I met an accident in last week with auto.
In that accident my car duster got damaged
Front bumper, right head light, side dipper, and many more damage was.
But the duster insurance company only gave the claim of bumper and headlight.
I took car insurance from renault show room don't know which was the company.
And the given claim of bumper and headlight is not proper because fitting of these is not ok.
It is completely injustice with me.
Pls look in that matter otherwise i have to take some legal action

    Dear sir/madam,
    With great pain i would like to bring to your notice that my car no. Wb02 0998 duster has been completely damaged by the vibrant motors. They have damaged the car mechanically from all sides by recalling it twice to their service station by anwesha with wrong intention to further damage the car more because i made the complaint to your company earlier also.
    Instead of resolving the issue they have damaged my car more than before. I have faith in your company and believe that i will get a proper results from your side.

      I have given my duster car (Registration no.- hr26cn2452) from 16-july-2017 to gurgaon body shop-service centre (Atul kataria chauk).
      Mr. Ajay, incharge of the workshop said that i can get my car within 5 days. I contacted them after after 5 days, then they said 10 days. I again contacted the after 10 days. This time they said i will get in 2 days, as he forgot to start the work. I again contacted them in 2 days, and now i am hearing that i will get after 4 days now.

      So please help, as i have lost hope from rfenault service centre now.

        I bought renault duster rxz on february 2017 with utmost pride.
        The duster looks dashing and i was convinced by the big name of renault.
        5 days back while i was driving back my car i noticed a small linear crack on wind shield on left side from the lower margin of the shield, it was not there before the drive. I love my car and this crack really disappointed me. The car or its wind shield was not hit in any way as apart from this linear crack there are no signs of damage. I kept on wondering in distress what might have caused it. It is raining here in delhi interspersed with spells of heat, i strongly believe that the crack nay have been due to the temperature swings. This has really disappointed me. I request the responsible higher authorities of renault to please look into this and help me.
        I sincerely hope to receive a favourable reply and action.

          I have duster (Petrol), i am facing engine issue and also informed to service center at 1st free service. Issue is that car is stucking in 3rd gear while running some times. I have given my car 10-11 times to service center for same issue they have replaced the tourtle body 2 times, gear box, clucth sensor, etc but still i am facing the same issue now they want my car again for service. I have told them there is manufacturing fault in this car but i think they are waiting for warranty expire date.

            Hi

            I had given my renault duster for the first free service and accidental claims on the 30th of june and i received the car on 19 th of july 2017..

            I would like to hi light that the status of the car received was in a very bad condition

            1. The car was not washed
            2. The car had multiple scratches and marks on the top of the bonnet which was not there when the car was handed over
            3. There was a scratch and and the paint was chipped off near the fuel tank lid which was not there when the car was handed over
            4. There are paint spots all over the glasses which was not there when the car was handed over
            5. The ac vent knob which changes the direction the of the flow not working.

            The car was given to renault central kolkata service center and the service engineer was mr abhilit das ([protected])

            I had complained to abhijit about the same verbally while receiving the car and i was assured that the the works that i m pin pointing will be done and he will be sending me a a mail regarding the same.. Bt till 25th of june i have not received any mail regarding the same

              Last 10 months back i bought kwid from yelahanka show room, bengaluru. I have given car to service, they found some defects even-though i have warranty renault service executives forced to claim the insurance (My uncle is uneducated) so he was made to agreed.in the month of may 2017 i have given to service after 10 days insurance process finished, but till now trident service didn't touch the car for service, every week we met the service engineer he was keep on lagging by saying silly reasons, on 20th of july 2017 i have visited the service center one of the service engineer take the initiative but he reveals this issue is minor its hardly took 3 days of work and he questioned another service engineer in front of me. Really irritated with unprofessional executives.

