Sir i am a life time card ([protected]) holder of reliance trend. My wife purchased a shirt at your outlet newly opened at avadi, chennai on my wedding anniversary. Before gifting it to me she changed the size once. After gifting to me i found the size is still short. When i went to the outlet without bill, but i had my reliance card. Debit card payment bill. I was refused for exchange. Then what is use of issuing this life time card. This shirt is very special for me. The attitude of your staff is extremely displeasure for me.

    Hi all request you to please do not be fooled by the offer that has been provided. When i purchased clothes from the pvr shopping mall at city center and being a new shop the staff members made me purchase for a total of 4000 rs i liked the dresses but the complain is that i was told that you can use this coupon for any reliance trends in india.
    But they did not mention that you have to purchase for additional 2000 then you get the offer.
    Even the display does not say that when you purchase for 2000 only then the coupon is valid.
    The best part is that its valid for just 12 days.
    Such a big cheat and when questioned sir you did not read the terms and conditions. Bloody hell its written in small letters you need a lens to read that.

    Reliance has again proved that they cheat people and earn money.
    I spoke to the manager bloody he does not even bothered to apologies and said it will not be valid.

    The offer result is you spend 5500 and you get bloody 1000 rs discount and they are cheating people with a display of 3499.

    The staff members lied and did not tell about this and said you can give this as a gift to friends.

    Just imagine i give this as a gift and when the person goes for shopping they will be asked to purchase for 2000.. Whats the point of gift.

    Fake fake fake display.. They should also mention 1000 discount on purchase of 2000 but its not on display.

      I shopped at reliance trends db city mall outlet. I made the payment of rs 2500 by debit card. The representative at counter told me that ur card have declined. Hence you have to again made the payment of the said bill. I again made the payment from my card. During this payment i couldn't received the message of debiting of my account. After 30 minutes i have received the message in which my account was debited twice for same amount. I called the outlet and they have told me that the excess amount will be credited to ur account. It has been 2 days since the incident. When will i be receiving my money.

        The employees at the paschim vihar reliance trends store are unbelievably arrogant and unmannered. We have been visiting the store since it opened. When we visited the store for the third time in two months one of the employees mentioned to the other "roz roz aa hate hain" (They keep coming here daily). Whenever we go to the store the employees always pass comments at us and smile to each other after making gestures about us. One can be mistaken once or twice but not every time. It is our choice whether we never visit the store or visit it daily. The employees should have no business whatsoever with that. Even the man who seems to be head of the store indulges in such acts. It is very shameful for such reputed brand to employ people like this. They tarnish the trust with which the patrons associate the brand. It is our necessity to visit the store as it is only good branded store nearby. It does not mean that we have to stand the cheap employees who behave as if we have come to beg for clothes for them. Even the watchman of the store enjoys taking part in making fun of customers. We have dismissed such incidents a number of times but now this is getting too much to bear. Whomsoever is concerned may please either replace the staff or at least train and educate them about waiting for the customer to leave before they make fun of them...

          Hello, this is leena malankar . I have purchased 2 trousers costing rs.749 each ( total bill amt. 1498/-) at ur bhyandar maxus mall, thane under bill no.C85180000 s#8085dt 12.4.16.Ur salesman mr.Shashi mishra used my debit.Card twice for same purchase . The first swipe as declined.Again he swipe on another machine . I have received 2 sms from bank which showed 2 debits to my a/c. Mishra told that the declined entry will be credited soon after.But even after contacting ur store on 16.4, 22.4 & 23..4 the amt has not yet been credited to my a/c.Pl.Look into the matter & cr.The amt .Immediately.Meanwhile the mb no of mishra is [protected] & my mbno [protected]./ [protected] .So i request you to refund my money immediately .             Description

            On this day, i bought a t-shirt for my sister.There was an offer of 30% on the product.The salesperson out there informed about the offer as well as there was signboard on it.

            On behalf of this, i bought the product.When they printed the bill, they didnt give 30 % offer.I asked for the salesperson for refund of money.They didnt refund the money.So i had to buy the product.

            This is a kind of cheating.

                Dear Sir,

                I have purchase samsung A8 Smart Phone dated on 12.11.2015 from Reliance Trend for Rs 31450/- as before purchase i have confirmed the 10% cash Back offer on my SBI Credit Card

                So i purchase & cash back will be credited to your SBI Credit Cards As per reliance Trend staff has told me but the 3 month has been passed but till today cash back is not reflecting in my credit card statement .

                Si i want to file complaint regarding this as we are customer of reliance

                    I had to swap my card twice, the first attempt the money was deducted but still he store did not recieve it and The second time when i swiped it, then the money got transacted..
                    so that is a very major issue !

                      Just i went to purchase a shirt in reliance trends uppal that is on wednesday24/02/2016 at 9.35pm, that i requested security staff it is urgent to buy a shirt that to only plain white shirt without selection of any type of colors, i requested 2 times but security was very rude at least he is not opened the door to talk with me, already some customers are in store, and store was not closed at that time, the some staff in store will not concentrate on customers there work is simply chit chatting with another colleagues that to infront of customers, this type of service i have not seen anywhere, the worst customer service in reliance trends.
                      I hope may be complaint can useful to other customers

                            My jeans purchase around 6 months back has terribly torn at the knees. I just slipped and fell down and what I see is that my denims has torn apart !!
                            This clearly is the mark of very inferior quality jeans; old and defective stock that had been put up on Sale to lure customers into buying a poor product

                                I purchased on 15th January 2016 from Reliance Trends Agartala and the bill amount was 2275.82. So I tried to pay through my HDFC Credit Card. But this transaction through Credit card was failed due to the transaction invoice copy was not come out from the card machine, so I am not able to sign any invoice copy but the amount deducted from my card

                                So my request as early as possible my 2275.82 amount should credit in my account and take action against Reliance Trends regarding harassment to common people in India

                                  I am a regular customer of reliance trends and went to exchange a dress today (20/01/2015 @ around 5:30pm) at the Store's branch at Royal Meenakshi Mall on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. The exchange till machine was not working, so we waited for at least 15 minutes very patiently while the staff tried to resolve the issue. Noteworthy was the impolite and dismissive behaviour of the store manager, Mr. Jeevan Prakash Bhukta. Every time we asked him the issue would be resolved or how long it would it would take, his answer was" its a machine, it will take time, you have to wait". After almost 20 minutes when we asked him for an alternate solution since we could not wait any longer, he replied that "it is a system fault and I cant do anything. You can talk to any manager you wish, no one can offer you a solution". Finally after many more such annoying responses from him, I aked for his name and then suddenly he came up with ideas like " why dont you go the Jayanagar Store"?? I can understand that he is just a mere staff at the store with no real authority but the least that Reliance Trend can do is hire and train their staff about customer service!!! Will NEVER recommend the store to anyone, especially the staff's behaviour should be taken note of and he should be reprimanded accordingly. Staff like this just spoil the brand's image and lose out on the clientele.

                                    At reliance trends, Patia, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, the offers being displayed in store are not valid or expired, and the same is notified to customer during payment.
                                    This hurts customer feelings, results in bad experience.
                                    The encounter was not acceptable when it was Reliance brand name attached.

                                      I purchases a ladies kurti on 15.01.2016 from Bhayander Maxix mall relaince trends, on that MRP shown Rs 599 and 50% Discount, when i pay rs 300 to person he told me that i have to give extra rs 14 for vat amount, which was additionally charged and giving misinformation about rates, .
