My bike was not startin on 15th August then submitted the bike to the service center, next day they told bike is working properly they have checked everything but as soon as I started my journey to my home bike stopped working and showing same symptoms like before the engine was not starting.

    I availed first free service on 09 Aug 22, after service i found my fuel tank is not fitted properly and damaged due to not proper fitting i reached to service centre again for proper fitment of tank and resolve my tank damage issue. Showroom raised the complainant and asked me to go back they will reply after word but till today they are not responding and not picking my call. The service advisor taken my bike for service are also not responding. I made call to GM service they are also not responding. Either it is my mistake to avail the service or something else i could not understand. I appreciate the company so many times but this time I felt too bed for the poor response

        On july 12 my vehicle was given to the service centre for repairing . As the company offers complete service which wasn't received. However the employee in the service centre agreed to fix the problem on that note i collected the vehicle. I was told that you had carried out a full service but the complaints I listed out to the service centre was not repaired gear lever bend has no resolution provided till yet. I was told that the tank will be completely changed and replaced with a new one which they actually did but the replaced one was not new and was already damaged and scratches was observed.

        I would also like to point out the attitude of the employers quite rudely to the customers. I was appalled at such a behaviour.
        The reason told by the centre for their inadequate services was unacceptable at all scales.

          With warm regards i want to bring your Kind attention towards my problem I'm facing with royal Enfield. I purchased a new royal Enfield Himalayan Granite Black 20 days from Ranjeet Motors Rishikesh Uttarakhand. Recently that bike met with an minor accident in which its bar handle, indicators body frame and the chassis part got damaged . when i approached to the showroom regarding to resolve my problem they are ignoring it and delaying the process by week by week nor the showroom personnel are willing to repair the damage nor the insurance agent heard my problem and just wasting my valuable time. so its a humble request to the support desk plz carry forward my problem to the concerned authorities to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

            Hi. Iam Crosswin Rafael Living In Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. I Bought A Himalayan 2021 Variant On 01.12.21 In Charles Motors-Royal Enfield Showroom, Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. I've Got a complaint in Engine Chain Tensioner at only 300km Driven. i went to the showroom and told them about the issue regarding the noise coming out from the engine. They Didn't took my bike for service on just seeing the noise they told i has to adjusted at 10000km so they gave me my bike. After That I checked the noise with my friend's bike. he also bought the himalayan 2021 variant from the same showroom so i checked at his vehicle the engine was smooth for his bike and no complaints he faced in the engine. so after driving 3000km i went again to the service station charles motors they checked and they told there was a complaint in chain tensioner so i asked them to replace it. I even asked them how a new bike can face issues in engine side and they replied manufacturing issues. After 1 week My Bike has been serviced and got ready after taking the bike and it remaining perfect for only 1 week after a week i've faced the same issue again and i went to the showroom service station and complained it they then told again we'll replace both the chain tensioner and something i couldnt remember. i told them if there's again the same poblem repeated i need a replacement of my bike. again after 2 weeks my bike got fixed everything and i went to pickup my bike at the service station and he told me not to drive above 70km/h speed because of the replacement of the engine parts and i agreed with them and drove my bike 1800km only at 60 to 70km/h speed. And Again the same problem engine noise from the engine side has came. How Can the Showroom deliver a defective manufactured bike to the customers. I Need a total Replacement OF MY Bike kindly do the helpful Regarding This. Thank YOU.

              On 8/8/2022 I taken delivery of my brand new Himalayan Scram 411 from your Royal Enfield Tirur Showroom ABC Motors Chassis No: ME3D4B5F1NF000185 Engine No: D4A5F1NF185312, In the pre-inspection Before taking delivery we noticed that the rear Tyre have Trough cut on the
              thread side and we shown the same to the showroom team, After discussion with service team they agreed to replace the defect tyre with a new one with in one day, With that agreed term I taken the delivery of from Showroom at 5pm, on the way to home from showroom bike got breakdown in middle of the road at 10pm, We tried to contact the Showroom team for assistance but they didn't responded properly and didn't provided required support, I also to contact the RSA team but they kept my phone on hold for 15 mints and then call got disconnected in between, Latter I personally arranged a towing vehicle by my self and taken the bike to my home

              I strongly believe that Royal Enfield dealer ABC motors delivered me a bike which have a serious manufacturing defect or the Showroom service team not done the proper PDI before delivering the bike to me

              I still believe that Royal Enfield will value their customer and take initiative to resolve the customer problems and protect the company Goodwill

