Dear Team,
I have Purchased Triber RXT on 02-Mar, 2021 from Renault Okhla Showroom. This car is driven only 4450KMs till the date. I got its first srvice done from Renault Noida. I am facing many manufacturing issues in this car. List of the issues are as follows:-
1. Noise in the brakes after the drive of 20-30KMs.
2. Loud Knocking sound in the jumping rod when the steering turns extremely left or right.
3. Irritating voice in the suspension.
4. Pickup Issues after gear shifting.
5. Gear stucks on the long drives.
6. Mileage is only 10-11 Kms/Ltr.
Highlighted all this issues at the time of its first service but unable to get any satisfactory resolution from them.

    Kannur showroom was cheated costumer. They are no responsibility with costumer delinquency. I am already payed 772030lk but they don't show me the car and if you want see car need pay full amount. They are fully chetted costumer. I think I want cancel this oder. Very poor deleing with costumers

          I'm Sagar from village Shugu P. O Ghondla, Lahaul Spiti, H.P. On 30th of April I financed my car and on 20th May I got my car. I purchased a brand new Renault Kiger RXT Petrol MT 1.0 ECE. After I drove it for 1500km, on 23rd July I discovered that the bonut started overheating and the engine produced various sounds. On that particular day I called the nearby agency (Gutkar, Mandi) they told me that they'll be sending a towing van the very next day but after 5 days of appealing them, the van finally arrived on 28 july.
          Till date I am trying calling them and they are avoiding my concerns from a couple of weeks. On a very serious note, I am also having a patient who needs weekly check-ups in chandigarh.
          So I demand a permanent replacement of the car as well as a compensation for the waste of my time and money. This is not the type of product I would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.

              Hi Team,

              I own a Renault duster 2013 model RXZ, my journey with Renault was hassle-free until my Vehicle reached 60k timer belt service….Though I keep hearing about lot many unhappy customer(can confidently give reference of those) regarding service experience and the level of forgery they undergone with Renault service experience, until I was victimized never was in agreement with them..
              Start o[censored]npleasant / Pathetic journey:-
              On November 2nd 2020; due to the pandemic situation I was locked down at my native Kerala and nearest service station was 50kms faraway (Renault Phathanamthita ) opted for pick and drop complete service including timer belt change.
              The vehicle was there from November 3nd to November 6th 3days in the service station, during this time service advisor mention about the tightness of engine Guard and the parts are not in tact done at the previous service station (Renault White field Bangalore)..
              And went ahead with timer belt change all necessary service, kindly note, until that service my vehicle was amazing to drive and no problem what so ever.
              The next day of after receiving the vehicle at home using drop service I started my journey back on November 7th with my aged old parents to Bangalore, exactly around 200kms I observed a red glow around the engine icon, immediately called the kerala service stationand they replied mentioning nothing to worry please continue driving and once reached to Bangalore get it checked at your local service station.
              Myself and my parents were tensed and drove back to Bangalore with praying nothing should happen on the way back considering the global pandemic scenario, usual journey time 13-14 hours took us 19 hours due to just that uneasy situation.
              Post reaching Bangalore when checked with White Field Bangalore service station, service advisor Mr Balamurali gave me a quotation of 75k by mentioning couple of fuel injectors has failed.
              I was broken completely is it some kind of Joke in this economically challenged situation without any symptoms until I received the vehicle from Kerala service station asking for another 75k…

              Post that I have changed the fuel injector were it costed 30k and later started my journey towards Goa on 24th December 2020 again there was an issues with the fuel leaking and it was narrowed experience for my vehicle to get burned out attaching the video before fixing and called Renault service center and got the assistance from Renault Panjim Goa and very good and understanding service center helped me out with service and the team informed me the previous service center has fixed the leaking issue with cello tape how strange in was so you don’t value person’s life or what the Goa service center was able to fix by changing the cable and now again it has issues A/C and acceleration it’s mainly due to the leaking for fuel pipe which was pumping out from the leaking issues to the A/C vent

              Now I have given the car for inception in Renault Tirupur and due to last service there is a lot of issues please rectify the issue at companies cost as it was due to the service I had given in Kerala.

                      My girl friend lost my keys for my car...I have my 2018 Duster inoperable for a month...because your dealer cannot get replacements keys any sooner...I have had this car parked...because you cannot produce a key...I hope that it isn't any more time to get these keys...
                      A car company who can build cars at a rate of 1 per minute...cannot replace keys in less than month..is absurd...
                      I think your management has lost the customer and if this situation...I will seriously look at another brand next time...

                          Sub: Issue regarding service of renault Duster.

                          Sir,

                          1. Please refer the service undergone on my Vehicle renault duster from your service center, Adichira, Kottayam. It is noted that even after repairing the vehicle for the same complaint 2 times, the trouble persists.

                          2. Please make a note that the following services done at your service center and the details are as follows:-

                          It is noted that during the first visit on 13/01/2021 i had approached your service center with a troubleshooting of a sound from clutch and gearbox and accordingly the repair was undergone at your service center by replacing the clutch and flywheel. Total cost incurred for the service is Rs 56, 624/-.

