I am having 2016 oct bs3 himalayan. After the updation my bike started showing different complaints like engine oil leak, missing. Recently serviced my bike at arumbakkam royal enfield showroom.I raised the compalint of missing while riding they serviced my bike and when i asked what was the problem they told fuel tube was in bent condition.but even after this the missing is not yet sorted by royal enfield service team. i this situation what should i do?

    I am a journalist of ABP. We have a riding group name PUSPITA PRAKALPA RIDER BROTHERS. My Himalayan regd no. WB26AS5003 had due servicing. Agarpara (BISHNU OIL MILL) Royal Enfield Workshop Received my bike last Sunday 8/7/18. In Warranty period my bikes ball racer are damaged. shock absorber bush performance is not up to the mark. But these are not available now said from this Workshop. just routine service and changed rear brake shoe they delivered biketoday 12/7/18. But strange, one of our group member received the bike which regd no. WB24AK4537. Which is not mine. I am talked with RTO north 24 Pgs. And he said WB24AK4537 bike woner name Nasiruddin ansari. How irresponsible is it. now that bike is in my custody and no trace of my bike.

      IN 06/07/2018 I give Tthe vechile for II nd service to thier authorised service centere they were unasked to untie my motor cycle "s engine and do not do water wash until 09/07/2018 and the will billed me 501/- for lobour charge, they are swindle me .

        I had booked for a Royal Enfield bike 350 classic space grey and paid ₹5000 as advance with Lekhana Automotives, Ongole during January 2018. I used to get calls that when you are going to take delivery and I informed immediately but there was no response. After sometime I came to know that New thunderbird 350X was launched. I requested to provide me thunderbird 350X for which they had not transferred my advance and informed it will take more than 4 months. I waited for a long time and requested for cancellation and for refund. I submitted the the receipt and my bank a/c details. No acknowledgement was provided and informed that the amount will be credited to my a/c by evening. Inspite of my repeated calls over a month the advance booking amount is not refunded. My receipt No. 1168 dated 16.01.2018 not yet been refunded. Kindly look into the matter

          I booked a Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 Stone black on June 9, 2018 and they promised me a delivery on June 25, 2018. It has past 15 days since the promised date.

          The sales executive never answers my calls. He told me that I will get the bike delivered on June 10, 2018 and when I called the manager, they told me that he resigned and left the company. The manager at the station talks very irresponsibly. No one is answering straight.

          Now they are saying that I should wait for 1 more month.

          I lost my trust on this company. I need to file a complaint so that someone can contact me with a response.

But after the service I am not found proper results. service is very very poor the amount of bill is two much high with unnecessary things. I am not satisfied with your service.               Dear team,

              after running just 9 months km 2900 i give for 4th servicing, work shop told me to change disc pad and to pay for this so is it possible ?..
              But i m not going to pay not a single penny coz my bike is still in warranty
              Just after 15 days of purchase they told me change same disc pad and told me to pay but i didn't pay after long urgument as they told me they told its change foc.
              Plz help to solve in legal way .

                I have purchased a new thunderbird 350X whimsical white colour from the below dealer on 4th July 2018.

                And I am very much disappointed after inspecting the fit/finish of my new vehicle. Within an hour I felt regret for buying such an imperfection fit vehicle.

                The dealer delivered this vehicle on 4th July 2018 @ 4:30 PM. The same day evening I have listed the below faults/imperfection

                1. Mild dent at the left side of the petrol tank.
                2. Difference in front handle turning radius Left/Right
                3. Imperfection on rear mudguard

                I am not sure whether this was happened due to my negligence/faith that had with RE or I was fooled/cheated by the Dealer or by the RE manufacturer?

                  I rachit ranjan, one of your customer facing very much trouble regarding my r. C book of bullet 350 (Classic). Its been 2year completing since i have not got my smart card. They are not providing me the challan. Even if they passes me challan so that i can make my own arrangement.
                  No body in the dealer is taking responsibility to provide me such support. Every day i have to pay for fine in traffic.
                  Kindly see to this matter asap. As i am facing such pathetic service after/before sale.

                    Hi last week i went service centre 8th mile dasarahalli to give my vehicle service that time i informed mr maruthi (Service executive) self not working and tik tik sound in engine, he took vehicle after 2days no body inform me i went there 2 collect the vehicle but simply they r charging me 4000 after they are telling battery problem go for newone, purchased new one 3000 rupees also its not working self and mainly engine sound "tik tik"

                      I had purchase royal enfield classic 350 in singasandra electronic city motors on 11 june 2018 on tuesday at 2 30 pm on the time of purchase it was an engine sound and scratches on tank and other place i showed to the excutive regarding that scratch his name is ashok he told service center and the gowdown is closed today but tommorow if the scratch not gone we will replace. I went there but they told me to go at the service center i went and meet there to manager i told the entire thing he took the vehicle inside he did some polish work on the time it was looking the light scratch he told me to come on first service will rectify the issue. After 17 days i went to the first service and i told everything but they told me contact ashok i call that person regarding this but he is blaming on me so am informing you people to take an action again this fraud people cheating for customers. Still vehicle registration number not provided they promise that they will provide me in 8 days. Please rectify my issue or else take your bike and refund my money. First am informing to the head office regarding the issue if the problem didn't rectified i will raise a complaint in consumer court.

