I took my bike for general service at the above service centre and when the bike was returned the brakes seems to be very hard. I checked it out with another service provider he told that there is a part missing. I complained this several time on the centre and last time when bike returned from this centre it was even further in bad shape, the petrol meter doesn't work properly and the fuel consumption increased drastically. I want to register a complaint about this service centre which i believe replaces parts within bikes without customers knowledge and basically extorts money from them.

Very poor service and the stuff behavior is also very poor. I was gone there on last day 16-jun-19 for my royal enfield standard 350 first service, they said we have too rush today so we will give your bike in the evening approx 5:30 pm, I said okay ill come at 5:30, afterthat i called on customer care should I come?
Is my bike ready? They said you can come at 6 o'clock in the evening and I arrived there at 6:25 coz of traffic. They deny to return my bike they said we are closed now you can come tomorrow. I requested to them so many time, please give my bike i have some urgent work I have to go somewhere urgently but they but no one was ready to listen. Some of the staff members are very uneducated they don't have any manners how to talk with the customer and the cashier guy I don't know what is the name of that cashier guy madan or mohan whatever he is starting pushing me back and said bahar chal bahar chal ab nhi milegi bike kal aana. Can you belive this is disgusting. I am very disappointed with the royal enfield services after buying a royal enfield bike they call you several times and behave very nicely and after buying that they even don't know who you are. Now I'm going to sell my bike and never recommend anyone even buying any of royal enfield bike.

    Hi i am sivakumar i purchased classic 350 in eagle motor. Really they are cheating me

    1. Dont take two wheeler loan inside of the showroom because the hdfc loan department mr. Chakaravarthi he is the number 1 cheating person. He is give 2000rs to showroom manager for one bike the amount is indirectly collecting from your loan amount and he is also not ready to show the acknowledgment.
    2. We asked our account details to the showroom manager he told me there have no rules to show the amount details for u. This is the customer satisfaction in the showroom.

      Being a top brand in two wheeler, we purchased the bike classic 350 black from kings autoriders whose address is s. No.288/1, pavitra building, above titan showroom, baner pune-411045. I'm doing my servicing on time, i completed 18000 km and i missed one servicing and when i went for servicing the dealership charged me for 24159/- rupees, i was shock after receiving the bill, either the dealership is fooling me or the royal enfield (One of the best brand) is now trying to fool customer. He changed 39 parts in my bike without informing me, and i guarantee that there was no need for changing the parts, and i don't have any faith whether the dealer changed the part or not. Even the accident bike is not charged so much. And it was pathetic and worst service provided by dealership. It has passed a year for my bike and i keep my bike in best condition. I hope so whether the complain will be resolved, or i will escalate this issue in consumer forum..         I hv recd. Message that complaint is resolved, but when checked in service centre, i hv found out that bike was not even tested for re-occurrence of tappet noise. It has been more than a week, bike is given to service centre for repair. Service centre mechanics are not even able to resolve the problem. This noise is there in the bike since 5th day of delivery & this is the 6th time i hv given...

        This is to inform you that. I am facing problem with my bike paint since when i purchase the bike on 9/11/2015 with registration no. CG 04 LB 1600.From 1st service i have complained to your dealer Indian motors, Raipur & gradually they gave warranty claim change my bike front & back mudgaurds, tool box, petrol tank, shockup pipes with in year as parts availability. After few days i am facing same problem with petrol tank paint which i send you in my prior complaint along with images. 4 months back when i complaint to the company, then your dealer take action send this complaint too to the company along with images. Today on 14/8/2017 when dealer change the tank with new tank as claimed by the company again the same paint destroyed problem is present in new tank at dealer point. Which i get detect & show the dealer. That means some problem is present in your this colour dessert strome. Kindly take this seriously, because i am complaining since my purchase. Now your saying to me kindly paint your bike & change the colour. If, company not respond to my complaint then i am going to consumer forum for this issue... Now i am not take this tank from dealer as defected one. Now i am taking my bike with old defected paint tank. Today i also complaint that there some problem in this colour. Kindly do the needful to change the colour of my bike..i dont want this colour because there major problem in this colour. I purchased this colour because i like this colour no 1 colour. But due to this problems now hate this colour. If i will not get satisfactory response then i will go to consumer forum. Kindly, do the needful as soon as possible.

