My self dr.avinash agrawal, from virar thane on last week of june 15 from virar w (401303) reliance trend store i have purchased some SOLEMINO drands trouser after 3 wash it become shrink and fade. for this i contact reliance tredn store virar w they told me that-there was so many other complaint also regarding this brand thats why reliance trend has discontinued this brand. so because brand has been no more with the r.treand thats why they cant do any thing for my loss. if it was available they can exchange it. now i want to ask to reliance trend that there was problem with your brand that you know.than why i should pay for my loss. why are keeping this cheap brand and your are cheating the customer you have earn your money and for customer only sorry . even you know that there was fault in your brand. you are not bear my loss. please do some thing for me. my mob.no-[protected]

    Hi, this is Gautami Hazra and I work as a Costume Stylist in the film industry. My fellow stylist who happens to be a guy and I came to Reliance to shop for our upcoming film. I want to know why my fellow stylist, Terrence Lobo was stopped at the gate and not allowed to enter with a handbag. We couldn't have kept the bag at the counter as we had a lot of cash. We had to go through humiliation because of a bag. The irony is that my bag was bigger than his and I was not questioned or stopped. Why did this happen? We were told that it's apparently some police rule to not allow men with bags. What is that rule? I really want to know. Attached the photo of both our bags. The big one happens to be mine.

    you should have complained to the floor manager and told him that you will escalate. Anyway if you can get his number and post here, I will deal with him. I will teach them not to discriminate.

      I have purchaged clothes on 20/08/2015 from reliance trends store situated at phoenix united mall, , , , for amount 4473/ and paid rupee 3891/ after redemption this amount was 2594/ but when i cheaked bill there were difference, next day i went to showroom again, but there was sales person Mr RANJEET talked in rude language, and misbehaved, when some other person came to resolve matter mr RANJEET also ignored him as well as me, he was engaged on mobile to talking someone...my CIN no. is 001100MH1999PLC120565

        I had visited Reliance Trends in Total Mall, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore on 2nd September 2015. I had a really bad experience there. There was an offer for display that if from this particular section you pick 3 T-shirts then you'll have to pay 199 for each. I picked up 3 T-shirts and though there was offer on display still I confirmed from the staff member there. He said the offer is buy 2 and pay 299 for each. I asked him to confirm from the counter. He confirmed that its 2 at 299 each. After this I asked him again its there on this particular section or there are any other amendments if by chance he wants to make, as I didn't wanted to take another chance. I picked 2 T-shirts and when I went to the counter for payment the guy there didn't counted the offer and made the bill on MRP. I was confused and told him that there is this offer of 2 T-shirts at 299 each and I had asked the staff there even he confirmed from the counter. In the last they told me that the offer is on the 1/4th part of the section and not on whole!! I am really very frustrated due to this incident. I don't want to harm or something that staff but even though I confirmed again and again, asked again and again, in the last they told me something new when I wanted to buy those T-shirts and actually headed to do the payment. If they might have told me everything in the starting may be I had picked those T-shirts without offer also. But due to all this scenario I just dropped the T-shirts there only. Staff members themselves don't know which offer is there or not and on which section it is applicable.In addition to it counter staff itself is half informed. A really bad experience at reliance.

          I have purchased dress materials for Rs.5125 from the outlet at Kollam, Kerala of Reliance trends today. They gave me a gift packet of Dinner set for the purchase in connection with Onam offer. When I returned home we opened the seal of the Dinner set and found the plates are kept broken in it. Its really a cheating experience for me. More over I wish to purchase one jeans and shirt only and they cost Rs. 4300 only. To claim the Onam offer i have additionally purchased one more shirt and then the bill became Rs.4997.             Sir, I have purchased a trouser from Reliance Trends ambiance mall GGN, trouser was under size (30" waist) and i had not seen that because trouser had placed at 32" waist row, because of very long line in front of trail room, I did not try my trouser. next day I called on customer care for exchange which is mention on bill, they replied to me their have no problem please come and exchange your trouser, without discussing any condition. After reaching the store they told me we can't exchange it because you must exchange same price, same brand, same type and same colour. but their have no other trouser of same colour, my trouser was black and their have only blue, they did not agree on them, I request to billing people and his team lead they were not answered me properly and not exchange the product. some people have exchanged their jeans in different brand but they had not agree for my trouser.

              I visited reliance trends on 15/8/15, in C21 mall [protected]@11am so that there won't be much rush & at that time even there was no staff at the trial rooms.I picked few dresses & went to the trial room but after 5mins a customer started shouting & passing degrading comments over taking time, when opposed for using bad language two of the staff came and instead of handling properly pushed my stuff out of the trial room along with the customer pushing me out.I left that store & now no friends or relatives of mine visit reliance trends anymore.
              Kindly look into the matter as you people have given me the worst feeling being in your store.

