Lost my duster 4/4 (Ka01 mm 8313) keys and informed the same to my renault dealership on silk board on the 16th jan 2020. I was asked to pay rs 6500 immediately and was told i would be receiving the new set of keys in 10 days... It’s been over 15 days and i haven’t received my new set of keys yet nor have i received a satisfactory response from the dealership about the same. Please help... As a customer i have been calling customer service, roadside assistance, the dealership but i have had no response with when am i going to receive my car keys. Please help.

    Respected sir/madam,

    This is with regards to the okhla renault dealer. I had decided to purchase the kwid climber on december 27th 2019 and completed paper work for finance. The day after the the paper work was done i had called the team to inform them of my decision of not taking the car and delaying it till april 2020. The sales person forced me to go for the car despite my insisting that i would not.

    After 2 days of of persistent efforts he finally agreed and asked me to drop an email for cancellation of delivery which i did on 29th dec'19. I requested him to return the 5 cheques as well.

    However, on 1st feb one of the five cheques was presented equivalent to the emi amount of rs. 6610. I was shocked to see the debit done and tried reaching the sales person but he dint pick my phone.

    In all the dealer has collected rs. 2000+6610 towards the car which i havn't purchased and there is no response from them on the reasons and justification of the deduction.

    Request you to look into the matter and refund the amount.

      Hi there,
      My name is kathleen gomes, i have purchased a new tribber in dec2019.
      I have raised a query with your mumbai dealership benchmark motors and it's been almost 2 months now and i am not getting any response from them, but i did a call from the sales person asking me to close my query as his/her incentive is stuck.
      The above is still pending and yesterday to my surprise i received the rc book smart card and guess what i received 2 rc book
      1 for my vehicle and 1 more for some i have never met.
      I am not sure what you guys are doing and feel my data/details will be miss used by renault

      Swapnali has been working on my first query and now i am stuck with a new issue all together.

      Please help or advice if i should take legal help to get this issue resolved.

        This is to notify, i have very bad experience with kwid 1.0 rxt.

        Power steering eror keeps on notifying and unable to drive.

        Most of the time, car not ready to start after immense force on steer then its works but its really annoyed issue.

        Several times showed to service station but not helped.

        Please escalate to higher level, i need this resolve asap

          It's about poor quality and por service back up. I have kwid and it has problems of automatic increase of acceleration..
          I visited mayapuri in delhi for service.. Sorry to say very poor professionalism of the service engineers.
          If so many vehicles are having this auto acceleration problem... Why renault doesn't recall kwid and fix up the problem.
          It s dangerous for people driving kwid, it may lead to accidents and loss of life.
          I have spoken to customer care... Let's see if they respond in professional way. Or ekaek love to use this vehicle with bullock cart to carry garbage.

              Renaultkwid rxt 1.0 o sce is under warranty for 1 lakh kms / 4 years

              There is a problem in the clutch but renault surat service center is stating the clutch problems doesnt comes under warranty while the the same problem for another kwid was addressed and resolved under warranty in chennai service center. When i showed the jobcard and the invoice to the surat service center they are telling that vehicle was only 10k kms old amd mine was 40k kms old

              Whats is the meaning of 1 lakh kms warranty if the resolution is possible only for 10k kms and not for 40 k kms??

              If the repair is chargeable under warranty then what is the meaning of warranty?

              Why the resolution is possible in other service centers and not possible in surat service center??

              Hello,

              I have raised the complaint by calling to the customer care when the service centre people denied to resolve under warranty

              Later the executive from Renault and the the service manager of Nanavati Renault Service, Surat together discussed on a conference call.

              Please dont mention that you havent heard anything regarding this issue

              When i raised the complaint regarding the issue the service centre people had changed the clutch cable but the ossue was nt resolved and they asked me to change the clutch assy by paying the amount as the clutch assy doesnt comes under warranty.

              The problem wasnt there in the clutch assy and i m sure about it

              Wen i lubricate the clutch cable and the fulcrum which the cable drags at transmission the problem gets solved temporarily. If the problem is there inside the transmission and the clutch assy needs to be replaced it should nt solve wen i lubricate the cable outside the transmission case.

              If the Renault is not able to rectify the issues on warranty and diverting the customers by pointing out and creating the other things which r rworking properly then whats the meaning of the warranty ?

