I have booked classic 350 at one place automobile pvt ltd, varanasi on dated 21.02.18 but on till date they have not delivered the bike and they are making ascuse when i try to cancel booking. They are saying that one month will be taken to refund amount. Kindly solve the problem otherwise i will go to rti for data collection and other legal proceedings.

Dear sir I owned a classic 350 gun grey but I have a issue in bettry . I m coming to service station from last 2 days but my problem does not get any solution by staff of Paonta Sahib Himachal Pradesh.
Staff is not taking care of costumers prblm seriously. I m suffering due to the staff of Paonta Sahib service station.

    I have classic 350 jan 2016 purchased and from six months i am facing severe back and shoulder pain problem.
    My bike is run 27k km and is in very good condition.
    According to my re service person, shock absorber and seat spring is stiff and so i am facing this pain issue.
    Till now i have spent 12000 on my bike due to same issue.
    Noe again 1000+2000 i have to spend for shock absorbers.
    My bike part is faulty and i ask them to be replaced asap.
    I am not gonna pay and single amount.
    I am from bangalore electronic city service centre.

    Didn’t thought so bad response from re brand.

      Hello,

      I'm from chennai. With all my savings i bought re steal black in january 2018 which costed me 2.07 lacks on road pick was good and i was very happy with the performance. I took it from i speed motors ayanavaram. After 500 kms as you all may know i gave the bike to their service center (I speed). They didn't do the service properly my speedometer was making lot of noticed and it was going up and down and loss of power. Then i called them they said they will look into it when i come for 2nd service which is 90days. I don't want to risk it again so i went to another service center in akg moters in puzhal and gave my bike for service and i took it the same day evening. They said every thing is fine. I checked speedo meter it was working fine. I took the bike on the way back home i felt major power loss it was not cross 60kmph. I came home and called service center guy he said bring ride it for coulpe of days and then tell him as it was recently serviced it is quite normal. But i was facing same issue even after 100kms and it started emitting black smoke from exhaust after i tried calling him he never answered the call neither i replied to my msgs. Finally with no other option i took the bike and to service center and explained him every thing and i waited they did something and let me test it now it was not even crossing 40kmph total power loss with 500cc bike. Service manager needed time i gave them the bike it was with them for 3 days. I went after three days to take my bike. Bike was still smoking and they asked me to ride for a day and tell. Again i took the bike and came home tested took it back he next day.

      Now they checked and said it is quite normal with bs4 engine and when i throttle in full bike gets blocked buk buk sound and emites black smoke. I asked them is it service issue or defective bike. They have no answer they are saying bike is emitting carbon in the morning when i start bike that why it is black. And due to bs4 they have controlled the sound that why it is blocking, now, my question bs4 is designed to eliminate smoke or emit smoke.? It it was true why it was not there when i bought it. I have so many bikes and i was the last one who waited to buy this black re in my re group of friends. Every one o[censored]s spend so much from our savings to buy a piece of crap metal. I'm just worried what will happen after year if this is the case with new bike and driven less than 2000 kms in 5months. Please take some action i can;t even take my bike to other service center otherwise my warranty expire. Earlier they had an year now it is 2 years you have to deal with # service centers of re. Who don't even understand air and fuel mixture is causing all this problem well wait they don't know actually what it is.

        I purchased classic 350 bike on last month in the name of p. Parthiban on chennai showroom (Legend motors). I ll got the abnormal sound in the engine at very first drive itself next day i ll go to showroom, they suggest me to go to service centre, in service centre mechanic eng mr. Mani service the bike & he told i am adjust the sound here after the sound will not come. But the sound not get arrested till the first service. At first service time i ll complaint the issues to mechanic mr. Sathish he answer, the sound will get arrest when we drive above 40000 km i will get shock. Now my new bike driven kilometer is just 480 only. When i am drive my new dream bike i ll get very hurt due to the engine sound. I feel like driven the more than old 15 yrs bike.

        Already i mailed two times regarding this issue. Here after i will not wait for your answers if not favour me.

          I have the 2013 royal enfield electra and the chassis got cracked on the left side beside the engine mount. I saw this at the royal enfield showroom when i was getting my bike regular servicing done and the royal enfield showroom manager is saying that i will have to replace the whole chassis on my own cost. My bike have never met with any accident and very rarely used bike this is surely a manufacturing quality issue. The showroom mechanics has requested me to get the chassis welded as i will have to replace the whole chassis. I got it welded but i am not sure if it will last as the total bike weight will be on the chassis and i am afraid of getting into an accident now. I am totally disappointed with royal enfield questions quality and service.

