After asking 3 times to fix the wiring issue in my bike (Thunderbird 2011model), i've given my bike on 28april 2018 at around 12.30 am, for whole wiring replacement. Everything else in bike was in good condition and working properly.
Estimated delivery time was 5.30pm same day. But it wasn't delivered and next day in morning i. E. 29apr i called them and got response that wiring replacement is done.
At the time of delivery, i asked mechanic to let me check first, for he first hesitate and said they don't have that much time but after asking again and again he let me tested. He even said just to fix your wiring issue ignition lock got damaged but we replaced it.
When i started bike then came to know rpm meter is not working, mechanic was silent and took bike again to workshop and after 2 hours said, meter is damaged and not working.
It was working perfectly fine earlier, and i doubt while fixing wiring issue, they might have damaged the meter (As they have damaged the ignition lock, as per the mechanic).
They even started blaming, that it might not be working ealier either. But i know, everything was working perfectly fine.
They fixed one thing and damaged another and even delivered the bike next day after estimated delivery time.
Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