          Huge issues on servicing of my bike. As today I booked a service for my Classic 350 at Chandigarh service station and a time was given 12.00 o'clock. And I was told I will be free by 1.30 and I confirmed the same on reaching the service station. But it took more than 4 hours to get my bike serviced. And the attitude of the staff was not professional. Only after telling that I am so late, they gave me bike with a hurry without proper washing and cleaning.
          Being a professional company, it should have happen and I am very much disheartened with this and I have given a written complaint over there but perhaps it was not a complaint register. Very bad experience.

            Hi I am Sunil, My bike Number is TN-05 8076 Royal enfield electra, I bought this vehicle in November 2016, Bike has ran 5112 kms, SInce i bought this bike i was keep on getting Engine noise, I informed this in First service and they said they will clear this but i got the noise again, Again reported this is second service but they did not fix it, Then i did not wait for the service period, I straight away reported this problem as complaint, They said they will fix this but it re appeared again after driving for 10 kms continously.They keep on say they will fix it and keep the vehicle for a week and then return it, 10 days back i gave the last month i gave the vehicle again thy said they will fix it bu no go.That was the fourth time. I immediately gave the bike next day itself they said they will replace the parts as its under warranty and gave the bike after 10 days and said they changed some parts called tappet and valve and charged me 330 for Gasket and fuel. I took the vehicle after 10 days and again i got the same issue i left vehicle now and they are not ready to change replace the engine nor taking things seriously. They dont even give any receipts but each time i have to take a picture of the JOB card as a proof. I dont know what to do with thew so called service center of Royal enfield. All they do is change the oil for every service and gie the bike back to customer but do not repair the vehicle if there is a fault.Not sure whether they have professional mechanics or atleast an amateur mechanic. They are just selling oil in the name of service center. Name of the service center is HI SPEED located at purasaiwalkam near Mekala theater-600007. I need a replacement of the vehicle or engine as i am facing this issue since i bought this vehicle.Only 5000 kms old. Please do the needfull.

              I bought a new classic 350 bike from royal enfield in Octoberr 2016. Now it has covered a distance of 7700 km. Today when i was riding the bike, there found some slippage in chains with sound and when checked it was found that 4 teethes of sprocket (rear side) found in broken condition. I bought this bike because of good reviews and for this cost it should give some minimum life to its parts. I think the low cost bikes available in the market will give more life to parts than this. I am completely unsatisfied

                This is to inform that my vehicle bearing chassis number me3u3s5c1gm721101 which is under warranty period rear suspension of my bike is not working properly. And same has been informed to the service engineer at hosur service station from last three services and every time i approach he told that in next service he will replace since the rear suspension is out of stock and today when i went for service he told me that the suspension is working good and it can't be changed

                  Recently i had purchased a royal enfield thunderbird 350 motorcycle on 10 july 2017 and got many defects in the bike since 1 st day. I have complained many times to my authorised dealer about my complaints but i didn't get proper service.
                  On day 1 meter and lights are not active

                  On same day i have literally kicked bike nealy of 50 times to start it. I called to service station but not got a proper solution.

                  On day 2 when i went to petrol pump and as i opened petrol tank lock the cap pushed itsel[censored]p forcefully. Then i realized the problem of air lock and i again called to service station they replied just it's not big problem. It's very embarrassing to when you kicking new showroom bike for half an hour on road, it's really not a big problem???

                  Later on some day someone asked me about headlight why not working. I shocked because on service station they gave me vehicle in same condition and no one told that one light is not working. Today when i asked them about this they said again ok let's change it...

                  Self button is also not working properly.
                  Also suffered from battery discharging..

                    After getting fed up from the service of pooja motors dombivli mumbai i am complaining. First of all the mechanics over here are of no use. They don't know about the mechanism.
                    After purchasing royal enfield. I came at pooja motors for service this stupids over here had blocked the air from the air filter because of this the air was passing from the gasket and there was oil leakage from the gasket due to their mistake i have given them my bike for almost one month to solve this problem but they were not able to solve this. Anyhow they came to know that pipe was blocked in the air filter because of which oil was getting leaked from the gasket. For this they had opened the gasket several time. If in future if there will be any problem in the engine because of their stupidity who is going to bear that?
                    After that i have again given my bike for service in the evening they called me up saying sir your bike is serviced come and take it but after going their my bike was not serviced. Many a times these has happened to me. The guys over here are crazy, they had harassed me a lot.
                    And height is for rsa also they had charged me.
                    Useless service centre. They are spoiling the name of royal enfield brand.

