I am Rajesh Jagasia, based in Dubai, UAE. I bought Renault in 2014 being VIN no. VFIVYRCY2fc506696, registration plate no. O32450, Dubai.
I have always serviced the car at your service centre. It was brought to my notice that the front brake pads was changed twice at 50000kms and 70000kms which should not had happened. It is sheer negligence as the REAR brake pads were to be changed. This time on 24th June at the sheikh zayed service centre when I went to service i was told to change the rear brake pads of the car at which I was told to change the REAR brake pads and I was totally surprised at the DOUBLE charge on brake pads. YOURSELVES being a French company, I bought this car as it is FRENCH company. Before this I drove PEUGEOT.
ALSO another surprising happening was when I went to value the car at your sheikh zayed office to sell this car of mine - O[protected] model, the car was DEPRECIATED 80% in 2/3yrs time. When I bought the car I was told of the buy back scheme by the company. BUT to my surprise your guys depreciated 80% to offer me Dhs20000 for the car.

    Reference - complain no[protected], in reference to above mention subject several complaint / concerned as been raised by me for different kinds of problems.
    With great sorrow I have to inform you about the non cooperative attitude of Mr Sujit verma Service manager & their service team at bodyshop of Brijnandan Patna East. They are not ready to accept the scratches caused on my rear gate of driving side during transit after handing over my accidental car to companies nominated representative at accident site. The same can be Ensured from photograph & video recording of my car made by me at the time of handing over my car to companies representative.
    As i felt that any further damage/scratch caused to the car in transit should be the responsibility of company & that should be resolved on companies cost. The video & photo is being send to you which is sufficient enough to
    prove that their is no scratch on the rear gate of the driving side .
    Myself being a middle class central government servent & have arranged a small car for my family on bank loan.
    It is my bad luck that i opted for renault companies car which has the ever worst after sales policy . On the basis of my after sales service experience I will never suggest to any person to purchase renault companies car . Again i will request your forum to kindly look into the matter so that intrest of the middle class consumer is saved & prevented by being exploited by big company like renault.

        My kwid car was an small accident, i handed over the car at your work shop berhamur, west bengal. Your manager receive the car on 10.07.2017. They told me and by written delivary date end of this month. But till now they told the will not ready. They are harrash me every time.

          I have taken delivery of the new car Duster RXS(P) CVT (KA51 MK 7301) on 2nd August 2017 from dealer Trident Renault silk Board Bangalore.

          Five minutes after we left your showroom car started showing ABS warning light. Suddenly break started malfunctioning and after some time breaks not at all working and was very horrible experience in heavy traffic with my family along with 7 days newborn in car.
          Some how we reached home and informed dealer to tow the car back. Next day technical person came and checked and told every thing is fine.

          Next day car started spilling oil in parking and car was not in drive able position so we asked the dealer to Tow the vehicle again and from that day it is in service station till now.
          We asked the dealer(Prathap) to replace or reimburse the as they delivered defective car but they are not agreeing for it telling Renault don't have any such policy . Even We are not getting any support from Renault .

          So finally we have hired a lawyer and will approach consumer forum now.

          Renault has first time released the CVT in duster which is having major ABS issue. it took 3, 4 days for service team to find the issue.

          So please be careful while purchasing CVT model in DUSTER. You will not get any support from Renault.

          It's 17 days since took delivery ... No solution yet, car is still in service center.
          Once they told they fixed issue but next day itself I started getting ABS issue again. Horrible.

            I am renault duster 2013 model 85bhp. I had 110000 km done. Steering was tight while in turing left side only. So company had checked told me to change steering box full set. Cost is nearly 40000. Cant able to do expenses lik ths. Eventhough renault duster is enomical vehicle. This expenses is equal to luxury buget cars. Since company wont open the steering box to repair. Thy told me to change full set. What can i do

              I would like to update you that when i sent my car for the 1st time to the renault workshop at kataria chowk, gurugram i was informed that the ac gas was low (Surprising for a few days old vehicle of any make) on the second visit the general manager ashish of the workshop informed that ac gas was excess hence the car ac tripping.3rd visit the workshop removed my front guard for proper air flow (No result) 4th time your technical engineers justified that car ac will trip regularly as per set specification.

