I have bought royal enfield classic chrome on[protected], recently i have observed problems with petrol leaking only when i filled tank full and when i park my vehicle on side stand. I have informed same to the royal enfield service center vvc automobiles road number 45, cbi colony, jubilee hills, hyderabad, telangana 500033 on 29th june 2018.

After their service the problem have worsened and now petrol leakage is happening even when engine is on. I have been informed by the service center members that fuel pump is broken and it costs up to 8000 to replace it.

I tried to explain that the problem now is entirely different and they are imposing it wrongly on me to pay the amount.

I am not sure to its the problem with company manufacturing unqualified products or the service center managers as they are unable to hire proper qualified technicians for the job.

    I owned my royal enfield classic 350 on 7/7/2017 teeth of my chain sprocket was broken today (30/6/2018) only because o[censored]sless quality product really royal enfield is not worth for its price now a days. I hav electrical problem from first itself worse serivice too. Really you people are doing very worse service to us. Feel shame on u peoples. I will register complaint towards this company

    I am facing from this problem since long the handle is being rusting slowly and even after changing the meter i am still facing problem and the water is being entering the meter. i am just tired of complaining about the issues i'm facing and the service provided is just very poor . i hope action is being taken as soon as possible.

      Dear sir, i am satyaveer singh, my bike's (Classic 350, chesis number me3u3s5c1hk995708, reg. No. Rj14hz4356) 4th free service had been updated by aditi motors pvt. Ltd. Tonk road jaipur rajasthan india without my acknowledgement nad information on 11 june, 2018. When i went for service at jms & co service center 22 godown jaipur rajasthan india on 27 june, 2018, they told me about this matter and refused to serve. But but after pleading me, they served my bike. Who will compensate me for the loss?

          I purchased re classic 350 from your kaizen motors, vytila on 22/07/2017. Vehicle only cover 8000km only. Its having complaints of engine crank noise, gear sound and tight, white smoke, heavy vibration above 60km/hr. I was intimate these all complaints to the service advisor on all services, but still its not resolve. Yesterday 26/06/2018 while riding vehicle's gear stucked, mean while heavy rain was there. I really fed up with your vehicle service and customer dealing in your dealership. Last service i did on 18/06/2018 2 @ kaizen motors, vytila.

          If your people maintaining this attitude towards our vehicle service i will take legal proceedings against your company

            Hi,

            I purchased my new stealth black from electronic city motors on 19th april 2018 bearing engine number u5s5f1jc024707 and chasis number me3u5s5f1jc134338.

            I have noticing huge vibration since day one and since it was brand new, i waited for first service. Even after first service and three visits across service centers the vibrations were not reduced.

            Now at clocking 1000 kms, and not once crossing 60 kms (With exaggerating vibration and pain) now i notice that there is huge oil leak from the engine.

            I dont understand what to do. The service guys are saying to change the gasket while i do not understand why this issue for a brand new bike? Also the bike has not cross its running-in period of 2000 kms. I fear this is not good for the engine.

            I look forward for your response and immediate action for my bike issue resolution.

              Hi i am madhan from chennai, booked re thunderbird 350x on 12-mar-2018 from i speed motors, ayanavaram, chennai, they said 60 max waiting period, but now it crossed 100 days, while enquiring, thay said various reasons which is not justifiable, eg:paint not available in factory etc, now i raised complaint through customer care the manager called me the next day and said by wednesday[protected] but no reply from them again i called customer and asked whether my complaint was open he said yesterday replied the showroom room person has informed them by 28 th he will deliver, see how he misguiding me by saying false things. Re says worth the wait but this wait is really frustrating, don't commit a date and delay the customers i[censored] can't able to, instead u say 5 months, tats worth waiting...

                I have purchased royal enfield 350 cc from manmohan dealers at mohali (Near gopal sweet shop and kcf restaurant) in oct 2017, but till date i have not received rc. Every time when ever i approached the agency, told that we have send your papers to concerned deptt for rc. Seven month passed but nothing happened. Finally i approached govt deptt for rc and they are processing the file and i am also paying fee again for rc which was already paid during purchasing the bike.

                Very bad experience with royal enfield agency (Manmohan motors). They are not helping to get rc. It is there work to get the rc

                  This is anurag michael.
                  I have been searching net to solve my issue of exhaust that comes under the norms of indian government. I. E sound less than 90 decibles, no firing sound (Intentionally and unintentionally).
                  Finally came on the decision of getting royal enfield's upswept off road silencers that are their in every picture of classic on official websites too.
                  I have being calling most of the service centers to check if the exhausts are available with them or not.
                  Finally south delhi motorcycle service center that is in okhla told me that the silencer is available with them.
                  When i went their on 20/06/2018. After talking to the officials their i said ok change the exhaust but after changing that when i started my bike i got to know that its an after market hollow angular silencer.
                  The people their told me that it is the official one and i have being riding my re from 2014 i have faced and seen many things like this so i told them let it be change to the companies exhaust i. E my previous exhaust then they said sir we have one exhaust with filters that is the company one.
                  I said ok install it.
                  After installing it and checking it by my own self i was satisfied and they charged me 3700 inr with fitting.
                  But their is no branding of re on it.
                  When government is catching bullet people for silencers and and firing sound why is official/authorized service centers are selling after market exhaust in their premises when they know its not legal and safe for bikes engine.