                Hi, My name is Ritu Gupta. Last Saturday i went to Reliance Trend in Meerut. I selected 2 Items there was mentioned that If you purchased the 2Item then each item will be Rs 249. now ever i went to cash the payment at cash counter. Cashier told me please give me Rs. 590. I shocked why? I told to him the total price is Rs 498. I made him clear that please read you instructions which you mentioned in the price board. they were saying that online reliance trend offer has been changed now. But i said why you didn't update here. He told its not our issue. Its the IT department problem. Then why they are making us fool and why wasting our time.                   The Billing section of Reliance trend- MG Road, Thrissur, Kerala is horrible. This happened on 2/8/2015 .They are very slow in response. There also shortage of trail rooms for both men and women.so more time is required to finalize purchase as we need to try the product. many times you just get fedup and drop the idea of purchase. bathrooms are not maintained well enough. kindly look into the matter so as to prevent loss of customers.

                    I did a shopping worth 3500 in Reliance Trends, CMR Central, Visakhapatnam on 11th April 2015 and in which one black Lee Cooper phant worth 1900 is a damaged piece which looses its color heavily when u just kept in the water. I went to the store on Jul 10th when I came from Chennai, they checked it by keeping it in the water for sometime and as it is loosing its color they said they will change it, but as they are out of stock they said they will give me a call once it is available. After that I called them twice in a gap of 5 days but they said manager is not available, once he is available they will revert me back. But no reply from them till now.

I have his number but don't really have his name. We purchased a lot of things recently from there so a member of the store approached and asked to provide our number so he could contact if any offer available but he used our number personally and is texting frequently which is causing a lot of disturbance. Please, its a request to you to set a enquiry or else we will need to seek help from the police, and i guess you dont want to spoil your stores reputation.

                        A staff named Subhash of Reliance Trends Calicut, Rp Mall told us that due to the COVID-19 situation 4 o[censored]s who are from different house but relatives came for shopping together not to get inside the shop together. As a responsible citizen and concerned about the pandemic we agreed to get inside in 2 numbers after 2 of our shopping gets over, but that was really difficult and a lot of time was being wasted, as we were not able to select not only ours but the other 2 sitting outside the showroom, and we were brought into contact with even other customers who were standing in the entrance door for selecting. Also everytime we were forced to come to the door to discuss with our fellow mates which one they liked.
                        And his behavior towards us was very rude and Arrogant. And was not trying to solve the situation calmly.
                        But more problem was when we saw that he was not maintaining any social distancing with a group of 5customers who came into the store and was talking and allowing them to stand in front of the main door of the store with a direct contact to other customers moving in and out of the store.
                        I only want to bring into the notice that
                        1.He could have behaved in a very calm way, but was arrogant and rude towards us.
                        2.He who was blabbering about the Social- Distancing was himself close to another set of customers who then was allowed to stand in front of the door disturbing other customers.

                          Dear sir,

                          We made a purchase for over rs. 2000+ including shirts and chudidar set from reliance trends, vijay nagar bangalore on sunday 26th july 2015.
                          Bill / cin no: u01100mh1999plc120563, dtd:[protected]
                          Item name: avaasa kurtas; ean#[protected]; eoss pre14 flt 50per
                          This item was having tag price of: flat rs. 399 and actual mrp rs. 899
                          But the billing amount on this item was 889 - 449 = 450 / - which they mentioned as only flat 50% off
                          After payment was done, we found out the mismatch in billing price and tag price of kurta.
                          Immediately then and there itself in billing counter we enquired about the price of kurta.
                          Employee in billing section told us this item is having only 50% off, the tag price mentioned in it was older one and offer has changed to 50% now.
                          So we asked them why can’t they remove or make changes in the item if the offer was changed.
                          But we did not get any proper response from employee who was there in billing section.
                          As we were not convinced by this we asked for cancellation and amount refund. But he refused to do it so.
                          After roaming and asking for a senior person here and there in whole shop then we got to approach reliance trends manager about the issue.
                          We explained about the item price and asked for the reason behind it.
                          He is easily mentioning that the tag price was older offer and it was missed to remove from it.
                          As per offer board price, this kurta has only 50% off.
                          Even after we mentioning several times that customer will look for the tag price which is there in the product; he was not accepting that.
                          So we asked for the cancellation of kurta from billing and amount refund for it.
                          He initially dint agree and asked us to take some other item for same price. But we did not accept that and we were firm about our decision.
                          So after a long discussion between us he finally agreed to refund the amount which was billed for that kurta. At last he gave us rs. 450 cash on hand.
                          It was not only about this item, we faced same for some other item like men's shirt which was mentioned as buy 2 @ rs. 499 each which had a actual mrp of rs. 599.
                          But when we were in billing section one shirt price was taken as rs. 599 and other shirt price was taken as rs. 399 which was taken from the same place.
                          They have not organized their offer price on the product properly and they are not updating their online price list regularly with the changes of offer.
                          Tag price is the amount which customer will look for the item they purchase, not the offer board price.
                          This is the common sense every person should have while selling the product.
                          This misleads the customer and it would be really a huge lose to customer. We feel this is one of the cheap way to cheat customer and sell their products.
                          Totally it was really a bad experience in reliance trends and never ever expected this from such a famous store.

