I am owning royal enfield classic 350 in dated 5-5-2016 from royal ridentity pvt. Ltd. Vallabh vidyanagar-388120, gujarat india.
Sales person said to me that bike covers 2 years warranty if every bike service done by authorized service center only. Since bike bought, i regularly service bike through authorized service center, vallabh vidhyanagar. Gujarat.
For 1st year, i received regular service reminder call and sms from service center and every time i booked for service. After 1 year there is no call and no sms from service center, every time i have to call them and booked for service.
Is this service you royal enfield giving to your customer even warranty period too?
My another complain is about service station vallabh vidhyanagar. Technical person said that bike chain need to be changed and approx. Cost is ₹ 850/-. I agree with chain replacement but due to unavailable of spare, my chain was not replaced and said that whenever chain became available, i will call and update you. It has been 4 months but there is no call.
Today i called for service booking and asked about the same chain availability. Till today, chain is not available and now technical person said that only chain is not available now chain with chain sprocket kit and it cost around ₹2500/-. So now i have to suffer more cost due to your spare unavailability?
Please take this email as an official complain and do the needful asap.