                Hi, my name is chander pal singh. On 10th july 2017 i bought kwid rxt 800 cc. After buying within 3 days i spent 15.5 litre petrol on just damn 92 k. M. I was really shocked as i was promised that the car gives the mileage of 24.7 kmpl on highway. I thought in city it will be approx 19-21 kmpl so i said no worries. I called the agent whom i bought the car, interestingly the agent said "sir nayee gaadi hai, abhi petrol pani ki tarah peeyegee, only after 1st service it will start giving milege.

                I was really surprised after listening this from that agent as it's been more than 15 years that i have been driving and this is my 4th car and i never had any kind of problem with another previous cars. I tried to contact them several times and every time i get to heard “sir pls take the car to the service station" now point to be noted that nearest service station is abt 30km from my home. I am sick and tired of their fake promises and carelessness towards their customers. I am seriously going to file a court case against them. Where in i will challenge their advert on media"milege 24.7 kmpl" i will challenge them if they can get this mileage from any of their cars. Renault you are just 5 years old in this country but now i will make sure that this should be last 5 years of renault in india. As a consumer i have my own rights, also i have recorded phone calls in which their representatives are making false commitment

                  I am owning a duster car, in which i am regularly facing a problem with clutch lever, it is not coming up side automatically when pressed, resulting in no movement of gear lever even when i am driving.

                  This was fixed by the showroom 2 times but again and again i am getting this problem, as these showroom people are not taking it seriously.

                  I am afraid that some day accident can happen because of the gears not working.

                  Hope you understand the criticality of the problem.

                    Hello sir i m owner of your product renault duster 85 ps with top end variant brought in 24 th of feb 2017
                    I m very much afraid to complaint against the md of renault dhanbad dealership (I. E. Animesh renault. Dhanbad) their showroom manager and their accounts head for forcefully charging me extra money beyond their legal value of car, insulted me, mentally harassed me from last 4 months, threatened me for my life and top of that seizing my car after paying ex-showroom price, insurance and the amount they charged. I am explaining the whole incident as follows

                    1 i have booked my car in december 2016 but the dealer sold my booked vehicle of desired colour model and with december offers.
                    2 in january when i asked for my vehicle dealership misguided me cheated me saying the model and colour is not available “we need time to deliver your order”. As a client i don’t have option n have deposited a hefty booking amount so i waited the whole month. But the dealership response was cold.
                    3 from january 2017 the md, manager and the sales person of animesh renault (Dhanbad dealership of renault) started manipulated me for a higher model and a different colour against my desire.
                    4 on 24 th of feb 2017 animesh renault delivered me the vehicle after i asked for my vehicle many times with a commitment of december offers as i booked my vehicle on december 2016.
                    5 after i got my delivery i referred a client to the dealership. N i was shocked to know about the offers that the dhanbad dealership was providing to my referred client. They have removed the logistics charges and given him all sorts of offers that i wasn’t provided.
                    6 this incident asked me to ask for my invoice and the bill of the vehicle that i have purchased. But this renault dealership misguided me n they didn’t provided me with the invoice of my car.
                    7 when i complained about this partiality and cheating the md (Mr. Animesh sawariya), the showroom manager and the head of a/c department of the dhanbad renault dealership denied to provide me the invoice and threatened, abused and disrespected me.
                    8 now the md (Mr. Animesh sawariya), the showroom manager and the head of a/c department are forcing me to pay extra money after paying the ex showroom and the insurance. And threatening me in every possible way.
                    9 again i was having a problem of a malfunctioning of the music system and the stock speakers of the car as i was having a top end variant of renault duster 85 ps i wasn’t expecting this. As i complaint about the problem the dealership and the services didn’t responded for more than 2 months.
                    10 now in august 2017 i was called for service of my vehicle as it was a trap from the md mr animesh sawariya and the dhanbad dealership for me to seize my car forcefully and to demand extra money. Now the dhanbad dealership of renault has seized my purchased vehicle i. E. Renault duster 85ps, model rxz and threatening me, harassing me and demanding extra money.
                    11 the md mr animesh sawariya, the manager of the showroom and head of a/c dept of the dealership insulted me a lot for the amount i m not liable to pay and forcefully seized my car i m feeling too insulted and disgusted that i can’t describe in words.
                    12 after booking in dec 2016 i got my vehicle delivered in feb 2017 bt with the old model of 2016 that was also a cheating as they r charging me the logistics of 2017 february.

