This is for your kind information; the above said printer is not working since last 3/4 days and we have made a complain on the HP TOLL FREE NUMBER and above details are provided to us for further technical support they asked us to call your Authorized Service provider I CURE and provided us mobile [protected] and [protected] for further support.
Sir this is for your knowledge neither the above Authorized Service center pickup phone since last 2 days nor called us or attended our call. Every time mobile is either switched off or goes on ringing continuously .Once some Lady picked up and gave us a number of service Engineer Mr Rahmat Ali [protected] who never picked up his mobile .This is totally a unprofessional attitude which we never expect from a reputed Multinational Company like HP. Pls look into the matter as soon as possible we are suffering financial as well as mental harassment.
We are expecting some steps against this service center and in future best possible service from your esteemed organization.
