I have bought this re tb 350 on 24.05.2017 & from last three days it has been in worst condition. First of all after the 2nd servicing my bike is leaking petrol sometimes, when i checked this thing at first from the service center they told its breakage in pipe. But after 5 days it again leaked and battery also gone dead. I hurried and take it to the service center where they gone through with my problem. They told its battery is dead and we will clean the carburetor. Fine i reached back home with new battery installed in warranty period. But the next day after riding around 40-50kms the battery suddenly became dead. And i was totally in the state of no where. My thunderbird didn't start with the kick also, i had to push it for around 10kms to reach the service center, as they didn't pick my phone while i was stuck. Its now back again in the service center but i am totally disappointed with the service provided by royal enfield. By the nane i buyed it but now it's making me pay with the choice.

But when i arrived at the house there was a strange sound in the engine and when i checked, i came to know that the engine is not oil and now my bike is damage.

    last month i have buy royal enfield thunderbird from garg autos, after first service my bike giving trouble after driving 5-7 km it automatically stopped .I have shown it to the workshop but still facing the same problem.

      I booked a re himalayan at sri kalikambal autos, vellore on 31.07.2017. I was told the bike will be delivered within 2 months time. Till today (10.10.2017) they haven't told anything about the bike and the showroom people are very lethargic in their duties. Even when i'm making calls, they won't pick up. There are two people namely radhakrishnan and suman who promised me the delivery dates and never answered my calls after booking.

        Have took thunder bird 350cc from rooster automobiles, pondicherry wo months before they delivered without checking the vehicle condition. Wheel vobling and shock front hitting on the road. Given service 2 to 3 times first service also over problem not yet rectified. They are poor in service and not upto the mark for having service station simply changing oil and refiitng, they are not skilled enough to resolve the issue, each time run the bike for long drive and bring if you have problem. Becoz of problem we are bringing once again they are telling go and drive and if you face any bring once again. Do these # think am free and this is my only work taking the bike each week to service center

          After 7 month of delivery of my bike i received my number plate but the gave it to me in my hand and told me to install it from somewhere else or local machenic as they didn't have the screws of the plate.
          After that i went to a local machenic to get it intall but he also refused because he said this is only done by the service centre itself. Now its almost about 8 month of my bike delivery i am still running my bike without registration number plate just because of them.

            First of all if someone is planning to buy a royal enfield, please reconsider!
            Priced at an average of 1.5 lac rupees, this motorcycle is just not worth it.

            I own a classic 350 2014 model which recently clocked 20k kilometres.

            First things first, the quality of royal enfield bikes is cheap. My bike had only run 8k kms when the crank started making noise. Although the bike was still in warranty, the service centre - sangam enfield refused to acknowledge the noise saying it was usual bullet sound.

            Second biggest flaw is the after sales service. Royal enfield company is only interested in selling new bikes, they don't care about the service. I have spoken to very senior people in the management of this company and trust me, they don't give a damn.

            The spare parts are expensive and they wear out easily. My sprag clutch assembly wore out at 10k kms and it cost me 5000 rupees.

            I saw the real face of the company when i gave my bike for repair after an accident in august 2017.
            They took 35 days to repair my bike, which could have been genuinely done within maximum 7 days.

            Firstly, the service centre sangam enfield sahibabad ghaziabad uttar pradesh was annoyed because i called the insurance company myself so they couldn't get their surveyer.
            Therefore, they gave an exaggerated estimate of rs. 42000/-

            Just imagine an estimate of 42k in a bike that costs 1.5l brand new. Moreover the final bill amount was rs. 28000/-

            They completely destroyed my bike in those 35 days. The bike was manhandled using hammers, there were dents all over the battery box, filter box, handle. There were deep scratches, paint chipped off from headlight, tank.

            In the due course my battery also went dead. Upon confronting the sangam enfield sahibabad owner, manager and few other employees, they were so ignorant that they point blankly refused to even acknowledge their mistakes.

            I spoke to the customer support, the area service manager and other top officials of the company as well but it's all useless.

            My advice, don't buy this bike. It's just selling because there's no competition in its segment. Their r&d incompetent, the after sales is pathetic. The other universal cons are all over the internet (Vibrations, power, brakes, tyres).

            I am complaining for the showroom of royal Enfield which is located in bhiwani in haryana that is sheoran automobile ...They loot the customers take bribe for giving bike instantly and if any person doesn't want to take accessories than they will not give

              My bike engine voice r different lots of problems in the bike but service center r ignored me why
              In the first day i am complain my bike engine's sound servicecentre told me when u complete ur first serviceing your problem r solved but i complete my 3 rd servising but nothing solved
              When bike r run 12000 km then oil filter changed but my bike only run 3000 k. M service center told me to change the oil filter and i changed that but nothing are solved

                Am a customer of royal enfield nagercoil branch (Chandra motors) i’m facing a problem with my classic 500 desert storm fork assembly i had replaced it once but, even then i’m facing the same problem *.. I’m also having engine oil leak. They assured me it would be solved by applying a paste and this is the fourth time i’m giving my bike for the same problem in one month. My other complaints of the bike that are not solved till this day are given as photos below. Totally my bikes accessories are rust and the paints are peeling off itself only a few parts are claimed with warrenty. The changed parts are, fuel tank, front and rear mud guard and fork pipe. My bikes warranty period is still not over. Only 18418 kms are driven.
                I left my bike in showroom on[protected] till now i did not get any proper response. They are arguing that they won’t change any of the parts.

