Hi i have booked renault kwid on 1st of november and it is going to be the 4rth month but the dealer didnot bother to give the delivery status. hugely disappointed about the service as no one knows about the time frame. god knows what would be the after sale service. my mobile number is [protected] and the car is booked under my wife name which is sambedana panda.
kindly reply me ASAP as this is the fifth month running still there is no status of the delivery and it is becoming a inconvenience for me.
as usual the same pattern as no one responding to the complaints also this time...as expected bad customer service as should have done little more research in booking the car and will recommend all other not to go for this company as no one bother to register your complaints and get back to you.
