Sir as i want to get this issue in ur notice that i have given complaint on 9-5-2018 that my vehicle is completly shetdown and the vehicle is not starting and its been very problemetic to me,, and i have called ur custamer care people. And i got a call from road side assistence people and then the mechanic came from ur compane and checked the vehicle and told me that, there was a serious electonic problem in the car and it has to be taken to the nearest renault compane
Service point and ge it checked. Afer that again i called ur customer care service center and called and asked they told me that there will be ur compane vehicle will be coming with in 1hour time, and they will toe the vehicle, all of a sudden my mobile battery got week and got switched off. And again i charged my phone and imedyatly i called them back with in 45 min time. The resone they told me that the vehicle had come and gone back, they t ried calling me and my phone was switched off. And then i asked them what to do they told me that this time they will be charging 2500rupees to toe the vechile. (Now i wanted to ask u that is that what the reasone that i have to pay money in the emergency even when my vehicle had complitly shutdown and i dint know what to do in the trafic.)
1) what was the time period they have given to me...1hour. Before that i called them through my phone
I called to the customer care becoze they did not send me the driver details conact num. To contact them back, now tell me whos mistake is that.
2) when i had a free road side assistence commitment from ur compane why am i supose to pay money.
3) from two days my vehicle is parked on the main road with out security, who will be responsible. For that if any damage happence to my vehicle
4) this was the fourth time i have given complaints to the compane that the vehicle has serious electical and car problems how can u neglect soo much.
5) how can u ask money when there is emergency existed and we had no money to pay on time, how can u be so neglected and push off the issue, and live ur customer on the road.
6) still the vechile is on the road and no body o[censored]r customer care people r responding properly. Till now.
7) pls u only let me know what kind of action will u take and what kind of action would u want me to take.
8) tell me who is responcible if any things happens to my car. And i have no other option to send my car to ur service center.
9) pls i want my problem solved from ur compane side immeditly as soon as posible. Or i will have to take some legal action on ur compane right now.

    Hi... The same problem wat yu have felt it happens to myduster also... I have bought on may 2015... But vechile model is 2014... I had pblm on my battery so i left my car to their service centre they say yu hav to replace battery which cost rs 8000 i said abt 2 yrs warrenty no use... I was put on trouble...
    Check before making purchase of the car were it other accerories belong to on same year of purchase

      I purchased renault duster from sprint cars motors in 2016 my car number dl 8c ak 8071, after couple of months i started facing gear shift problem and i had informed same issue to sprint cars workshop in okhla which is closed now, they had also verified told me that they replaced some cable for fixing this issue then it worked for some time i started facing same issue again after couple of months now in january 2018 i did my car service from a renault workshop situated at okhla near underpass and informed them about gear shift problem and also high beam, they did not fix these issues, today my car broke down and gear got stuck in middle of road i had called rsa and they have taken car to mayapuri workshop, i want a permanent resolution for this without costing me anything,
      Please do the needful, if this is not fixed i will be posting these feedbacks all over internet about duster and your services

      Hi, Here comes same GEAR PROBLEM again and this time again stuck highway in night I have faced so many problems with your car, I will never ever purchase renault and will never suggest anyone else also for this car. I again got stuck in middle of NH8 on 8th June with same problem, my gear got stuck and car could not start. I got stuck around 8:30 PM and was on road till 11:30 then crane came and picked up my car from road and took to nearest service center at kataria chowk gurgaon. The same problem was there before due to which I got stuck in my previous complaint, that time car was taken to renault mayapuri and there it stayed for around 1.5 weeks finally I got car and the advisor(Mahesh) and manager there assured me that this problem will not come and after just 2-3 weeks same problem was there due to which I got stuck again on NH8. Renault mayapuri made fool of me again and just did top up oil for gear. Even afer I told him that gear problem is still there mahesh said no it is resolved. Is there anyone who can take action on these guys. From the start when I purchased this car I have been facing several problems, first was AC problem, which took months to get resolved from okhla service center Then this gear stuck problem, which was major problem Also problem with dipper switch If I would not have taken extended car warranty, I would have thrown this car in trash Now, at kataria chowk gurgaon renault service center my car is lying, Its gear box is finally changed and due to gear problem my clutch also had problem, due to which they have changed clutch set also. I had spoken to Ashish over phone of which I have recorded call with me. If clutch was gone bad due to problem with gear why they have charged me for that. I will not pay anything for this car's problems. If gear box is changed in warranty you should change anything related to that with warranty now and also in future. This is really a harassment, I am travelling daily by cab by spending 1000 Rs per day just due to your stupid car, pay me 1000Rs*3 weeks = 15000 Rs for this This is my final notice, I will be using some other ways to deal with you if these problems persists.         I am facing issues with renault duster gear shifting since last few months. After lots of follow-up with company service center finally they accepted problem with vehicle. My car was in gen next motors, thane service center for 8 days & again after lots of follow-up they detected the issue & i was given an estimate of rs 24, 500 to fix the problem.
        I have bought the car on april 28th 2016 & when car sent to service center it was under company warranty; i have also bought renault secure package (Extended warranty) & was able to produce receipts & documentation for the same. However, as per renault service center extended warranty is not showing up in their computer system & they are not ready to fix the issue at renault’s cost.

