I bought one sweater from reliance trends patiala and I want to exchange its size but they said due to coupon scheme we r not doing so.. But how can I wear large size.. I know its my mistake that I would check while buying.. But what can I do now...

This is about the RELIANCE TRENDS, THRISSUR, KERALA staff's behaviour. We were literally deceived by the Manager and the cashier of the shop.They made us sign a register for obtaining gift voucher(which was misused ) which we thought that we signed as the proof for the receipt of anotherr reliance trend card( We already have 2 reliance trends card); that they forced us to take and they didn't deliver us the gift voucher. We were informed by them as just the original card was enough for the offer this month.We realised that there was something called gift vouchers for shopping this time and our gift voucher was used by them, In fact I asked them to verify the register and was shocked to see that my name and contact number was incorrectly entered . Being a doctor, I can't stand in righteousness. BEWARE folks, you're next. RELIANCE is a misnomer, a highly unreliable retail shopping place. Thanks for the fake NAMASTES! ! Won't go for a second time shopping with cheap offers to woo customers.

I visited the outlet of Reliance Trends in Mahagun Metro Mall on 29th November, 2015. The billing was terribly slow not because there were many customers there but because of slow cashiers. When I urged them to hurry up, one of the cashiers said that it was taking long because people had too many items to bill. Probably he wanted to point out that I was buying only one item so I shouldn't make a noise. We are here to cater to those who buy a large number of items. Well I am sure that three counters don't take 15 minutes to handle 2 to 3 customers. There was another gentlemen who then protested that he has been waiting for a long time too hopping from one counter to the other as they were all too slow. On my way out I asked the guard for the floor manager as I could not find him anywhere. They started dilly dallying saying that he was just here and maybe he is on the first floor. You should go and look for him. So, they expected me to search the entire store for the floor manager instead of calling him to meet me. I don't think that it will make any difference to this company as I can clearly see an absolute absence of systems to ensure good customer service. They are unprofessional and poorly managed. The sale's girl at the pheonix mall, pune outlet is the worst person i hav ever met. She was extremely arrogant and rude. She was kicking hangers on d floor whn her shoe flew n hit me to which she didnt even appologize properly. The manager to whom i complained just asked her to say sorry n move on without even counselling her!! She even told me her name wrong...pathetic service n people!!

I Hirde Ram Futan of Raipur (Chhattisgarh). I always buy Clothes from Reliance Trends, City Centre, Pandri, Raipur (Chhattigarh). I and my family came to Reliance Trends to[protected] for Deepawali Shopping for buying clothes. I and my family buy clothes up to Rs. 3690.00. We asked for the bill but the bill counter has not given bill and said to give money first. Bill counter not given us bill and said to give Rs. 4500.00 and bill has given 310.00 back. In this situation he take Rs. 4190.00. After reaching home we checked the bill and saw that he has taken 500.00 more. We reach Reliance Trends and complaint about this situation but no action is taken. We said to checked the camera but camera is not working they said. With this situation we are very said in such big reliance trends bill counter and workers are not co-operates with us. Bill counter boy who has taken the money know that he has taken an extra money and he also know that camera is also not working. Please take any action as soon as possible. I have got a Reliance gift card. I have gone to reliance Trend shop in Trivandrum, Near Kowdiar, on 30 oct and selected my required items. At the time of payment they refused my Gift card telling that this cannot be accepted because it is not active in Reliance shops. I wonder that I have already used the same Gift card in Reliance fresh shop. I also found a large advertisement of Reliance gift card is place in the cash counter of this shop.

