My bullet 350 purchase on 2015 october all function properly work done but i m not satisfied with his chain spocket. This part highly faulty. Every year i face out same problem. Every person saying me royal enfield is biggest motorbike company when i use this... Its all about fake... So please contact me at the time of the day.

    When i am giving my bike to service the sevice center the sale consultant are not doing any thing abt my bike problems
    Taking the bike frm service center to my home after one week iam getting the same problem they are not rectifying my bike problem. Frm first service to fifth service same problem to my bike after doing servicing also same problem...
    The service is not good &the service consultant are telling that we have sloved ur problem o[censored]r bike but after the week iam getting the same prblm..
    If i asked the service manager and they are not gvng the mobile number of service manager...
    Iam very serious abt this services of royal enfield 😡
    I[censored]r not sloving my bike problems i will goto the police station or high court against on ur royal enfield..

      I am owning royal enfield classic 350 in dated 5-5-2016 from royal ridentity pvt. Ltd. Vallabh vidyanagar-388120, gujarat india.

      Sales person said to me that bike covers 2 years warranty if every bike service done by authorized service center only. Since bike bought, i regularly service bike through authorized service center, vallabh vidhyanagar. Gujarat.

      For 1st year, i received regular service reminder call and sms from service center and every time i booked for service. After 1 year there is no call and no sms from service center, every time i have to call them and booked for service.

      Is this service you royal enfield giving to your customer even warranty period too?

      My another complain is about service station vallabh vidhyanagar. Technical person said that bike chain need to be changed and approx. Cost is ₹ 850/-. I agree with chain replacement but due to unavailable of spare, my chain was not replaced and said that whenever chain became available, i will call and update you. It has been 4 months but there is no call.

      Today i called for service booking and asked about the same chain availability. Till today, chain is not available and now technical person said that only chain is not available now chain with chain sprocket kit and it cost around ₹2500/-. So now i have to suffer more cost due to your spare unavailability?

      Please take this email as an official complain and do the needful asap.

        I have purchased a classic 350 redich red bike from pinnacle thrissur just before 4 month. Almost 7 or 8 times iam taken to the service center inspite they cannot solve my problem and iam not satisfied by the use royal enfield and also iam spend more of my times for this. I need a fair action from your i expecting good return from your side

          Sir,
          I was purchase a royal enfiled electra model bike on 1-2-2018 evenging.in first day i fell right side pulling. And i ride the bike for 127km and i heared a tik tik sound form engine and i had go to service adviser and tell my experiance. He told that it is no problem it hapeen in royal enfiled bikes. So i think that is not a problem. I ride more and the sound was incress then. I go for 1st service and that time i said to the adviser that tik tik sound was incress that time he tell i will check and tell you. After service the problem have not solved. And i go to service center on[protected] at 1897 km and i keep my royal enfield es in service center for warranty and i have get the sound of 75.0 in the meter and they change oil seal and oil pumb and also interchange my tappet and i get delivered my royal enfiled es on 7-4-2018 evening then after few days[protected] i have face same issue and i go to service center and they clean my stainer and give me in evening and i ride 15km away from service center i have face the issue same then i go to service center on[protected] i have got 74.5 in meter what will i do?. On wenesday[protected] i will go to consumer court for file a case for royal enfiled. I cant go daily to service center. Other wise i what a new bike or refund. Its a damage vehicle i can't ride that bike other wise i will move legal

            Hii, i booked a royal enfield himalayan from
            Sanjo motors, thaikkattukara, companipadi, aluva, kerala 683106

            On january 15th, 2018. Then after 7 days changed to royal enfield classic stealth black 500. The dealer promised me that the bike will get delivered on or before 15th march 2018. I made constant follow up and dealer ensured that the bike will get delivered on 15th march. Last day when i went up since there is no call anything on showroom they said they don't have any idea about the status of bike nor the exact date of delivery.

