Worst servicing experience. Billing amount is very high as calculated or compare to other local service. Chain cover rs.68 & the fitting labor charge was rs. 85. Almost rs.650 for engine oil change. A lot of noise from bike while in 60 to 80 speed, but the engineer said it is the common thing for all bikes. Oil leakage problem from engine is only a normal thing for them.
I have a thunderbird 350 & this is the failure concept from royal enfield.
I suggest dont buy re. Go for any other brand like honda, benelle, bmw, or hero or tvs.

I had bought RE standard 350 on september 2016. Later on i found that there was some spots on tank. I'd complaint this issue several times on your service centre but there was no proper response given. Kindly look forward into this matter as my warranty period is about to get over.

    I have pre booked a thunderbird black edition in the month of may and i have not received any confirmation that they will deliver the bike to me. I am still waiting for proper response from the concerned showroom which is in virugambakkam, chennai, near megamart shop.

    The sales rep are pathetic, they do not care about the delay of the delivery and telling reasons. Will royal enfield look into the issue. Below are the concerned person phone numbers.

      Respected sir / madam,
      This is regarding the service amc that i just took at voyage motors service station at kandivali, mumbai for my bike no. Mh 47 j 7004. So it was my first paid service after 1 year of my bike for which i took a new amc for rs. 3300 and on 30th july i gave my bike around 10:30 am for the service where the executive told me that there were some problems including my back wheel bearing. After which i denied him for taking up the bearing work & in the evening when i reached to collect my bike after calling them up at 5:45 pm and asking them if my bike is ready they told that my bike is in washing and that it would be ready in next 15 mins.
      But then when i reached at 6:15 my bike was neither ready to be collected nor it was washed, there were several work pending and the next thing you know is to head to the billing counter where mr. Shashank took atleast 15-20mins to complete the bill of a single customer and the crowd so expanded that it took 1 hour for the billing & after i made the billing i was expecting my bike to be ready by then, but it wasn't and when asked it was still in washing at 7:15.
      So after when the bike came from the washing i took a look at it having dust in several parts of it body and oil too, also the air filter wasn't properly fitted and it pipe was not clipped. So i myself cleaned some of them and showed them to the service manager mr. Madhukar thorat who was completely chilled after saying him the whole situation and told to wash it again.
      Like these guys have no responsibility or whatsoever, when asked people to wash the things up everyone was either rushing to go home or were least bothered about the situation and not for this particular time i have faced the same kind of situation three months ago.
      And then i had to wait 2 and a half hour at the service station itself with still some of the oil stains on my bike. For that not me but every one of the 5 customers were totally unhappy with the things in the management going over there because these guys are least bothered about any major expenses that are levy on us.
      Also i would like to say that royal en field classic has some of the worst parts ever, people are facing several issue regarding rusting of tank, wheel bearing, chain pocket, break liners, lights, etc withing one year of their purchases, is this what we get after spending 1.5 lakh rupees on such a thing.
      Therefore i would really like if your management at the following service station would be change or either responsible for the things they take over.

        I am from sonipat haryana i complainting about hayden motors. Before 15/20 days am complaint about my bullet in service station that my bike suddenly off on crossing road it don't work properly services manager don't take it seriously and again problem repeated with me. They don't know how to talk with consumer. Every service of my bullet and every work in done in royal enfield agency even they don't solve my problem and my bullet is only 14 month old. Bullet no. Hr 10aa9206. Sir request to you take my problem seriously if any ancient with me in future only hayden motors responsible.

          Recently i had purchased a royal enfield classic 350 motorcycle and got many defects in the bike as the engine makes an unbearable voice and the back wheel is not strait and the alignment is already out i have complained many times to my authorised dealer and the serive centre nut they aren't responding well and i am un satisfied with the services i'll be complaining to the higher authorities if no strict action is taken this time.

            This is the only registered service center in gurgaon and rhe service is really pathetic, the service quality is not up to mark and people never take calls.
            We have no option to go anyplace else in gurgaon.
            Ive left my bike last week for insurance claim and since then there is no update from the center.
            No body takes the calls, the showroom also picks the landline and disconnects the call.
            Pls take this on priority and i assure you the same feedback from all users.
            Plsdont let them spoil the brand-name!!

              Please call them and discuss what they want from their customer, most of time i tried to call them they are not picking call and they worker talk very rude manner.

              I want proper working bike or want my money back.

                I bought royal enfield himalayan in august 2016. Since then the bike is giving me serious issues of engine noise. I had to visit the service center every month for the same issue. Also there is an issue with the gear box. The bike automatically gets out of gear while shifting gears. Also there is serious issue of oil leakage from the engine. Play occurs in the handle after every 2 weeks. Really frustrated with the bike. The clutch is very tight to operate.

