Extremely bad experience buying a renault triber from vibrant motors kolkata... Will inform all my friends and known people to never buy a renault car... Booked a car and paid in full on 26th sept and the salesman informed that the car will be delivered within 3 to 4 days. But the car was not delivered. Then i was informed that it will be delivered after durga puja holidays. My first emi was also debited from my account. Again the sales rep informed that it will be delivered before diwali. Still it is not been done. Extremely irresponsible attitude by the dealer. This is the worst car buying experience in my life. I owned a ford, honda city and now own a mg hector but never had this kind of harassment and callous attitude of a dealer.

    Hi,

    I hv sent my vehicle in rudrapur center to check the starting problem and after that it was working fine but now again same issue came and i tried to check by open the bonut if my car and what i have found is totally unprofessional.
    There is one box with many switches, which should be cover properly is left open by the service team.

      This is regarding my complaint on clutch plate safety and quality issue (Ref. No:[protected]. I'm not satisfied with the mediocre response from renault customer support and anamalais motors private limited. I'm requesting you for the replacement or refund for this product.
      I'm not sure how you are seeing my issue. This is serious to me. This is a car of price tag 16.5 lacs and it costs another 53000 for mere 3000kms range. And all you guys could do is blaming my drive style without addressing the issue properly.
      Let me elaborate what happened on the incident date. On 18/10/2019 i was returning from hospital, within 3km range, smoke developed under bonnet, we were worried that car would catch fire and stopped instantly to check. Then we handed over the car to anamalais motor private ltd. For inspection. Since then i'm only following the status of my vehicle. There was no proper communication from them. After i enquired many time, they told me that the issue was with clutch plate burnout and flywheel. They further added that these items won't come under warranty, and that i have to pay 50000 for the repair.
      The car is just 4 months old and the odo is at only 2700+ kms. The service manager asked me to send a mail on the issue and he would communicate the renault technical team regarding this. And he replied that renault had disagreed this as manufacturing defect and they haven't faced any issue like this on other products delivered. But i strongly suspect that my car is a faulty product, since purchase i have not done any modification or adjustment on clutch or clutch lever. Now i come to know from the service manager they also didn't do anything with the clutch on the first service. Then all i could think of only is this clutch is a defective product or it is assembled such a way to wear out quickly and burn.
      How am i liable to this faulty product. The service manager and co ordinator tried to preach me on clutch driving, the co ordinator told me that he had seen almost 50 cases on 500km range clutch failure on renault kwid on first time drivers. If he had told me this prior i would have picked tata harrier over renault duster. I'm well aware of clutch driving and the consequences, i'm not a new driver and i've been driving for last 12 years. And of course i didn't purchase 5 lakh kwid but so called best built off-road vehicle (Duster). As i've told them this they are telling this as special case and they would communicate renault for discounted rate on repair. Why should i pay the price unnecessarily.
      Renault representative repeatedly told me, all fault is on my driving style and road condition only. If you still doubt my driving style, i request you to provide me another car and try me for 3000 kms (Or whatever range you suggest) and prove me as i'm not a qualified driver.
      Regarding road condition, you are marketing this car as all terrain vehicle. Still i hadn't taken this car for long drive, and i barely drove in traffic. I have not even started the purpose of this purchase.
      How am i supposed to fit my head into the clutch assembly to assure it is assembled properly?
      On what scale you measure the quality of clutch plates and flywheel?
      If there is no warranty or specific limit how can i be confident that it won't wear within next 3000kms?
      Where is the safety aspect? When we reached the service centre at the time of incident every one around the car got panicked, as like the car would blast.
      What if the car had caught fire after the smoke and we got injured?
      I've lost total trust on this car. So again i'm requesting you for the replacement or refund for this product.
      I need your immediate response, don't try to make conference call with the anamallai's service dealers again, it's of no use as they have admitted they had tried their level best on this issue and it is totally on renault's decision. And there is no proper response through out the follow up process. Especially ther is a customer relationship manager mr. Hari babu. The renault customer service tried to arrange a conference call with him, he didn't pick the call. We received his mobile number ([protected]) from the representative, and we called him many times. He was either busy or won't pick our calls. There's still not even a single reply came from him yet.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I vimal pravin patel, from surat gujarat, is owing renault kwid climber top model reg no - gj05 ra 0882, ch no - meebba004h3477047 year of purchase april 2017, would like to inform you that while driving the car last week on saturday 12/10/2019 at about 9.30 pm suddenly the car was not able to start after i parked... So i called the road /ide srvice and a person came with a battery and tried to start it but he was unable to start... So they requested to tow the car to the service center for further checking... On asking to the customer case whether any charges would be applicable... So on response he said no charges will be applicable as your car is in 4 years warranty period... So i allowed them to tow my car to the service center... After 2 days i got call from surat hazira service centre that some major part is not working called clutch box in my automatic car so you need to pay 20, 000 + charges for it... On asking about the warranty they told that it wont be covered in warranty... As my service no 3 was pending with the company... To be very frank, i was in a big financial problem during that period as a lost my job as no income was there so because of which i was not able to do service no 3 during that period... Also since the car is still in the warranty period so i request the company to please do the needy with me... As allow to please replace the part on company's replacement warranty...
        Once again i request the company to please cover it in warranty period... As a goodwill gesture from the company to the customer.. As the car is still in warranty.. And the car is still at the service center surat hazira.

