I had made my second service recently, in that i have registered a complaint but that was not taken care. I had proceed this complaint in two service centers (Bullmenn motors, coimbatore and sherif motors, coimbatore) but they charged the money and didn't took any measures. There's no correct response form the service people. Iam very much worried about this act. If authorised people's are like this means it's too bad and creates a bad impression on the whole company. I need immediate cure for this.

    I work in bangalore and had booked tb 350 on july 27 2017 in mangalore frontline royal enfield showroom ballalbagh though it was near to my native & showroom people guaranteed for a delivery on 1st sep 2017.

    I was in touch with the sales executive from the booking date and was asking about the delivery. There was no clear response. I had to put leave to get the bike. On 28th aug i had come to my house by taking leave though it was a lop considering the delivery date. Sales executive had asked me to transfer the amount before 3 days from the delivery date. I was about to do it on 28th of aug. Just before doing it i thought of calling once again to confirm about the vehicle. It was still the same answer given to me by her saying that she doesn't know when the load comes. This was the same answer given by her for the 7th time.

    Immediately i told her to cancel my booking. Next day i went to the showroom and i had a chat with the manager. The manager (Yashas) doesn't know that i had booked a vehicle! Yes, that's sounds crazy. But that's the thing happened. I asked about this with the sales executive (Aishwarya) & she told me that retail manager was dealing this. I wanted to speak to him/her. Though she denied coming to the floor, my anger made her to come. And she started asking reasons. After all these she is not showing a single responsibility and she was giving some # reasons for not delivering and eve she doesn't know when the load will come.

    And after all when she is talking to me she is smiling. That shows how responsible and serious she is. So i cancelled my booking with lot of frustrations. I had sold my old bike too.

    All this things are done. These 3 people didn't even ask a single sorry with me though i was a customer. Great image created!

    I seriously request to analyze this case and take some action on this. That retail manager (Pavithra) was the worst part of my life. I don't even know why she's working there. She's least bothered about customer. I repeat she's least bothered about customer because even i work in sales dept for a company and even i know to handle the customers. Worst retail manager ever i met in my lifetime. I am seriously telling this.

      I would like to inform you that i sk. Sunny ali purchased a royal enfield classic 350 ash colour on[protected]. There were certain problems regarding the engine head and the sound was not proper. After 2 servicing they were not able to rectify it. And now after travelling only 1046 kms smoke is emitting from the exhaust pipe. Now they are refusing to rectify it. The service center are harrasing a lot and are not taking any attempt to rectify the problems.

        It is just 5 months i buyed my royal enfield classic 350 and i broke with 16 teeths of my chain sprocket. The quality of parts is really bad. I need a replacement free of it. Paying these big amount for the bike and the quality we get is so cheap. These is so unfair. I am not at all satisfied with the quality royal enfield is providing me and the service of bike is not done properly.

          This issue is going on from last 15 days.

          Again i have to your person and he was literally abusing and using very rough words.
          You guys hires all gondas so they can keep abusing your customer and charges unnecessery.

          This is really heights...
          This is happening every time
          Why should i suffer because your mistake because of your # staff and dumb and i will file police complian for this...

          You guys or your staff no one is bother with post sale services and we have to keep begging to get our bullet on time with proper services but still not resolved
          I want my money back which i paid for services on 12th aug at electronic city motors, singasandra bangalore

          I have given my bike on service on 12th Aug and picked up my bike on 13th Aug after 2-3 days problem started, suddenly bullet will off and it will bit get it start for 10 mins and this was happening for 1 week and then I called your service center & they were bother to take this issue on priority and given all crazy answer. I paid rs. 2928 for this service and every service I will pay rs. 3000+ but still you bullet service is pathetic and same mistake and problem all the times.
          What kind of jokers you have hired at your service center that they always wants to make fool their customer and selling unnecessary products.

          With every service they will be some sell on the bike service.
          After spoke to the service centre they took my bullet on 24th Aug evening and after calling on 26th Aug & the person told they are working on the issue and will update but when I have shouted on them they said immediately after 5 mins bullet is ready and they have delivered also on 26th Aug.
          Again on 28th morning bullet was getting started.

          I was telling that guy that there is serious problem with Bullet as after serviced on 12th Aug I am facing lot of problem with my bullet and they have done some thing wrong during services and now they are not responding for the solution.

          I need to my bullet should be taken care immediately and resolve the issue on the priority.