We have visited the Reliance Trends Hubli store on 22 of Oct 2015 there is replacement of dress the floor manager has approved the same but the customer care person and the cashier has made huge issue for the same . And they are flerting with the girls there nor helping to the customer. They made us to stand in billing counter for 1 hrs.The customer service executive is very rude . The seles executive are simply roaming on the floor, we been there for 3 day's there is an offer for 50 % off the dress materials are lying on the floor to make that correct they have told us to come next day even on Saturday we been there still all dress are laying on the floor still the answer from the floor manager that we are arranging that by tomorrow. We asked them that if the customers are not buying the products there answer would be if they are not purchasing the products its company loss not ours. The answer from the all executive is simply pathetic. The same is not there is Bangalore as we are staying in Bangalore we use to go to the Reliance trends shop regularly but.Kindly take care of that or you may loose the customer that to in small city like Hubli.

I have visited reliance trendz clothes outlet at silchar, Assam today for the fourth time in a couple of months...but every time when you shop and go for payment they say card not accepted...how funny...today i.e 18.10.2015 I visited the outlet and after shopping they said in the payment counter card not accepted...this is the fourth time...I left everything there as there was no cash...and it is a harrasment as reliance should put a notice that we do not have the capacity to install edc machine...

We had this experience on sept 29th. we shopped good worth approximately rs. 7000/- my brother has this membership card from reliance trendz. when given the phone number to trace the card details, girl at the billing counter said that they can get the details only if we produce the card and not the phone number. we were telling them that if they cannot give discounts, fine, at least add the points to our account. when we requested to speak to store manager, one guy appeared saying he is "the manager" . instead of listening to us, he seemed to be in a hurry to 'make us understand" as how it is impossible to add points & give discount on basis of phone number and that we should bring our card. Now a days almost all big showrooms offer membership cards. and even if you dont carry the card, your details can be based on your phone number or other details you have submitted. with this regard, I must mention my experience with westside at Panaji, where in the billing guy was very much persistent in adding points to our card, though we did not carry it, neither was i very sure as to which mobile number was registered with it ( so he had to try 2 phone numbers, name of the person and birth date as well)... ( i dont expect that much from reliance people) given the way of talking of this guy, when we asked him to show his ID card he completely refused... later he accepted that he is not the store manager, and that the store manager was on leave... (god knows if the store manager was only refusing to see us) As we shopped for 7k, we were eligible for dinner set. but they did not have it in stock hence gave us a letter, based on which we could collect the dinner set later... but we stay in goa, not in Belgaum ... so how would we collect the gift? why make claims which you cannot fulfill? is this not a form of cheating?

We shopped for 5300 .we asked for a gift but your staff said there is no stocks of gifts. They said that they will give the gift within a month. We asked for some percent discount but the way the answered to us is in a very rash way. So we did not took the goods.we need some respect.

This incident occurred at reliance mart shaikpet when I went to exchange a kurti which was for sale because I got smaller one I submitted them a receipt which clearly stated product was brought from reliance trends they denied the card receipt and made me get the original one .Later on I went to take another one for myself in which the staff was not cooperating with me and I took the old one to see the size differences later the staff wanted to see the kurti I took first which the sales girl took for checking on asking where is the kurti the girl denied she did'nt came across anything like that and sales girls and sales guys were very arrogant .Later I went and found out that kurti which I purchased earlier it was kept in front .I would request the management to change the staff quickly or train them on communication skills.I had really bad experience with reliance trends and I would never shop again with reliance trends.

I purchased some out fits for Rs 5009.00 on 8/8/15 from Reliance Trends, No.45, Himalaya arcade, Bangalore. While purchasing, they announced a 10% cash back if I pay the amount through State Bank Debit card. They also told that the amount will be credited to my account in the last week of that month. I was waiting till 14/9/15. Same day I made a complaint to their customer care vide token No.2284146. The customer care executive told me that amount will be credited with in 7 working days. After waiting for 10 days, I again called customer care and they told tat it will be credited next day. After 2 days, when I called them, they told tat one fresh complaint to be raised and I have to wait for another 7 working days. After so many arguments, the customer care executive connected me to his senior namely Mr.Gopal. He told me that Reliance will not remit my amount until unless I approach State bank and request them. Then I talked to one Mr. Amar, Manager of customer team. He asked me to send the mini statement of my bank account. The same I emaild to him twice on 29/9/15 which he is telling that not received. I dont know if I resend the mail what is the guaranty that they will receive it?? Then I asked him to provide the mailing address so that I can send my statement through mail. To my surprise, he told me that Reliance customer care is not having any mailing address. Please advise me how can I get back my cash which is offered by them.

