I own a Renault duster 2013 model RXZ, my journey with Renault was hassle-free until my Vehicle reached 60k timer belt service….Though I keep hearing about lot many unhappy customer(can confidently give reference of those) regarding service experience and the level of forgery they undergone with Renault service experience, until I was victimized never was in agreement with them..

After my 1st year services (02/08/2021, Kottayam, Kerala, India) fixed bad condition tyres and when I complained, they miss leaded on my tyre numbers too ....

My girl friend lost my keys for my car...I have my 2018 Duster inoperable for a month...because your dealer cannot get replacements keys any sooner...I have had this car parked...because you cannot produce a key...I hope that it isn't any more time to get these keys...
A car company who can build cars at a rate of 1 per minute...cannot replace keys in less than month..is absurd...
I think your management has lost the customer...

According to the fact i moved to rourkela on 30th of march for booking renault triber rxz dual tone in rourkela renault showroom with the dealer name OM NAVDURGA MOTORS PVT LTD and i did all the paper work regarding the vehicle in rourkela bank of india. i also paid Rs 10000/- in name of booking to the dealer dtd 2.04.2021 but i was informed that the vehicle is not in the stock list of company.. i nearly waited for 4 months for my vehicle..so...

We would like to inform you that we purchase new Renault Triber RXT on 18.06.2021 after 7 days we faced some noise issue in my car then i visited & Repair by Services Center.

After Few days again we faced Noise Issue with High Vibration & Pick-up Problem again we visit Services Center for resolve this issue but my worry point is with in one month two time myself visit in services center for same problem is it good....

On request to arrange for a pick up and drop facility for my Renault Triber vehicle, he refused the same very rudely. Not only that, he blamed me for selecting to purchase this vehicle which has only one authorised dealer in this area and told that he can not match the service of Maruti. I have a Renault Duster 2017 model Diesel AMT that has clocked 21, 000 kms.

The gearbox shudders in stop-go city traffic. Especially in 1st gear. The company is clueless and the dealers are trying to rip l me off my recommending expensive repairs.

Recently, I bought a new car from Renault. On Mar 23rd, 2021 I purchased Renault Kwid Rxt (opt) from Renault. The showroom from where I booked the car is Azhikode, Trivandrum district Kerala.