          My car service given to diwakar moters private limited udaipur which is given on sunday 2019.in job card details i have shown what i have in my car & what to solve mainly i have told ingious light 💡 & stop engine light & ac cooling many thing of small like speakers, wiper etc. & service also of 1 lakhs km. They told me i take 3-4 days
          After 3 days they told me arm, suspensions many things should be putted after that it will solve but they keep telling than solveing the problem
          After 13days they call me & msg me bill
          Of 45000
          When i reach at service center
          I saw my car has it is only change oil & filter & washing
          Another thing of repairing all left as it is.
          They were told that engine work & all # talk were talking at time of 7:00 night
          I was no option to pay money & take car
          Soo please kilndly request to solve my problem

            Rxli model (Approximately 13+ lakhs) facing serious problem with hard clutch and because of which i stared having severe knee pain. Tried enquiring with service centre but i was informed the car model is like that. Kindly provide me any alternate solution because i'm unable to use the car for past 8 months. Also, i'm not in a position to sell this car. It would be of great help if you rectify this problem soon.

            Very unfortunate, your service station (Khivraj Pearl Motors) proved once agin to make money than giving a solution for which I gave it for.

            Look at the image of estimation for the work I didn’t ask for them to check. Are you interested in giving the solution for hard clutch or using such opportunity to make money.

            Even if you say your service station found a problems in advance. Pls check the last service date and the changed the parts and the bill value. Most of the items are suggested again and your better reference check the kms noted during last service and now.

            Absolutely bad service. I fear they can change the working parts also. Pls return back the car 🙏🏼

            My Renault Triber - bought in October 2019 is giving a fuel economy of 8.8 KMPL. Then what's the point of buying a fuel efficient 999 cc three cylinder engine car?
            The dealer had said that the car will give a mileage of 20 KMPL. Unfortunately it's less than 50% of the dealers claim.

              Hi,

              Last month i booked triber (Rxz mt) vehicle in trident motors, jp nagar, bangalore, white color.in which the dealer is including 12, 390 inr as handling / delivery of charges even after asking them that supreme courts judgement has ruled it out. On confronting the dealer with it they say that the renault company has allowed them to do so.

              To take the matter further i have escalated this with renault customer care by mailing to [protected]@renault.com
              I haven't received any reply in mail yet.

              Now i am confused, who is superior, supreme court or these foreign companies and dealers denying courts judgement.

