Please control your bike silencer sound,
Actually your bike very more sound noise pollution in ours city... I think yours thought are we positive for environment and future for yours childs. Only not noise pollution but you and me also think for air pollution.
It very irritating sound.

    I bought royal enfield desert storm 500cc on 11th november 2013 from mahipalpur, delhi. A few months back i saw there is a crack on the left side of the chassis where side stand is present, i went to a welding shop and got it welded. But after 2-3 months the crack developed again and now the crack is on both sides of the chassis. I have never been in an accident and it is strange that the chassis is developing cracks. I use my bike to commute to work and i feel really unsafe riding the bike.
    It clearly is a manufacturing defect and i want re to rectify my problem and change the chassis. Please help as it is very difficult for me to borne this cost. I am on the verge of selling the bike but i don't want to hand over this problem to some one else. Kindly help.

      Hello i'm steeven from hyderabad. I purchased classic 350 bs4 bike black colour at the time of delivery i didn't got a cap which is present on the odometer and they waited me in the showroom for 2 long hrs and when i kept on asking why so late they said they are having technical issues with the bike we will bring another one from another showroom they said. So i got the bike everything was ok. After the first service bike started misfiring. I addressed the showroom for this issue many times and there is a weird tick tick noise coming from the engine. They said it will disappear after 3000 and it was disappeared but i had a throttling problem so i quickly went to the showroom to set it up and then again that tick tick noise has been started. And some weird noise coming from the front wheel of the bike i was saying them but they are not addressing the issue. And in the past few days i have seen a drop in the pickup. And bike wobbles when they are 2 persons including rider. And surely as i have said in the beginning they brought me that technical issue piece because i didn't got odometer cap as others got. So i kindly want my bike to be replaced with a new piece.

        I had missing complint and yesterday bike was not starting. I took bike to workshop ananya motors bhopal with road assitance person. There response was very bad. They said you just leave bike will let u know wht problem is. They didnt even bothered to check bike. When i insisted that you have to check it thn they asked one mechanic to attend it.

        After that also they told that we dont know what problem can be, dnt know hoe much time it will take. U call us in evening than will tell you.

        It looked i am talking to some local bike manufacturing co.in case of services royal enfield is worst than any other co’s i had encountered in my life. But i thought there bikes are gud but with my expierience i think i made a wrong choice by buying riyale enfield bike.

        I called to customer care thrice and waited for 20 mins each time but could jot connect as there agents were busy, i registered for call back but no one called.

        I never expected such worse services amd such bake quality of bikes manufractured by royale enfield.

        I have brought classic. 350 gun metal grey on 23/2/2018 ..from day 1 i am complaining about tappet n engine noise to workshop .its getting more n more day by day.and now its vibrating too much .i think I have brought tractor not a so call Royal Enfield
        Exhaust bend pipe colour changed dealer is not changing it

          There is no numbering system in service center, and the staff is very rude to the costumers. I visited service station at 0930 hrs in spite of i got the last number, and the customers who reported after 1000 hrs became first. This is very embarrassing for me and i came back without service of my bike. Pl instruct this service station to maintain numbering system, so that the costumers get the numbers according to their priority.

            Dear sir/madam,.
            I have purchased royal enfield classic on 23 feb, after drove 100 km i found that i cant start my bike as the head light are not on while i try to start the bike.
            I called to tapan moters shoggi shimla & they came to collect the bike after 3 days, after calling many time.
            On 18 march i went to tapan moters & collect the bike as it fixed well, on 20 march the same problem was there i can not start the bike, i think the battery is down again.
            I am working in a private company & i bought the bike to travels from my home to my work place which is 55 km from my home. Now my job is also in risk.
            I can not reach on duty on time.
            Please solve my problem as soon other wise pls return my money & take back the bike because i am really frusited.

            Today we have received the call from TAPAN Moters Shoggi shimla & took the bike to Service station with a Pick up at 11:30 am on 24/03/2018.
            I want my bike back by tomorrow in any cost as i told you my job is in risk & i have already a Notice received from my work place regarding not reaching on duty in time.
            so i would like to request pls deliver my BIKE by Tomorrow evening..

              Bought this bike on 2015 and now its 2018, as you all know this bike is highly priced in the market, accordingly i bought it at around 1.5 lacks. Now after 2 and half year or so how come the silencer pipe can get damaged because of rust. The rusting of such a highly priced bike is unbearable. The maintenance of the bike is also so high, that we are doing it on regularly basis, still this kind of problem doesn't make any sense to go for buying this product.

                Hi,

                Recently i bought classic 350 redditich red and i had problem with petrol lock/ air lock.
                When i riding the bike, it suddenly engine gets off even i have petrol in tank.
                And only gets started when i turn the knop to reserve mode and return to main mode.

                There is no problem in reserve mode and problem occurs when i ride in main (Petrol) mode.
                I got serviced 2 times in ekkattuthangal and still problem continues.
                Initiall they told this is a known issue in all bs iv model bikes, but they are unable to solve it. Please suggest any idea about it. Thanks in advance.

