    I had sent my car to the Renault service centre in sector 60 noida with the complaint of the horn and ac not working. Once the car reached the service station, I got a call from the service manager asking whether fog lights (which were not working) should be replaced. I categorically asked him NOT to touch the fog lights as I didnt want to replace them. Even then, the fog light wire was medelled with and when the car came back, a wire of the fog lamp was dangling from below the car and a fog bulb was also missing. When I contacted the service station, they first accused us saying that someone would have stolen the lamp from our building. We stay in an ARMY society and there is no theft here. Next the service manager said that the bulb can be replaced by putting a bulb from another renault car. Since that didn't work out, they said they will do something about it 'later'. I don't understand why when i categorically asked them NOT TO TOUCH the fog light, it was removed and stollen.

    It seems like Renault service centres are carrying out an illegal racket of fog lamps and charging us Rs 2, 500 per bulb, when the same costs Rs 110 in the market.

      Hi Renault Team,

      I recently booked Renault Kiger RXT easyr on March 13th and I was happily waiting for the delivery of my vehicle by next month.

      However, I noticed the additional charge of around 11, 000 for 'Logistics and handling charges' which I am not happy about. I did discuss with dealer and they explained me the details politely but I am not happy that its charged on customers. I would like to raise a complaint on this please.

            I am writing this complaint with regards to the poor service from Renault India. I have given my vehicle in banner service center as it has steering wheel rod problem. It's a new vehicle and under service warranty but Renault is not taking appropriate action to repair the faulty part
            It's been 15 days my vehicle is given to Banner service center and sine then no update from service center.
            I registered a complaint, escalated it to Renault west zone team but still no action.
            No one is replying to my email or giving any update when the vehicle will be ready.

              I live in Kannur, Kerala, and own a Renault Duster (RXS-110 PS AMT) purchased in January 2019. My previous car was a Duster as well, a manual transmission, which I used for over 5 and half years without any issues. So, when I decided to change to an automatic, I decided to stay loyal to Renault. Both vehicles were well cared for, had the same drivers, did the same good routes, and got fuel from the same branded pumps in Kerala and Bengaluru...

              Purchased Kwid registration GJ-01-KU-1213 in Jan 2019
              Spelling mistake in RC card, returned to dealership 4th july 2019.
              constant delaying blaming on RTO. Reissued misplaced card without owners knowledge BREACH OF PRIVACY. (came to know once complained in head office) Needed RC card for renewal of insurance. Unable to renew insurance from Jan 2020- March 2020 when it was managed with application and photo of old RC card. Company committed to taking care of changing address as well. Now claiming no such promise was made. This year(2021) contacted reliance insaurance for directly renewing policy they were unable to locate policy with all details i.e. previous policy number. phone number, registration number, VIN number and are still unable to confirm the new policy. Charged extra 1000 then quoted by reliance directly evedince provided to company still no action taken.

                I met with an accident on 28 February 2021 and it was major accident but airbags didn’t open and luckily my life saved As I wearing seatbelt or else I would be dead. I have a complaint against company as why airbag not opened.

                  Hi, I have got my car Renault Sister serviced with additional accessories and job work related to anti rust coating for engine, under body and exterior teflon coating.

                  I am of the view that the charge levied to me is higher than what is updated in My Renault App.

                  I wanted you to check and confirm if these charges are in line with Renault India price policy.

                  Furthermore, the labor charges levied is almost 80% of the parts cost. How is this fair pricing?.

                    Hi Team,

                    I bought a Renault Duster amt rxl in August 2016. Love the car for its handling, drive quality and road presence but it has 1 major problem since 5000KMS in ODO and few minor problems which I have got it rectified. This problem shouldnt be there in a 16lakhs rupee car. After first service i started noticing shuddering/stuttering at low speeds (1st & 2nd gears) this shuddering/stuttering results in dramatic vibrations and jerks at speeds just above 5km/hr.. After multiple visits to renault service station and few basic trouble shooting performed on the car, the problem did not go away and it had become strenuous to drive in the city. Now the car has run 69000 kms and the shuddering has got increased much. Very disappointed with this issue.. Apart from this i had other issues and replaced the following parts in last 3 years - AC unit, Radiator, Steering wheel, right side headlight assembly and im very fed up with all these faulty parts in my car. As customer i am really unhappy with duster amt and in future will never buy any renault car for sure, the fact is that this is a defective car and i think this is a manufacturing defect which has to be recitfied.

