Sir,

I have purchased royal enfield classic 350 redditch red on 04 march 2017 from concept bikes, kazhakkoottam, thiruvananthapuram, kerala

My bike 7511 km driven. Only 3 free service done at royal enfield concept bikes.

I had to pay for a mistake committed by the service centre boy and also i paid spare parts amount.

My bike is in a minor accident. Its head light is brocken and a few scratches. It was said that the show room guy at the service centre (Concepts bikes) would be given the insurance claim. They replaced some parts of bikes. They complete the accident work and given me the bill amount of rs 8126/-. Then i gave the bike for general service to the same showroom.

After work they gave me rs 8953/- bill.in this bill they give another bill of parts that already changed in accident work. T twice pay the same bill for some parts again general service.

The royal enfield company says the bike has a 2 years warranty. But i gave the money to the some parts several times.

    Today your dealer fateh motors in jalandhar city deal me very badly. I visited their showroom to buy bike (Standard 350). Firstly owner of the showroom said me he can give me bike only at one condition if i will buy full accessories like alloy wheel, amc, 3years insurance, rs, legguard etc. I said ok and he gave me estimate of rs 145000. After that he bought fake alloy wheels from local market and ordered his mechanic for fitting. While mechanic was fitting that allows i found that the front alloy was damaged. I talk to owner about this and he said he will provide only same piece. After that i said i[censored] dont have anotherone give me bike without alloys but he denied to give me bike after wasting my 5 hours in their showroom. This dealer is realy getting very bad reviews while i talk to another customers. This dealership is realy in wrong hands and i will suggest company to give attenion at my review.

      Today i have sent my bike for service in av motors in kumbakonam... I have some issues (Engine head noise, paint peel rear wheel hub, rust form in all accessories parts) etc... But my issues not accept in dealers supervisor.. They react rudely... Am working in ford india chennai plant.. Now am in chennai. Please following my queries and give feedback immediately..

        Till now i have completed 4 servicing and i was facing the tapping sound since 2nd servicing. From 2nd to 4th servicing i have given my bike 6 times on this tapping sound complaint. But they didn't fixed it till now. Servicing address is

        Everytime i was calling them after the service day that my bike complaint wasn't fixed. They simply asking my bike registration number and we will call you again. As the same i don't get any response from them.
        So everyday that tapping sound makes me odd feeling to ride my bike. Please take any action on it, so that i have to give my bike for the 5th service.

          We purchased this bike from your vasai showroom, on sunday 26th november 2017. As we had a talk with the manager of your showroom i. E. Mr. Ashish before the purchase also. He was supposed to give us the bike with insurance at the time of delivery. But at the time of delivery he didn't give us the insurance copy he only gave us the bike, he said will give you on monday i. E 27/11/2017. Then too he was not on his words he gave us on 29/11/2017 at 7.15 pm.

            Dear executives of royal enfield,

            I want to complain against "essar motors". Today i went to their jhandewalan extension workshop as there was some problem which was occurring in my bike after my service was done.
            My job card no is rjc[protected] and the job card date is[protected] my tax-invoice - parts no. Is sp[protected] & my tax invoice service is sl[protected].

            Here are my complaints against this workshop:

            1) i was told to make the payment before my bill (Both invoices parts and service) was given to me.

            2) when i got my bill i was told to sign on the copy of my bill and on the other document which they were hiding with the pile of some papers. When i told them to show that paper it was the repair feedback form which they had produced me as a bill.

            3) in past two weeks after my fourth service this was the third time when i had to visit this workshop.

            My complain to you is how can someone pay without having the bill and is it mandatory to sign the customer satisfaction form before the vehicle has been seen or tested by the customer.
            I observed that those two cashiers shweta and neha were making fool to other customers as well by telling them to sign on the unfilled form. Customer form is filled by the staff there?
            This is very strange, in fact this is very unethical.

            My last point is if there is a problem in my bike why it is not told at the same time and when i say that there is a problem in my bike instead of veryfying by the mechanic your service advisor keeps arguing. I am fed up with his behaviour.

            The service adviser who was protecting this unethical behavior by giving lame excuses and doing the same thing never listens to anyone. His name is anil.

            I am going to file a complain in consumer court against this unethical and over smart behavior by these workshop people tomorrow.

              Hi,

              I registered re classic 350 gunmetal grey on 15th oct, with the delivery date being 30th november. I have contacted customer support from where they directed me to their area sales manager. The area sales manager arranged a call with the retail store, the retail store cited me various delivery problems. I asked them very politely that they should provide me a definite written date. They have failed to do so pushing back the delivery date as much as possible. This is a mental harassment, i demand an explanation and a written note on the definite delivery date.
              The delivery receipt has been attached.

                I have given my thunderbird 350 byke (Reg. # kl 12k 7954, engine # u3s5c0gh144775, chassis # me3u3s5c1gk489198) for the service @ 1 year to m/'s. Tempest automotive, kalpetta, wayanad this morning.
                Am very regret to complaint that their service quality is too bad to accept as a customer and when i ask to the concerned service supervisor didn't get satisfactory reply.
                Hence i requested to him want talk to the service manager, got the reply no service manager nor deputy service manager available. Am totally fed up their irresponsible service and behaviour with a customer.
                Hence i invite your attention to take immediate necessary action about all these situation in this agency and give better service for the customer.

                    As per above references i have received very bad experience from m/s. Royol enfiled. I have given my thunderbird 350 to m/s. Moharir auto service, nashik. For some damage part changing but till today they are not received above refer part form m/s. Royol enfiled.

                    From last 17 days your company (M/s. Royol enfiled) is not able to arrange 1 no. Of rear mudguard asm - lighting. And this thing is very much shameful for your brand. I am requested to your production & marketing team if you’re not able to provide needs of your valuable customers then just change your team members for better result.

