2017 petrol version of duster, steering is getting stiff with time. Just after i received the car from showroom, very 3rd day the steering was dead and later whitefield serive station informed me about faulty part and changed the whole set. It again starts behaving same in just 2 years.

Mileage is also reduced from 9-10 kmpl to 6-7 kmpl in 2 years.

    I purchased a renault captur in jul 2018. Right from day one the car has been pulling to the left. It becomes immensely tiring at times on a long drive holding the steering in the opposite direction. This was reported to the service centre at jaipur south, they did attend, tried, but it did not get resolved. They tried tyre rotation, changing etc but problem still persists. It tires a hell on long drive. They have even sent mails to higher ups but no solution. They tried but its more than a year still not resolved.
    Kindly take necessary action soonest.

    I suggested to the service centre to replace few items instead of adjustment. They did replacement and a problem of 2 years was resolved.

      I am dr. Sachidanand singh owing an amt kwid 1.0 car purchased in may 2018 (Up32jv7593), i feel reno - kwid has cheated me by giving me a defective car in 2018, which i purchased from renault showroom chinhat, lucknow.

      I am mentally and physically harassed by the company and service center both.

      This started when, just after the one-month purchase of the car, there was a brake issue where i was putting the brake but, it was not happening, and due to which i had a front collision with other car, reno service center, said it may be rain issue and they forcefully justified me with some reason, where i was telling them no it’s a defective piece.

      1.in ii service again i reported about the brake issue, which they said they have resolved.

      2. Iii service time i said about the raise issue and a red signal coming as, the car stops raising in the center of the road.

      3. For this issue the car has went three times in the month of august and sept 2019 for almost 15 days.

      4. Again after the three times service for the same issue again today morning and evening the car stopped raising.

      5. This raising problem happened three times in the middle of the road, in the high way where any thing can happen, but some how i took it at one side of the road.

      6. After three service for the same issue, i feel either reno kwid don’t want to accept that they have made a defective piece which was hand over to me or reno service center is not able to take this problem.

      7. At both the case i am mentally and physically harassed as my daily office work is hampered for a 1 year new car.

      8. I also feel that reno has no serious concern about any human life, because this type of serious issue is not taken seriously, and if some thing happens to me in road while driving this car and stops taking raise in middle of the road, the whole responsibility goes to renault company and reno service center.

      9. I want you all to take this issue right now into serious action, and give me the possible better solution by replacing this car, since you all people had made my life in danger for three times, even though by knowing this issue.

      10. The delay in this concern between couple of days will push me for serious legal action and using social site about this car performance.

      They say everything is fine .
      I visited more than 100times but they couldn't provide a solution to it.

        My vehicle - renault kwid rxl - registration number mh28 az 0263. Car was purchased in nov 2017 from renault akola, maharahstra
        Vehicle is under breakdown service work from 03 sep 2019 to till date. There was abnormal sound observed in engine side so the vehicle was towed from my home to service centre in akola (From where we purchased the car)
        Firstly, when we led the car to service centre, the service engineer denied to service the car under warranty, we were told that better you can take the car to nagpur for better service, as there is some big workshop there and your car breakdown problem will be solved early.
        But we insisted the service engineer, to attend the breakdown in akola only as we purchased our car from there. & nagpur was 300 km from akola so it was not feasible to tow the car to such long distance, and if renault india is having service centre in akola, then why it is not able to attend engine breakdowns at fast rate?

        It is almost 10 days that our car is lying there at showroom. Service team hasnt reached upto breakdown conclusion in last 10 days. Everyday we are in contact with service team, they are telling us that we havent received approval from renault india to process vehicle under warranty.

        Please do needful to resolve the issue as we are facing much issues. We need the car serviced at earliest. Never expected such service related hastle from renault

          Hi,

          My problem is 2 fold.

          1st issue:
          I have provided my renault duster (Number : ts xx xx 3563) for servicing at 36k km ecil, hyderabad membi service center (And while i have handed over my car, it was fully functional). The car has been returned to me, and when it was returned, the ac is not working. I have taken the car back to service center and they have informed me that evaporator has got damaged and has to be replaced. My first problem is that the ac got damaged while the car is in your custody and hence the service center should be liable for the damage.

