Dear sir, i bought a new classic 350 bike from royal enfield in june 2016. Now it has covered a distance of 17000 km. Since last 2 days i am experience some slippage in chains with irritating sound and when checked it was found that some teethes of sprocket (Rear side) found in broken condition again, i have changed the chain spocket twice within 17000 kms i bought this bike for rs 1, 42000 + some attritional prices for accesories and for this cost it should give some minimum life to its parts. This is really disappointing and would surely like to highlight quality issues of spares in the bike, i think the low cost bikes available in the market will give more life to parts than this. I am completely unsatisfied with this. My bikes registration number is mh 12 nd 8148.. Please do the needful. Regards, mohsin shaikh pune

    Hey, i just wanted to ask u that whats the minimum time to deliver a royal enfield standard 500 bs4 after booking date...
    As i have booked the bike from ranjit motors rishikesh on 26/11/17 and i was assured that the bike would be delivered within 10 days and then from 11th day to this day, they are just making excuses.

    So kindly tell me what should i do?
    After having so bad experience dealing with you guys..
    They are doing fraud to the customers..

      I have royal enfield thunderbird 350cc since 16 months & i was faced battery related problem from 2 months, i replace new battery two times but due to some electric issue both the batteries are died, i also visit service center (Krishna) at indore and they assure me that problem had resolved with the charges of 660 rs but after two days the new battery had died. I am very annoying to purchase this kind of bike & very dissatisfied with customer services. I want the solution fast.

      I brought classic 350 from Velavan Motor Pvt. Ltd, Greams Road, Chennai on 03.01.2018. Some rings sound and the beat sound from engine is high when i drive in city. My Question is the sound will be arrest in my first service or it is any manufacturing issue. Pls clear my doubt and tune my mind clear about your product.

        I here after a long wait of my re classic 500. On the time of booking dealer said delivery will be done under 3 months now 3 months completed but not delivered. Between these three month i am continuously in touch with the dealer they first give a date but on or before date they didn’t give any information i again contacted they again extend and gave a another date but same behave as in earlier case.

        I bought the bike before one year. I done all the services correctly. Bike i used to drive is himalayan royal enfield. A lots of complaints i could found after being serviced. Mainly battery failure suddenly bike got stopped in traffic. And also the slow speed running suddenly stops my vehicle. I could not able to run this vehicle at town. Then the speedometer not working. Feed up with this bike. I need a replacement of new re himalayan bike.

        Service centers peoples come to visit the bike . They told that stating coil may damaged . How can a bike starting coil get damaged before 1 year ????
        Sir it is mathura service station...i want u tell that there is no time system...no system of bikes ...they do their service according to their references...and i am waiting from last 4 hours even there no so much bikes to serve ...there is no proper support system...plss pay attention...m very dissappointed

          I've own new Royal Enfield classic 350cc 2017, just in 3668 km they asked me to change chain rear, oil change and oil filter. But they charged for all, just being a consumer my question was how in 3000km the chain rear to be changed, not even in 10000km. Also they changed/top updated the oil for 2nd time and overall they charged 1572/- for servicing. It was not covered in free service coupon.

            I've been looking for a battery cover for my enfield electra 350cc 2011 model, till now they don't have the cover and advised that they sent an email to enfield factory but no response yet.

              I booked a royal enfield in september from royal enfield company store jayanagar from person name shantha-sales executive. But due to non availability of adhar card loan got rejected and i booked bike in wife name by cancelling my booking. The person who came to collect the booking amount wrongly took the account details and cheque came in november with my name but wife account. Again i submitted for correction with person name shantha he made me wait for 15 days and again the cheque hasn't come. One another guy from accounts said the cheque was wrongly send to hyderabad and that's the delay. His number is [protected]. He istelling me i am calling you first time and i promise you i will give on tuesday final. And today is tuesday no cheque nothing. He just picks my call and says rubbish.

              Where is my chequer royal enfield you know only to tell lies with a bunch of # wo call themselves as sales executive. My name is ashwin sasidharan. I took standard 350.

              Helo sir i purchased electra befor 7 months and i m facing rear suspention problem is that bikes rear suspention is jumping becaus of pump is not working well thats why its problem coming and i m facing back pain from that rear suspention pls resolve and replace me new my bike is in warranty
              No response even after multiple email and calls.already i waiting in last 1 months.but they don't response.and not pickup my cell.

                Booked a bike at kalpetta showroom, (Wayanad. Kerala), when i went there to receive the bike at said date, they postponed the date of delivery and today is the date. Again i went there,,, again they postponed the delivery date. This is not fair. Also their behaviour to customers are very poor. We don't have another showroom near that's why we go there to buy the bike. They are delivering the bike to their favourite people first.

                  I have purchased my bike last 10 days back. And now i am facing problem of oil leakage from engine and it may be manufacturing defect. Also i visited the service center but they are not responding to customers in proper way still my problem was not resolved. I am completely unsatisfied with this please do resolve my issue asap.