                  I had done the regular servicing of my royal enfield thunderbird on 21.07.2017, and found some noise issue after a day.then they promised me to repair it with no cost as i have already paid 1500 approx for the servicing.after 2 days of submission of my bike, they showed some duplicate bill and charged me 1855 rs again for the servicing.this is really blunder cheating and looting of common people.royal enfield should interfere in this.
                  please find the attached bill.there are many calculation issues in that.

                    No proper answers given for any enquiry. Staff not bothered about customers. No higher category official such as floor supervisor or manager to deal with customers. No coordination between their sectional staff. So ultimately customers are suffering to get clear/satisfactory answer. While booking approximate delivery time given by the dealer was 45 days. But it took 75 days for delivery and that too i had to call them frequently. Some staff will guide to come over there and other staff would get excuse to come another day. Communication is very poor from the dealer.

                      Running for money but no interest in customer satisfaction. Worst service, no customer service. I purchased my bike from sri venkateswara bike zone chennai on 1st july 2016 and correctly after a year on 1st july 2017 i had a problem in my bike battery. I called up the service number of the company and they i explained them the problem and bottle neck saying that let me get the bike today (1st july around 6.30 pm) for service since tomorrow they would be reluctant for replacement saying 1year i over and the replacement is not possible. As per their commitment of getting it checked and replaced even on the next day i took the bike for service and to my wonder same thing happened which i had thought of earlier, they refused to replace the battery saying 1 year i over. I got the bike serviced and didnt replace the battery even if the bike was not starting with the old one. Reason: cost of battery was higher and i could get a better battery low below the cost they informed. I got the bike serviced the same day (5th service which was paid) with a complaint that there was a noise from the rear wheel while driving with 2 person on the bike (1+1) and sound from front wheel when driven on uneven roads. The bike was serviced but the problem was not rectified the same problem repeated after 3 days of service. I informed the same to the service center in person 2 times and they asked me to leave the bike for 2 days to check the problem. Now the question is when i gave it for servicing the bike was delivered within the same day and when a complaint is raised on the same problem why does it take 2 days or more for rectification. They refuse to get the bike checked even after requesting that i have visited the service center several times with regards to the issue. Money minded people - service manager says its a time taking job, wasn't it time taking when i paid money and got my bike serviced. Now that they know no money will be given since it is a complaint it is time taking for them. Worst service, no customer service.

                        I, alsone. A had bought a brand new bullet with the highest of hopes and expectations. From the day i started my experience of my new vehicle, day after day something or the other goes wrong. There is an abnormal noise which i came to later know as tappet noise.
                        A few days ago i gave my bike for service with a few concerns that i have been facing throughout the time i bought the bike. The service staff at pinnacle thrissur would not even cooperate for noting the concerns on the system. What ever problems i had is supposed to be “normal”. The bike was purchased in january 2017 and it has rust and scratches all over the bike and that by pinnacle standard is normal for all bullet bikes. The chrome is peeling off in areas which is evident to any normal person whereas the service staff would not even notice it even after mentioning it
                        I hope i get justice for the troublesome experiences faced by me.
                        I have attached photos of the concerns that have been mentioned by me numerous times to pinnacle (Bullet dealer in thrissur)
                        The most irritating part of the service experience was that the service personnel would not even note by complaints in their system so as show that i have not mentioned any issues with my bike.

                        Please do the needful so that i can get my bike in perfect condition.

                        A had bought a brand new bullet with the highest of hopes and expectations.i booked car with brahma Motor at Shivaji nagar (pune) booking date11 oct 2017, delivery date 23/nov/2017, General manager(MRUDUL BHAVE) told me this vehicle manufacturing december 2017. its possible...?????? from starting back disk break problem still not solve this problem ...The back disk break problem which is evident to any normal person whereas the service staff would not even notice it even after mentioning it.

                        70% of royal enfield motor cycles are defective pieces.and you can visit service center more than one time every month.and they won't solve it completly for ever.
                        In 1st service only oil &Labour fees are taken but in tumkur royal enfield service centre 1800 unnecessary amount is billing this kind of service is very bad

                          I have purchased royal enfield (Re) thunder bird 350. Cc from sarabhai motors, ahmedabad 9 months back. Problem is with the service station of re, at manikbaugh branch, ahmedabad, gujarat. The persons at the service station are not properly handling the vehicles while servicing. This is the second time they had mishandled my bike. Regarding service also the quality of service is not upto the mark. After service, we face complain, which was not there before the service. No proper cleaning and washing.
                          After spending so much on the purchase of vehicle, not satisfy with after sales services. Complained to the service manager mr. Ravi, at ahmedabad and also to the showroom manager of sarabhai mr. Deepak.
                          Seriously strict action is to be taken for the service centers provided by royal enfield, most of the buyers face the same problem. Kindly do the needful.