                            My self saikiran did shopping on 6-7-2015 in one of the reliance trends - malaysian township - kphb 4 phase - hyderabad, purchased some goods sum of 2140/- . While billing through atm one of your employee at billing has swiped my card twice, in the first swipe no receipt has came out so he tried once again and i allowed him for it at that time i didn't received any message from my concerned bank, after one day i enquired my balance in the bank then i realized that my amount has been deducted twice from my account. I waited for three days thinking it may return to my bank account but it didn't, so i went to the store complained about the issue they verified my details and go through their receipts and said they have to concern their accounts section and can give further info to me. I waited for 1 week they called me and said we haven't received any amount twice so it may be returned your bank, so i went to the bank and update my passbook and that amount has not been refunded. My question is where is my amount i can submit all the proofs regarding my issuse. I want my money back please go all through the details and give justice to me.

                              I made a purchase for over Rs. 2451.50 including various shirts and tees from Reliance Trends (Fun Republic Mall), Coimbatore Branch on Saturday 04th July 2015. (CIN No: 001100MH1999PLC[protected]hrs #0067 C0873 - are some details provided in the invoice. I got two t-shirts that were placed under the flat 199/- section and after billing was done, I reached home and later found out that only one of the t-shirts was billed 199 and the other one was charged 299 instead of the stated price. I went to the store to enquire this matter in person and the lame reason that the employees gave me was that a half of those t-shirts were wrongly placed that day(which they had changed the next day i suppose post the phone call I made to their store for a change or compensation for the t-shirt on the same evening of incident). The incharge of the section gave such an irresponsible answer stating that it happened by mistake and the 100 rupees balance amount could not be compromised or be made an exchange as it was on offer. When the offer itself wasn't and the mistake being on their part for placing the wrong apparels with wrong price tags, Is the customer held liable for cutomers loss due the the shopkeeper??! Primarily to check the items are billed correctly is the store's job and not the customers'. Their policies are absolutely mean, neither can one exchange the product nor can be refunded even if the mistake was on the billers part is what came from the mouth of the store personnel. I wonder how many more customers were billed the same way and cheated, because either ways here, the customer is the individual getting hurt no matter whatever is wrong on their side. They said they could be nothing more than sorry for the issue as their payment system was online. They should hold amount from the biller or the respective section's incharge's pay fault for a fault they made!!! How come the consumer being is made to bear the charges. I request Consumer Complaints Forum to take severe action against the store if not for individual, for the other potential consumer's safety, Charging the store for being so lame and irresponsible with the policies that are totally consumer exploiting and practicing cheap cheat means of selling their products. Thank you.

                                I had returned one dress and the amount for that was credited in the card(Rs 890) in reliance trend showroom at Korum mall, Thane. They are now saying that the amount is forfeited as the time period of 03 months has expired. How can you do such thing as the amount does not belong to you or given by you. How can you fix a expiry period for that? I want it to be immediately credited in the card so that I can use it.

                                    I purchased a shoe(brand name-Kneetoes) from Reliance Footprints( phoenix market city, Bangalore) worth Rs.1700 Within few days, the shoe started peeling off due to poor quality, when checked with the shop, they informed, such thing happens. I asked for a replacement, which they refused. What is the point of buying a shoe that is gone within a month, Very poor customer service. I need a replacement for my shoes.Kindly do the needful.

                                        At Reliance Trends, Victoria mall, Shimpoli, Borivali (west) on 1st July-I selected one dress for my small granddaughter after putting about 2 hrs and when approched the counter for payment, the cashier told me that i should pay complete amount even the dress was having tag of discounted amount. This was very much iritating to me. There are no senior Reliance Employees / Reliance staff to help out any customer . The existing present staff show inability to help the customers as they are not fully authorised . On other hand at Star Bazar, Big Bazar, Pantaloon they are always helpful to customer .
