Chain and crank started rusting from first service of my royal enfield 350 cc costing 170000/- and from first service i m complaining about this for which no one in show room cared about it. Now it fully rusted and asked them that the vehicle is so high-end and they don't use rust free material for chain and even spokes of tyre are rusted and in show they don't care at all about the customers and their times i m going to show every day and never sevice manager met me always they just say mananger is not available

    We have been provided motorcycle which is a demo bike and used for test drive as well as odometer reading was 47 km. At the time of delivery. It is not acceptable as per the pdi terms and conditions standardized by royal enfield. When i asked to give me another fresh piece of vehicle, but the request was rejected with rude answer that we have only this motor cycle available and if you want then take the same. So we have been provided motor cycle forcefully even though we were not agree to receive the same and the reason that they have provided is invoice is prepared and nothing is possible after the same. I have also asked to give written justification regarding delivery of demo/test drive motor cycle, but it was also not provided even after repetitive requests. Thus we have not received motor cycle as per our requirements.

    I purchased a new carborator worth
    RS 5000 on 21/7/2018. Now( 26/07/2018) it's showing a petrol overflow and missing, I am not able to ride my bike. Please help me. Please give me a solution.

      Sir, i am sending this complaint with utmost regret for buying my classic 500 desert storm registered at iterpid palakkad. I have made lot of complaints within 1year and the service guy filled some adjustment works. For a few days, it was working fine. Again its repeat the same and now whenever i call the service center (Interpid, palakkad, kerala), they keep on telling "please come to our workshoppe".. I also contacted the manager ([protected]) but no use. I hope atleast you will take some steps to solve my problem. Otherwise i will move to next level. I will also publish my opinion over the internet so that others wont fall prey to the fraudulent brand. I am also planning to file a case on consumer cell with bill and all evidence. If the problem is not solved as soon as possible.

        I bought electra 350cc on feb 1st week 2019 till now one head light high beam bulb costing rs.400 and 1 parking light above the headlight bulb fused within a 6 months (3500 kms driven) short span of time and clutch cable to be often tuned up. Very poor build quality.
        Bought at shivsholai motors chengalpattu.
        Updated my complaint in company website also, only some greetings mail came nothing corrective action taken.
        I suggest you friends not buy this poor quality product with much expensive

          Dear sid lal,

          I bought a brand new royal en-field thunderbird 350-es

          On 25th november 2015 (Regn. Number: - dl4shj7777)

          There is a serious manufacturing defect. The fuel tank lock cap is uneven due to which water comes frequently in the fuel tank.

          These all issues i’m facing:-

          ø fuel tank lock cap is uneven

          ø injector failure

          ø lubrication problems

          ø engine seizing

          ø low power and mileage

          ø unexpected engine stalling

          ø judders while accelerating

          ø tappet noise

          ø battery issue

          All of these problems were shown to re service centre (Okhla) many times and after wasting so much money and time i didn’t get any kind of solution to these issues (By them). Then they said that they will send a report to corporate re and will seek corporate re advice on the same, but till now i haven’t got any kind of a revert back from them.

            Complaint against the
            Teknik motors
            Royal enfield service centre,
            Sarjapur
            Bangalore.

            I given my royal enfeild gun metal for the first service over there,
            With the complaint of noise from the vehicle.
            I met one technician he is below 15 years old i think, ghe is attending the customer. And he is speaking like expert and he is telling that is a usual noise from the vehicle no complaint.

            Iam not satisfied with that and one more person came and telling that because of chain loose, and he made it tight.

            And i asked him the permission to take vehicle he allowded.
            How he know that i the owner of that vehicle.

            I went to reception and waited for 40 minutes i fed up and left. Road side shop peoples have more decency than this peoples, they are quarreling each other not minding the customer.

            After solid 1 week this... Calling me and asking about the bill amount to pay so after 1 week they are founded that i have taken the vehicle from there.. Such a careless peoples over there.

            This is service center that provided by the enfield company.. Kindly do the action about this peoples
            For not to fail your name and brand..