                  However, now i expect royal enfield company should take step against this and should keep their brand image alive in market. Otherwise i will move on to consumer court.

                    thunderbird 350 speedometer issue

                    I have purchased my bike in 2015 july. I have faced some issue on the cluster speedometer of the bike. At the same time, i raised the complaint related to same. But the speedometer has not got changed till now, the response which i got from the local dealer is that "now your bike is not in warranty so we cannot replace it."

                    My concern is that as i already raised the complaint on under warranty so...

                    I want to complait about my royal enfield 350 classis bike.
                    I have been serviced my bike before 20 days ago but there is no good service in bike, there are many problems in, my bike.
                    There is sound in bike. I complained many time about that
                    Someone called me about that and they told me to go to udaipur, i gone there but there is also no good service
                    Problems in shokar, colour defect, problem in power of starting and many problems

                    Please solve my problems as soon as now a days, i think if there is no solution about that then will problem in engine,
                    I do service my bike per months, it too costly for us so please solve my problems.

                      As per brand name of royal enfield in market, they are not maintaining there quality & standard and nor they are responding to customers in proper way. Speaking with soniya motors bhandup manager mr. Umesh sharma was the worst experience as customer to deal with him.
                      However, now i expect royal enfield company should take step against this and should keep their brand image alive in market.

                        Royal enfield bullet show room price and invoice price are not matched at quotation amount of nd cover price rate. Rto price are no invoices and the royal said only ex show room price invoice are resive the custmor other on road money has no response of invoice copy... And thay told other rupees of money no cash bill... And rto amount of ox show room of 6% but thay amount collect around 2 thousand rupees higher... Insurance amount also higher... But tay told and mislead customers.

                          Hi team, i am richard owner of the bike thunderbird 350 - tn 05 bm 1869 in chennai. It was fiubd that my bike silencer got so much rusted in just two months and riding 2000 kms.

                          However i have approached the service centre they promised to replace the silencer and asked me to bring it during the second service at 3000 kms. I went as instructed and they yold me that there was not stock of the silencer to replace me since it is a bs4 model.

                          They asked me to wait for couple of days to get the stock, now after keeping me waiting for all these days and i have tode 4500 kms and multiple visits to the showroom, they are informing me that this does not cover in the warranty and this is how the silencer is built.

                          Very much disappointed is their response and treatment towards me.

                          Please help me to get this fixed and reach me out in the below contact details.

                          Regarding the above complaint, i have received a call from RE customer service (‭+[protected]‬) who apologised me for what had happened.

                          They promised me to replace my silencer bend and the silencer by taking my bike from my place and delivering it at the same place at free of cost and i should not pay a penny since the bike is in the warranty period and told me that they will pick the bike the same day.

                          Since i was not in a situation to give the bike on 13 dec 2017, have asked them to collect the bike by 14 December 2017.

                          I am trying to contact the same number (‭+[protected]‬) and the call was disconnected half the way, now the phone is switched off.

                          What should i do now?

                            Actually service is not perfectly done by service center of royal enfield... So that problem has always come.. Also i was paid 4000 for a new clutch plates... Even it failure comes again... Also my bike has been there last 6 days...

                              Your staff' are didn't have any clear knowledge about vehicle. They didnt respect customer. They simply attend those private phone call and simply rounding in show room. They don't care any customers at all. Billing section also very worst. They simply attending those personal phone calls. They irritating customers. Most of the people came and see your staff's behavior and goes to other showroom. So watch camera, to note down your staff activities. They activities are very bad.

                                I recently heard some noise coming from the chain, immediately i went to re service center at ekkatutangal, where i normally do service. I did my last service nearly 30days back. It was hard for me to digest when they told the chain sprocket is broken and needs complete replacement costing me ~3.5k, its really bad to accept that coz i was doing regular service and maintained my tb properly, in spite of this if this issue came, there is either a manufacturing quality defect in the chain sprocket by re or the service there was poor.

                                Losing hope on re.

I bought this bike for rs 1, 47, 400 and for this cost it should give some minimum life to its parts. I think the low cost bikes available in the market will give more life to parts than this.                                     I bought my new enfield reddich blue classic bullet from marikar motors, trivandrum on 30/01/2017. It is hardly 11 months since i purchased the new bullet. Surprisingly, on 10/12/17, i noticed that the spring surrounding the right shock absorber started rusting. The plating started pealing off.
                                    I chose to buy the reddich new classic bullet because during the booking time, the executive introduced me to the new reddich type bullet. He told me that the new reddich variant is so designed that it resists rusting much superior than other variants. All the services are done up to date. The vehicle has done only less than 2900 km. The vehicle is kept in a well sheltered car porch and taken best care by me.
                                    In the service booklet, it is written that, rusting of plated parts is not covered under warranty norms. The warranty period is 24 months.
                                    But how could a company launch products which fail within 10 months that is well within the first half of warranty period.
                                    I request that the complaint may be attended and the failed part may be replaced free of cost immediately.
                                    A thorough check may be done in my bike as a full package free of cost, with the service experts, such that such complaints should not come in the near future.