                    If you really want to earn trust of your customer then please rectify my problem asap..

                    I will wait for few days and then take next course of action if the issue is still not resolved.

                        They have added Rs 9853 as Handling and Logistics charges to the overall On- road price.

                          I am Rahul Pawar, Owner of vehicle Renault Lodgy (MH 14 FG 0898)
                          On date 15th of November 2020 I am travelling along with my family towards Karad but Near to village Surur vehicle suddenly set on fire without any indication or sensor notification.
                          This vehicle is recently serviced (just 25-30 days before) at authorized renault service station at Chinchwad Pune (Unnati Motors Pvt. Ltd.).
                          There is no reason specified for this incidence by company. But due to this i had lost my 12 lacs asset for no reason.

                              Im a Renult Customer, i have Renult Kwid RXT Optional, KA19-MG-4115, On August 2017 I bought it aftr 2 month its started the complaint(Problem) of Gear Box, for that i kept the car in your service center after 3 month they replaced it, and that time itself started the one more problem, that is front suspension boath side noice for that complaint so many times i kept the car in service center, but problem is not solved, Then gear box also again repeat the same problem so this boath comlaints for that finally last 2.5 year back i kept my car in service center but still now it is not solved the problems, so i dont want that car please change the car and solve the problems So many times i requested in renult service manager and Bussiness manager of Renult Company, still now they are not responded me please change the car and solve the complant becouse im in crittical condition . Becouse last 1 year I'm so many time asked my this car with cervice center but they are not showing, they are giving my car if I'm asking with them where my car so they are telling like we dont know. So please help me please

                                I decided to buy kwid in exchange for my old car. In the beginning, everything went well. I paid the booking amount and after some time handed over my old car to the local dealer of Renault. At that time, 2 persons came to my home and mentioned that my new car is in transit as it has been sent from a southern state. It has been more than 3 weeks now, didn't receive the car. I tried to contact the local dealer, he is convincing me hard to buy the next better model but i don't want to. They sent an email mentioning that I am interested in buying the next better model, but i didn't say anything like this. When I asked them about the same model but in another colour (thinking that desired color may be rare and not "manufactured" by the company) but the local dealer said there is no car available in the same model type. Not even white or silver. He is calling me again and again forcing me to buy the next model. Meanwhile, I am trying to contact Renault India, talk to their representative twice, and mentioned the issue but didnt get any reply from them. Don't know what to do, as my old car is still with them, the booking amount already given and still no confirmation.

                                    It is to highlight that one of the employee of Renault in bhubaneswar named as Ajit Kumar is just miss leading us and disrespecting us by saying that he will sell the booked car to other party, as yet finance(Car loan ) is not yet approved .

                                    And in reply when i asked him to do so, as he wants, then he started disrespecting us by using no.of stuffs language .
                                    He was drunked and was commenting personally .
                                    I don't know how can they reply in such a manner .

                                      Hi,

                                      I am writing this after extreme disappointment with company,

                                      I have purchased your company car (Renault Kwid) on date 28.12.2016 and also I have done every service on time. But I don’t know why your branded company car engine has a noise/heating problem from day one. My 1st and biggest mistake I have bought Renault Kwid.

                                      Before a months I had submitted my car at Gurgaon service centre and that time he said you have to 3K checking the problem and after checking we will give you an estimate. I agreed for the same.

                                      after many observation he found some part need to be change same he has send me estimate same which cost is 18K + gst.
                                      we again agreed for the same.

                                      but now again share one new estimate sent By Mr. Dishant Verma and demanded 68K .this is not sufficient for the engine. I think this car's new engine is only 50k INR so why should I pay 68k.

                                      After spending almost 5 Lakhs rupees on a car i couldn't able to use it and faced many problems with the car.

                                      From the above complaints I am trying to convey that I am not happy with either the performance of the car or the service of the car. Since last two year I suffered a lot in my business because of the car & I underwent mental stress due to the poor performance of the car.
                                      now no one single person ready to resolved my issue.
