Renault — Renault kwid booked - needs to be cancelled.

I booked Reanult kwid RXT (o) on 26th Sep 2015 in Pune Chinchwad Showroom (Pashankar Auto) with a booking amount of 5000.

I got commitment date for delivery on Dassera 22nd Oct 2015.

Later after a week - sales team conveyed delivery will be in first week of November & have to pay further amount.

I paid amount of Rs.3, 43, 212 to showroom on 20 Oct 2015 & further Rs.18, 045 on 21 Oct 2015 with confirmation of delivery on 24th Oct 2015.

There had been all fake commitments from Reanault team as now team says - we can't provide u the exact date.

Request you to kindly provide me the exact date by today evening or I have to take call to cancel & get back my payment.

We dont expect false commitments like this from Renault.
My first experience is so bad, need proper transparency on the delievery of car.

Today the Sales manager is not responding, His reply is we cant help you.

Feeling helpless with Reanult for fake commitments.

Booking is done in the Name of Ashwini Uttamrao Nilugade (My wife).

Our first EMI will be deducted tomorrow 28th Oct 2015 & we are not having car neither the proper date with us.

Request you to kindly give me delievery of the car immediately or return money with cancellation charges which bank is gonna debit us.

Yesterday sales person from showroom called & informed he has resigned from his job as I am not getting support for my commitments to customers.

Cars are available with dealer - but they are not delivering to common people.


I hope you are taking this seriously for your brand image

I was booked the KWID dated on 29 March but due to some personal concern, I have cancelled the booking dated on 20 April but still i have not received my refund amount from dealer side
