mukesh. As per the condition mentioned in the Reliance Trends Kolkata, I purchased goods of Rs.3000+ and got a Gift Voucher amounting to Rs.500. I confirmed from the customer care desk located in the store if I can encash that voucher in Bangalore Store. I was confirmed that, yes this can be redeemed any Reliance Trends Store across India. The coupon was valid between 12th Dec and 22nd Dec. 2015 and hence I wend on 13th Dec to shop and get it encashed. In the store, at the billing counter I was told that this voucher is valid in that particular store only and not anywhere else. I believe this is quite usual in Reliance Stores, earlier also I faced a similar issue with Reliance Digital. Please guide with proper resolution.

As I frequently shop in reliance, my wife is also having a different reliance card. But by mistake the reliance one card of my wife has been misplace and this card is having approx 769 points. When I told the same to the staff of releiance, Rajkot, Gujarat ; they had informed me that I have to write to you to transfer the points that are already credited to my wife's account to my account. As its very diplomatic experience in your reliance trends newly opened outlet in hoshiarpur punjab. We were very warm welcomed with punjab tradition sat shri akal. Sale staff also very attentive but my bad experience starts when i reached cash counter slow speed for billing makes me annoyed only one person on billing counter no one was there to help him in folding apperels and to pack them only single person had to do billing and packing and again counting. After this next step at exit security man has to check my bag he was using so embarrassing language that i am feeling that i had done something wrong by purchasing from reliance trends. I just request him to please check fast as already your cash counter was very slow and i am late because of that . But he didn't explain me your company rules politely he speak to me so harrashly that i felt ashamed . I felt that when i enter in your outlet i was welcomed and once i purchased i have no right for favours from your security.