                        I have bought royal enfield classic chrome on[protected], recently i have observed problems with petrol leaking only when i filled tank full and when i park my vehicle on side stand. I have informed same to the royal enfield service center vvc automobiles road number 45, cbi colony, jubilee hills, hyderabad, telangana 500033 on 29th june 2018.

                        After their service the problem have worsened and now petrol leakage is happening even when engine is on. I have been informed by the service center members that fuel pump is broken and it costs up to 8000 to replace it.

                        I tried to explain that the problem now is entirely different and they are imposing it wrongly on me to pay the amount.

                        I am not sure to its the problem with company manufacturing unqualified products or the service center managers as they are unable to hire proper qualified technicians for the job.

                          I owned my royal enfield classic 350 on 7/7/2017 teeth of my chain sprocket was broken today (30/6/2018) only because o[censored]sless quality product really royal enfield is not worth for its price now a days. I hav electrical problem from first itself worse serivice too. Really you people are doing very worse service to us. Feel shame on u peoples. I will register complaint towards this company

But but after pleading me, they served my bike. Who will compensate me for the loss?

                                I purchased re classic 350 from your kaizen motors, vytila on 22/07/2017. Vehicle only cover 8000km only. Its having complaints of engine crank noise, gear sound and tight, white smoke, heavy vibration above 60km/hr. I was intimate these all complaints to the service advisor on all services, but still its not resolve. Yesterday 26/06/2018 while riding vehicle's gear stucked, mean while heavy rain was there. I really fed up with your vehicle service and customer dealing in your dealership. Last service i did on 18/06/2018 2 @ kaizen motors, vytila.

                                If your people maintaining this attitude towards our vehicle service i will take legal proceedings against your company

                                  Hi,

                                  I purchased my new stealth black from electronic city motors on 19th april 2018 bearing engine number u5s5f1jc024707 and chasis number me3u5s5f1jc134338.

                                  I have noticing huge vibration since day one and since it was brand new, i waited for first service. Even after first service and three visits across service centers the vibrations were not reduced.

                                  Now at clocking 1000 kms, and not once crossing 60 kms (With exaggerating vibration and pain) now i notice that there is huge oil leak from the engine.

                                  I dont understand what to do. The service guys are saying to change the gasket while i do not understand why this issue for a brand new bike? Also the bike has not cross its running-in period of 2000 kms. I fear this is not good for the engine.

                                  I look forward for your response and immediate action for my bike issue resolution.

                                    Hi i am madhan from chennai, booked re thunderbird 350x on 12-mar-2018 from i speed motors, ayanavaram, chennai, they said 60 max waiting period, but now it crossed 100 days, while enquiring, thay said various reasons which is not justifiable, eg:paint not available in factory etc, now i raised complaint through customer care the manager called me the next day and said by wednesday[protected] but no reply from them again i called customer and asked whether my complaint was open he said yesterday replied the showroom room person has informed them by 28 th he will deliver, see how he misguiding me by saying false things. Re says worth the wait but this wait is really frustrating, don't commit a date and delay the customers i[censored] can't able to, instead u say 5 months, tats worth waiting...

                                      I have purchased royal enfield 350 cc from manmohan dealers at mohali (Near gopal sweet shop and kcf restaurant) in oct 2017, but till date i have not received rc. Every time when ever i approached the agency, told that we have send your papers to concerned deptt for rc. Seven month passed but nothing happened. Finally i approached govt deptt for rc and they are processing the file and i am also paying fee again for rc which was already paid during purchasing the bike.

                                      Very bad experience with royal enfield agency (Manmohan motors). They are not helping to get rc. It is there work to get the rc

                                        This is anurag michael.
                                        I have been searching net to solve my issue of exhaust that comes under the norms of indian government. I. E sound less than 90 decibles, no firing sound (Intentionally and unintentionally).
                                        Finally came on the decision of getting royal enfield's upswept off road silencers that are their in every picture of classic on official websites too.
                                        I have being calling most of the service centers to check if the exhausts are available with them or not.
                                        Finally south delhi motorcycle service center that is in okhla told me that the silencer is available with them.
                                        When i went their on 20/06/2018. After talking to the officials their i said ok change the exhaust but after changing that when i started my bike i got to know that its an after market hollow angular silencer.
                                        The people their told me that it is the official one and i have being riding my re from 2014 i have faced and seen many things like this so i told them let it be change to the companies exhaust i. E my previous exhaust then they said sir we have one exhaust with filters that is the company one.
                                        I said ok install it.
                                        After installing it and checking it by my own self i was satisfied and they charged me 3700 inr with fitting.
                                        But their is no branding of re on it.
                                        When government is catching bullet people for silencers and and firing sound why is official/authorized service centers are selling after market exhaust in their premises when they know its not legal and safe for bikes engine.
