Renault — Delaying in delivery of kwid car

Dear Sir
i booked Renoult Kwid (o) on the date of 26th september 2015 at Patna Showroom (Saguna More) but still i not get any information regarding delivery .
Many time talk with them but they not clearing me .
so plz help and short it out my problem..