              I want an strict action on them, then only these companies will learn a message & will stop practicing wrong things.

              Kindly advise.

                Dear kun renault kattupakkam,

                Below are the grievances shared to you but there is no improvement on this further.

                My complaint was just compensated by ixtar order eliminator by your one of the male & female employee, which is not the solution.

                I have done re-service and the below pending job with authorized showroom where the found the oil level was less.

                Then what kind of service kun renault kattupakkam had done??? For which i paid inr 16000/-

                I would request you and team to look in to my issues and re-service my vehicle in my next service.

                Just fyi – when i opened my front bonnet i couldn’t find any finger marks or cleaned bonnet, after seeing this, i have a doubt wheather they changed my vehicle engine oil or not.

                I have given my vehicle renault duster for paid service on 27th july, stating that it will be delivered on monday afternoon by 12 noon, but delivered on tuesday afternoon.

                01. Vehicle was not washed - i understand we have water crisis, but at-least to be cleaned.

                02. Dirty interior, muddy tyres, muddy floor mats, water bottle cups sponges are missing, dry leaves inside the front bonnet.

                03. I have escalated this to mr. Kumaran - gm who is just least bother and pushed his responsibility to mr. Shiva show room manager.

                04. Different colour was painted for my vehicle bumper, when i checked with some authorized dealer, they said, paint formula is wrong. Renault kattupakkam then asked sorry for painting different colour. Shame on them - to have such irresponsible staff.

                05. I was charged for a just basic grease which is applied on battery.

                06. Later my vehicle bumper was painted with right colour, but noticed painting dot spots on mirror, for which showroom manager asked sorry.

                07. Even tyre polish was not applied while delivering the vehicle, too many cost cuttings

                08. For 4th paid service i was charged 8000/- as labor, with this 8000/- i can do the full service in some other authorized showroom.

                09. Till now i have not got any courtesy call from gm.

                10. Kun renault kattupakkam will definitely miss the genuine customer with this kind of experience.

Please take action regarding this. This is totally case of fraud ness

                  Hi,
                  I have taken a loan form renault finance.
                  Not getting the noc after full payment of my car to renault finance (Loan application no. Rdel057116) and still taking the emi form my account.
                  Even i already paid the total amount dated 14/09/2019 and this month emi paid by me as well see the attached screenshot for confirmation..
                  Following on twitter as well and they are not responding.
                  I don't take anyone take car and use the service from renault finance.

                  I don't know why it is happening?

                    Dear renault, i had purchased renault kwid on 11/12/2018, that is demo car, at your dealer unnati vehicles pvt. Ltd, wadi, nagpur when i purchased that time meter reading was 19000km. And i am the first owner for my car, on purchased time unnati vehicles brief me you got 2 year warranty, we have good service, hassle free service, many more things, and i purchased kwid. Only look renault brand. The give me 1 service free at march. After that when i go for next service that time they told me now u r not eligible for free service. Because your car already 2 year s old. if i purchased on dec 2018 i have bill also then how u calculate my car old is 2 year. my view is my car old is 10 months only. And that is true. I want my free services at any cost legal or any other way. Only for making money ur dealer unnati vehicles pvt ltd refuse my me for get my free services that is totally wrong. I loss my trust from renault. This kind of service is not acceptable. Give me way which door i knocked for my free service and i am ready to knocked whatever it is. Kindly help me out

                      My renault kwid vehicle had starting issue. I am staying in nagaram village after giving kushaiguda service center they have found that rat had bitten the engine cable. And also stated that petrol pump also not working. We asked to pay 13044 rupees for the replacement parts. Service center took more than 30days to replace the parts. And at last after taking vehicle delivery we had breakdown issue which is new issue it was not there before giving it to service center. Service center person said we have to open the parts while replacing engine wire and that's where break oil may be removed and didn't fill it back. So person had filled the break oil and it worked. But next day we had same break down issue. When we gave it service center there is a loose bolt and said they fixed it and filled oil again. But again next day same issue but this time service center persons said that there is a problem with master cylinder and which needs replacement. But how that got damaged? Service center manager saying its common. The service center manager asking to pay again 7000 rupees for replacement parts. But why customer has to pay for this as it got damaged while replacing engine cable? Service center persons playing game and it's a big disappointment from renault. Just drove car for 8000+ kilometers and just its 1.6 years, this many issues? Made a big mistake buying this renault car. Please help me on this issue why i have to pay money for service center made mistake? Very bad service from renault.