            Not only me many customer complained against them iam one of them and writing this...

            Newly purchase bike only 14 days old, bike is giving extra sound. I am not able to ride the new bike comfortably. I gave my bike for free service in service center advice by the dealer they said its a oil flow problem and they fixed it, but again the same and now its more. Can anyone help me. Please suggest what I can do??????:(

              Dear,

              Bought desert storm model last year, there is FIVE TIMES same problem when we turn handle to the left side the bike goes off, there is a problem in a cable.
              I bought bike from south delhi motorcycles east of kailash and get that services from there service centre only in okhla many a times i have requested them to please get the permanent solution for the same. They have not provided the permanent solution that a reason today being writing in this forum. Request you to please Replace a bike. I don't have any other option.

                  Guys I have booked royal Enfield Thunder bird 350X before 3 months back. when I booked the guy told me it will deliver in max 45 days however Now It's 90 days.I have visited dealer couple of times but every time they same same reason "it's delay from company " They are still not giving any date to deliver bike.
                  @Royal Enfiled could you please intervene here as I have booked bike on 24th April 2018.

                    This is Stalin from Bangalore. I purchased royal enfield 350 standard from teknik motors on 21st of June 2018. It's not even a month and i rode it for 1060 km approximately and been to the service centre for more than 20 times since I am facing so many issues I feel this is a used vehicle sold to me and I have been cheated. I got the vehicle which was already on 13km in the meter and after the purchase I felt the body alignment was not so good the chassis and the wheel alignment was completely messed up I escalated this issue and was said it will be already after first service but I still faced the issue after the first service and complaint the same they did some alteration and gave me back and now the bike is for no use it's completely dead while I was on half of the way to my office the battery was dead ignition fuse had gone, Amp was dead and had wiring issue I don't think this issue will be faced by a new vehicle I am damn sure this is bloody used vehicle I need a replacement all together this is the worst experience I ever had being royal field fan. I want a new vehicle completely checked and verified. I had enough patience to sit and complain you guys about the bike wasting my time money and etc. Hope I won't be the same if I don't get a replacement asap I am done with this vehicle and it is still in the service centre in fact it is fit to be there forever and the teknik motor ulsoor service is the worst part among everything. I lost my job because of your sales and service this is really not to be entertained and such a cheat just to sell you brand. I need the my new bike else I can escalate this to the higher level no matter what will be the consequences. Hope this will effect at the earliest.                       I m suffering fron many difficulties in my royal enfield 350cc model service centre is behaving rudely and 4 times i say my bike is going off in rain they cant repare that problem and charging money for another parts which have no prob and saying all is ok thier after i also suffering from problem now i dont know what to do i wish to make police complain on service centre because they are taking money foe other parta which is good and ok and saying that u have to replace thus part but i m given my bullete 3 times in service centre within a month but all times problem not solved pls help me

                        Got a defective piece while the delivery of Royal Enfield Electra 350 model from Rawal Automobiles, Ghaziabad. Some of the joints in the parts near silencer and brakes seem to be welded and polished post-manufacturing. We had paid the payment in advance and after when we went there to take the bike, the person replaced the original bike that we selected with another one taken out from godown. He said that all the pieces are like this only. We were left with no other option than to take it.

                          I bought my Bike i.e Bullet 350 on 31 August 2017 from SONI AUTOMOBILES at Budh Vihar, Delhi.
                          The bike has travelled 14400 km.I took my bike to my nearest service centre on 16 Jul 2018 and they changed the chain set of my bike.Though they changed the chain set, all of the nut were kept loose and on accelerating the bike does not remain stable.I went to the same service centre the following days i.e on 16, 17 and 18 July 2018 regarding my concern and no solution was found to the problem.I am very unsatisfied with the services.Kindly look into my matter.

