I have purchased renault make kwid climber car in january 2020 from unnati vehicles pvt. Ltd., wadi, nagpur. Extended warranty cancelled 3rd time

I am really surprised to see such a procedure being followed by Karnal Renault Team regarding 'Extended warranty' documentation.

My Extended warranty being cancelled by Karnal Team the second time (after accepting/being approved). I have paid the amount of Rs. 6988 on 23/07/2020 against which the Extended warranty got registered and I got the Extended Warranty policy also the very next day (i.e.on 24/07/2020) by Ms. Poonam....

Dealer is charging me six thousand something as logistics charges above ex-showroom price.

Purchased kwid rxt car in august 2016 and since the day of purchase facing issue in braking.
Registered complaint almost 100 times and visited service center but no solution, still the issue unsolved.
Company is stubborn and not accepting fault in car as they are unable to find the fault.
20% of the time car brakes dnt work and company has no reason for it.
Everytime i complaint they ask to bring car to service...

Periodic service

When i contact local agent to make 40, 000 km service, i was informed that i have to make all 60, 000 km service (With triple the cost) because the car has exceed 3 years in service.

Matter of not providing accessories on time

Even after 36 days of buying the car, not giving all the accessories of the car. Calling says that you will get the accessories but when? There is no answer. When selling a car, the dealer did not say that the accessories were not available. roadside assistance not done. but, refund is not done

My vehicle had broken down on 10th june 2020. Called kwid renault road side assistance. They asked me for the payment. Payment had been done. They were tried couple of time to connect with team. But, they couldn't find someone near by my location. Then we took the vehicle to service center after two days. Then they raised for the refund which we paid for the service....