          2nd issue :

          My car is covered under extended warranty. But they have rejected the claim saying that the servicing to be done at 20k kms has been done at 26k kms due to which the claim got rejected.

          While issuing the extended warranty, this was not informed clearly. Also the renault duster booklet doesn't specifically/ clearly mention that the service has to be maintained at the specific kms. It just says that "vehicle has to be maintained regularly" which is a very generic statement.

          Also, while i have raised the above 2 concerns with the service center staff, their crm and have escalated it to the next level also, it hasn't been resolved for the past 4 weeks. They say that they are speaking internally to their managers for approval, they always promise to call back but never called back. I have kept patience till now and have been following up with them regularly, but i don't see this progressing any further.

          Please resolve this for me.

            My renault duster is showing overheating alarm. I complained to my dealer (Gargson automobile pvt. Ltd.) regarding this. They told me to bring the vehicle to their showroom. Since 2 months my vehicle is in their showroom and i am facing a lot of trouble during this period. Atleast 5 times i have visited their service centre for enquires but till now there is no solution. They are making me waited whole day everytime i visit but not a single solution have been provided yet. I am very much dissatisfied from their service. And i want my car asap in good working condition. Pls help

              I submited my vehical on 13th of aug and the recived the approval from insurance company on 16 aug till now i didnt recive my vehical they are just waiting for front glass and side mirror from 17 days
              Due to this kind of services my offical work got distrubed and my ganpati festival also hamperd. This is not the way to give a services to any customer its very disappointing from the world best company renault
              Extremely sorry to say but i will never prefer renault vehical & not even suggest to any one to. A very bad experiance with renault it's my mistake that i switch renault from maruti suzuki.

                I am owner of above cited car. I already complained on the above subject but no response so far. My car switches over to n mode while driving or while taking reverse. I sent representation dated 19.08.2019 but no response from renault so far. Highly negligent attitude of renault. Kindly replace my car immediately as it has been repaired 5 times for the gear acctuator problem and still it is not set right as there is a major manufacturing defect.

                  steering stiffness

                  The front left suspension of my duster was replaced because of the oil leak during the last service at trident renault mysore road. Since then the steering gets hard on & off while turning to left but doesn't happen when i turn right. I was suggested by trident renault, mysore road to replace the steering rack (Which i believe is baloney since the part cost inr40, 000/-) without even looking at the actual problem or diagnosing the issue....

                  My respective vehicle was break down on 16/08/2019 at anjurphata, bhiwandi - 421302, on the same date at 11 : 00 in the morning, i made a call to[protected] for road side assistance, to tow my vehicle and take the same to nearby service centre. The respective service was delayed and i was being served after 32 hrs from the first call.
                  My vehicle is at benchmark motors pvt. Ltd., thane, ghodbunder road, from last 13 days, there is no positive response from the service center.
                  Please look forward to my complaint and revert me back at the earliest.

                    Hi, i am having renault duster up 32fu 6699, lucknow. My car has crossed 1 lacs kilometers and properly and timely service.

                    There was a little bit noise from gear box and car has not completed 5 years of purchase.

                    When car was sent to mg chariots lucknow service centre then they told me that there is a problem of gear box and given estimate of 1 lacs.

                    Despite regular follow ups my car is there at service centre from past 10 days and they are now demanding money to get the part order.

                    I have used car of maruti and hundai but i have never faced any issue of gear box.

                    Car is always serviced timely and service manager has never told that there is any issue.

                    Request you to please look into this matter and help me here!

                      Renault kwid glove box have very cheap quality, when i buy this car then i told to service boy glove box not close, he say "don't worry sir your car in under warranty" but after the 2 year same problem and my glove box not close and even not in use from the begging.

                      Renault very poor customer support.

                      Renault kwid have lot of engine noise and renault not work on this issue.

                      Please don't buy this car.

