This is jatin sapariya. I have purchased new royal enfield classic 350 (Reddich red) on 19/10/2017 from sarabhai motors, nehrunagar, ahmedabad.

From the very first day we are facing a problem i. E. An annoying and abnormal sound is coming from the engine. Further for the solution we have visited the authorized service center karnavati bikes - royal enfield service center, near hotel royal inn, ishwar complex, opposite gurukul towers, drive in road, ahmedabad, gujarat 380052 on 03/11/2017. (Job card no. 006033) they have inspected the engine and inform that there is a issue in engine of the bike and they are requesting us to get open the engine and repair the same. We have contacted with service manager mr. Aditya singh ([protected]) and as recommended by him we have further contacted with territory service manager mr. Maulik upadhyay ([protected]) but, they have also suggest the same.

After that we have informed the same to our dealer sarabhai motors (Ground floor, sukhdham tower, beside bikanerwala, surendra mangaldas road, nehru nagar, ahmedabad, gujarat 380015). But he is not at all interested in the matter.

But, after paying 1, 53, 000/- we are not supposed to repair a new bike. Hence we are requesting you to please change the bike with the new one or else refund the money.

We are very much unsatisfied with the service provided by the royal enfield.

Please look into this matter and resolve the same at earliest. Hoping best possible revert from your side

    I mr. Ashok s. Gole, i have sent my vehicle for servicing dated 23/10/2017 they charged me rs.3600/- after 6 days there was a breakdown on saturday, after that i called the service center for the pickup on sunday. After receiving the vehicle after two days i again faced the same problem i. E on 1st nov, 2017 wednesday again it is been sent to the service center dated[protected]. And before this i have already change the display and battery two times and now they are again demanding rs.6000 for display and rs.3000 for battery which is already in warranty. Before this i have faced the same problem. As on date the problem is not solved properly and excuses are been given. The distributor is always prompting to change spares with new one and make fool of innocent customers. They have mentally disturbed me. It's been 2 yrs this november since i bought the vehicle and till date the problem is not solved. I request you to kindly take some action.

      I am ramamurthi at sriperumpudur. I am booked thunder bird lightning at jetblaze motors kanchipuram (24th august 2017)
      I will pay full payment 1st november 2017.
      Still now i don't see bike. Payment giving before, he inform to me bike is ready. Payment give and take your bike. Payment giving after, he inform to me bike two days after only reach our show room. So next week only possible. He too much cheating me. Today friday, i ask showroom person please return my money no need bike. He inform to me, bike is available. I send registration. Too much lie. He don't receive any id proof to me then how registration, i don't know.

        I am sending this mail because, i really fed up with your service. I had bought a royal enfield standard bullet on june16 2017 from sanjo motors karukutty. I think this is the worst bike i ever used. When i started it in the rain, it will not be started. Even if it is started it showing continues missing. Because of this reason i had visited service centre 8 times. All this time they talled me everything is fixed. But the problem still persist. Is this the way to treat the costumer. Really fed up. Waste of money. That's why i moving this complaint.

          I am yogesh sharma and i am a royal enfield customers.

          My booking bike is royal enfield bullet standard 350 cc black colour.

          I am not certified with royal enfield because i am book a bike after 3 month in mansarovar sfs riico area jaipur rajasthan india.
          But he is not complete my delivery.
          Because he is black my booking bike extra money in another person.

          That is why i am not certified with your seller i am waiting for my booking bike.

          My kindly request for you please solve my problem and my believe in royal enfield and i am certified then royal enfield.
          And i know rolls royal enfield is a big brand in all world that is why i believe are you solve my problem.

          Royal Enfield has launched a new bike in 2016 Himalayan, this product has been built with cheep products resulting in various types of issues. One of such issues is engine heating issue, I had raised this issue several times however the company is not in able fix.

            I have purchase new one royal enfield on date 01/06/2017.in this vehicle at first service one concern creating. My side guard grill pipe broken in new vehicle & as per service adviser verbatim its convince me for replace new one in warranty but still now its say its not covered under warranty without any root cause. So please look this matter & do needful...