                          Before completing 10, 000 Kms vehicle got break down during my travel and i need to tow the vehicle to the service center. After the detailed analysis, service advisor informed that the flywheel and clutch got again damaged and the same was replaced 10/05/2021.

                          On 05/07/2021 the vehicle showed the same complaint of sound from clutch and gearbox and was brought to the service center. After
                          the inspection, on 29/07/2021 service advisor conveyed that now engine is to be repaired and the estimate given is Rs 1, 26, 689/-.

                          3. It is noted that the vehicle is repairing for the same complaint for the past 6 months and hence vehicle could not be utilized for my purpose. I did not get any alternate vehicle arrangement for my use till date. Due to the non availability of the vehicle i hired a vehicle for my use. It is very evident that there is a serious flaw in repairing the vehicle and hence vehicle needs to be repaired at the cost of M/s Renault Adichira, Kottayam.

                          4. Following is here by requested from your end on war foot basis:-

                          a) Repair the vehicle free of cost.
                          b) Reimburse the EMI charges towards the purchase of vehicle for the period Jan 2021 to till date the vehicle is repaired and delivered.
                          c) Reimburse the vehicle hire charges of Rs 1, 50, 000 as on date.

                          1. As we have already said on mail Dtd 25/10/2021. Within 13 days from the delivery the vehicle showed a sound from the transmission side and we brought to service centre, they rectified and told that its only a minor issue. Again yesterday the vehicle showed a serious fault from transmission, we were not able to engage the gear.
                          Its is noted that we approached the service centre for more than 15 times for rectify this same complaint and at last it costed ₹201403/-. This year we have spent more than ₹280000/- for rectifying this complaint and still going on.

                          2. It is noted that the vehicle was reported at the service centre on 16/01/2021 for the troubleshooting of a sound from clutch and gear not engaging properly. And now after the last repair we have completed only 1500kms and the same complaint exists.

                          3. It is very disappointing that due to the poor workmanship the vehicle got break down for the same case again within weeks. Hence it is prudent that there is a serious flaw from M/s Renault in identifying the problem and rectifying the same.

                          4. View above it is the responsibility of M/s Renault to complete the job on Free of cost basis. Please note that delay in rectifying the vehicle will be considered as a consequential loss as the vehicle is urgently required for my purpose and hence requested to complete the work at the earliest.

                          5. Following is here by requested from your end on war foot basis:-
                          a) Repair the vehicle free of cost.
                          b) Reimburse the EMI charges towards the purchase of vehicle for the period Jan 2021 to till date the vehicle is repaired and delivered.
                          c) Reimburse vehicle hire charges @ Rs 5000 per day from 02/11/2021 onwards until vehicle is delivered.

                            According to the fact i moved to rourkela on 30th of march for booking renault triber rxz dual tone in rourkela renault showroom with the dealer name OM NAVDURGA MOTORS PVT LTD and i did all the paper work regarding the vehicle in rourkela bank of india. i also paid Rs 10000/- in name of booking to the dealer dtd 2.04.2021 but i was informed that the vehicle is not in the stock list of company.. i nearly waited for 4 months for my vehicle..so later on when the vehicle arrived their management carried on with their bank paperworks but for some reason due to unavaibility of local gurantor they forwarded to keonjhar branch bank of india three days ago.. so due to some personal document problems we took help of our relative and completed all banks paper works and submitted today dtd 28.07.2021..but now the manager is arguing that he has allocated the vehicle in someone elses name by rejecting our name without our consent..when my brother tried to talk it out abt the situation the manager is clearly arguing with my brother and discriminating us in name of money ..he is literally saying only for ur 10k rupees should i kept on hanging with the vehicle worth 9 lakhs ...i have nt seen this type of discrimination regarding money in any other showroom .. renault should be aware of it what is happening with its customers. if this is ur service style then i should strongly recommend other peoples not to go for ur company vehicles..u r doing pure business..customer's feelings are not of that worth to you..so its upto u now i request you to solve my case asap or i have to go for some other ways that can bring a really bad imprerssion for ur company..renault is known for service and i think u should try to abide by that and really l[isten to customers problems and sort them out.. i am clearly waiting for ur response, mobile no [protected]

                              We would like to inform you that we purchase new Renault Triber RXT on 18.06.2021 after 7 days we faced some noise issue in my car then i visited & Repair by Services Center.

                              After Few days again we faced Noise Issue with High Vibration & Pick-up Problem again we visit Services Center for resolve this issue but my worry point is with in one month two time myself visit in services center for same problem is it good.

