Refusing to refund my money 10000

I have booked Scram 411 bike from Gupta Automobiles Royal Enfield with an amount of 10000 . On not giving me bike on promise date I cancelled my bike and pitched refund . Now Royal Enfield people are refusing to give me refund . They promised me to give refund on 20 July 2022. But now they are not giving me refund. Please take Strict Action against them. This is how a customer is treated in Royal Enfield....

Complaining about TIRUPATTUR RE FRANCHISE

While at that time the only intimation I got regarding free service is I can avail 4 free [protected]@(500km 1st then evry 5000km the further service). Hard copy RC not received

Respected sir

Myself Pradip Boro, residing at Santipur Hill Side Bhutnath road, Sir I brought a bike Royal Enfield from chirag Enfield Maligaon, on 2021 october, for which you have issued a RC on 19/10/2020, No- AS01EM9533 but Sir till today I haven't received the hard copy.

Disappointing customer service

I had booked royal enfield meteor 350 supernova on 26/03/2022. After few months the salimath engineer staff said there is a new vehicle with same model but without navigation . Delivery Timeline

My booking date is 04/03/2022 but received mail today on June month booking. Currently bike manufacturering is not start yet

Agency irresponsibility

I facing a lot of problems in my royal Enfield classic 350 and i check it on various royal Enfield workshops but no solution will be found i have all my records and mostly it will be in the showroom but not solution will be found....

Technical issues in Thunderbird 350

Issues raised on the very next day of the delivery of bike from vintage section that is on 21 june, 2022. Since then mine bike is in workshop and today the staff is calling me regarding the service due. I'm unable to understand how unprofessional way they are dealing with the customers and no one is taking the accountability for the solution.

Complaining about the issue of engine leakage

I have purchased BULLET 350 ES before 4months and the bike engine has been leaking from 1st month of it
Service centre says that is normal this issue is in all bikes and when we go for a free service they gave us unusually expenses that the bike should not need
They don't do work perfectly and told us many expenses to this regarding about the issue please give me the solution about this urgently...

Vehicle not delivered on promised time

I had booked a bike with Royal Enfield showroom at adyar on 09 April 2022. I had paid the entire amount to the dealer. Tentative delivery date promised by dealer was 23 May 2022 but it's 23 Jun 2022 today but still the bike is not delivered. No communication from the dealer regarding the delay. Despite regularly calling the dealer, no proper response regarding the delivery till date. Poor customer service and worst experience with Royal Enfield....