            Now they are not even picking my call. I need my bike asap.
            You shouldn't promise something which you cant fulfill.

              Hi this is sathish kumar i purchased royal enfield 350 cc classic chestnut red on 4 of jan (Tn 05 bp 6784). I gave the bike for first service in redhils royal enfield service center they charged me 1200 for oil change form that day the problem started that iam getting back break drum noise i informed the service center for more that 3 to 5 times 3 time they gave work sheet 2 times they didn’t provide they use to wipe the brake shoe and clean the drum it happened repeatedly then i changed the brake shoe itself but still not solved then i informed the showroom were i purchase the bike they told to give it in there service center in guindy again the same thing happened second time they told that they are replacing the drum after 2days they said to take the bike today same i took the bike within 2km i get the same drum noise now getting one more noise of clutch
              Iam totally fed up after buying this seriously iam thinking that i wasted the money the problem starts at 500km now it’s 3000 km second service completed but issue not resolved 1000 is only used for giving service. I don’t know what to do i need proper solution for this kindly make it as a high priority and resolve the issue

                Team, i bought my tb350 on dec2017 at tirunelveli dg motors and brought it to bangalore by roadway and suddenly my bike's head light center area melted in heat and inside ring also slipped out due to heat. When i checked with bangalore hsr service center, yelachanahalli, they told it's not cover in warranty and asked me to check with showroom. I checked with hsr showroom banashankari, there they told me to check with service center.. I need a replacement of head lamp full set.. It original cost more than 5800 inr. No one know about this issue and not telling about warranty coverage. What is the use of paying lakhs and lakhs for this bike.

                  Hi team,

                  I bought re classic 500 (Tn-22-df-0727) on 10th feb 2017 from i-speed motors. I have driven it for 9200 kms so far. Regular service is being done as per the service manual. Currently my issue was slippery of chain while riding. It creates noise as well. I took it to the same re service station (Sri venkateshwara bike zone, pallikaranai, chennai) where i have been giving my bike for service all the times. I spoke to service advisor (Dinesh) & he said the entire chain sprocket set has to be replaced since it cannot be serviced. I was shocked to hear this since

                  A) vehicle ran for just 9k kms.
                  B) regular servicing is being done and none of the times i was given a heads up on this.
                  C) every 500 kms i clean and lube the chain.
                  D) never done off-roading on this bullet. (Only city rides & nh rides)

                  When i said all these to the service advisor, i was even more shocked to hear his response saying “quality of the chain sprocket is like this & it may at times broke even @ 1000 kms”. I was so disappointed to hear this from an authorized service advisor because everybody including me bought re after knowing its reputation for quality & stability.

                  After this, i spoke to the service manager mr. K. S venkataraman. Unfortunately i got the same response from the manager as well. I am really disappointed with either of the things below
                  1. Is the quality of re accessories has come down as low as this?
                  2. I was advised to cut the gear while riding which everyone knew that it would create further damage chain sprocket.
                  3. I was also advised to pay for this and was told that it would not cover under warranty.
                  4. How can we have persons with lack of knowledge about riding/re product/accessories
                  5. When i told that i would write to support team @ re, there was a casual response from him.

                  Finally, my point is, i or no one for that fact wants to pay to replace chain sprocket for a bullet that ran only 9200 kms after doing proper maintenance like giving service on time, lubricating, etc.,

                  Please look into this and let me know how to proceed further on this. Till that time i don’t want to take a chance of riding for long distance. I want this to be covered under warranty

                  Ps: i am a part of crr mc (Chennai royal riders motorcycle) club which is a known group for re riders alone. We fortunately are doing extensive branding for re vehicle for our nears & dears. The core element of this group is to ensure all the riders who are participating in a ride are physically fit and ensure the bullet is in a good condition to go for a long drives. Giving priority to safety.
                  I spoke to many people within and outside this group and got one unique response saying, broken chain sprocket @ 9000 kms is too early for re classic 500 cc.