                            Buying a royal Enfield was one of my big mistake. I regret since i bought the bike . M only facing problems from the starting nor nothing else. I own classic 500 squadron blue and after the service my bike performance is ruined . M facing oil leaking problem. And when i ask the problem they just give me a silly explanation. They've taught me that your chamber has been broken. And as its in warrantee you dont need to pay any single peny. Now its been 1 month . I dont get any response from service center. They just take more n more time. They've told me your part is dispatched from Chennai. But not received yet. Such a BS answer from their side. You guyz fooling us. Such a bad experience to go for a royal Enfield. The other bike company is much better comparative to you. My name is ankur madhav. From delhi n my bike no. Is DL 10sv 4157. If someome.there who's seeing this message. Please response. Worst experience

                              I brought Royal Enfield around 5- 6 months back.
                              At the time delivery shower guys are not guide correctly. Lock is not in good condition . No Proper information in vechile

                              coming to service
                              First Service - No words to say. Service done name case- i didn't feel any changes including key issue.

                              Second Service - Not sure WHY WHEEL ALIGNMENT REQUIRED IN 2ND SERVICE AND BREAK SHOW CHANGES.

                              i got shocked the answer for what is the reason to change the break show- YOU ARE USING BREAK HANCE IT GOT SPOLIE

                              3 rd service- Again WHEEL ALIGNMENT and no water service.

                              Still i can say all are my issue continue.

                                I am working in a authorised dealer of maruti suzuki as bodyshop advisor. So that i can do the service on sunday only. So on today (July 15 2018) i have gone to the workshop by taking an appointment on day before yesterday. When i go there service advisor said that there is no booking on my name and they can do the service today. I have rided 22 km to get the service and they refused to do my 2nd service. What i have to do?

                                  Sir I want to add some line in your knowldge that, i have purchased the RE desert storm 500 in[protected]..from Lovish automobile in kathua district (J&K) .and within in 7 month some problem emerge in my bikes wiring .I went to that showroom and request to solve this problem but instead of solving the issue they told us they don't have any stock of wiring material ..after one month again i went to showroom to solve my bikes problem they replied same way and same answer ..(they don't have stock of wiring) so inspite of these problen finally the battery of my bikes is damage ...so tell me one thing who is responsible for this damage and who can compensate my loss ...
                                  so pls I request u look at this matter immediately and take some action against these kind of BS and irresponsible person ..

                                    It's just been 1 year when I bought my classic 350 from Chandigarh sec 32 .
                                    The teeth of rear set broke and chain is making a lot of noice.
                                    All the services are done from agency in Industrial area and they say it's mileage is perfect
                                    Logically if mileage is perfect means it's not driven harshly and speedily so how can spoke be broken within 12000kms.when I asked them they say ur lucky it's hasn't happened at 8000km or so
                                    Is this the explanation they could give
                                    And from then chain is not working and making a lot of noice and I am afraid I can lead to miss alignment of the bike.

                                      I bought RE Himalayan (FI model which cost near Rs.1, 85, 000) on march 2018 from ernakulam St. Marys Showroom
                                      The bike is giving delayed throttle response and also top speed is 80kmph, if i speed up above 80 the whole motorcycle is highly vibrating which we cant control also while riding if i cut throttle and raise throttle there is delay in response .
                                      When I visited RE service center they told the bike is normal, i have completed my first service till now there is no change .
                                      IS RE Himalayan which cost near Rs.1, 85, 000 is just to ride below 80kph without any initial speed or the bike is old diffective
                                      No one fro the RE showroom is responding
                                      i have visited the RE Serive centre three times after my fist service, each time some one from showroom will ride and tell the bike is OK
                                      i think they have the bike is having defects but the showroom staff are not responding
                                      After making the payment for the bike there was no proper reply for anything from RE showroom staff neither listening nor responding

                                        I have purchased royal enfield classic 350 bike on 3 july 2018 from shiva riders ghaziabad.They have sold me the defected bike.They have checked the bike twice but the problem has not been solved.
                                        now they are saying to leave the bike to the service centre to check the problem.but i want the new bike not the defected one.why would i take this defected bike.Please resolve the problem.