                    I hope you will understand all this thing & you will try to give a better service to your valuable customers.

                      I bought royal enfield squadran blue 500cc 4 months back. It seems battery is already weak and self start doesnt work at all. I have been contacting royal enfield service center no body is responding if they respond they say they say there is no stock. I have paid 2l+ of money to buy this bike and i hate the way they are responding... I need to file a complaint against enfield service center for not considering my request at all...

                        I have given bike for service at 25th of this month. Till now the problem is not solved. Already it's delay. When i came to showroom and asking for bike they have told me that bike is ready service had done pay the service payment. I have also done the payment, while taking the ride the problem is still there, what type of service they had given.
                        This is not happened one time. Everytime it's happening in this show. Service people or not picking up the calls after 5.30pm. Every time servicing the bike is delaying. After one week they are handing over. Is this the way to handle the customer?

                        If you are not able to give proper service with the pay then why are you marketing this bike with very bad service centres.

                            I have classic 350 and i have done 2nd free service from unison automobiles (Workshop) mira road after that too many new issues started for eg. Oil leakage, throttling etc. Issue, and gear shifting issue. After several times i have visited the workshop and still issue is remain same and no improvement, also they are not treating any customers as a value/important customers and always they said you can come tomorrow but no solution. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. I feel royal enfield should take a strong action to satisfy the customers.

                              My thunder world 350 bike carburetor slide change within 4800km and again carburetor slide change within 9000km, handle cone set also failure/worn out within 9000km. Paint of fuel tank pill off on different-2 places, speedometer is not working properly. Oil leak from chamber.
                              These are problem in my bike and all service has been done by your authorized royal enfield dealer batra enterprises kashipur.

                              I am using royal enfiled electra since 2015 onwards. I did my last service in kaizen motors vytilla (Oil seal changed), cochin on 18/11/2017 and received back the vehicle on same date. While checking the vehicle i found that one of the oil cleaner stud damaged and it is not fixed properly. I am back to the service supervisor and raise my concerns, however i am getting the replay that it is damaged in earlier service. I did my all the vehicle services in authorized dealer only.

                                I have buy a standard 350 in the bullmen showroom before 5 months as of now i have drive my bike for 10000 km but now my bike have a problems in chain sprocket and front light and back danger light & wheels i can't drive smoothly engine oils came out from engine i have no satisfaction with my bike and their service kindly do needful on my bike i want it with excellent condition or i'll gonna take nessessary action against bullmen they spoil brand of royal enfield and their bikes kindly do what i mentiond or i'll do what i'm not mentioned.

                                I have ever seen such a worst customer service. Bullmen spoil the bullet value. I have purchased a meteor 350 but I have faced so many problem from taking delivery to current service.
                                BM behaves like rowdy and commit so many things while booking after that, I don't even respond.
                                I discuss with other customer, they are also face the same problem.i have verymuch happy with the bike and it's performance but dealer side worst experience.

                                  I gave my bike for service at one of your service center in seethammadhara, to asst. Manager praveen. They changed my back and front bearing in last 3 months but still my bike is running worst and when i went to check with them again last sunday (I. E., on 12-nov-17) they said the wheel alignment was not proper and we don't have that service here so please get that done outside, so i went for outside mechanic which he refereed and for confirmation after the work i again went back to the service center and asked to verify whether it was done correctly or not, even then your mechanic said its perfect but the next day the problem started again, when i took the bike back again on this sunday (I. E., 19-nov-17) first they said the wheel bearing was damaged and when i said last month i have changed it how it went that worse he again checked it and said wheel alignment. When i started arguing with them they again said its air problem.

                                  This is how your service center mechanics are and they even don't know the problem and they simple say if wheel is not running proper we should change the bushes and bearing this how stupid they work. And even they don't give minimum respect to the customer, i know they have plenty of work but they should give minimum respect to the customer right?

                                  I have written the complaint in the complaint register even then there is no response. This is the worst experience i got in my life.

                                    From last couple of years i have been riding re thuderbird 350.
                                    Recently i decided to try your adventure-tourer re himalayan which i purchased from r. R. Automotive - royal enfield

                                    But i am really disappointed from the service and bike, only after 2.5 month of purchase the bike has started causing me problem,
                                    First the handle got tight day by day, so tight that i couldn't get it turn left or right, i almost lost my balance from bike, i took it to your service center in indore vijay nagar almost 3-4 times they couldn't repair it. Ultimately i had to fight with them so that they changed some part inside which was causing problem.

                                    Now there is some weird noise coming near from engine, which started coming after the last service, what kind of pathetic service is this seriously, you fix 1 thing and screw up 10 other things in the bike.

                                    From the day of my purchase till now, i haven't gone on ride on my bike because of the same reasons, the bike has been a total waste till now and yesterday i. E 19th nov 2017, the channel beside rear tire broke automatically (Neither the bike has fallen, neither i met any accident) seriously how cheap material do you guys have used in it?

                                    Really re expectation vs reality, and the reality sucks here, i am so much disappointed from the quality of product as well as service that neither i am going for a re in future, neither i will suggesting it to anyone and i think i should dump it in front of your re showroom.

                                    I want answers for all of this, i am facing a lot of trouble because of you guys.
                                    I will post this to every forum i know, this wont go down quietly.

                                      Royal enfield is the worst of all companies. I have booked classic 350 at the end of may 2017 and paid full amount on august. Till now i didn't get my bike/cash. Initially enquired in the showroom but they are full of lie bags. Then i went for the royal enfield customer care. They perfectly know how to tackle customers instead of resolving the issues. It's been two months, nobody is responsible. Guys i request you all don't go for royal enfield. I'm from sivakasi southern part of india
