My jeans purchase around 6 months back has terribly torn at the knees. I just slipped and fell down and what I see is that my denims has torn apart !!
This clearly is the mark of very inferior quality jeans; old and defective stock that had been put up on Sale to lure customers into buying a poor product...

I purchased on 15th January 2016 from Reliance Trends Agartala and the bill amount was 2275.82. So I tried to pay through my HDFC Credit Card. But this transaction through Credit card was failed due to the transaction invoice copy was not come out from the card machine, so I am not able to sign any invoice copy but the amount deducted from my card

So my request as early as possible my 2275.82 amount should credit in my account...

This hurts customer feelings, results in bad experience.