              If Renault Service team is not able to work on this issue properly and not able tobdetect the actual issue then please give me on written that whatever the suggestion given by Service team with the company stamp and authorised signature

              I will solve the actual issue from outside multicar workshops by paying them. If the issue is solved refund the amount whatever i spent for solving it and accept that the Renault Service Team is not able to point out the actual issue and fails to solve the manufacturing faults

                very bad experience with service centre kun

                I have given my renault lodgy on friday for service, the attender told me he will update the status by evening but didn't get any response. Called many times on service centre on next day but no response. Receptionist attended and they told they will call but no response after that.

                Monday i called again they told they will check and update the status but no response after that. Very very bad experience with the service centre...

                Nov 21st i have ordered key and key barrel uppal renault service cheated me like any thing i want to escalate the problem to ceo the customer service team also trying to bluff me.
                Hope less answers and meaning less reply from uppal renault and service team when i took the issue to customer call center the service center gm trying to bribe me by offering rs 10000 to be quite and no to go for consumer forum.
                He wrote a mail how can i my self will commit with bribe i have already filed a consumer case in forum
                Even now also they are not providing. Ceo contacts how to trust renault very worst behaviour of call center team and workshop employees they have not yet placed order i am asking for a proof on which date they have place order for parts they dont have answers.
                They are just cheating customers

                  Greetings for the day!

                  The solution given by the service center to me
                  We wish to inform you that we have checked the vehicle found some parts need to be replaced, parts details below mentioned, 1) clutch kit
                  2) release bearing
                  3) clutch pipe
                  4) break / clutch oil

                  My questions to renault india are

                  1) if you are not ready with a proper amt technology then why did you launch it?

                  2) my vehicle is in warranty, then why i have to bear the cost of replacing the above parts listed by the service centre?
                  3) the average life of a clutch plate is said to be around 80, 000 km. I have an amt car in which gear transmission is done automatically by the car itself, human intervene is zero. If the clutch is not pressured by me, it means, vehicle mechanism is responsible for its excessive wear. (Excessive wear as it got worn off before 40, 000 km i. E. Half its life). So this means the car has a defective clutch plate/pressure plate/gearbox assembly. This clearly shows that defective transmission technology resulted in early worn of clutch plate and other parts mention above.

                  4) the vehicle is only driven around 33000 km and the pars are worn out, i have been using another brand car never ever had such an issue at 33000 km this prove that renault cars and pars are unreliable.
                  Never in my life, i will buy or advise anyone to buy renault car, the only solution i have to see this car. Before that, i will take the matter to consumer forum.

                  Really very disappointed by renault india. Hope renault india exits india soon, so no other genuine consumer fall for your trap.

                      We have booked kwid on 12th dec from nanavati renault, varachha, surat. We had accept exchange deal which they have suggested me. But now they are telling me that further party denied to buy your car with that price.. And now they wants to bargain.. But i told to mr. Ashvin that is your fault you have checked my car twice and then you offered that we have accepted.. I am getting better exchange value for buying hyundai santro.. But instead i decided to buy kwid. Sales person still saying that he is trying but he is literally delaying or more bargaining.. Now i want to returned my booking amount without any deduction.

                        As i have boooked a car from nanavati renault varachha surat. But after checking my car they have told me final exchange deal that i have accepted. But now they are telling me you have to more bargain in my old car and deal is spoiled due to less exchange value.. Firstly i am planning to buy santro car they are giving me exchange bonus.. But after getting better price from hyundai, i choose renault kwid. Still i want car of renault kwid but not from my local surat dealer..

                          Hi, i have been one of the earliest buyers of kwid. I have been facing issues with the car to date but all were accepted but the latest one which i am facing is totally unacceptable (Over engine noise) due to clutch springs as per renault technician feedback. They are asking to replace the whole clutch plate with a new set and will cost around 10k as the car is out of warranty.

                          But my main concern is why the engine is making so huge noise even when the car is working fine and being properly serviced at the service center only..

                          Recently, one more incident happened is my exhaust also got busted which i got changed and paid for it. But this noise issue is not acceptable at all.

                          I need a solution to this asap.

                            In september 2016, i purchased my first car renault kwid. I was happy with the price however, i did not knew that low budget cars comes with manufacturing faults.

                            I got clutch cable changed thrice, accelerator pedal twice under warranty. But had to pay for faulty glove box and engine guard, all this for known issues and manufacturing faults. And now i have to pay for keyless entry just because renault could not fix my faulty remote key, i have to buy new key.

                            Don't known how much more i have to pay for manufacturing fault. This has left a bad taste for renault. I regret buying a renault kwid as my first car.

                            I want to know why i have to pay for remote key? Were in it does not have any physical or liquid damage. The just stopped working and renault chinchwad, pune (Unatti motors) could not fix it. Now i have to bear cost for new key which is not of my fault.