                This is to inform you that i bought kwid 1.0 from silkboard renault (Trident auto) last month. There are several issues which are still unaddressed and the way employees behave is not very professional. Few points i would like to highlight
                (1) the car is satisfactory and i am really happy owning the car so far.
                (2) date of delivery was not appropriate.. Several back and forth on the date due to several issues and had to face a lot of inconvenience.
                (3) was promised roof rail and some additional fittings (Free as an offer from renault) which was not not fulfilled at the time of delivery.
                (4) i requested for for some additional fittings for which i was ready to pay but was not done even after sevaral reminders...
                (5) no proper co-ordination between various departments internally, which leads to lot of confusion...
                (6) mr. Chandrasekhar doesn't even bother to pick the call despite several attempts.

                Despite of the fact that the car is good, i strongly recommend my friends to approach other car manufacturers or at least dealer due to my bad experience here... Please take a look into it to reduce my sufferings..

                  The quality of the car is very poor. Front discs has been changed in 40000 km! And the pads are regularly changed. Gear knob has been completely damaged, when it comes to change the gear from first to second it stuck.
                  While closing the door there's been a lot of sound arise. The service center didn't do anything while we complain about this matter.

                    I would like to inform you that i am owing a duster car no. Wb02 0998 registered in name of precision electro instrumentation india pvt. Ltd. Kolkata.
                    I get my car serviced by lexus motors, but i had a very bad experience on my last two dealings with the company, the said company had intentionally damaged my car intentionally, i presume that they are using malpractices to gain business. Earlier they damaged my a. C and its switches by taking out the relay and other parts this was done under mr. Raju das one and half year ago, again this time my car has been mechanically completely damaged by hirak. I believe that this is a regular practice by the company to get extra benefit from their customer. I request you to kindly look into the matter and guide me how can i get my car rectified which is being damaged by this company.

                          Hi, i have renault duster 85 ps 2015 model. I am facing issue with the power steering which suddenly before coming back on after a few seconds. Te steering becomes real hard as if i am driving a truck. It's run approx 47000km. At the time of starting, i have to wait for 1 minutes. Then i am drive. Some times while at running it's again hard that. How could i control i can't explain this.
                          Service centre check my problem and told me for changes steering motor and is cost is 50000/-
                          I asked to service manager if the again the same problem will come.

                          Why should i pay 500000/-

                              Last time i was made to experience the horrible experience with renault assured, because of which i had complained (Sales complaint[protected]renault delhi west) regarding delay in my insurance policy renewal. After logging the complaint renault assured confirmed me that my renault kwid manufactured in year 2016 was not eligible for renewal despite charging rs 9482

                              I took policy from icici lombard immediately after denial from renault assured and asked for refund on 21st april. It took more than 2 months for renault assured to arrange refund after more than 100 calls and mails follow ups, finally i received rs 7585 on 30th june as refund.

                              Ms amardeep from renault assured who is utterly unprofessional and non sensitive to customer's concern there was completely awful in dealing and in my opinion caused the maximum delay. If such kind of employee would have been part of my organization causing so much of pain to my customers, i would have immediately asked her to leave in the best interest of my organization

                              On top of all, to add to my frustration amount which i have received back in refund is 1874 rs short.in all these goo[censored]ps and delays caused by renault assured, i had suffered with hell lot of frustration

                                My renault kwid car bearing registration no. Ar-01-h-6690 (M silver colour), chassis no. Meebba002f8300514, bought from k-square renault, itanagar in the year 2015 broke down due to some technical snag in the engine during the month of march 2017 and it was handed over to the service centre of k-square renault, itanagar for repair.

                                Later on the manager at the service centre informed me that the engine has to be replaced and since the car is still within the warranty period, i was promised that every thing including the engine, except the consumables like engine oil shall be covered under the warranty.

                                Now, after a long wait of more than 3 (Three) months they have replaced the engine, but, they are charging for the repairing/replacement work in spite of the car being within the warranty period (More than rs. 60, 000.00).