                        I purchased renault kwid in october 2016. The no of my vehicle is up32 hh 9812. Within one month of purchase problem of engine oil leakage started, when brought to service centre (Near indira canal, lucknow, up), the employee there said that the lid below is broken and it will be changed although there was no accident or collision. Besides when i was on my way to office in december same year, the car again broke down, gear was not working at all. Again my vehicle was brought to service centre, the employee said that there was some manufacturing defect and the whole gear box will be replaced. They kept my car for atleast 20-25 days and then said that gear box has been changed (Jan 2017 within 2-3 months of purchase). After 3-4 months again i noticed that gear was still not functioning smoothly. Again i took my car to service centre (This time to new service centre near bithauli, sitapur road, lucknow). There when i narrated the whole history of vehicle to the employee there, he checked my vehicle and told me that the gear box was never replaced and i was cheated. Again i went to the previous service centre and when i complained about this, realising the seriousness and consequence of their fraudulent act, they replaced my gear box (As told by them) within 2-3 days in june 2017. After some time clutch plate of vehicle was also replaced. Then second time again leakage of engine oil started and again the lid below was broken. For safety purpose i purchased engine guard to avoid this problem again and again. A week before, on 23 september 2019, when i was on my way to office my car again broke down and again gear was not working at all. Till date, my car is at service centre and somehow i m going to my office bearing expenses of my daily convence. Besides, the employee called me and told me that some bolt and wire has to be replaced, and that i 'll have to pay around 5000 to 6000. Within 3 years of purchase of car i have faced so many problems with this vehicle, not only this, so much money is also wasted. Can you expect such a pathetic experience with a new car? Every time the problem arises in gear box since the purchase of this vehicle. I m tired and frustrated of getting my car repaired again and again in the service centre for long durations. I facing serious problem with my car. I m very much disappointed with this vehicle and i will take further action if my problem is not sorted out.

                          Dear sir i have purchased 2 yr extended warranty along with brand warranty (2+2) from renault on aug 2016 but recently my vehicle met with accident on 10th sep 2019 & got repaired by bodyshop on 21st sep'19 through royal sundaram insurance thereafter some diagnosis service team found that ac not working due to ecu may be affected after accident & not covered under warranty but my question is that where is my fault when i have paid for extended warranty as well as insurance and paying regular for maintenance for vehicle as per company guidelines pls help me i won't pay extra amount when extended warranty is on

                          I am doing follow everyday but still no response getting from Renault team even logged complaint[protected] on 1st Oct'19 And today 10th Oct'19 but Renault Customer Care manipulating not giving expected date or time to close the issue always saying "IS IN UNDER PROCESS WITH HEAD OFFICE" My question is that when taking money for services they aren't wait at least single day & holding complaint more than 10 days this is serious concern of mental harrassment not it's time to take legal action on this & I will escalate this National consumer court

                            I booked a Renault Kwid on July end and paid full amount by end of August. At the time of booking and payment I continuously asked agent if new model is coming in a few months since all over the internet it was mentioned regarding the facelift. We were not in a hurry since we wanted the car by end of October and we will wait if facelift is coming this year.

                            The sales person denied with absolute confidence and let me quote him "Sir trust me no more facelift happening this year. Pls have confidence and book it. I can guarantee you 100% ". And now in October itself Kwid launched new model.