                  On 03/10/2017 morning 9.30 am i give my classic 500 for 8 th general paid servicing at marikar motors ltd, thrissur.in the evening 6.30 pm i went to collect my motor cycle, i seen my motor cycle in the road side as i kept in morning without any change of position. I asked the manager about it. He says the service adviser went away in morning its self, no other man do others duty. I asked the manager to give back my motor cycle. I feel irresponsible behavior from that service center and it not suit for the pride of royal enfield.

                    I bought my bike in the month of april 28th 2017.
                    Will directly talk about the problems i am facing with my royal enfield classic 350 bike. Here is the list of problems that i had faced in the past 5 months and some of them in the present. I am not certain about the performance of the bike in the future. Kindly make a proper note of it,

                    1) firstly whenever my bike drenched into rain then certainly it stopped after accelerating and after kicking so much it wont get start, then got to know from service center that it is a problem of a valve of bh4 bike and licking of rain water into the oil tank.
                    2) my bike gear is not functioning properly.
                    3) in the month of september suddenly my clutch wire got torn and it was a hectic problem for me, i had to push my bike for a distance of a kilometer.
                    4) lastly this 29th of september i was busy with pandal hopping and suddenly my bike got stop and it was like a dead cell, no power nothing was there in my bike, then at midnight i had push my bike to a local police station and kept my bike over there. On next morning i got to know from a mechanic that my bike's amp meter was distorted and i had to replace it with a new one.
                    Kindly look into the matter as early as possible

                      Hi, my self mr khan from mumbai.

                      Last year i have purchased a himalayan bike from bandra store. Since then some or other problems i have been facing with the bikes.

                      And now on aug 7 while riding the bike, there was a sudden noise in the engine and the bike stop. So i took it to p r enterprises, mahim services station of royal enfield. And after showing to them, they told may be there would be some gear broken inside or something. And will let me know in 2-3 days and will do my 3rd services with that.

                      After waiting for 4-5 days, i called them up to know what hapend to my bike, then they said that the engine has been open becoz caseing has been damage from inside.

                      And it will take 15-20 days to replace the engine parts from company, becoz it was under warranty.

                      Since then i have been calling and asking to give my bike again.. They came up with different different issues. And asking me to wait for more days.

                      Now it have been almost 2 months i have been waiting for the bike. Still the bike is not ready. I am fedup of the royal enfield and with the p r enterprises mahin services station. I gave them the bike on 8 aug and now it is 2 oct.

                      I request to the royal enfield team to look into my matter and reply me about this issues. Becoz of this poor quatity of bikes and poor quatity of serives station it is spoiling the name of royal

                      I have puechsed a royal enfield electra on 25 september 2017 and on 27 sepember 2017 i have a prublem in fuel supply . I have more than half of tank full with petrol when then my bike is showing the symptom of reserve fuel tank.

                        I am very disappointed to say that despite the excellent quality of your motorcycles, the service quality of one of your centers is well below the mark.
                        I have been asking the guys at royal enfield service station, manzil motors to repair a sound that gives off a very irregular noise instead of a smooth one. This problem has been in existence since the very first time the product was delivered to me.
                        First the repair men tried to misinform me and convince me that the sound was perfectly fine. After several comparisons with other enfield motorcycles, they admitted that there was a problem with the horm. They kept my motorcycle (An enfield) for 3 days. But they still could'nt identify the problem.
                        Am i supposed to believe that your service men are incompetent?

                        Secondly, they gave me two enfield t shirts and told me they were of high quality. But the colors came off on both of them after the very first wash.
                        If this is the kind of fraud your employees wish to indulge in, then i'm sorry to say, but i can't continue to be a fan of yours anymore!

                        Lastly, i remember i had 9 literes of petrol in the tank before the service. Now i can only find 4 litres. Is this what i should expect from your people from now on?

                        I wish to bring your attention to the fact that manzil motors, as an entity, have engaged in a low kind of deception which leaves a sour taste in the mouth. I did not expect to be lied to and treated dishonestly or unfairly by your brand.

                        I hope you take measures to rectify the problem soon considering its only been 3 months since i bought this bike!

                        Note : this complaint is from 23rd september 2017 but there is no response no call nothing from their side as they proimesd me to reach me back in 2-3 days from service centre.

                          Kindly keep staff who has minimum eligiblity to talk decently and have some manners. We love royal enfield because it is pride, if they are taking that pride then there is no royal enfield. I agree its difficult to get workers. Its better you close the shop than keep such # (Mr. Adarsh) for job. These people think whether the company runs good or not, he is going to get paid, thats all that matters to him. I hope you might take action against it or atleast contact me for the same. Even if you dont i have already started loosing the pride in royal enfield.