        I have also registered a complaint with renault #[protected] since last 10 days. However, there is not response from renault. Each time i call renault toll free number i have waste my time talking to a junior service center agent. Who promises me to take action but doesn’t do anything.

        It is really frustrating that after paying so much of money i have been given faulty product, also i have paid for renault extended warranty and renault is not accepting them even after showing up all the documentation. This is clear case of cheating. Please help me here.

          When i purchased duster 85 ps (Bought on aug31 2017), dealer promised that renault will give you corporate bonus around 6000 rupees. I had submitted all required document for same.             I vinay verma has given token money for car booking of renault kwid in 2016 31st december, the amount given was 10000 rs by chaque, but due to my offstay from thane mumbai i am not in position to go further for my car booking, during my offsatay from thane i contacted the executive and expressed my inability to go further and asked him about my money he told me that the amount will be refunded to you when you come with a application about cancellation, i visited thrice to genex motor patlipada thane but they are not handling the situation properly and giving excuses everyday that come tomorrow person is not available e.               Bronze color kwid, towed away to as rao nagar service station on 23rd april. Assigned person for this case mr. Santosh never received or answers my call. He told that the clutch motor had to be replaced. There is a manufacturing defect. Even after the replacement the car doesn't start. I don't even know the status of the vehicle since he is not receiving my calls.
              There is no use registering an official complaint with the customer service. No one is helping me in any way.
              I have at least asked repeatedly for a temporary replacement vehicle until i get my vehicle. That has not even been considered.
              The only choice left with me is to go to the consumer forum. This is a 3 month old brand new vehicle. It is not even acceptable that i have received a vehicle with manufacturing defect. The justification calls for a replacement with a brand new vehicle rather than trying to repair this one.

                Dear sir,
                I am the registered owner of renault kwid 1000 ltr bearing the reg. No. Kl.25j.4280. I entrusted the vehicle to trivandrum service centre for painting a small scratch on the left back door and solving minor complaints. They demanded 5 days for returning the vehicle from[protected]. But they took 12 days. While returning the vehicle, painting is damaged and there is no perfect finishing for the painting. Moreover when the vehicle starts, a missing is there which was not there while entrusting the vehicle. Also when the gear is shifted from first to second, the gear is tight sometimes and it is a big task while driving in traffic. Also the fuel gauge is not showing the exact measurement while the complaint was informed them before the vehicle is getting serviced. Moreover they levied huge amount for the painting of a small piece of work with adjustment of the surveyor of the insurance company. They imposed more than rs.23000 by claim and cash. While returning the vehicle at my place, they didn't returned the r. C book and other documents excusing that they forget to take them. The above mentioned documents is returned on 5-5-2018 through courier service while the vehicle was returned on[protected]. We bought the vehicle by faith on the goodwill of the vehicle manufacturers company 'renault' and your dignity of the services provided. But i got a bitter and worst experience from your service providers. So i request you to immediately find the remedies for solving the problems of the vehicle. Otherwise we are forced to move to further legal proceedings and institute a case against the company and the service centre through the consumer redressal forum, kollam.

                  I own duster rxs 85 ps. My duster centre lock key got complaint. I given to service centre malappuaram, kerala since it having two year warrenty. They told that they are not respossible to this problem and ther arguing that i have opend and damaged it. Actauly i got this problem after first service.                     Average 8-10 only getting
                    No warranty card received from dealer
                    Very Poor car performance
                    Lots of money wasted . Total dissatisfaction. Physical & mental issues created due to this.

                    Hence, change the car or refund whole money. Otherwise I will do complaints in Consumer Forum .