                                  I have booked renault cvt rxs petrol on 21.06.2017 in the name of my wife namely renu bala sinha with renault patna central showroom, exhibition road, patna. Full payment was paid till/on 07.07.2017 since then the delivery of vehicle was being evaded, however on 10.10.2017 they called us and we went in showroom, then one staff namely kumar dhiraj demanded the amount which was prior to gst and on refusal the vehicle has not been delivered as yet.

                                    Renault kwid 800.. Worse car of the century.

                                    I changed the brake and disc pad both (In just 1 year again ridiuclous), since then the car breaks were not working fine. Could have lost my family thrice you see as the breaks were not getting applied, service centre guys picked up the car and kept if 4 days and returned on the 4th day evening that every thing is perfectly fine. I drove the car 5 kms and called back stating my brakes are not working fine.

                                    The service advisor told sir you are not driving well. Kindly drive 2-3 days and let us know.

                                    This time again incompetency was proved that nothing was done in the car. Service centre said that the brake booster and brake pump was changed (Nowhere mentioned in the service invoice) hence not changed. When i asked for the same they said sir appki gaadi thik kardi hai invoice ka kya karoge.

                                    I drove the car and fortunately the brakes failed again and i would have rammed the car in the truck in front of me and i had my wife and mother with me.

                                    8th july i went to the service centre and when i lost my cool the gm service told that sir monday my committment will give u the car.

                                    Monday the car was picked up and in the eveninng 5.30 i was told sir your car is not ready. We are sedning a loan vehicle for you..

                                    The loan vehicle was another piece of box which could have led to another accident.

                                    That was an end of my patience and i blasted them. How does it matter they say jo karna hai karo sir consumer court legal police hum kuch nhi kar saktey.

                                    In the meanwhile i was given advices on how to avoid accident :

                                    1. Sir handbreak taan dia karo (Can any 1 justify if puliing hand brakes at 60-70.. Am i tokyo drift driver... Lol...)
                                    2. Sir wo aap theek se brakes apply nahi kar rahe

                                    My loosing cool left to the service centre dgm loose his cool and he shouted at me saying that mercedes nhi kharidi tune.. Ehsaan nhi kia mujhpe..

                                    Renault india i want my money back you can keep back your car.

                                    Such a bogus company with bogus products.

                                    I have not yet received my extended warranty documents which i would have received 1 year back.

                                      With reference to above I have purchased the vehicle on 17.07.2015 from PMG, Chandigarh; two years will be completed by this 17th July, at the time of purchase it has been sad that the warranty is 80000kms/4 years and the same has been mentioned in brochure on the date of billing & brochure given to me and the commitment of 4 year warranty made by Mr. Amit Sharma, the senior sales executive at PMG, Chandigarh. But on service I came to know by an executive that the warranty is not for 4 years. Different showrooms are telling different-different things. I am confused. I have no on record paper regarding this, so how can I be sure about this. This type of expectation from such a big and multinational company is not tolerable and not acceptable. So first of all give me or mail me on record paper confirming the warranty. I just want the extended warranty so inform me when vehicle’s warranty is going to be expired. And if it is not this way then inform me so I can take extended warranty before the time will get expire. Kindly inform me as soon as possible.

                                        My car met an accident. Eventually i was told that within 7-8 days i will get my car. Its more that 2 weeks i have not got my car. Yesterday the manager Mr. Ajay called me to collect car and asked me to come before 6.30 but i waited till 8.30 and they were unable to fix and deliver my car. It was my wedding anniversary and raining. I had to walk back from that muddy place and no one had the courtesy to drop us back home or to the nearest taxi or auto stand. Last time i met an accident. they replaced my driver side door which was fixed in a way the road side mechanics do. Till today after six months and several visits they were not able to fix my door. Why am i paying premium to an authorised service centre like this. I need an immidiate action against NCR Renault and Renault India for such an harasment towards owning such a brand and someone penalize them so that they do not take consumers for granted
