I bought redditch 350 on 6th august, 2017 in bangalore. There were 4 services free for my bike. Three services for my bike were done at below service centre.

When i went for the fourth service, i was charged with rs. 976/- with a comment that this is the 5th service of the bike.in the service manual, i already have my 4th service card intact. On showing the same, the employee showed a handwritten note with a false date of entry and that too on a random day at some other location. This is really absurd. I am attaching a picture of the service manual with the false entry.
Why do a shop would do my bike's service for free without a service manual? They are sticking to the handwritten note which is really false. You can see the picture and decide why would i do a servicing of my bike so soon when the servicing date is not reached, neither my bike completed the required kilometers.
Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