              I had brought a cl 350 just 5 months before. There is noise in engine. The service manager said the problem is in oil circulation. I had complaint to them when iam leaving to 2nd service. But the problem is still exists. I requested them to replace the engine but the said no. The engine noise is still exists. The already opened my new engine 2 times to resolve the problem but the problem is still exists

                I am shahbas, bought royal enfield himalayan from javeenz showroom, kottayam, kerala and my cousin and friends bought re motorbykes from nearer showrooms. Actually my vehicle just completed 1 year and completed 3rd service 1 week before. After service, during travelling at night, suddenly battery went weakdown. Including light, indicators, horn and even selfstart all wentdown. Continuosly i am facing these type of issues. Showroom services are always just made for earning money and not for resolving customer's problems. Yesterday night, i drive 60-70 kms with only a mobile torch and not even a park light. Finally i felt dangerous and stopped driving near perumbavoor and i contacted the re tollfreenumber and they arranged a roadside assistance (Rsa) help at night. That help gave a fine relief. Consider customer's problems and kindly resolve these problems.

                  I have booked new the new model of classic 350 gun metal gray. The booking us done on august 2016 to nand enterprise karad.
                  After 2 weeks i have received call from us regarding pickup the bike after that i have visited to showroom to provide all necessary documents also same day i have completed all loan process also the loan is passed with in a day so i have him to give the bike but they have not providing me the bike. They says all bikes are sold and you get the bike in next weeks but the same was closed yet. Now everyone not providing exact date for bike delivery. I m the 1st booker of the bullet for this model in karad also i have already pay the booking amount @ rs5500
                  Now plz suggest what should i do almost every week i have visiting to showroom

                    Hi, i owned classic 350 (Silver), purchased in 2014. I have done all services at sri velavan motors only. But from last 3-4 services are extremely unacceptable.
                    This time on 25th oct 2017 i given bike for service. It was included of general service, vibration, engine mounting hose, chain kit etc...
                    It took days to deliver the bike not a problem but after delivery no updation about the task list. By self only has to find out. That is also not problem.
                    Problem is, change fuel pipe, which is not look like genuine part though on complaint, it was shown that this is only genuine pipe receiving from re.
                    Fuel pipe not locked with clamp.
                    Very second day of after service delivery, it took 15 minutes to start the bike. And in between some kad-kad-kad-kad sound appears.
                    It got off while on the drive. 2-3 time used clutch to down the gear, it again went off.
                    Today i went to sri velavan motors service centre again (2nd time after service), and i was told that some bearing near to clutch plate having problem.

                    I was waited there for 45 plus minutes but representatives doesnt shown their interest to take bike for repair.

                    As of now i have kept the bill copy (Total amount 6034) at home, if required can upload same later on demand.
                    I want to understand:
                    1. If this is the service level, better close this.
                    2.in previouse service, engine cover hose problem reported which was not fixed diligently and i repaired myself only.
                    3. 2 service before, i have replaced the chain, than within 2 services chain kit???

                    Please address these issues. I still have problem with bike starting, which need to solve.

                      insurance claim after accident

Now i have paid the service cost in full and expecting the money can be claimed from icici insurance coverage. The insurance authorities have completed their process and is waiting for the service center to provide the bills so that they can credit the money to my account. The insurance team and i have been waiting for this bill for the past 3 weeks and the service center...

                      I brought a royalenfield classic350 chestnut from tirunelveli d. G. Motors.. On 20.10.2017 friday... I have a problem in engine which providing noise from tappet..
                      I complaint this in my showroom which i brought that, but they are not responding well, but i asked my mechanic they told that ‘this was new uce engine and it has no gsolution’... I’m totally disappointed and dissatisfied with this issue.. Within a short period of time that noise make me unhappy... So kindly take this issue as serious and please make solution for this issue ☹️☹️☹️ thank you

                        I am a customer of royal enfield classic 350. Today is my first service so at 12pm i go to service station surat bhatha. When i was go to service station my bike is not in reserve but when i get back to my bike at between my home road the bike was stop an when i checked what is the problem so i get the petrol tank is empty. So where my petrol is gone. When i complaint the service station the service station representative told that i check camara but when my bike is gone for test drive to check fault the petrol is empty from my bike so not appear in camara. I am not poor in 250 ruppe petrol but your company name is royal so this is your royalty??? Service station is stand for what? For service or for this kind of low levels works.?

                          They are cheated in public, my booking order no. Bkng[protected] date[protected], they committed with in 60 days will deliver the vechicle, but almost 97 days crossed no body not responding to customers. I am register to consumer court trichy. They are not accepting card payments also. Particularly they are avoiding the customers for once completing the booking.