                    I am so much insulted and threatened that i have to take actions against your company renault india and the responsible dealership of renault. Md mr. Animesh sawariya, the manager of the showroom and the head of a/c department of animesh renault. Renault showroom dhanbad dealership forcing me to knock the doors of human rights commiision and consumer forum of india government. As md. Mr. Animesh sawariya, showroom manager and head of a/c dept has seized my car forcefully. Abused me physically n verbally, insulted me n my brother and forcing me to pay illegal amount. I m so helpless for the fight for justice that i have no option except shooting a case against the md. Mr animesh sawariya, showroom manager, and head of the a/c dept and the renault dealer ship dhanbad. It is my request kindly look after my serious issues and save the reputation of renault india and worldwide. I was expecting a good service and a better international brand treatments but it’s a nightmare for me owning a renault product. Is this a way to treat an indian customer from a global brand having such a brand values. I must have opted maruti or tata india like indian brands. At least my respect and the life might have saved.

                      Pathetic dealership and service centres in chennai. Fed up of the incapable service advisors and zero follow up with the customer queries.
                      Recently dropped my car for service at chennai kattupakam renault service centre and that is my biggest mistake after getting renault car which is the worst decision so far in my life.
                      I just cannot type my agony here. If possible i would burn my car if i get into that position. I would rather live without a car rather than driving around with this machine whose manufacturer gives a damn about the after sales service and customer greivances

                        When we was driving down from trivandrum to thrissur in my duster 110, and suddenly the injector and electronic fault light came on. The vehicle started losing power and on slowing down, it felt like the engine was sounding rough. Will take to the service station. Will take it there tomorrow, one of the injector's gone. Seems to be a common case with duster 110. Two of the 4 injectors have been damaged. But renault keeps telling its a fuel issue. We are giving a complaint to consumer forum also.

                          Dear renault team,
                          My name is kapil tyagi and i had purchased a car “duster” from renault on 08/04/2013, new delhi having its registration no. As dl13c 5758. The engine no. Is d023316 and the ch. No. Is meehsra36d3020662.

                          I have always got my car serviced regularly at the authorized service centre of renault in sector-63, noida, on or before the due date of service. I have almost driven my car for 92, 000 km till today with no complaint. With such good response and performance of the duster car i had purchased another one in the family for my brother, having its car no. As dl8c ak0941.
                          However, on 29/07/2017 evening, when i had gone out with my family for about a kilometer or two, the engine of my car got stopped and it did not get start since then. I called up the customer support and got my car pulled at the service center at sector-63, noida on the same night with the help of service engineers.

                          Later with different examinations, the engineers informed me on sunday evening that the "engine of my car is been seized". Reason observed by the engineers was absurd, "unavailability of engine oil". They have an assumption that i have got my engine oil changed from outside vendors. It made me anger and i shouted at them to take out the history of my car’s services till date from their books to evaluate my credibility and love for my car. I told them that their books will speak to them about my seriousness and care about my car. They found it to be correct and asked for two days time to help me with the situation. And later this afternoon, they have mailed me a bill for rs. 4, 92, 950/- to get the car repaired. Seriously??