                    The mileage is very poor and unexpected. It does only 10 to 12 km per litre. The company boasts of 25 kms per litre but it's less than a half than it boasts off. I am totally dissatisfied with the cars performance. Pulling power is average. I have purchased the car from Renault showroom at Gangtok which has been shut down a couple of months since. I do not know where I should take my vehicle in case of breakdown. Spare parts too are not available in open market. This is a very bad after sales policy.

                      I have kwid and i went for insurence for front bumper but when i received my car that time my bumper accessories are totally broken when i raised request to exchange it than showroom staff was not agreed to the exchange and also they are pretending that they couldn’t did this. It was already damaged and we just unstick it that time it’s breaking. Now what should i do for this?

                          I am using a renault pulse petrol car for 3 years, and finished only 11, 000 kms. For past 18 months im facing mileage issues. The avg kmpl is below 10 in city. I gave several complaints about this in khivraj pearl renault service centre at mount road and perungudi. They haven't solved my issue and asking me to come again and again to the service centre. Please do some necessary things to solve this problem. I am already done with renault and their service.

                            I wrote you before too that i tried to buy a mgane in qazvin iran by paying[protected] rls which 60000000rls was enough but[protected] more than it i paid and after 35 days they paid back the money whereas bank paid benefit to them.
                            I mean they got more money than the other customers by mistake and because of bank system fault but after follwing up the issue to refund me the extra money immediately they refused and after 35 days they did and it made me sad and waste my time and made some loss of money because if i need money at that time but after 35 days inflation in my country raised about 50 per cent.
                            So please do something to compensate the loss.

                              Hello,

                              I have a kwid, its running good, nothing problem with it.
                              Last year i purchased a car cover for my car in renault accessories with one year warranty which costs rs.1411.
                              I forgot the purchase date, but the manufacturing date is mentioned as july-2017.
                              I may be using that for 6 to 8 months, now just because of blowing wind, my car cover got ripped into two halves on 1st week of april-2018. I was shocked thinking about the quality of that.
                              Then i informed this to the service center where i got this, to claim the warranty for this. But they said that this reason can't be taken for claiming the warranty.
                              I have a question "if this is not a genuine reason, what else can be the reason to claim the warranty??"

                              I hereby attached the label of the car cover which i bought.
                              Kindly help me out to claim the warranty for this product.

                                Its been a 9 months and im facing this problem again and again and the company is not sbale to solve this problem even a single time!
                                In last month this has happened for like 4 to 5 times and also they changed a battery twice and still problem is not solved.
                                The thing is they are not able to solve the problem even in this warranty period.
                                Also there are 857 other customers are over there who are facing the same problem but still problem is not resolved. Company should take serious actions and need to be nore focused about the customers satisfaction.

                                  Purchased first edition kwid from delhi. Now the new problem has arised my car completely stop working in the middle of the road. No ignition, no lights, no central locking. All of this suddenly stopped working while i was shopping at market. This happened a week ago as well when i was in parking lot thankfully the parking guy helped me. I am female driver and usually drives alone. Having kwid is such a pain i am thinking to sell it soon and never buy renault again.

                                    I had purchased renault duster car petrol version during the year 2013 from renault gutkar mandi himachal pradesh. I have covered about 50 thousand kms, but now i am experiencing following fault in the car :-
                                    1 pick up power has been reduced (Not being able to drive it uphill).
                                    2 exhaust sound has been changed
                                    3 engine sign on dash board was
                                    Blinking while moving and now it
                                    Is constant.
                                    I have already made a complaint with renault chandigarh both personally and telephonically but the problem has not been resolved. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                      This is with regards to my renault kwid rxt 800cc (Mh01cd8322) which i bought from gennext motors jogeshwari mumbai in april 2016. My vehicle has done around 21000 kms. I recently got the vehicle serviced at the same dealership.
                                      I had the most disappointing and pathetic experience in my life.

                                      They charged me money for servicing and for the parts they replaced but my brakes are still making noise. I called the dealership several times but they did not respond back. They just kept on transferring my call from one person to the other then they finally said they will call back but nobody called. I’m very dissatisfied with this service.

                                      The service advisor is not ready to come over the phone neither is anybody following up with me. Also at the time of service they said that certain parts are not available and they will get back to me for it but they never did. It’s been almost 10days but nobody bothered to call me back.
                                      I think buying your product was the biggest mistake i did.. I will never recommend your product to anyone.

                                      Kindly look into this at the earliest and get my issues resolved
