Clutch is very hard .

I bought Renault Duster in 2013 . From the starting only it's clutch is hard . I complained also in some services but they generally told me that duster has normally hard clutch then other cars . It's been almost 80k kilometers driven till now . I am 31 year old and after driving somuch of this car now started facing problem in my left knee . If this car can cause you this much of suffer in just 80k kilometers, think what would happen if...

Hi team,

I have purchased a Renault triber MH04KD5695 from Benchmark motors Thane branch back in Dec 2019.
The car had a fasttag sticker on it but apparently it was not registered in mine or my wife's name, it was registered for some Santosh Jadav, similarly I received two RC registration card one for my car and one for Mr. Jadav.
I contacted the team to get this resolved but I am still getting calls for Santosh Jadav and my fasttag has been blacklisted.

I am tired of talking to your customer service representative Swapnali#[protected] & Jyoti/Sneha#[protected] for the past one year to get this resolved.

I am given only false assurance that they are looking into this but no resolution is provided to me.

Please assist.

    Renault duster- fire accident

    Hello,
    Renault Duster (AP09CQ3369)has meet with a fire accident on 27th January, 2021 in Hyderabad near to Gandhi Hospital. The incident has been reported to the fire station, PPS Renault Service Center- Amberpet and National Insurance Company on the same date and submitted the vehicle to the services center on the same day.
    We have submitted all the required documents to the insurer, we have not yet received technical reason...

    My duster 110ps amt travelled only 28K kms bought in jan 2017. Now suddenly noise coming when auto gear shift happens.
    Now service centre person says needs to replace flywheel, clutch and all!!! Why is this happened?
    Sir My extended warranty was there till Jan 2021.
    As there was COVID was not taking out my Vehicle. So please could you cover this in warranty?

        I purchased captur in March 2019. Since day one my vehicle pulls towards left. I have been complaining at various service stations, alignment, wheel alterations didn’t work. This week i was at service station and asked to fix. They tried everything but it didn’t work it still pulls left. I have searched online and I found people got it resolved through Renault. Please help in fixing it as it causes tiring effect shoulders and neck.

          I have a 2013 Duster with 70000 Km. I have replaced two of the injectors and I had one more failure again. So overall 3 failed injectors, each of them have occurred within a week of getting it serviced. This has been frustrating problem, and reading online seems like a frequently occurring problem. I hope Renault takes responsibility for these problems.

            We have purchase Renault Duster March 2017 & till now running is around 47, 600 Kms . Now our car is facing some Engine issues & I think all engine issues are covered under Company Warranty.

              Dear Sir,

              I used to get random alert warning me of malsuntion in ESC ( electronic Stabilisation system), also engine sign with amber light would light up permanently. The waning sign ( like each graph) would turn red. When I check the manual, it advises me to stop the vehicle and call for support. Initially, it would go off on restarting the engine but the sign on the dash board will appear again. I was on the Pune-Mumbai expressway and was pulled up by cops for stopping. After tremendous drama, I got the vehicle to dealership and they could not find anything wrong.

              Again the problem has started. The service center says that it's an issue with fuel injector. It needs to be replaced at a cost of 30 000. The vehicle has only done 12000 km.

              What sort of company is Renault? Other manufacturers charge 10000 and rarely encounter this sort of problem.

              I am told that due to some contracts and monopolistic and exploitative policies the company is selling spares at 3 times the market cost.

              These guys should learn that the Indian consumers are knowledgeable and cannot be taken for ride.

                Hello,
                We got our loan done on 31.05.2016 and my loan number is RRAR028371 which is already settled from our behalf before May’ 2019. Now that we are selling the car I receive a call from NOC what they have to say is that around 5000 is yet to be paid from my behalf regarding the loan. Upon checking I figured out that I requested to change the bank and that couldn’t happen from your end due to some reason and the check bounced this all happened from your end I request you to clear everything and pass my NOC at the soonest so that I can go on doing me selling formalities.

                  I own a 2019 Duster 85 PS diesel vehicle. I have raised concern on lower pick up and mileage. Before coming to Renault i was getting 15km/l and after 3 months its the same after visiting the service center for 16 times.                   Hey my car number no. Is HR06AH-4040(DUSTER).I met an accident in last week and broke bumper headlight and fender. Now my car is parked in Aseem mottors panipat 132103 since 10 days I talked to your body shop manager named Joginder he is saying it may take up to 30 days as we don’t have sufficient parts so can’t give you car soon. May I know that if you dunt have sufficent backup or parts thn why the hell you are selling your cars?. Just mere 2-3 parts you will keep my car for 30 days I must say this is ridiculous complete harassment for a customer. Now onwards I won’t refer anyone not to buy your rubbish cars becuz they don’t have parts they are not capable to provide services. I hands up to your poor services idunt have words what to say🙏🏼.

                      Very hard Clutch

                      Renault duster 2013 110ps model, the clutch is very very hard to drive for long journeys and in cities is there any solution for this ? If i ask the service guy he will just tell me that it will be like thay only for duster and he cannot do anything...

                          My name is Simon Manickavasakam. I am deeply disappointed with my car Renault Lodgy. It is just about 3.5 years and my AC compressor, coil and everything associated with AC is not working. And the service center "Kun Renault Ambattur Estate" are not willing to replace the parts even though it is under extended warranty. The cost is coming to Rs. 60, 000 to 70, 0000 which I don't think I can afford.

                            I Have given my Renault kwid car for service in Hosur rd service center on 19.12.20. Today is 1.12.20 and still my car is not ready.
                            Do you take 15 days for any service?? This is pathetic.

                            I had an emergency and i called the the service centre for a spare car. they dint even provide me a spare car for use for a day

                              I am a customer wanting to buy the Kwid RXT (O) AMT. When i visited the juhu renault dealership they added a 10, 000 Rupee Document support charges in the on road price. They refuse to remove it and call it a compulsory fee for logistics. This fee seems to me to be illegal.

                                Good Day

                                I would like to lodge a complaint about my car service. I bought a car on October 2017 with Renault The Glen. My car was supposed to go for a service in October which I booked for it but they returned it back saying I should bring it around December when the kilos are 45000. I then explained to them that the car is making a noise I think the exhaust need to be changed, then they told me they wil check it which they never did, later the car was back but it wasn't serviced due to kilometers being less than 45000. Last week I called them again and why can't they service the exhaust only because there's no way I can reach the 45000 by December due to the covid I'm working from home and I can't drive the car because of the noise. They said I can bring the car for service it's fine. I took the car on Monday for service but later on the day they told me that my service plan is no longer covering the cost because it reached its 3 years period in July. I then asked them how come it reached a 3years in July whereas I bought the car in December, then they said I should've brought it up in October, I told them I was there and they said I must bring it in December, because I'm currently on 37000kms and they can only service it when it's 45000kms. So, nothing makes sense and it will never make sense especially when each other is time I have to bring my car for service there's lot of stories that doesn't add up. On Wednesday they said to me they done with the service they wil call me back but it's Friday today still no call. I called them and asked for call back but it's more than 2 hours and I'm still waiting for the call. So I'm not sure if they are doing this dodgy service to their customers whereas I bought my car with them brand new but now that they have to service it they come up with lame stories. I personally think they taking advantage as well because I'm a lady that's why there's so much said which doesn't add up. To my surprise they even asked where did I buy the car whereas I bought it with them. If that's how they treating their customers then they will lose alot. They need to treat women the same way they treat men. They need to give the best customer service as much as they do when buying the car. I'm actually runing out of patience because of this and it's a atter of time I lodge my complaints to "Hello Peter".