                    Dear sir i have a desert storm 500 2015 model just one month ago the bike started mis firing and missing.
                    After i change the fuel injector battery plug but the missing still countinues after i took the bike markkar kollam re service center 14 june 2018.
                    Till now they cant find the problem every day i will call them they will tell one story vehicle reg no kl 16 m8912

                      I had book standard 350 cc on Jan 2018 and get delivery on Feb 2018. My bike was working good but from few days it was missing then i went service center to resolve my bikes missing issue. But i get shocked when i get to know that from service center that this bike is a production of 2017 Feb month i was shocked i asked them how you know that they said from chase number sir. My bikes nut bolts is getting rusty paint is breaking up. The funny thing is that by bike running is just 3573 km. I had shared also some pics of my bike. Please dont become fool if you are planing to buy Royal Enfield bike then please go to some other showroom.

                        I was facing a problem for my enfield 350 classic due to battery problm. And when i concatcted the service centre they came and took the vehicle by saying that they need to cheack it. And after that they called me and said that they need to change the battery led so it will be solved but after changing that also problem didn't solved and then they said need to change the battery. And it will coast 3500/- so i asked them to hold on and give back my bike so that i can replace it by myself. And then when i came to take the bike they provided me a bill of 750/- for the service as am not at all having any benefit for the amount i have spent. And interestingly changes lik breakdown service 250/- that to from my home to service station it's hardly 1 km distance for that they charging this much. And battery which i purchased coast me 2100/- the same they offers for 3500/-
                        It's all together a total mess up with the service as they looting customer with huge service cost.
                        Need to get your feedback on this so that this kind of issues won't be happening in future.

                          I have purchased re 350 classic from the royal enfiled showroom (Go green motors) on 20.04.2018 and from the date i have purchased a little sound from the engine and hard moving, break down. From this till date i have visited to the service station 6-7 times but they had failed to sovle because their no authorized persons are in the service station. I have requsted the show room people but they have no resopne on the customers

                            I request u don't by the royal enfield bike. Which as manufacture deficits and no response regarding customers. I am also suffering from this bike which worth less bike after taking facing n numbers of problem and after spending more amount in dreambike it wrost response from the customer.                               I have bought my bike in 2016 & since then the bike is giving me troubles. The engine has a knocking sound, recently the bike wiring was damaged automatically. The re authorized service centers are totally bogus. Nobody knows how to service & do basic maintenance. I have ridden 6000km in two years and my bike sounds like a 50 year old bike.

                              After 1st servicing i have told re that there is a defect with this bike & i need a warranty replacement but every time they have ignored my request.

                              Please guide me what to do in this regards.

                              My bike number is mh12ak9748. Purchase date 20th september 2016.

                                I was riding a bike in lonavala at about 60km/hr in 3gear bike automatically caught fire.
                                However i managed to control the bike and stopped it.
                                My hand, lips & hairs of beard and head burned in flame of fire. How can you manufacture defective bike. And your quality member pass it.
                                These very serious matter you have to look after it. I would have lost my life.
                                Corrective action should be taken against it.

                                  I have taken bullet 500cc stelth black on 27 dec 2017 that bike is matte black after two months colour of the bike got faded. I have complained about this in virar sp wheles royal enfield service centre were my bike used go for servicing they informed us that they have marked mail awaiting for the revert it is almost 6 months now i have not received any confirmation.

                                    I have brought my re 350 classic from go green motors. On 20.04.2018. Which as manufature default in the engine without check the show room people as selling bikes. And sound is coming from the engine hard moving and suddenly engine offing in the running. Just i have visited service 5 times and they have kept my bike 3-4 days in the service station but they fail to solve the problem it waste off money to spend on the royal efiled.

                                      I purchased Royal En-field from below showroom on 24th November 2017
                                      VENKATARAMANA AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD
                                      13-6-431/d/82/2, Zafferguda, Moghal-Ka-Nala, Piller No. 88, Mehidipatnam, Hyderabad- 500028

                                      paid ~5500 for accessories and within my second service, i noticed that rider bag damaged black color paint of my new bike. On top of that all iron of bag got damaged with rust too.

                                      I mentioned these points to service engineer on second service and he requested to mention these to sales team. I met them and it was promised that paint related problem will be fixed with third service (unfortunately it was verbal communication & i dont have call recording or written proof). I handed over my bag (damaged with rust) to them and said that--please get this replaced too as it's of very poor quality.

                                      Now during my third service, they refused to even consider my bike for service and guided me to go to new service station. New service station told that it's sales related problem. Now i spent huge amount to buy my dream bike and such things are hurting me. Poor quality bag which damaged my bike paint too was provided to me by charging hefty amount on 24th November 2017. I am helpless to get the things fixed and loosing trust on associated showrooms for sales & services.

                                      i reached to customer care on 31st May and yet to receive a response from their end,
                                      let me know if you can help or i need to go to consumer court for this.

                                        Myself yoganandham from coimbatore. I bought a new classic 350 bike from royal enfield (Sheriff motor, saibaba colony) in june 2016. Now it has covered a distance of 23000 km.in this 2 years i have changed sprocket chain for 2 times.
                                        I mean what quality are you providing. No warranty and no guarantee. Last time while changing chain i argued with the service manager (Address: 2, vijayakumar cotton press compound, v. K. Road, peelamedu, coimbatore, tamil nadu 641004) and he told me that new chain will give life time for min. Of 6 years but it didn't even lost for 1 years.

                                        I bought this bike for rs 1, 50, 000 and spending rs.3000 after 6000 km for servicing. No use. Even low cost bike parts won't fail in this span of time.
