I purchased a shoe(brand name-Kneetoes) from Reliance Footprints( phoenix market city, Bangalore) worth Rs.1700 Within few days, the shoe started peeling off due to poor quality, when checked with the shop, they informed, such thing happens. I asked for a replacement, which they refused. What is the point of buying a shoe that is gone within a month, Very poor customer service. I need a replacement for my shoes.Kindly do the needful....