          Bought RE thunderbird 350 bike some days before after riding 100 kms received sound like whistle from bike, digital meter not working properly even fuel indicator not up to the mark .

          I m shocked to see that within very short span of time came across with such many problematic scenario.
          I have an accident during bike ride, some injuries seems on my body. My lovely Bullet injured with me, some parts are broken in accident.i trying to contact with costumer care no but no responce.
          Pls help me

            I wanna say that i purchased royal enfield classic 350 redditch red from aaray motors on 16th april 2018 it is creating problem since the day of purchase its locks were not working properly especially of fuel tank!! And i took back to service station the day itself and then on 19th april 2018 the front disc brake was not working properly which i repaired it from aaray service station and on 24th april 2018 wheel bearing got damaged which i repaired it from service station, though there staff is very cooperative with us and on today itself chain sound is there especially during starting of engine... We purchased two classic 350 on the 16th april 2018 from aaray motors they are working just awesome and we love to ride royal enfield. Kindly change my bike redditch red colour 350

              I have purchased a standard bullet 350 registration no up80ee4691 in the name of raghuvinder singh in the month of aug2017 and continuously all services are done in showroomof agra royals only...in dec 2017 the back break shoe of my bullet has been changed the service and now in april i send my bullet for service they again said to change the brak shoes and clutch wires. Is the prestigious company manufactured very bad quality of products that after every two to three months we have to cchange the break shoes. The service boys are not supporting in behaviour also

                My royal enfield classic 350 i an only 10 months old. I've driven it for only 5000 kms and the chain sprocket has been seriously damaged. I chose re because of its quality in product, but such an utter disregard to the quality makes me very disappointed.. If a chain sprocket gets damaged at 5000km, please imagine the quality with which it was manufactured. If this complaint is not resolved.. I have no choice but to take it to court.

                  Hi team,
                  6 months back, i purchased royal enfield bullet 350. Yesterday night i lost it, thief stolen my bike. At the time purchase i believe that royal enfield is the best bike. They taken care of advanced protection measure but i don't know how that guy stolen my bike. I purchased that bike with all my savings, i have given police complaint and got the fir copy.
                  I want to file a case against royal enfield company for not taking advanced measure of protection from thiefs. We are purchasing with huge amount when comparing with other bikes but they are not showing any interest on customer protection.

                  Can somebody suggest me how to proceed on this

                    After asking 3 times to fix the wiring issue in my bike (Thunderbird 2011model), i've given my bike on 28april 2018 at around 12.30 am, for whole wiring replacement. Everything else in bike was in good condition and working properly.

                    Estimated delivery time was 5.30pm same day. But it wasn't delivered and next day in morning i. E. 29apr i called them and got response that wiring replacement is done.

                    At the time of delivery, i asked mechanic to let me check first, for he first hesitate and said they don't have that much time but after asking again and again he let me tested. He even said just to fix your wiring issue ignition lock got damaged but we replaced it.

                    When i started bike then came to know rpm meter is not working, mechanic was silent and took bike again to workshop and after 2 hours said, meter is damaged and not working.

                    It was working perfectly fine earlier, and i doubt while fixing wiring issue, they might have damaged the meter (As they have damaged the ignition lock, as per the mechanic).

                    They even started blaming, that it might not be working ealier either. But i know, everything was working perfectly fine.

                    They fixed one thing and damaged another and even delivered the bike next day after estimated delivery time.

                      I purchased a re from orange international, naredmed, secunderabad in nov 2017. The mechanic at their service station is not even completable to service a bicycle. I handed over my bike on 28 apr 2018 for a complaint of petrol leaking. After spending more than 10 hours at service centre they handed over my mc told to be repaired but my petrol filled for rs 200/- drained out within one hour. It is not only a matter of lack of proficiency but also a threat to my life in this hot summer.

                      I request all concerned to look into this matter and take appropriate action.

                        I don't know whether it's my bad luck or your poor vehicle making quality. Owning classic 350 was my dream, i bought it with my hard work earned money worth 1.55 lacs, it seemed to be wasted on poor c grade 2 wheeler machine. I know re is in demand and having nice profits, you might overlook this query and now my money is worth trash. I would have uploaded photos if there was an option. The symmetry of vehicle is unbalanced from the very 1st day, when i complained about it they said 1 in 1000 vehicle has such problem, they promised to fix it but never did. Back seat support started rusting within 6 months of purchase, now the rider's seat is also faulty as it lost its contact with the surface. Please don't convert people hard earned money to metal trash. If you believe in customer service do contact me and raise your quality standards and maintain your popularity.