                          Pls pls pls cancel the distributor otherwise royal enfield good win will spoil. Public know talking about royal enfield company only not distributor name. I hope you can understand this..

                            The call from legend motors stating that rto officer not signed
                            Due to sale letter problem. I have already informed to take the vehicle today.

                            And also they are not informed all rules and regulations to the customers, they are
                            Concentrating only collect the money from customers.

                            I am fed up from the call received from legend motors.

                            Pls take necessary actions

                              Hi,
                              Since 2 year when i bought bullet classic 500 i have been facing issue in it.1 week before i have given bullet for service, but they did nothing. And cherged 5550 rs. Again i went their then they changed the parts which was damaged as per them. Whenever i went to service my bullet's condition getting worse.
                              Don't know why its happening. May be they are replacing the original with duplicate. Today they have given me another shock. They are saying drum is damaged. Earlier everything was fine except minor issues but after servicing my bullet is in very poor condition.

                                I sri shibaram das from rourkela, odisha state. I bought royal enfield standard model on 24/01/2017. This is my 4th free servicing done today. Just few bikes thr for service today but the distributor deni to wash my bike and can't manage to adjust my rear tail lamp as it is continuous glowing. This agent& distributor always prompting to change spares with new one and make fool to innocent customers. It's totally disappointed cz they even don't solve this minor problem. Totally disgusting really.

                                  I have booked a classic 350 black bike on 8-june-2017 from malik automobiles with - hisar by giving a amount of 5000/ with csd - whose receipt is attached below. After that gst comes & for more then 2 months new csd rates not comes. After that on 16-sep-2017 they gives the rates but not gives nay response of delivery.

                                  After 15 days i complete the csd process & deposit all the documents to the dealer on 05-oct-2017 & he gives me ls no which is attached below for your reference. They said that you will get the delivery after 10-12 days but today after 18 days they have still not delivered the bike after giving complete payment of bike.

                                  Every time i visit the showroom they just gives the excuse but now giving the delivery. Now today they said that your plant is closed for one week due to diwali thats why there is delay.

                                  The behavior of staff is so rude. They just sale the bike in black after taking 4-5k extra from customers who have not done any booking. Due to this actually delivery gets delayed.

                                  So, i request you to look into this matter & help me in delivering the bike as soon as possible.

                                    My name is sachin kumar b and i am a customer of royal enfield for the last 4 years, this is my 2nd re classic 350 vehicle and i am extremely disappointed with your after sales service.

                                    Before i narrate, below are few of my credentials

                                    Current vehicle: royal enfield classic 350
                                    Vehicle regn no: kao1 hf 5739
                                    Service station where my vehicle is getting serviced: teknik motors, sarjapura road, bangalore
                                    Date when the vehicle was serviced: 12th october 2017
                                    Reason for service: front and rear mudguard paint, met with a fall

                                    I had given my vehicle for a small repair work at tekinik motors, i met with a fall due to which the front and rear mud guard resulted in a scratch for which i approached your service center and handed over the vehicle to get the issue fixed, they a greed to give my vehicle in 2 days and it is been 9 days and yet to get my vehicle, i got to know that they have not given the vehicle parts for painting for the 1st few days, later they have not done a follow up with the painter for getting this fixed.

                                    I am visiting the service center folks everyday and they are not even bothered, they play blame game within their team and surprisingly no one is ready to take the ownership.

                                    Now again they have taken 2 days time to fix the repair and i am not sure if i will get my vehicle on monday.

                                    I am incurring the rick charges of inr 400 for my office to and fro everyday due to your delay and negligence, i would request you to compensate inr 3200 for the last 8 days which i have spent because of you guys.

                                    The amount of inr 3200 may be very small for eicher motors but this is a big money for me which i have spent it because of not handing over the vehicle to me on time.

                                    Below is my bank details, please transfer the inr 3200 to my bank account and kindly ask someone to fix these teething issues as your brand name is getting spoilt because of some service center like teknik motors.

                                      Hi,

                                      I bought my classic 350 9 months back and completed 8, 800 kms. Almost 16 teethes of chain sprocket are broken. I am highly unsatisfied. I was using a bajaj pulser prior to this and i used it for close to 8 yrs, covered 85, 000 kms. I had to change the chain sprocket only once. Re spares are of very bad quality.
                                      When i checked with service center for a replacement, they said they would have replaced it if this has happened within 4, 000 kms. I didn't understand their logic. Why does company give 1 year or 10, 000 km warranty.