                        Vehicle come with break issue, every service complained about the issue, at TRIDENT AUTO ENTERPRISE RENAULT SERVICE CENTRE, they not done with this issue till 2 days before ( last service )
                        While driving with A/C some times break not gonna apply ( free beake pedal )

                          On 23rd, the new vehicle broke down half the way at 10pm. Next day, the roadside assistant attended at 8am at site and diagnosed as the battery is not recharging. He then started the car by external battery support. Then he asked us to take the car to kulur renault workshop. After driving a distance of 1.5 km, the car again konked off in the similar fashion at 9.15am. Roadside assistance attended at 10am and the car was towed to kulur workshop. New car within within three weeks had to be towed due to company defect. We would like to have a replacement of the company defective car with a new car.

                            Even in the most high end model of the car that is approx. 6 lakhs on road the engine oil chamber is made of cheap plastic that can easily break when your car’s bottom touches a speed breaker. They hide such information about the car as no consumer will ask such specific questions before purchase. For my car it broke within 2 months, yet no cost is covered by warranty. The bill estimate given to us is ₹60, 000. Makes me question the ethics of renault india.
                            There is a guard available for this at the showroom but we were not even informed about it nor were we told that it can break so easily. This guard should come pre installed for free at least in the top end kwid climber.in all other cars it is made of stainless steal or some other metal that will not break with minor impact.

                              Third class service from renault nerul service center. My problem not solved but increased problems. My vehicle currently unfit for drive because of nerul service provider/center. Rainey water entered in my kwid car, i given my car for that problem. Initially my car having wiring problem but no error seen on display as well as pick up of car ok. After service, error shown on display & my car not getting pick up. I asked to service provider about this issue but he ignore me & told me your vehicle initially having that problem. I think my vehicle part removed by service person & fitted faulty part in my vehicle. Worst service, third class service.

                                Good day to every one.
                                My brother handed over to warangal service center for replacing of damaged door due to hit by un identified vehicle. The handed over around june 15th. They passed time till august 02, due to original insurance bond /rti which are provided b y them when the vehicle delivered week itself.

                                So 3 months they kept car in their service center, and when demand the details for the delay in written, they could not make as they worry about their job.

                                When i check gate register for details from the security, that also not maintained, only third party bikes recording because they provide some space for parking.

                                Yesterday my son visited to remind and find the date of delivery, they promised on monday they will do definitely.

                                My concern is the money i spent for private cars and my inconvenience caused due to this delay.

                                Big surprise is they blame sales team, when i shout on sales team they blame on service team, when i demand written explanation both afraid.

                                So kindly suggest to get relief from this pain.

                                  all doors not locked by manual key of kwid

                                  Hi there,

                                  Recently i lost my centre locking key of kwid, i used manual key to unlock the door but when i tried to lock the door with manual key, it locks only the driver gate, rest 3 gates remains unlocked.

                                  This is a biggest loophole in security feature of this company that doors are not locked by manual key.

                                  As my experience is growing with this company, lots of loophole are showing up. br...

                                  Anyone looking for a car; kindly dont spend your hard earned money on renault. You would experience worst customer service; complaint center is useless and service center are frauds. My duster is standing at nerul service center from 1 month. They are not getting some part which they ordered from chennai and it has been 1 month they have kept the car. Renault customer support wont help you and it useless. Complaint center is even more useless and worthless. Go for any other company but would suggest never renault. You will feel cheated. I am going to sell this garbage and buy other company car.
                                  Total disappointment and cheated.
                                  Would suggest everyone to stay away from renault garbage

                                    Hello sir,

                                    I am venkatesh from visakhapatnam. I bought renault kwid climber during aug 2017. Actually i am working with one private organisation so i have more camps and as such i have used my above said car in low volume. As on date my vehicle kilometer milege is 4970 kms. Recently i have done my free servicing also against payment of rs.4, 300/- which is towards oil and other items. After servicing one day morning i have tried to start my vehicle but it was not started and the same day i have made a call to your local service point. Then they have sent some one and he checked up and said the battery problem is there and he collected rs.400/- from our parents and also said batter warranty period is one year only. I have asked him i bought the car during aug 2017 and i think it is under warranty as the vehicle is under 4 years amc. So please advise me now what to do with the battery and i th ink battery warranty is 2 years. Please guide me sir.