                            Issue : very huge cranking or tapped noise as the bike is defect piece agreed by service manager

It is confirmed by RE Showroom, Service Manager and RE technical person that there is an serious issue in the bike from Tappets and they said it has to be replaced by new type of Lubricant pump to resolve the noise issue.                               Since from 29 june 2017 i have issues with rear wheel wobbling. From the date i registered complaint my bike was in the service station for almost 5 days a month costing waste of time and money. With all this in january 2018 they have replaced almost major parts of rear wheel and still issue is not solved. Finally on[protected] again they requested for correcting the issue one more time, yes this time they went for wheel truing (They didn’t attempted all these days) and wobbling has reduced a little but not completely. Because of the problems in the rear wheel rim, i am noticing new issues like bad condition of rear wheel tyre, a dent in the rear wheel assembly plate and many more. None of the concerned persons from royal enfield support team responding positively even though i am daily trying to reach area manager.

                                My name is pranav mohan a bullet 350 owner from ernakulam. I am sending this email to register a complaint against the company store at edapalli. I have given my vehicle for service and it has been broke down after the service. Also, i have said to them to repair my back tire spoke alignment, but they have not done it, and they lied about it to me also. After my 3rd free service, my bullet is having carburetor missing issues and my battery got drained after the service. I am forced to complain this to consumer court if the matter is not cared of. I have been saying to service in charge to repair or replace my back tire as the alignment is not correct and they insisted that it is like that and lied that it is repaired.

                                My vehicle number is kl 07 cl 2414 bought it from the same showroom please see that my bullet get repaired and i did not like the way the maintenance team talked and lied to me.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam

                                      This is to inform you that I had booked a Thunderbird 350X whimsical white on 5th march 2018 vide
                                      booking no BKNG[protected] at SHAHILA EXPOSITIONS PVT. LTD Guwahati Assam, I was been told the bike
                                      will be delivered to me by fourty days from date of booking, subsequently on 3rd april 2018 someone(they
                                      never mentioned their name while calling the customers) from the dealer call me up and told me that the
                                      bike will be delivered to me by two to three days and I should apply for finance from my bank.So I
                                      applied followed their advice and applied for the two wheeler loan which got approved from my bank and
                                      the E delivery notice was delivered to the dealer immediately, From that day my problem got started as
                                      my bank was asking me about the status of the bike.When I asked the dealer about the same they didn't
                                      gave any positive answer about the same.As the E DELIVERY NOTICE has a self expiry of 10 days, today my
                                      bank told me that my loan as been expired and i have to re initiate the same afresh which will take
                                      more time and also they had send the same to the dealer that loan as been cancelled as the billing of
                                      the bike was not done within stipulated time.So I went to the dealer today to investigate why they are
                                      failing to deliver the bike I had booked, they didn't gave me any positive answer and also I found that
                                      they had delivered the same model to some other person whereas when i had booked said model the dealer
                                      told me that I was the first person from that dealer who had booked the thunderbird whimsical white
                                      350x model and it will delivered to me much before the said TAT.So, I had cancelled the booking made my
                                      me.
                                      Hopefully you will understand my plight and do the needful to get the refund of the booking amount as I am yet to receive the same from the dealer.
                                      Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      My Royal Enfield got same problem but it’s driven only 9000 and chain kit has gone but dearler said it doesn’t come under warranty and they charged me 2800rs instantly. Sorry to say but it’s totally ridiculous.

                                        I have purchased a royal enfield classic 350 cc black from royal enfield nerul, navi mumbai on may 2017 for rs. 156000.
                                        I started experiencing engine noise, chain noise since nov 2017, and same was informed to the company support.
                                        The bike is given every month for repair, and has been given twice in the month of march 2018 but still the problem persists.
                                        Their service station has not been able resolve the issue even though bike is given to workshop for repair every month.
                                        The bike is less than a year old but the engine has been opened thrice, chain replaced twice but still the issue has not been resolved causing a huge problem as i have to pay for taxi every time the bike is given for repair and also time consumption which takes place every time i have to go and submit bike for repair.
                                        I request indian consumer complaints forum to take up this matter and either get the product repaired properly or get my money refunded as rs. 156000 is not a small amount which was paid for purchase of this motorcycle.
                                        Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
