I have a renault duster 110 ps awd rxz model purchased in march 2016.
I visited divine auto, jahangir puri for ac direction flow knob problem, in july, 2018, they rectified the direction flow knob problem, but the car ac stopped working in city traffic. I visited multiple times and they tried to provide a solution and at the same time winter’s arrived and i could not check the car ac effectiveness. This year i again highlighted the issue to the same dealership in june, 2019 and again visited on july 3, 17, 23 and 29. Then after raising a complaint with renault customer care, on august 5th, 2019 the car was again visited dealership and was with dealership for 3 days, and they couldnt rectify neither identify the problem and were trying to convice that it is working fine.
They repeatedly recall the car to dealership wasting my time, energy and fuel not providing any solution. I hereby request through this forum to help me get the complete ac unit replaced