                This is CSV Vamsi Chaitanya, i have purchased Royal Enfield Scram 411 Skyline Blue on 15th of JUNE 2022 in Hyderabad from Jayashree Motors dealer. now I'm facing an engine misfiring issue with this bike. its less than 60 days i have bought this vehicle and now my bike has returned to the work shop. this is a complete failure of designing a product from your side. any product that comes out from your side has to under go a complete Quality Check before delivering to the customer.
                yesterdays at 9.00AM i was traveling in the city, suddenly my bike stopped in between of the traffic and struggled to start engine ignition, repeated engine misfired and completely stopped . so i have call to the Royal Enfield Road Side Assistance the technician has arrived and suggested that the bike need to be taken to the nearest workshop for the further update on the issue.
                So i have waited again an hour for the towing vehicle and finally some how i have manage to reach the nearest workshop i.e. Royal Enfield Sanath nagar service center.
                the service incharge checked the bike and told me that it would take time for that issue but the Time cant be estimated at that the right moment, so he took a day i.e. 24 hours of time and today morning they had informed me that it will take minimum a week time to resolve the issue.
                See this is the quality of your product. lot of the people trust you as the best so they buy your product but you (Royal Enfield) are making your customers as fools.
                I am rising the complaint as I'm completely dis-satisfied with your product and your service as well. I'm expecting my bike to return on road in this week. I hope it comes with good condition in return. other wise I'm going to file a case against You (Royal Enfield) and we shall meet in Consumer Court.

                  Hi

                  I have made a booking with Royal enfield app with booking amount of 10000, but later decided to take some other vehicle due to their continuous delay. I have called many times to take cancellation request but the call center guys only looking for sales. And they informed that respective team will call back, which they never did in last two months. I have emailed them, still no use. Since I made a booking online, they are not sure on the cancellation part and even royal enfield decided to just eat my money without even bothering about it for last four months. I have made a booking on April.

I have been contacting them to get my bike number but i have only made to visit and call them for many times but i have got not answers and i am running out of my patience due to the way i have got the response from them.

                      i bought ma interceptor sunset strip on 4th june 2022 (this year) hardly 41 days now and the vehicle is full of complaints now.. Is this how you people treat a premium customer of yours, who bought a 4 lakh worth crap manufactured by royal enfield. One of the worst vehicle i had used in ma life, .

                      below mentioned are the complaints:
                      1)fork stiffness
                      2)meter fog
                      3)handle wobbling
                      4)brake issue
                      5)gear slipping/false neutral

                      1)fork stiffness
                      means front fork is always hard and no smooth actions are there. Also when we entered a pothole or something all the impact are coming straight toward the handlebar and to our shoulders

                      2)meter fog
                      meter is getting fog while driving in the night and nothing is visible over there at that time

                      3)handle wobbling
                      when we are in a speed of 80/90 kmph handle is getting wobbled and losing control over the vehicle while applying front brake also it showing the same complaints and vehicle is getting shaken

                      4)brake issue
                      as said earlier front brake showing wobbling actions and losing control and not getting the rear brake while applying not even brake feels are there in the back break

                      5)gear issue
                      vehicle is showing false neutrals in the second gear and also in shifting 4th to 5th gear also showing the same complaints. Faced some serious dangerous situations due to this while overtaking vehicle changed to neutral in between

                        I visited the palasa royal Enfield showroom
                        they adjust the fork and said it's all ok. After
                        two weeks again the same problem again
                        they adjust and said all ok.
                        After one week again the same problem
                        they said fork bearings was damaged and
                        we will order it. They take too much of time
                        but they didn't get the bearings.
                        So I buy the bearings at Vizag royal Enfield
                        showroom and went to the palasa royal
                        Enfield showroom. They fix the bearings and charged 400rs my bike have warranty also.After two weeks agin the fork jumping sameproblem. The service of palasa royal Enfield showroom was very bad.
                        So please respond to my complaint with in
                        24 hours. Otherwise I will file a case against
                        palasa royal Enfield showroom in consumer

                              Hi Royel Enfield Team,

                              Today again my Royal enfield bike towed to service centre for repair for clutch and gear issue. This is forth time same thing happened with bike. I purchased this bike from Amar Autos laxmi nagar Delhi in Dec 2020 and this issue started to happen after 5 days of purchase only when this bike first time towed.
                              This bike became emberssment for me that I have to call crane service everytime to tow this bike. Request you to replace this bike with similar model or I am ready to pay some extra to buy upgraded model or return this bike. But please take away this bike as I don't want to spend my life in service centre and pay charges every time for this crap bike. Also please ensure that repair of this bike is covered in warranty as this is manufacturing defect and keep on repeating after few months . If I don't get proper resolution then I will take this case in consumer forum.

                                To whom it may concern!!!

                                This is Surya Bhanu Vishavjeet owner of Meteor 350, i went through a 3rd service in my hometown Royal Enfield service centre.

                                In that service:
                                Engines Tapets were supposed to adjust at in. 0.08mm and out 0.18mm.

                                1.But mechanis were so uneducated and unprofessional that they made wrong adjustments and my Super smooth bike started giving unbearable loud noise in the engine. Even those ### left my bike engine oil cap loose that Engine oil right after refilling got leaked.

                                2. The hydraulic machine to lift the bike for proper service is NOT WORKING at all. So they lean my bike on the surface and put the entire bike weight over silencer.