                                This is to inform you that I bought Renault lodge WB 10 6221 from South Calcutta on
                                2018 Aug. After 2 week suddenly car battery gets down. Immediately I inform and visit workshop. They told there is no problem with the battery. Within a year suddenly car get stop on road, with the help of toeing the car was taken to workshop, back rear axle wheel broken down. Within these 3 years number of times car battery is giving problem we inform workshop every time. Finally they changed it. Apart from this there many others problems which occur everytime, which you can check from your workshop.
                                With utter dismay and unprofessional behaviour of Renault Service [protected]@7A, Rameswar Shah Rd, Park Circus, Kolkata-700014, this mail is forwarded for your kind perusal and immediate redressal.The incident, compelled me to bring this to your notice is appended below.

                                On 7th July during heavy storm and incessant rain l was driving my car bearing Regn.no WB 10 6221 model- Renault Lodge DCI STEPWAY RXL make 2018. Due to poor visibility l was not able to drive the vehicle comfortably and parked it by the side of the main road. Suddenly a branch of a big tree fell down on the windscreen and bonnet of the car which resulted in breakage of the windscreen and damage of the bonnet. On 8th July l had taken the damaged car to Renault authorised Service Centre, 7A Rameswar Shah Rd, Park Circus, Kolkata 700014 for repair and insurance claim.On 10th July the Surveyor of the insurance company inspected the vehicle and suggested for replacement of the windscreen and other ancillary damaged parts to the Service Centre.

                                Subsequently l kept following up with the Works Manager of the Service Centre periodically for urgent replacement of the damaged items on number of occasions.But instead of replacement. Finally he contended that the damaged articles are not available with him and it will take few months time to arrange the fresh parts.He also expressed his incapability for the replacement since he narrated that Renault Company has stopped manufacturing this particular model and asked me to get rid of this car.

                                You will definitely appreciate the mental agony and amount of stress l m passing through.lt has become a nightmare for me to drive this damaged vehicle.

                                In another occasion subsequent to above incident suddenly the clutch plate and paddle also got broken down. Now they are charging 31000.

                                A car bought within 3 years with more than 10L is becoming a night mare. More or less all the parts are damaged from very beginning. Kindly check your records available in workshop.

                                Sir, lt is requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange for immediate replacement of the damaged items or you may compensate me, as deemed fit n proper. It is very much regretful to mention that l have been subjected to tremendous harrasment mental, physical and economonical on every now n then with the subject vehicle after its purchase.

                                Immediately take action to replace my vehicle as it is creating problem after the purchase only or I have to go go consumer forum with all details and harassment.It is not even 3 year a vehicle more than 12 Lakhs is creating so much problem. It is a hard earn money. Please donot play with it by selling a damage car. TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION.

                                Received call from your workshop from on 26.7 from Mr Debjyoti. This person is misbehaving like anything. When I am complaining about a particular car for last 3 years since purchase about manufacturing and technical problems without resolving the issues or problems he is comparing about my organization and its problems where I work.

                                Is it anywhere relevant with the particular issue and problem?

                                He is giving me threat for not touching my car for any service. Is it way to behave with the customer.

                                What service we are getting for last 3 years?

                                The workshop can only resolve temporary issues and not any permanent solution.

                                It is my fault to highlight the problem or issues of the car bought less than 3 years.

                                We want a permanent solution for this.

                                Is this type of behavior is expected from a staff to it customer.

                                    On request to arrange for a pick up and drop facility for my Renault Triber vehicle, he refused the same very rudely. Not only that, he blamed me for selecting to purchase this vehicle which has only one authorised dealer in this area and told that he can not match the service of Maruti. His behaviour was real shock to me because I never expected such an act from a reputed firm like you to a customer.

                                      Hello sir,
                                      Goodday! I bought a kwid "RXT" Automatic ( test drive car) from Vibrant Motors, A, J, C Bose road, Kolkata, Westbengal, India. I was informed the car will be serviced and existing damages would be taken care of before the final delivery is made. As I was suffering from Covid i had to postpone my delivery and due to prolonged covid complications, the delivery was taken by my relative finally in the month of june ( due to state lockdown ).
                                      Till this stage i have always faced good cooperation, behaviour and timely handling of things from the dealers.
                                      When i got the car I faced some issues
                                      1. White patches on the seat
                                      2. The ceiling had dirty patches
                                      3. Driver Seat, seat belt was damaged
                                      4. The car viewed 300 kms o[censored]se after my booking date
                                      5. Delivery date mentioned on papers was not the date when it was delivered
                                      6. The pre delivery inspection slip did not have a dealers seal and signature
                                      7. The first free service was done during delivery ( i was informed as it was a test drive car, that was the protocal. i agreed) but the service coupon/ slip was blank.Hence i believe that no servicing was done of the car before delivery.
                                      8. The head board behind the back seat was missing. I was informed it was due to the demo car status. I want a cofirmation.
                                      9. The second set of car keys were never handed over to me .
                                      10. I have taken pictures of the damages and repeatedly sent whatsapp and informed the dealers but there is no solution, and in return got negligence and poor telephonic communication.

                                      I have used Renault car previously in India and abroad and was very happy with the brand. Sir with a heavy heart and great dissatisfaction i write this complaint after nearly one month of delivery of the car and repeatedly informing the dealers.
