Dear sir i have a desert storm 500 2015 model just one month ago the bike started mis firing and missing.
After i change the fuel injector battery plug but the missing still countinues after i took the bike markkar kollam re service center 14 june 2018.
Till now they cant find the problem every day i will call them they will tell one story vehicle reg no kl 16 m8912

I'm not satisfied last two free services.. they noted the details of problems before services but they didn't do that.. my services centre locate is kumbakonam

    I had book standard 350 cc on Jan 2018 and get delivery on Feb 2018. My bike was working good but from few days it was missing then i went service center to resolve my bikes missing issue. But i get shocked when i get to know that from service center that this bike is a production of 2017 Feb month i was shocked i asked them how you know that they said from chase number sir. My bikes nut bolts is getting rusty paint is breaking up. The funny thing is that by bike running is just 3573 km. I had shared also some pics of my bike. Please dont become fool if you are planing to buy Royal Enfield bike then please go to some other showroom.

      I was facing a problem for my enfield 350 classic due to battery problm. And when i concatcted the service centre they came and took the vehicle by saying that they need to cheack it. And after that they called me and said that they need to change the battery led so it will be solved but after changing that also problem didn't solved and then they said need to change the battery. And it will coast 3500/- so i asked them to hold on and give back my bike so that i can replace it by myself. And then when i came to take the bike they provided me a bill of 750/- for the service as am not at all having any benefit for the amount i have spent. And interestingly changes lik breakdown service 250/- that to from my home to service station it's hardly 1 km distance for that they charging this much. And battery which i purchased coast me 2100/- the same they offers for 3500/-
      It's all together a total mess up with the service as they looting customer with huge service cost.
      Need to get your feedback on this so that this kind of issues won't be happening in future.

        Dear sir

        I have purchased re 350 classic from the royal enfiled showroom (Go green motors) on 20.04.2018 and from the date i have purchased a little sound from the engine and hard moving, break down. From this till date i have visited to the service station 6-7 times but they had failed to sovle because their no authorized persons are in the service station. I have requsted the show room people but they have no resopne on the customers

          Dear friends
          I request u don't by the royal enfield bike. Which as manufacture deficits and no response regarding customers. I am also suffering from this bike which worth less bike after taking facing n numbers of problem and after spending more amount in dreambike it wrost response from the customer. Even this guys block the mail also and some noise coming from the engine, break down. Hard moving. I have visit service 5-6 times but no use

            I have bought my bike in 2016 & since then the bike is giving me troubles. The engine has a knocking sound, recently the bike wiring was damaged automatically. The re authorized service centers are totally bogus. Nobody knows how to service & do basic maintenance. I have ridden 6000km in two years and my bike sounds like a 50 year old bike.

            After 1st servicing i have told re that there is a defect with this bike & i need a warranty replacement but every time they have ignored my request.

            Please guide me what to do in this regards.

            My bike number is mh12ak9748. Purchase date 20th september 2016.

              I was riding a bike in lonavala at about 60km/hr in 3gear bike automatically caught fire.
              However i managed to control the bike and stopped it.
              My hand, lips & hairs of beard and head burned in flame of fire. How can you manufacture defective bike. And your quality member pass it.
              These very serious matter you have to look after it. I would have lost my life.

              Everyone dream is to buy a royal enfield.. I have also thunderbird 350.. But my home dealer nalbari assam destroymy bike..even I cannot start my byk today.. Before 1 week i have changed my byk oil seal.. But the same day oil is leak .How is it possibile after spent 3000 rupees.. The mechanic from dealer dont know about royal enfield..Plz do smthng

                I have taken bullet 500cc stelth black on 27 dec 2017 that bike is matte black after two months colour of the bike got faded. I have complained about this in virar sp wheles royal enfield service centre were my bike used go for servicing they informed us that they have marked mail awaiting for the revert it is almost 6 months now i have not received any confirmation.

                  I have brought my re 350 classic from go green motors. On 20.04.2018. Which as manufature default in the engine without check the show room people as selling bikes. And sound is coming from the engine hard moving and suddenly engine offing in the running. Just i have visited service 5 times and they have kept my bike 3-4 days in the service station but they fail to solve the problem it waste off money to spend on the royal efiled.

                    Hi Team,

                    I purchased Royal En-field from below showroom on 24th November 2017
                    VENKATARAMANA AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD
                    13-6-431/d/82/2, Zafferguda, Moghal-Ka-Nala, Piller No. 88, Mehidipatnam, Hyderabad- 500028

                    paid ~5500 for accessories and within my second service, i noticed that rider bag damaged black color paint of my new bike. On top of that all iron of bag got damaged with rust too.

                    I mentioned these points to service engineer on second service and he requested to mention these to sales team. I met them and it was promised that paint related problem will be fixed with third service (unfortunately it was verbal communication & i dont have call recording or written proof). I handed over my bag (damaged with rust) to them and said that--please get this replaced too as it's of very poor quality.

                    Now during my third service, they refused to even consider my bike for service and guided me to go to new service station. New service station told that it's sales related problem. Now i spent huge amount to buy my dream bike and such things are hurting me. Poor quality bag which damaged my bike paint too was provided to me by charging hefty amount on 24th November 2017. I am helpless to get the things fixed and loosing trust on associated showrooms for sales & services.

                    i reached to customer care on 31st May and yet to receive a response from their end,
                    let me know if you can help or i need to go to consumer court for this.