My self dr.avinash agrawal, from virar thane on last week of june 15 from virar w (401303) reliance trend store i have purchased some SOLEMINO drands trouser after 3 wash it become shrink and fade. for this i contact reliance tredn store virar w they told me that-there was so many other complaint also regarding this brand thats why reliance trend has discontinued this brand. so because brand has been no more with the r.treand thats why they cant do any thing for my loss. if it was available they can exchange it. now i want to ask to reliance trend that there was problem with your brand that you know.than why i should pay for my loss. why are keeping this cheap brand and your are cheating the customer you have earn your money and for customer only sorry . even you know that there was fault in your brand. you are not bear my loss. please do some thing for me. my mob.no-[protected]

Hi, this is Gautami Hazra and I work as a Costume Stylist in the film industry. My fellow stylist who happens to be a guy and I came to Reliance to shop for our upcoming film. I want to know why my fellow stylist, Terrence Lobo was stopped at the gate and not allowed to enter with a handbag. We couldn't have kept the bag at the counter as we had a lot of cash. We had to go through humiliation because of a bag. The irony is that my bag was bigger than his and I was not questioned or stopped. Why did this happen? We were told that it's apparently some police rule to not allow men with bags. What is that rule? I really want to know. Attached the photo of both our bags. The big one happens to be mine.

I have purchaged clothes on 20/08/2015 from reliance trends store situated at phoenix united mall, , , , for amount 4473/ and paid rupee 3891/ after redemption this amount was 2594/ but when i cheaked bill there were difference, next day i went to showroom again, but there was sales person Mr RANJEET talked in rude language, and misbehaved, when some other person came to resolve matter mr RANJEET also ignored him as well as me, he was engaged on mobile to talking someone...my CIN no. is 001100MH1999PLC120565

I had visited Reliance Trends in Total Mall, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore on 2nd September 2015. I had a really bad experience there. There was an offer for display that if from this particular section you pick 3 T-shirts then you'll have to pay 199 for each. I picked up 3 T-shirts and though there was offer on display still I confirmed from the staff member there. He said the offer is buy 2 and pay 299 for each. I asked him to confirm from the counter. He confirmed that its 2 at 299 each. After this I asked him again its there on this particular section or there are any other amendments if by chance he wants to make, as I didn't wanted to take another chance. I picked 2 T-shirts and when I went to the counter for payment the guy there didn't counted the offer and made the bill on MRP. I was confused and told him that there is this offer of 2 T-shirts at 299 each and I had asked the staff there even he confirmed from the counter. In the last they told me that the offer is on the 1/4th part of the section and not on whole!! I am really very frustrated due to this incident. I don't want to harm or something that staff but even though I confirmed again and again, asked again and again, in the last they told me something new when I wanted to buy those T-shirts and actually headed to do the payment. If they might have told me everything in the starting may be I had picked those T-shirts without offer also. But due to all this scenario I just dropped the T-shirts there only. Staff members themselves don't know which offer is there or not and on which section it is applicable.In addition to it counter staff itself is half informed. A really bad experience at reliance.

I have purchased dress materials for Rs.5125 from the outlet at Kollam, Kerala of Reliance trends today. They gave me a gift packet of Dinner set for the purchase in connection with Onam offer. When I returned home we opened the seal of the Dinner set and found the plates are kept broken in it. Its really a cheating experience for me. More over I wish to purchase one jeans and shirt only and they cost Rs. 4300 only. To claim the Onam offer i have additionally purchased one more shirt and then the bill became Rs.4997.