I am suffered so much problem for that.

                        I had paid for full engine oil but when i chaked after coming from service centre the mobile level was half... They filld just 1.2 litr mobile instid of 2.5 litre...
                        Plese take action againest it..

                          On 1st august, 2017 my uncle was riding a brand new royal enfield electra 350 (Purchased just 4 months back) from dehradun to rishikesh. Due to heavy rains in that area he just got disbalanced and got slipped off the bike approx 3 meters away.
                          Before he could recollect his consious and get back on bike he saw the bike was already on flames. Within very little time the bike got burnt into ashes and my uncle could do nothing about it. I fail to understand how slipping over a pothole could set the bike ablaze.
                          This incident has put up a serious question on the safety of royal enfield riders/lovers and fans.
                          Plz fix this issue as soon as possible as the incident could have been more worst.

                            The booking of my royal enfield desert storm 500cc was done on 1st february 2017. The company branch promised me to deliver it by 45 days from the date of booking.. It's been more than 4 months now.. Even after complaining a lot to the puttur branch they are not doing anything.. They say it's the delay from the company.. I need my bike as soon as possible.. People who have booked the bike after me in other branches have got theirs.. Don't promise things i[censored] can't fulfill them.. Thank you.

                              I dnyaneshwar raosaheb dome booked classic 350 on jan.2016 at your dealer karachiwala automobiles, shrirampur. But they were unable to give me bike in time or my requested time. So, before 2months i had submitted request for cancellation of my booking to them. Concern told me that, your request initiated will give you cheque after 15days but till date i have not received refund of rs.5000.00 from them. I have continueosly following to them but every time they are giving me different excuses like cheque are ready but owner not present for sign, send your account details. Please kindly requesting to look in to the matter and help to get my refund at earliest. Regards,

                                Worst services ever i have got standard 500cc just one month back and its now not even starting i think its a manufacturing defect because after 2 times of battery charging battery is going dead again and again nobody is helping and they are just saying you have to call to the workshop people they will give you onsite assistance and workshop people giving some other number which is toll free and toll free people saying they are not getting my details so they cant help me.. Is that the services royal enfield providing to their customers after spending 2 lakh and 4 months of waiting i have bought it from okhla phase 2 f26/4. My bike number is dl3s ds4569

                                  We bought our dream bike royal enfield with full of joy and happiness, when i ride the bike all my happiness gone. I had a very bad experience. A lot of noise has coming from the bike and front desk, clutch cable is too hard to handle, accelerated is hard to operate and suspension problem is also there. We told everything in the first service itself.
                                  In first service they charged me a high amount, they did only water wash and oil fillings, nothing more than that. Worst service no trained machanics, not giving proper respons to the customer. They not even ready to listen the customer query, problem and issues.
                                  We were mentioned the above problem in the first service itself but no use.
                                  Why should i buy a new bike with a so much of complaint with it. They are not fixing the problem. Not even giving respect to the customer.
                                  Service people didn't give bike till i paid my bill. After billing they become deaf.
                                  In service centre they told us that these bikes are coming with a problem in delivery itself.
                                  Why such a in capable people are there in your big industry to sell the defective piece.
                                  We need solutions for our problem or a problem free new bike.

                                    Worst servicing experience. Billing amount is very high as calculated or compare to other local service. Chain cover rs.68 & the fitting labor charge was rs. 85. Almost rs.650 for engine oil change. A lot of noise from bike while in 60 to 80 speed, but the engineer said it is the common thing for all bikes. Oil leakage problem from engine is only a normal thing for them.
                                    I have a thunderbird 350 & this is the failure concept from royal enfield.
                                    I suggest dont buy re. Go for any other brand like honda, benelle, bmw, or hero or tvs.

I'd complaint this issue several times on your service centre but there was no proper response given. Kindly look forward into this matter as my warranty period is about to get over.

                                      I have pre booked a thunderbird black edition in the month of may and i have not received any confirmation that they will deliver the bike to me. I am still waiting for proper response from the concerned showroom which is in virugambakkam, chennai, near megamart shop.

                                      The sales rep are pathetic, they do not care about the delay of the delivery and telling reasons. Will royal enfield look into the issue. Below are the concerned person phone numbers.

                                      Have booked classic three fifty lagoon in this branch velavan motors pvt ltd on 19/04/2017. After 60 days gone which they said delivery time.still they are not taking response not at at all attending calls. So kindly take action
