I am writing this complaint with regards to the poor service from Renault India. I have given my vehicle in banner service center as it has steering wheel rod problem. It's a new vehicle and under service warranty but Renault is not taking appropriate action to repair the faulty part
It's been 15 days my vehicle is given to Banner service center and sine then no update from service center.

I met with an accident on 28 February 2021 and it was major accident but airbags didn’t open and luckily my life saved As I wearing seatbelt or else I would be dead. I have a complaint against company as why airbag not opened....

I bought a Renault Duster amt rxl in August 2016. Love the car for its handling, drive quality and road presence but it has 1 major problem since 5000KMS in ODO and few minor problems which I have got it rectified. This problem shouldnt be there in a 16lakhs rupee car. After first service i started noticing shuddering/stuttering at low speeds (1st & 2nd gears) this shuddering/stuttering results in dramatic vibrations...

I have done 1st free service at showroom on[protected], I have issues with some noice coming for bottom of car, I have reported, but this problem is not solved property and they handed car to me, and when second day I have visited showroom again they not gives attention to me for 2 hours, and I got worst servings experience...I think I have done big mistake by purchasing Renault qwid car...

Hi Renault India,

Today I went to book for Kiger RXZ NA dual tone variant from Trident Silk board, Bangalore dealer.

They have added Rs 9853 as Handling and Logistics charges to the overall On- road price.

Want to raise a complaint against that, why they have made compulsory and how can I get that waived off.

Please help me here...

It is to highlight that one of the employee of Renault in bhubaneswar named as Ajit Kumar is just miss leading us and disrespecting us by saying that he will sell the booked car to other party, as yet finance(Car loan ) is not yet approved .

I have purchased a Renault triber MH04KD5695 from Benchmark motors Thane branch back in Dec 2019.
The car had a fasttag sticker on it but apparently it was not registered in mine or my wife's name, it was registered for some Santosh Jadav, similarly I received two RC registration card one for my car and one for Mr. Jadav.

Renault Duster (AP09CQ3369)has meet with a fire accident on 27th January, 2021 in Hyderabad near to Gandhi Hospital. The incident has been reported to the fire station, PPS Renault Service Center- Amberpet and National Insurance Company on the same date and submitted the vehicle to the services center on the same day.
We have submitted all the required documents to the insurer, we have not yet received technical reason...

My duster 110ps amt travelled only 28K kms bought in jan 2017. Now suddenly noise coming when auto gear shift happens.
Now service centre person says needs to replace flywheel, clutch and all!!! Why is this happened?

As there was COVID was not taking out my Vehicle. So please could you cover this in warranty?...