                              I have purchased royal enfield classic 350 chestnut color around 28 march 2017. Initially it was making a "missing problem" just after 1st service and i have to visit the service center every other 15 days. After about 20-30 days that problem was corrected. And now again after around 45 days it is going into same problem as battery is going into red zone while riding. Its horn is not working due to that and it is making problem while starting also.
                              I was told that the problem was due to initial product manufacture as it was among the latest bs 4 version.
                              After rectification also it is now going through i. E smooth as it initially used to be i mean to say that while riding it feels like it might stop any while.
                              If it is due to battery then please get that replaced or i have see some other alternative to get my bike changed.
                              I am sorry to say but i am getting a feel that i have wasted my 1, 72, 000 rs.
                              Please get the resolution of my problem as soon as possible.

                                I brought a new royal enfield 3 months back from hyd and gave it to a second service with reporting a complaint "noise from engine".

                                This is what i faced :

                                I gave it to service centre in sanathnagar, hyd on 22/9/17 friday morning and waited for 5 days to get it repaired. I visited three time within these 5 days and i hear no clue of what happening
                                When i contacted floor manager next day second time he said he need confirmation from showroom and it will be repaired by monday (25/9/17). No its not, ok they had some issues internally and called me & said please collect it tuesday.

                                Tuesday :i didn't received any call or intimation of what happening & when i myself gone to check and noticed it was not repaired, here #. Manager came and telling that he need to contact chennai factory and people are coming to check and test your bike. After that they will start working on and after let me know how much time it will be take to get it done. Centre is not responding with the issue in time and not explaining me what is happening.

                                This is how you treat your customers, don't you know how to respond to customers and you royal enfield branding with 100 years of experience can't solve a issue within 5 days of time. I really very very disappointed with you brand & services.

                                I need an immediate actions to be taken or i will move with norms and conditions with in regulations.

                                  In spite of several complains about the services to concern in charge mr. Veera goud - [protected]. Territory manager and customer care center nothing happened. I have bought a bullect 350 classic, from the first servicing it self
                                  They are not doing anything just chaining the engine oil and giving vehicle back
                                  After regular follow up they are even ready to hit the customer.

                                    I am writing this email to inform you abouth the pathetic working of royal enfiled service centre. My last complaint regarding water entering headlight is still pending even after continuous follow-up with support team as well as voyage work shop jogeshwari east. Yet royal enfield is not bothered to solve their consumer's grievances.

                                    Today (24/09/2017) after going to royal enfield workshop, they checked water entering the headligt by pouring mug of water on it? Is this the way to check quality of headlight? For every complaint (Installing of leg guard, sound due to damage of rubber put in handle; showing quality of rubber/ improper installation during servicing, headlight problem) i have to visit to work shop for 3-4 times.

                                    Is this the kind of support you offer. We have only been going through harassment after buying this bike. It has caused loss of money and more importantly loss of our valuable time. We had high regards for royal enfield but now we only have regrets.

                                    Your customer support is absolutely useless just like the bike. We do not recommend any person to buy royal enfield from now.

                                    You have now compelled us to take firm steps against you. As you are incapable of solving our problems, reimburse our money for the bike (Including registration, services, insurance) and take away your bike. Also we need compensation for the harassment you have caused us. We are also going to upload our grievances against royal enfield in all the social platforms available to make the people aware of the degraded quality you are offering.

                                    I have paid for the leg guard which was not delivered for a month by jvlr work shop. (Service provided by authorized dealer)
                                    When they fixed the guard, wire was compressed in the guard due to which meter and signals were not working. A dangerous condition to drive on highway. (Inferior quality of work by untrained person and harassment for customer to take a leave from job and bring back bike for servicing)
                                    During rainy season, i came to know water entering headlight - informed same to jvlr work shop.in-spite of reporting issue they cleaned the water and gave me the bike. I have observed the water was still going inside the headlight. Took photo of it and showed them the problem. They asked me to take video if next time water penetrate inside so that they can claim for the change of headlight. Even after 10 day of sending video they are not taking steps to solve the problem. (Quality of royal enfield, service of authorized dealer, harassment for customer)

                                    Authorized dealers and service center are doing such kind of nuisance of cheat and harassing the customer. Even after paying a huge amount of money we are getting bad quality product and bad quality services. I want a written justification for all my problem. If i am not getting answer for all my raised question, good quality product, proper service or harassment by authorized royal enfield service provider in future, i will post all my problem on social media to make people aware about the third grade quality or degrading quality of royal enfield and a torturing nature of dealers and service provider.

                                    I have not notified for the process change to get the vehicle service by BTM stage 2 service center... i suffered today because of them ...i went at 7 in morning to drop the vehicle but they denied to take it... and asked me to book an appointment ...this is not exceptable ...

                                      I have bought thundirbird 350 from ss motors showroom situated in kannur in january 2017, due to some complain in rear wheel i gave it for maintainance in their service center situated in thottada, the manager have asked to me to get the rim change, for that i have to pay 1800 rs. 1200 is the cost of new rim and 600 for labour charge, now i want to ask, since my bike is under warrenty period then why should i pay the labour charge?