                  Hi team,
                  It is with great regret i would like to inform you that within one month of purchase this bike from one of your vendors ahuja brother's @ dehradun near ballupur, uttarakhand, the paint on the front wheel over edges started peeling off automatically.
                  I was devastated and went to the vendor and enquired about it but no avail. Got mundane reply that in this variant there is no warranty on colour but as a matter of fact i knew this before the purchase itself, it is not new to me.
                  I bought this relying on re brand that even though no warranty on colour doesn't mean that it would have any problem of any sort and same thing was quoted verbatim while i was reviewing it by one of the selling guys there in the showroom.
                  But that doesn't mean that colour will start peeling of withing 20 days of purchase. Now i am clueless who will listen to my grudges. Even after paying a hefty amount of 1 lakh 63 thousand for a bike this kind of crap i have to endure within one month of purchase. My bike no has not come yet (How new it is) you can realise how embarrassed i am trusting your brand and you should too.
                  Customer pays because of trust, do not breach that trust please.
                  I am feeling that i should not recommended your brand to anyone if that is the case.
                  You have left me in lurch really, no response, no help from vendor.
                  My service is due on 2nd april before that i just wanted to intimate you guys what a tyraany i am undergoing.

                  This really terrible and a new low for you guys as far as i am concerned.

                  Hope you will do something about it in future!!

                      I have got my re in feb 2018, and i have droven in local for about 200 km, there was no problem with the vehicle.
                      Today march 22 2018, i have taken my bike for long drive with in 15 km the rear disc got jammed totally and i was helpless in the middle of the road. This is very worst in the product of re. I need this to be taken care and these issues won't be repeat in future drive.

                          I am using tb350 recently i have approached headway motors service station, kukatpally. I am seeing hell after servicing bike over there. Troubling a lot what kind of service they did i don't know they even didn't clear single issue i provided in job card, they charged heavy amount also wat is the use to me, really suffering with my bike after servicing over there

                              They are cheating customers.
                              I complained about tappet sound gear tight and oil level related issue after 6th servicing.
                              I have revisited there two three times after servicing. They didn't solve the issues what i am reported. All times they are told me the same reply issues are fixed.

                              Stil facing this issues after 6th service.

                              1, tappet noise.
                              2, gear tight.
                              3, oil level decreasing.

                                My bullet 350 purchase on 2015 october all function properly work done but i m not satisfied with his chain spocket. This part highly faulty. Every year i face out same problem. Every person saying me royal enfield is biggest motorbike company when i use this... Its all about fake... So please contact me at the time of the day.

                                  Taking the bike frm service center to my home after one week iam getting the same problem they are not rectifying my bike problem. Frm first service to fifth service same problem to my bike after doing servicing also same problem...
                                  The service is not good &the service consultant are telling that we have sloved ur problem o[censored]r bike but after the week iam getting the same prblm..
                                  If i asked the service manager and they are not gvng the mobile number of service manager...
                                  Iam very serious abt this services of royal enfield 😡
                                  I[censored]r not sloving my bike problems i will goto the police station or high court against on ur royal enfield..

                                    I am owning royal enfield classic 350 in dated 5-5-2016 from royal ridentity pvt. Ltd. Vallabh vidyanagar-388120, gujarat india.

                                    Sales person said to me that bike covers 2 years warranty if every bike service done by authorized service center only. Since bike bought, i regularly service bike through authorized service center, vallabh vidhyanagar. Gujarat.

                                    For 1st year, i received regular service reminder call and sms from service center and every time i booked for service. After 1 year there is no call and no sms from service center, every time i have to call them and booked for service.

                                    Is this service you royal enfield giving to your customer even warranty period too?

                                    My another complain is about service station vallabh vidhyanagar. Technical person said that bike chain need to be changed and approx. Cost is ₹ 850/-. I agree with chain replacement but due to unavailable of spare, my chain was not replaced and said that whenever chain became available, i will call and update you. It has been 4 months but there is no call.

                                    Today i called for service booking and asked about the same chain availability. Till today, chain is not available and now technical person said that only chain is not available now chain with chain sprocket kit and it cost around ₹2500/-. So now i have to suffer more cost due to your spare unavailability?

                                    Please take this email as an official complain and do the needful asap.

                                      I have purchased a classic 350 redich red bike from pinnacle thrissur just before 4 month. Almost 7 or 8 times iam taken to the service center inspite they cannot solve my problem and iam not satisfied by the use royal enfield and also iam spend more of my times for this. I need a fair action from your i expecting good return from your side

                                        I was purchase a royal enfiled electra model bike on 1-2-2018 evenging.in first day i fell right side pulling. And i ride the bike for 127km and i heared a tik tik sound form engine and i had go to service adviser and tell my experiance. He told that it is no problem it hapeen in royal enfiled bikes. So i think that is not a problem. I ride more and the sound was incress then. I go for 1st service and that time i said to the adviser that tik tik sound was incress that time he tell i will check and tell you. After service the problem have not solved. And i go to service center on[protected] at 1897 km and i keep my royal enfield es in service center for warranty and i have get the sound of 75.0 in the meter and they change oil seal and oil pumb and also interchange my tappet and i get delivered my royal enfiled es on 7-4-2018 evening then after few days[protected] i have face same issue and i go to service center and they clean my stainer and give me in evening and i ride 15km away from service center i have face the issue same then i go to service center on[protected] i have got 74.5 in meter what will i do?. On wenesday[protected] i will go to consumer court for file a case for royal enfiled. I cant go daily to service center. Other wise i what a new bike or refund. Its a damage vehicle i can't ride that bike other wise i will move legal