                          Have i been so dumb, why would i have gone to authorized service centre every time for getting my car serviced every time till today? I believe, they are simply trying to cheat on me. They must have forgotten to put in engine oil on their last service. They must have tried saving some money on my service and cheat the brand as well. I therefore, want justice for me and my car. Also i urge the company to teach them a lesson not to mislead the customer for any reason. I have also made them clear, if not given justice to me; i shall drag them and the brand on social media as well as to the consumer court. But i cannot be left as fooled.

                            Sir its almost a month. I met with an accident in kupwara district srinagar, jammu and kashmir. Sir through poll i send my car to jammu service centre. I have already paid 50 k amount. They have given me the estimate about 1, 34, 900. I am okay with it. Its almost a month the care person is just not picking up the calls nor replying is the work has started or not. I am really annoyed with your company work. Its really disgracefull since a month a company cannot arrange body parts of my car. Why?. Why you guys are taking so much of time. Seriously i am really disappointed with your company service.
                            Its a request i need my car till 20 th. All work done as soon as possible.. I am really disappointed with renault services

                              I have purchase renault kwid 1.0 from renault karnavati, maninagar east at 5th april 2017. I have very bad experience from the dealer. I have purchase this car under my wife name and submitted all documents regarding same under name of kinjal ankit shah. However, they have made mistakes and write my wife's before marriage names in all documents and when i asked for this mistake to company, they said, it was done by mistake ans we will change it once rc book arrived.

                              I have got car's number plate 2 months before; however, my rc book has not been arrived yet and when i asked for help to dealer they do not provide positive reply to me. All times your representatives call me and said, please dont complaint if call comes from our head office, we will resolve your all issues but no one helps me then.

                              Please help me. I have to complaint here because they have very rude response to customers.

                                I gave my renault duster for repairing on 6th of june 2017 (Registration no. Uk07ba2574) in renault service center dehradun (Uttarakhand).
                                Mr. Deepak sharma said that i will get my car back in 15days, but he has been prolonging the time ever since and i have been patient but i can't take this carefree attitude anymore it's about to be 2 months since the day and everytime i go to check on the car i don't see any considerable work done except that the engine has been taken out, my car is not even inside the workshop but is parked outside also i'm having inconveniences in my daily commute due to the delay.

                                  I did booking a kwid and booking amount advance rs. 15000/-from k78, rajapuri road devine autotech. But due to my friend advice negative point out related kwid. At time of booking sales person said me that completely refundable. I have many time visited and request for the same as refund but he is deducting from me rs. 3000/- until he said me completely refund. At the time of booking stock was available in showroom. He show me same vehicle given after completed my payment, sales person name is vishal. So i request you should be deduct minimum amount if necessary. My receipt no. 174 with rs. 10000/- and other receipt no. 175 with rs. 5000/- so total rs. 15000/- paid on dated. 21.07.2017. And i am moving for refund 23.07.2017.

                                    I bought this kwid 800cc in may 2017. Its only been 4 months and the engine has stalled twice, also now it has mil on with p0301 code, misfire cylinder 1.

                                    This code has been encountered 2 times already, i need renault to respond soon, the renault service center at gurgaon is not responding to my phone calls.

                                    This seems to be a serious issue, as i can see there are high chances of faulty injectors or bad spark plugs, or may be even worse. I work in the automotive industry in engine management system and this behavior in my new kwid seems serious to me.\

                                      I met an accident in last week with auto.
                                      In that accident my car duster got damaged
                                      Front bumper, right head light, side dipper, and many more damage was.
                                      But the duster insurance company only gave the claim of bumper and headlight.
                                      I took car insurance from renault show room don't know which was the company.
                                      And the given claim of bumper and headlight is not proper because fitting of these is not ok.
                                      It is completely injustice with me.
                                      Pls look in that matter otherwise i have to take some legal action
