Renault — Complaint against unnati vehicles dealer in pune (thermax chowk) given the false commitment | |||
Hi Sir, I have booked Renault kwid on 25th Feb 2016 from Unnati Vehilces pvt ltd located in Thermax chowk chinchwad pune-19. at the time of booking sales person commited me he will deliver me Grey color kwid on 15th march or before that and he suggested me to deposit the 1 lakh rs. so as per his suggest I have deposited 1 lakh rs on 2nd march however when I did the enquiry about delivery on 12th march that time he said we cannot deliver you grey color vehicle. so I asked when you will be able to deliver me grey color so he advised me he can deliver the grey color kwid at the end of march. so I asked him give me on mail or written that time he straight refused. so I ask him to cancel my booking and return back my money, so he said it will take 15 days to return back the money even I am agree on that so I asked give me in written so that time also he refused Was this information helpful? | |||

As discussed with Reanult concern team, dealer given the commitment on mail that he will deliver the vehicle before end of march.
Today I asked dealer what about the vehicle deliver so he said me he will not be able to deliver the vehicle as per commitment.
please confirm me or update the status of my complaint. even I called to Renault customer care and explained all the things then customer executive said you will get the call from our concern team with 24 hrs.
however till date I didn't received the call from concern team.
so please take positive action as soon as possible other wise I am going to take legal action that you have
cheated me.

I book Kwid on sunday 21st July 2019 for my wife at Renault nashik ( Unnati vehicles pvt ltd) and later I cancelled my booking on 23rd July for personal reasons since then i am talking a regular follow up about my refund but every time we call all they are saying that we put the request at Nagpur office and it will be processed in 8 day, now its been almost a month.
Can anyone look into this or resolve this issue?