                            Neither my car registration has processed and neither delivery has happened. I wont accept the old model. I want the newer model. Due to such wrong misleading information we customers suffer. I have just paid the amount of car and received receipt. Neither any registration has started nor delivery process has begun.

                              I booked my duster car on 28th aug'19 and wanted a delivery on 6th oct'19 but now when the date is approaching, they are saying that we cant deliver. I have made all arrangements to pickup this car and also sold the existing car, not to get a shock like this. Whatever it requires, i am putting a faith on renault india to get me the delivery on time. I am a corporate sr professional and i am just not ready to make fool of the people. Kindly take it on priority to get me this delivery on 6th oct'19 (New duster petrol cvt, blur color) booked in the name of shisham chhatwani. Performa invoice attached.

                                I have purchased renault captur rxt diesel model in 2018. The car starts pulling left on straight roads. This problem is from day one. The service station engineers have tried everything from tyre rotation to balancing and alignment but are not able to solve the problem. The manufacturer as usual is sitting dumb no wonder it reflects in their poor sales figure. I am regretting my decision of purchasing this vechile.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I booked renault duster car from unique auto, chiplun by making payment of rs. 10000 by cheque. However i decided to cancell the booking and informed them verbally after 10 -15 days. Then i have submitted written request for refund of my booking amount.
                                  However after 2-3 months the dealer has returned only rs. 6000. However no explaination was given why did they deducted rs. 4000.

                                  Do it is requested to kindly do refund the balance amount 4000 please.

                                    I bought this car in may and never received my rc/number plate till i used my influence to get it after around 60 days. They started calling me for service very next day i started driving after i received rc. Service which needs to happen 25 kms away from where i stay. Recently i completed one year and gave it for third service and to my service they called me inform that it will happen 3 kms away from my place. Guess what they took my vehicle 35 kms away from city at mohanalganj and they brought it back consuming petrol of around 8 litres for just 70 kms. Horm stopped working within a day. They billed me for 1740, never gave a proper bill and informed that it will shared on whatsapp. Never received the bill and one fine i get a call from their gm asking for my rc number and other details as they had audit, they missed my bill. Even on that day i complained that my vehicle was picked for service and blah blah but he was insisting me to give my details required for audit and he will share the bill. This stupid behaviour from anand autotech and their service centers makes me crazy of not using their services. I own renault kwid one of the best

                                      I had purchased a renault duster cvt petrol on jan 30th 2019 this year vin-meehsrsgmj8003049 registration number as01-dy1761 and facing a recurring problems of abs light getting on and vehicle pickup getting slow. This happened first around 40 days back and immediately i called up the dealer

                                      After that a the vehicle was taken to the renault service station and rectified. The car started working fine after this and again today same thing has happened. This is a recurring time and again, i sincerely request you to please get it checked on most urgent basis. This is a formal complaint for the same this is a very bad experience i am having with renault and i think my investment and relationship with renault is a waste and really i had a made a mistake purchasing this vehicle and from renault. It would have been better had i gone for the brands in the market. Ref snaps below of the dashboard.



                                      This is a brand new vehicle with hardly 500 kms running and purchased in 30th jan 2019.                                         I bought a renault kwid car in 2015 december and also i purchased extended warranty for two years so my my car is warrantied till 2019 december.
                                        I went for my routine service today at kannur service center and my adviser mentioned me my cars silencer is broken, again the entire clutch unit is faulty again they said my car crashed some where and there is an engine oil leakage and i then realized there was no engine guard for my car. So all together a bill of rs 25000, so they explained none of the product comes under extended warranty so now my question is, is this the quality of a product, my car just covered 35000 kms if it has covered like lakhs of kilometer we could say that may be due to wear and tear but just 35000 kms so this is a manufacturing defect. I really need your support and advice in this as a valuable customer i need to get this problem sorted and i am not liable to pay this much huge amount as i am on warranty period.
