I received a bike that had faulty functioning since day 1. The bike used to shut down as the clutch was pressed and throttle was idle regardless of the speed of the bike.

The problem has persisted since the day I bought the bike and I reported the same to the dealer the same day of purchase but it was shrugged off saying its a minor problem and we can fix it once you bring it in. Since I was travelling to another city with the bike I gave the bike for service in the other city the very next day. The service center did some minor cleaning and gave the bike back... But the problem came back immediately after driving off. I took the bike into service center the next day and they have the bike since Tuesday. There have been false promises and false claims on several aspects in the meantime and the people on touch have not been transparent about what is being fixed and how.

    Hey hi, i bought a classic 350 reborn on Jan 2022, from Avahan motors, its been 5 months now, i got the 1st service done, but the miliage is very poor, it gives only 20 kmpl, i told the service guys, they are not concerned about it, they asking me to check it again,

      If my bike issues will not solved then I will call the main stream media, youtubers and I will make it big issue. I will fire my bike in front of the showroom because I dont have any other option.
      Only 3 optional I will give you 1.solve my bike issues 2.issue me a new bike 3.refund my total amount 2, 65000.
      If you will not resolve then I take saviour action against royal Enfield tirupatur branch.

        I have booked my Royal Enfield vehicle on Dec 18th, 2021 by giving 10K (INR) as booking amount and they assured me that they will provide me vehicle till March 3rd, 2022. Now it's been like almost 6 months still I haven't got my vehicle.
        First thing they are not calling for status and when I'm calling to dealer or costumer care I am getting same reply like production team is not providing the solution, Its delay from there side.
        Dealer is behaving so rude, not receiving my calls, not replying to my mails.
        This thing RE is doing for so many peoples. They just take the booking amount and use it with interest.
        This is Fraud, This is fooling Indian People. This should not happen in India.
        This must stop.

          Dear Sir / Madan,

          I had booked Royal Enfield on 17-Feb-2022 as per the attached document.

          I had informed that I have to go to UAE by Mar 24 and delivery shall be ensured at least 10days prior to that. It was agreed but they couldn't meet the delivery date. Only on Mar 22, just two days before my traveling date they informed one vehicle is available but I've told to ensure the delivery upon my next leave which will be on Jun 1. It was agreed and I was doing the follow up with the agent's representative in whatsapp and through mobile calls. Every time it was assured that I will get the vehicle on time.

          But when I put a message yesterday to send me the payment link and to arrange the vehicle on Jun 1, the answer I got is surprising. They don't have a vehicle in the yard.

          I have major concern that whether I'll get the vehicle on Jun 1 or not.

          If I am not getting the vehicle on the said date, I've to cancel the booking from this agent and should be refunded.

          Your appropriate action in this regard will be appreciated.

          Just now I received one reply email from the support team which says that delivery will be in the 2nf week of June., which is quite disappointing.

              I bought meteor steller red on date April-21 . On October-21 I faced my horn stopped working and when I visited RE service center they show me that there is wirring short and one side of the horn got disconnected. They replace the wirring in FOC. Again in the month of March -22 I have faced the same isuue again I visited two dealers they processed the same for warranty but this time they informed me that conpany rejects my warranty. Same problem for tge same reason once I got warranty next time it has been rehected . Again I want to know why wirring got short in the horn connection area. It’s manufacturing defect because I have service my vehicle in RE service centre every time, no other electrical accessories installed but every time wirring got shorted there is some issue . Need solutions immediately.

                Chwala service centre situated in fatheganj ayodhya... always here sir Servicing issue persists. whose reason From this bullet owners face a lot of problems. It takes 6 hours to service a bike. Please resolve this issue.

                  Hello sir today I visit royal Enfield showroom for some accessories fitting it was only a seat cover which I purchased form market service worker was ready to do but showroom attendant named Abhay he refuses to do and he started misbehaving with me . Before this incident when I was visiting for my first service his behavior was the same he has no manner to talk with customer please take a serious look in this incident a single man could spoil the reputation and service of The LegendaryRoyal Enfield..

                    I had got my Royal Enfield Thunderbird serviced at Motoriders, Garh Road, Meerut on 08 May 2022. After service, my bike was not starting properly and on increasing throttle it was stopping. The mechanic checked and told me that probably water has seeped in during wash. He took the motorcycle back to the repair bay and fixed the problem. When I tried to start my bike today (after two days), I faced the same problem. The bike started but on increasing the throttle the engine was shutting down. My bike has never given me any trouble till date. However, after the service it has started giving problems. It would have been better had I got my bike serviced at local repair shop rather than taking it to authorised service centre. Extremely poor service and I'll trained staff. Now that my bike is not in use, I can't even take it to the service centre for repair. Royal Enfield please look into the matter and give me a solution

                        Hi,

                        I had ordered and paid for Two helmets with the following order nos.

                        [protected] : booked & confirmed on 2nd Apr 22 and
                        [protected] : booked & confirmed on 31st Mar 22
                        The expected delivery timeline was 30 days. But the status on the store.royalenfiled website is still stuck at "Order Confirmed".

                        I have written multiple emails, made calls to their contact center and have also tweeted to @sidlal and @royalenfield, either to share timelines or to process cancellation & refund my money.