                      Myself yoganandham from coimbatore. I bought a new classic 350 bike from royal enfield (Sheriff motor, saibaba colony) in june 2016. Now it has covered a distance of 23000 km.in this 2 years i have changed sprocket chain for 2 times.
                      I mean what quality are you providing. No warranty and no guarantee. Last time while changing chain i argued with the service manager (Address: 2, vijayakumar cotton press compound, v. K. Road, peelamedu, coimbatore, tamil nadu 641004) and he told me that new chain will give life time for min. Of 6 years but it didn't even lost for 1 years.

                      I bought this bike for rs 1, 50, 000 and spending rs.3000 after 6000 km for servicing. No use. Even low cost bike parts won't fail in this span of time.

                      I'm a big fan of royal enfild. But you guys completely disappointed me. I'm totally unsatisfied with your quality. My bikes registration number is tn 38 ce 1528. Please do the needful.

                        I bought my royal enfield classic 500 on 30/05/2017 from ABC motors perinthalmanna, kerala. Currently my bike has done 8796kms and done my 5th service on 5/6/2018. Today on 11/6/2018 my EFI pumps pipe which is being connnectoed from the fuel tank to the engine compartment is broken and the petrol is leaking all over my bike(video attached ) .There is a crack on that pipe and when i enquired it from ABC motors they are asking an amout of approx 8500 for the motor replacement and my complaint is that the efi pump is of a very poor quality and the main pipe from the motor has broken and they are asking for the replacement of the whole motor module. This is a fault of either the service persons of the royal enfield quality. As the theing like these are built to last and how can this be damaged within one year o[censored]sage and this broke all on a sudden my bike was running smoothly and all my services are done properly from the authorised centres. I cannot spend this much money for the poor quality of royal enfield or by the fault of the service persons . And now my bike cannot run and my nearest service centre is approximately 10kms away and i cannot take my bike there and when i asked them to send a pickup vehicle to take my vehicle to my serbice center they told me they font have it i have to do it my own. A company this big is not even having a road assistance for hrlping customers. Please help me with this problem.

                              I wanted to bring it to your notice that i had horrible experience from teknik motors (Lakshmi puram, indiranagar double rd, indiranagar) bengaluru, karnataka.

                              Service related:
                              I have given my royal enfield electra (Ka-01-hm-4910) for service on 08/06/18 when they returned, i was noticed that my silencer got damaged by them and the letter "l" is missing from the petrol tank. I escalated regarding the same to the service in charge but no use, they refused to repair as they were saying the damage was not done by them. They didn't give me proper respect & response. They are good for nothing in terms of service, customer support, and assistance. I was frustrated with their unprofessional quality of service

                              Billing related:
                              I have received a message from royal enfield for service i need to pay 2375.50 and i have got a bill for 2904.00/-. I think a bunch of cheat people leading the service centre and royal enfield tolerate this.

                                I am really very disappointed by royal enfield services in kashmir.. They are very rude and even dont have spare parts as i need the racer set for my thunderbird 350. And shocker rings but they are saying they dont have.. I have to leave ladakh on 25th and i need that racer set.. Also the time since i have bought this bike they have never provided proper service. We are also emplyees and dont have time to visit service center again and again. They always refuse to give service to customer properly.. I have bought the bike for 1.5 lacs and still not given proper service.. Please look for my matter urgently

                                  I have serviced my royal enfield classic 350 last month[protected]. Today morning my bike was not started. Then i came to know carborator was not cleaned properly. I have serviced my bike in golden gas compound, no.259, b. R puram, peelamedu, coimbatore-641004. This is very bad to hear about this type of faults. It is completely waste of money and waste of time. As now i am working in a company i dont find time to fight with you people. This is my second time i am facing this problem in middle of road. I have attached the invoice copy. Check that and please improve your service.

                                    Hi this is parthi from chennai i have purchased clasic 350 (Tn 10 ad 4111) on 2016 for past two years there are issues with the bike engines part gear tapping noise (Tik tik). Ten times i have complaint the service centre people only say they will replace the parts and again the issues arises no resolution since time. Very bad experience - service i am really disappointed with the customer service of royal enfield (Sri velavan motors), still my issue is not fixed

                                      I am facing Service and Support Issue from Royal Enfield, Not finding any support from Royal Enfield Company and company Authorized Service Center. I tried many times on your toll free no but this is totally wasting of time, Problems are mentioned below please resolve as soon as possible.

                                      Problem:- I had done 2nd free servicing from enfield service center (KRISHNAMOTOR AGENCY) with problem of Tapped knocking Sound, Engine Vibration, Suddenly Losing Pickup in running condition Sound comes from silencer.
                                      Problem is not resolved in 3 times and they were charge every times with different charges and . I want to know is labor charge is applicable in free servicing.

                                        I just want to tell you that i have a problem with my new bike that i bought on 2nd may 2018. It makes a noise from the front side of the bike i. E. Somewhere from the meter or headlight and its very irritating when i ride teh bike on road or off road or on breakers. I asked for the same problem 5 times in agency but they are not able to resolve it. Even they changed the shocker. The agency is 100 km away from my home town. I visited them 5 times and every time they keep my bike for 10-20 days but the problem is still as it was. The agency that i went for the solution is "royal motors ambala, haryana. I also visited 3 time at karnal monga motors for same problem but they were helpless too.
