It's more of grievances. I purchased KWID RXT in Nov, 2016, after hearing and seeing all the blabber thru advertising etc. Blabber, yes it is more than that. It's not even three years old and the car is towed to service centre for machine failure. Twice refused to start. No problem with the battery. It's circuit failure. Once on the middle of heavy traffic road, your special knob gear conked. Once your online mechanic came to my rescue, when the car refused to start, on old airport road, Bangalore. Just imagine the heavy traffic at 5 pm and KWID RXT block g up hundreds of car. Traffic cop helped me in pushing the car to a side. Your mechAnic came, saw and sorted out the problem and the vehicle started.Only one good comment and Rest only complaints. Best part is vehicle refused to start on Friday(11/04). Your mobile mechanic came and didn't know what the problem is...vehicle is being towed again today, that is after lot of persuation. Now who ever is in charge of complaints cell, a few answers to my genuine questions. No.1. Do you sell only faulty cars..? No.2. My hardearned money of Rs.5.50 lac s has gone down the dr...? No. 3. Do you appoint mechanics, who knows the job or on a trial error basis...? No.4. Do you sell comfort cars as you claim or make customers spend time chasing service people..?. No.5. When other manufacturer sell better cars with this mechanism( no names), what's wrong with Renault?
This is only a sample and many more complaints to follow in series II. Unless you prove that you have a better car and better service people. Now...action? This is only a starter...before I take it further.
My car number is KA50P 7182. Bangalore is the place i reside in and bought the car from Renault Motors, Yelahanka.