                        They only sent 1 response state g its in process and cannot be cancelled. No update on any timeline of delivery. And now they are not even responding.

                        As a customer, I feel cheated. They keep my money and do not even have to basic courtesy to share any information.

                        I am hoping that with this forum, it will finally reach some responsible people in Sid Lal's team and they will come forward to help resolve.

                          I was purchased Himalayan bike on march 2021 and after 1 month I found issue in suspense I was telling them to solve the issue every time they will keep bike for 2 days but problem is not solved I went more than 8 time and service also not up to the mark what they have promised and they have damaged my bike cone set and meter board, they have charged 3500 for ceramic polish but not done anything and I had a pick up issue and engine sound issue but no proper solution for thins from Royal Enfield

                            Lot of issues from beginning of the day itself was there for my Bullet the rust in nut bolt areas and in the nine casing rust and more

                            Last 1 year Bullet was not used and for that reason slight rust development is there and the fuel pump is not operational

                            For that 30 000 + Rs service centre is asking for service and repair work

                            RE service and even brand new bullets condition itself was not good

                            Now the companies issues we need to pay

                            No good service centres or managers are there in many service centre

                            I have submitted my Bullet nearly 2 months back in service centre and no service done till yet

                            And the service centre guy told me to bring pump so that they can do service then what's the point of submitting in service centre

                            Almost 2 months no work is done for the Bullet

                            Yes when they told for new fuel ta k and pump it cost 23000 I told not to change it remaining can be done

                            But nothing further done from service centre side

                              Bought a Royal Enfield Meteor 350 on Mar 27th, 2022. Took the delivery after registration formalities on Mar 30th, 2022.

                              As of date, May 6, 2022, even after ~ 40 days, these guys have not supplied the number plates.

                              The fun and thrill of owning a Royal Enfield Bike is killed by the very organization that manufactures it. In fact, the showroom in Adyar, Chennai is owned by the company itself, Royal Enfield / Eicher.

                              To add to the pain of being not able to take the brand new bike out riding for 40 + days, these guys are still clueless as to when the company Royal Enfield will be able to make the payments to the vendor and get the supply of number plates.
                              Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              This is the 45th day and still not delivered. Seriously wonder how an organization like Eicher / Royal Enfiled can be so shamelessly irresponsible even after talking to all of the guys in the showroom, writing a complaint to their customer service and posting even in social media! No response at all!
                              Today is the 45th day and still not delivered!

                              And its Royal Enfield's company owned showroom in Adyar, Chennai!

                              These guys have not been paying up the number plates' vendors' and hence they are not procuring. If only they inform in advance on delivery day, it's a matter of ~ 200 Rs we could have done it ourselves.

                              I have not been able to take the new bike out for ~ 50 days because of shamelessly irresponsible service from Royal Enfield.

                                Dear Concern person,

                                I Komal Tembhare From Nagpur Maharashtra, I booked RE before one Month after then i cancelled the same due to bad service provided by dealer Counter Shree Krishna Automobile CA road Nagpur. After so many follow up for refund Booking amount Manager of That dealership is given commitment is everytime false and Still i am not getting Booking Amount.

                                So kindly refund booking amount.

                                  Recently i got my standard 500 serviced at unnoonny motors-Kottarakkara.
                                  The issue faced was, having water logging in carburetor and the bike was having issues while running.

                                  the dealer charged me and rectified the problem on 11 th of April. After a week i was facing some issues like, vehicle getting switch off while travelling, difficulty in starting etc. on 1st of may the bike was not picking up when gear was shifted to first. so i took the vehicle to a service person near my place. he checked and said, water logging was the complaint. he cleaned it, (please note i collected muddy water from the bike from him) and made my bike in order by charging Rs.300/- as service charges

                                  while unnonny motors charged me Rs.4900/- and didnot do any work on it. I need Justice.

                                      I have a problem with wiring kit in my RE classic 350 bs6 orange ember. I left my bike in the showroom (Eagle motors, Gobichettipalayam, Erode, Tamil Nadu, India) on 17th April 2022. It's been 10 days and I dont even get a response regarding my bike. When I asked in the service center, they said "The order for wiring kit is not yet placed". Is this a proper way to respond. It's almost 10 days, and they dont even placed order for wiring kit.Kindly help me out.

                                        I purchase royal enfield meteor 350, from Royal Enfield Showrrom-Pravallika Motors on Jan 24-2022. it has been morethan 3 months but the dealer does not provide me documents(RC Book) and number plate. When ever I call him he just says that wil be done in 2 days since the last 3 months. So it is very painful to drive a bike with no legal document.it is very urgent to get it. so I request you to rise a complaint to please provide me the RC book and other documents of my bike.

                                        I have the same problem except that I bought it from Royal Enfield's company owned showroom in Adyar, Chennai!

                                        It has been about 50 days for me after registering and still number plates have not been delivered. (RC book they can always say the RTO delayed it) These guys have not been paying up the number plates' vendors' and hence they are not procuring. If only they inform in advance on delivery day, it's a matter of ~ 200 Rs we could have done it ourselves.

                                        I have not been able to take the new bike out for ~ 50 days because of shamelessly irresponsible service from Royal Enfield.