                            It is shame to known that a multi million company isn't capable of fixing a faulty key under warranty and consumer has to bear the cost.

                            If find time or care to answer, please let know next course of action.

                              Madam/sir,

                              On 18.11.2019, i gave my car (Pulse), bearing registration no. As01bg 9895, with a complain of non functioning of ac and inner hood lamp of the said car to t. I automotive pvt. Ltd., bonda, guwahati. Repair order-customer copy attached herewith. After 18.11.2019, i contacted many times to know about the status of my vehicle.in reply, they only extended time in the excuse of 'diagnosis' etc. Etc. And after that they informed me that one parts of the vehicle is was required and it was not available with them. They also asked (Over telephone) permission from me to order the same (Date forgotten). After that i inquired so many times about my car but no suitable reply was given by them. Today i. E., on 21.12.2019, one mechanic of the said service station informed me that it would take more time as they reordered the required 'parts'.

                              Already a considerable time (More than one month) has elapsed and till date the status of my vehicle is the same.

                              Now, i wish to know can a customer sit more than one month after giving it to a service station? It is the service of renault? Whether my vehicle is being used by renault staff for their personal use? Or is my vehicle intact there?
                              If service station cannot repair/ provide service than they should inform me or return my vehicle.in spite of doing this, they are sitting idle. Will they give demurrage charges for such not completing the job and keeping my vehicle in service station for such a long period of time.

                              I also want the proof of order placed for the parts needed by the service station, as informed, as well as the date of 'diagnosis' of my vehicle. And the reason of such delay.

                              Hope you will understand my problem and will take necessary steps to return my vehicle after the needed service.

                              I also expect that my complaint will not be the cause of escalation of bill amount.

                                Dear sir,

                                I am from trivandrum. My duster rxz amt has jerking on low speed.. Noticed this issue from second service but the dealer did not pay attention. But now the vehicle sent for the 3rd service 30k km.. All 3 free service and warranty expired already... I mention the jerking this time too... Now service center also says there is jerking and maybe clutch issue etc.. I owned scorpio automatic for 7 years and driven 90k km but never had an issue... Duster driven 29k km only and had all kind of issues..

                                  This is to bring it to your notice that i purchased duster rxz 110 ps (Facelift) (Vin:- meehsrcffk7006228, engine:- k9kr856e035828) from renault faridabad (Sunrise auto) on 5th aug 2019.

                                  I've been facing an issue with my clutch from the day 1 of the usage. There is peculiar clutch noise along with grinding noise after driving for few kilometers everyday. The issue was reported to service manager during 1st service and he confirmed that issue is resolved at the time to delivery. However i faced the same issue the very next day and again took my vehicle for inspection on multiple times to the service center between 6th oct to 5th nov 2019.
                                  A personnel from warranty department checked the issue after driving the car and confirmed that parts needs to be replaced. After waiting for a month finally the below said parts were replaced (As per service center) however i'm quite sure nothing has been changed or replaced as the problem still exists.

                                  A. Flywheel
                                  B. Clutch plate
                                  C. Pressure plate
                                  D. Slave cylinder
                                  As the problem was not solved hence i had to visit the service center again with the video proof of the problem. This time i've been asked to continue using the vehicle for some time as they cannot raise another warranty claim until the first one is clear.

                                  Being a customer of your top-end model first of all i was not expecting that my engine has to be open up on the first service and again the problem is not solved. It looks like that your service center is clueless about the actual issue.
                                  As the problem cannot be solved with parts replaced i understand that it's a manufacturing defect and hence i demand a new vehicle as otherwise brand reputation is also gets impacted if one has to open up the engine on the first service.

                                  I'm repenting my decision to buy a vehicle from renault india as it is causing me lot of mental and financial grief, i have already taken 3 days off from office just to prove that problem still exists. As a proof i'm also attaching the sound/video recording of the issue.

                                  Request you to kindly look into the issue at the earliest.

                                  My car had a manufacturing defect in the Air Conditioning unit, because of which there was a leakage inside the car. I had raised this compliant twice. First time they rectified by covering the AC pipe with a foil layer. Second time, there was huge water in the backside rare foot lock. Later on they determined there was a manufacturing defect in the Air conditioning unit, because of which there was a water leakage. Now my car is in the Khivraj Pearl Service, Mount Road, Chennai, India. It is the service center for the last 5 days. I and my family members are suffering due to the non-availability of the vehicle. How can Renault deliver a defective product to me? I am not getting a proper response to my queries. I need my vehicle to be replaced. Kindly help me.