                    Not provide a service by service centre of kasarwadi they ar just wasting time iam fadak with this service center if no one solving problem twice and twice

                      I am thirumoorthi i have buy royal enfield bike at coimbatore bullmen show room, but in this 10 month my bike have got lot of problems these all problems main reason bullmen service center. When i service my bike in there i have problems and i solve that in local small service carriage then why the hell bullmen he's these big service center and service bike ask them to close the service center normal carriage do well then them. Last i have complained for my front cover tube that time that service center manger tell some stories that was i'll book you a modified front cover tube that will reach in one week and i'll call you and solve your problem but it take 3 month that wonderful # manager name mr. Selvakumar i stopped to use bike last two weeks before i want my bike back with fully solved if that not happened i'll file case against bullmen service center and that's manager selvakumar. And another one is that service center workers was scratched my bike and in my bike i lost lot of paint in my head light so i want to solve that problem also and in driving my bike move one side automatically i want to solve that problem also. It want to happen with priority.

                        What is d difference between roadside mechanic n ur brand servicing royal enfield m totally waste my time n money.

                            I have bought an bullet classic 500cc bs4 bike in april2017 by paying 2, 00, 000 amt and when i go to registration the rto people. Has told that the bike data is. Showing as bs3 please. Contact the showrrom people since one year i am contacting the show room people they are unable. To do registration by communicating wih rto aince 1 year i am. Nor. Using bike free ly die to lack of permanent registration i lost hope that the registration can. Be done what i should do please guide me sir i suffered very much

                              Dear all, i have purchased my enfield classic in january 2017 and driven just 11800kms as on day. Today i find some noise from backside. When i checked it was found that all teeth of chain sprocket have broken. How the company like enfield can manufacture such a cheap product of low quality material. I drove my bajaj pulsar more than 60kms in 10 years time span but never face any such problem... Now cursing my decision for purchasing enfield classic...

                                If royal enfield can not give proper service. Please stop producing so many enfields. Kolkata bike zone located at chinar park kolkata has a very rude staff. Sometimes they can not wash the bike, sometimes they can not charge the battery, everytime one or more than one thing is missing. My bike is there since 24th of feb 2108 till date. I want my bike back and the money invested in the transport to the service center. This time i have taken a video also for their behavior. I'll have to upload it on social media to make others also aware.

                                  I am aman deep singh i purchased standard 350 in august and now my tank and mudguard paint is started removing when i call your service team they did not reply me in any manner.
                                  First when i purchased the bike i will stuck in tyre problem which is solved in january first week i am not fool to come every week to say that my bike is not upto the mark take a action asap.
                                  Please mail me back soon or i will draft a legal notice within 7 days

                                      Hi,
                                      Recently i bought classic 350 redditch red and this bike had fuel issue.

                                      While riding the bike in main fuel state, engine will get switch off after some distance. No problem in reserve state.

                                      Serviced two times in re service center located in guindy industrial estate...

                                      Still facing same issue. They are unable to solve it. Previously they told that this is known issue in most of bs iv model bikes.

                                      Searching for next service center to fix it... Any suggestions welcome..

                                        I bought royal enfield bike on january 26, 2018 from suri sales pvt. Limited in bareilly, bike has been running well, but the both mirror vibrate frequently at very fast speed on both sides, even if the bike is 35-40 in the speed, i did the first service of the bike and even if i showed it on a service centre twice, but they did not offer any solutions, but those people suggested that if the bike's silencer change become a thing or just do it like that.

                                        Now tell me sir one thing i have taken a bike of 165000 and if i change the silencer in it then why is it my fault? At least you can do the problem solve, and its effect is not said on my bike engine. Please do not hesitate to give a correct solution or change the bike. My bike number is up 25 cd 1079, and the bike's chassis number is me3u3s5c1ja609752. Please try to find a solution as soon as possible.. Thanks