            Hi,
            I have bought classic 350 bs4 in sheriff motors (Coimbatore, saibaba colony) on aug 4 2017 with much excitement. What i thought is, it would be a dream to ride a re but it became a nightmare for me after the day when i riding it. From day 2 the issue started to happen,
            On day 2 (6 aug 2017) my headlight didnt worked, got rectified by sheriff motor service (Re authorised)
            From next day (7 aug 2017) - my battery didnt got charged, due to busy commitments i delayed to reach service center one day.
            But on 8 aug 2017, my bike didnt even start, which forced me to call road side assistance, it was found that it was a wiring issue (By same service center)
            Ironically i did my first service at same service center where i boughtmy bike, they did something from that day my bike is stopping all of the sudden in the middle of road (For every 5 to 10 km) with no reason, what i did to work around is i open fuel tank and shake my bike a little, then it starts.
            Notable mention - my rear shock absorbed has been changed in between these scenarios because i was provided with faulty one.

              from last 20 days i want to replace my bullet lock but it is not avaible at service center in jaipur, raja park.
              The response from your service center is that poor i will not say anyone to purchse your bike.
              Servcie center no. Is [protected]. Totally unprofessionl system of your service center.

              And good part is that they are blaming that royal enfield say nahi aaeya abhi, jab aaega tabhi hoga.

              Is this is your servcies?? Its better you have your bike back and refund me my money.
              You are fooling your customers. As lock in not in good condition who is responsible if bychance
              It get stolen???
              I will post this thing today to facebook and twitter. And will write to you national heads only then you will perform your work.
              It seems i have done a big mistake purchsing your bike.

                  I visited your service branch in naraina vihar (Royal enfield) on[protected]
                  Invoice no: slinv[protected] and model no:800291 model name: thunderbird 350 (Rev. Red-db) their was some problem in my bike that i have to rectify and visited to your service branch and their was service adviser name: jasvinder (Service manager) he consalt me that there are some parts need to be change and refill again the parts he changed that was carburttor_bs2919, bellow cv carb & fuel pipe after that he provide my bike back to me and total payment was done rs.2839. But after the service done the same is happen again and i was not satisfied with his service and get back to him again he told me that the actual problem is different so i need to change that part of that before i change different part that was useless he was just try to selling me the parts but not understand my problem and now he is saying that again i need to change the part... This was totally disappointing from you guys are making customer fool and not understanding the basic problem and concentrating on your selling capability... I want to rectify my issue with the bike.. You people need help me out...

No gj 01my5580, iam suffering jerks on front suspension and make lost of noise i had complain so many time but no one has interested to give solution i and also sufreing brake brakes making noise while driving on purchased purchased time i aslo change brake liner on 2nd services, though 3 month ago at kanavati bike commerce six road i complained to dealer, company, pmo ahmedabadt oo, however dealer, his staff my problem not solved.                       I want to convey for high authrorities of royal enfield compney. I purchesed royal enfield classic 350 from ashirvaad motors city dausa state rajasthan.
                      When i buy new bike there staff told me that your docouments like service book bill insurance etcwill be be send with in 2/4 days at your current adress. But after 9 days spent i did not get it. When i personally call him they misbehive. And staffs attitude is so roudly. Really i disapointed.

                        I purchased royal enfield classic 350 on july 29, 2017 from the bommasandra outlet. On the delivery day of the bike, they assured that i will get the vehicle registered within 15 days. Now its over a month, still they haven't moved the papers. Now they are saying it will take three months. How can i take the risk of driving with the temporary registration.

                          I was service my classic 500 desert strom on 21/08/2017 at vraj auto sales and service, bharuch. I was charged 2082 rs. For that service they charged 5923 rs. For spares and 719 for oil replacement. Total i paid 9098 rs. I can understand for spares and oil changed amout but why that labour charge was 2082 taken. Its too high even we service car they are also not taking that much amount of labour charge. We have no option other than that so we have to service there but they are cheated. If you remove rear wheel for change of sproket and drum then why they are taking labour amout different for both. Please resolve this issue this is too much amout for one bike service.

                            I am here to complain about one of your service center sony automobiles, mangolpuri. It's been three services since i was complaining about the chain sound and the start problem with kick n auto auto start. But they informed that battery got damaged and should be replaced.in the very 3rd service when i asked to change the battery they kept my bullet for 10 days n informed that battery is ok only wire problem. I suffered a lot due to starting problem and it takes them 9 months to find out that there is wire problem instead the battery. Are they charging for oil changing service charge of 1700rs?. I want my refund for last three services. Kindly guide me and look after this matter. Manager mr. Abhay said do whatever you wanna do. So let me know.

                              Dear sir, i bought a new classic 350 bike from electronic city royal enfield in apr 2016. Now it has covered a distance of 9000 km. On 23rd aug 2017 i gave my bike for service in electronic city motors, hosur road, bangalore. I got a call from service centre that i have to change my sprocket because its 10 teeths are broken.. I bought this bike for rs 1, 55, 000 and for this cost it should give some minimum life to its parts. I think the low cost bikes available in the market will give more life to parts than this. I am completely unsatisfied with this. My bikes registration number is ka-52 es 8328.