                                * Attention: When i asked them to fix this, Mechanic said this is normal voice( Totally Stupid answer ) and Heights of non seriousness towards the CUSTOMER was seen when they were laughing at the time i was requesting them not to lean the bike on ground as that can leave scratches on silencer. They were just laughing, careless.

                                The dealer under whom that service centre comes is LAGWAL MOTORS (Talwara Township)

                                Royal Enfield is a brand but bunch o[censored]nprofessional untrained mechanics can be a disaster for this BRAND.

                                  This is really a unsatisfied thing, i have a bs6 stealth black bullet, but the performance is poor, waste of money, bike is shacking full in ride if its 60+ speed, bike is getting heat after 5 min start. no mileage.no good service. Totally unsatisfied with the bike.

                                    Sent an email to Royal Enfield as below. Please read till the end. The response received from Royal Enfield is more frustrating than my complaint.

                                    Hi,

                                    I wanted to bring to your notice the poor service received and also expect some action to be taken against the Vogue Motocorp service centre in Andheri East (Saki Naka).

                                    I got repeated calls from Royal Enfield service centre stating my RE Meteor service was due.
                                    I mentioned to them that I will be visiting the Vogue motocorp Service centre on Monday, 18th July 2022.

                                    On reaching there the service advisor did the usual formalities and i told him that I will be waiting in the waiting room and take my bike along once its done.
                                    Also asked him if it will be done in 1 hour to which i received no response. Asked this question 3 times with no response and I was just asked to wait.

                                    So, i got myself seated in the waiting lounge and kept an eye on my motorcycle.
                                    No one touched the motor cycle for a good 30 mins post which i went out and asked them to atleast start since im waiting here..
                                    after 15 mins of further waiting the bike was taken in the repair/service area…

                                    There was a mechanic assigned who opened the sump guard and the side panels and then went away to wash other motorcycles.
                                    Then he came back again and opened another nut and then vanished. This happened a couple of times and I had already spent around 2 hours in the service centre with only 5 ins of attention given to the motorcycle.

                                    At this point i got frustrated and spoke to the service centre manager. I told him :-
                                    1. The bike is just kept there and no one is looking at it.
                                    2. Its been 2 hours and my bike has been touched for only 5 mins (to drain the oil since i was changing the oil in this service)

                                    The manager at this point took action and told the mechanics to speed up my bike service.
                                    I went back to the customer lounge.

                                    15 mins later - I was told the service is completed and now I am even more surprised !!!
                                    I just waited for over 2 hours and nothing was done to the bike and now suddenly in 15 mins the service was completed?
                                    The total service time was a mere 20mins?

                                    it was almost 1 pm and i was asked to settle the bill as they advised it will be lunch time and the cashier would step away and i will have to wait further.
                                    So i settled the bill for the amount of Rs.1, 108.00/-
                                    In the customer lounge
                                    1. There is an AC which was switched off
                                    2. There is no mobile network so I had to pay by credit card since gpay didnt work.
                                    3. The seats are not at all comfortable (broken) for a person to sit and spend 2+ hours.
                                    4. There is a water dispenser but no cups/glasses - You are expected to get your own bottle/glass.
                                    5. They also said they had some issue with the server and that the invoice will be sent to me on email… (in the first service i had got it at the service centre)
                                    6. Also, you are compulsarily asked to sit inside the lounge and you cannot be near the service area. The view from the lounge is obstructed and does not give a complete picture of the service area.

                                    Post settling the bill I saw my bike and it seemed nothing at all was done except for oil change.

                                    I had told them there is no issue on the bike - I just wanted to adjust the rear shock absorbers and wanted to make is softer.

                                    There was no one around the bike or in the service centre (absolutely no one) and my bike was just kept there which I could have actually ignited the engine and taken it away and no one would have stopped me.
                                    The bike was washed with water (they said u can come back for proper washing since their washer was on leave) but not wiped.
                                    So i go into the cabin of the service head/manager and tll him there is no one around.

                                    He was absolutely disinterested and not cared 1 bit but asked someone to wipe the bike.
                                    The wiper told me the bike is already washed and if i ride it it will dry on its own :)
                                    Second, I also happened to see the mechaninc who was working on my bike and asked him if he adjusted the shock ups.
                                    to which he said according to me they are fine.
                                    Then I asked him did you even know what the issue is and what you were supposed to do.. He said no and walked away.

                                    In total frustration i took the bike from the service centre and headed home…
                                    The Rs.1, 108.00 was a donation to RE service centre as nothing at all was done on the bike.
                                    I felt no difference while riding and as a matter of fact the breaks now seem weaker and the gear shift which was very smooth before the service is not smooth anymore.


                                    Please advise a better service centre which will actually service my bike and not just keep it for 2 hours and give it back.

                                    Additionally, I just checked the booklet and I notice the engine oil was not supposed to be changed :) So i was cheated too :)
                                    Also, the staff seemed pretty new. The older staff was much better than the existing one.