                                Do not buy bike ftom lambaenterprise ltd. But if you have done the mistake then never go to its sercice station delhi as it will be nightmare. I gave my bike for service after getting many calls from the company and got the appointment for 19th august at 1.40pm. I went there and gave the bike and time of delivery was 4.30pm bu at 3.15pm my bike was still on road. After making reuests it was taken for service and it was given to me at 7pm without any test drive. It was wet and water was dripping out. Anyhow i put the key in bike and tried to start but it did not. The so called manager bhaumik dhingra started arguing with me that it will take 2 minutes to get it start. To my surprise it wont and it was taken again and one one person tried so many times by self start button. But it wont then i called royal enfield mr. Deepak he gave me the number of md of the company i called him and explained my problem and he talked to the manager and aasured me that it would be done but it could not. The manager started talking to me rudely by saying 'do whatever you want to do' and went to his cabin. I am afraid my parts might have been replaced.

                                  I have purchased my royal enfield bullet 350 standard from heighten automotives pvt. Ltd. (Auth. Main dealer) 14/5, main mathura road nh2 opp. Mewla maharjpur metro station near srs bussiness tower faridabad haryana 121003.
                                  On dated 18 november 2016 but still i did not get my rc for vehical no. Hr 51 bn 7030.
                                  I asked to dealer for rc many times but they always says after 2 to 3 days please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                                  I bought a new classic Chesnut 350 bike from royal enfield in July 2017. Now it has covered only distance of 11500 kms. when I am riding the bike, there found some slippage in chains with 12 teethes of sprocket (rear side) found in broken condition. This is happens 2nd time in 1 year. I am completely unsatisfied..

                                    I took my bike for general service at the above service centre and when the bike was returned the brakes seems to be very hard. I checked it out with another service provider he told that there is a part missing. I complained this several time on the centre and last time when bike returned from this centre it was even further in bad shape, the petrol meter doesn't work properly and the fuel consumption increased drastically. I want to register a complaint about this service centre which i believe replaces parts within bikes without customers knowledge and basically extorts money from them.

                                    Very poor service and the stuff behavior is also very poor. I was gone there on last day 16-jun-19 for my royal enfield standard 350 first service, they said we have too rush today so we will give your bike in the evening approx 5:30 pm, I said okay ill come at 5:30, afterthat i called on customer care should I come?
                                    Is my bike ready? They said you can come at 6 o'clock in the evening and I arrived there at 6:25 coz of traffic. They deny to return my bike they said we are closed now you can come tomorrow. I requested to them so many time, please give my bike i have some urgent work I have to go somewhere urgently but they but no one was ready to listen. Some of the staff members are very uneducated they don't have any manners how to talk with the customer and the cashier guy I don't know what is the name of that cashier guy madan or mohan whatever he is starting pushing me back and said bahar chal bahar chal ab nhi milegi bike kal aana. Can you belive this is disgusting. I am very disappointed with the royal enfield services after buying a royal enfield bike they call you several times and behave very nicely and after buying that they even don't know who you are. Now I'm going to sell my bike and never recommend anyone even buying any of royal enfield bike.
                                    Very poor service and the stuff behavior is also very poor. I was gone there on last day 16-jun-19 for my royal enfield standard 350 first service, they said we have too rush today so we will give your bike in the evening approx 5:30 pm, I said okay ill come at 5:30, afterthat i called on customer care should I come?
                                    Is my bike ready? They said you can come at 6 o'clock in the evening and I arrived there at 6:25 coz of traffic. They deny to return my bike they said we are closed now you can come tomorrow. I requested to them so many time, please give my bike i have some urgent work I have to go somewhere urgently but they but no one was ready to listen.                                       Hi i am sivakumar i purchased classic 350 in eagle motor. Really they are cheating me

                                      1. Dont take two wheeler loan inside of the showroom because the hdfc loan department mr. Chakaravarthi he is the number 1 cheating person. He is give 2000rs to showroom manager for one bike the amount is indirectly collecting from your loan amount and he is also not ready to show the acknowledgment.
                                      2. We asked our account details to the showroom manager he told me there have no rules to show the amount details for u. This is the customer satisfaction in the showroom.
                                      Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I purchased a royal enfield 350 Electra before 5 months nd still I haven't received my owner book when asked always a new excuse very bad and cheap behaviour never assumed by royal enfield plz see for it Aruna motors bistupur Jamshedpur Jharkhand

                                        Being a top brand in two wheeler, we purchased the bike classic 350 black from kings autoriders whose address is s. No.288/1, pavitra building, above titan showroom, baner pune-411045. I'm doing my servicing on time, i completed 18000 km and i missed one servicing and when i went for servicing the dealership charged me for 24159/- rupees, i was shock after receiving the bill, either the dealership is fooling me or the royal enfield (One of the best brand) is now trying to fool customer. He changed 39 parts in my bike without informing me, and i guarantee that there was no need for changing the parts, and i don't have any faith whether the dealer changed the part or not. Even the accident bike is not charged so much. And it was pathetic and worst service provided by dealership. It has passed a year for my bike and i keep my bike in best condition. I hope so whether the complain will be resolved, or i will escalate this issue in consumer forum..