                            Hi team,

                            I am dr. Senthil. I own a royal enfield 350 electra purchased on june 2016 within six month of purchase date, i faced a battery failure issue on dec 2016, so i left my bike at sri velavan motors greams road and they advised me to replace with the new battery under warranty and they hold off my bike for more than 10 days at service station since i really need a bike for my day to day transportation, i requested them to make it soon and they gave me the spare battery since new battery was not available at that time due to out of stock and they didn't provide any document against the spare battery even am not aware about the procedure the service station follows, since it was more than 10 days i was in a urge to take my bike back.
                            Now the issue is exactly on july 15th 2017 again i faced with the same battery failure within 6 month. I went to service station again and met the advisor they are asking for warranty card for the battery else need to pay for the new one. The sri velavan motors greams road service station should be responsible for this they are making me to worry financially and mentally on this.
                            Please advise how come a battery will get failure for every 6 month. I clearly blame on the service station about this until unless they should be cautious on customer handling they should provide me the new battery as per my warranty agreement but they gave a spare battery without any documents and i was not guided properly and they have cheated me and again am in a position to plead them for the new one.
                            Please help on this to proceed further. Thank you.

                              With reverence i am informing your goodself that my royal enfield classic 350 which i unfortunately purchased from pcs automobiles is having stuck gear and clutch issues from the time i got it also the bike moves uncontrollably in 1st gear in cold start as well from the 1st day.
                              On my 1st, 2nd, 3rd service i complained to them for fixing it but they dont take it seriously and i am getting gear stuck frequently at the middle of road very frequently.
                              Let me inform you that i am from maruti suzuki and we at maruti didnt have this much worst service like re that pcs automobiles gives, i mean they dnt even listen to csts.
                              Let me tell you i didnt got even my motorcycle washed at all 3 services due to lame excuses that motor pump is faulty, power supply etc
                              I mean re is messed up to totaly at pcs
                              Pl take an action else i would file a consumer case at consumer court now as i am fed up now

                                Hello guys i own a classic chrome 500 which got it new set of chain sprockets 10000 kms ago now as i was facing some drawback force when i accelerated so checked the chain sprocket and i found just one teeth that too half was in rest broke and chain is slipping forward when ever i accelerate. And the clutch cable are half done from the purchase and is forcing riders to carry spare every we keep gone. Its like my re done with 31k kms and i changed 12 clutch cables the chain sprockets and the clutch cables are seriously very compromised quality provided by royal enfield

                                  I have purchased a new himalayan bike from royal enfield (Brar motors) rudrapur (Its a new bike only km driven near about 2000)
                                  Before 20 days it has given problem when i m trying to start my bike but i was failed to start so called the showroom to check they have taken it, after 1 week they have returned it they told me that we have changed the battery with the new one, but again the same problem i m facing they are saying it we will check and update you they have make me fool why the same problem is coming again and again. Bike cost is near about rs 180000 i have taken a expensive bike to ride but when it was at showroom i have taken autos to go to my office and my personal work also i m fed up with their excuses. Such a big brand royal enfield but i m not happy with this bike now i want my money back and also what i have invested to go to office or personal work that money i also want plz help me with this type of fraud company with no customers satisfaction only what they know is how to make fool to customers.

                                    As having a complaint in break for my newly purchased royal enfield i gave it for servicing 8 times. The front break of the vehicle is happening to struck sometimes. And the back break is making a high cracking sound when giving break. But they were not able to rectify my complaint. I got very poor service for my royal enfield. Workers doesn't have any responsibility. The condition of the royal enfiled is not good from the very initial period. I request you to rectify my complaint or gave me a new royal enfield instead of the old one. I you are not taking any action for my grievance, i'll go for legal procedures.                                       Hi i submit my 350 classic bike for repair in royal enfield show room near basti jodhewal ludhiana punjab 141007.
                                      After 20 to 25 days still they not provide me my bill of repair.
                                      They give me rough manual bill and collect 6000 from me but not provide me any bill...
                                      From last 20 days i been in showroom min 10 times everytime mr karanveer your customer handle guy say sir by tomm u get your bill. But no bill yet.
                                      This is not first time few days back i received call from royal enfield abt my bike service, the lady said sir your bike service is pending from dec 2016 when you r coming for service.. I reply madam after dec i made 3 services from your showroom. She said sir but system is not showing.. Whats this mean,? R they guys not making bill or they r not doing there work properly.../

                                      Today when i ask karanveer abt my bike bill he start argue with me and loudly said your bill is not the only one to look after i have many more to do so when we make your bill will call you.
                                      Last 20 days im waiting for my proper bill...
                                      Please do need full and please hire some educate person to deal with customer in proper way...

                                        I had purchased a standard 500 royal enfield bullet (Mh02 dx 7000) from voyage motors @ kandivali around 2 years back, have been regularly servicing my bike and was in good shape,
                                        On 9th july my bike was given to the service station for regular servicing, there were no issues with the bike, it was for a regular service, however after the servicing, or whatever they claim to have done, my bike had issues in pickup, which was brought to the notice of the engineer, who told me to leave the bike and that he will deliver it to my house since due to work i would not be able to collect it.
                                        On the third day someone delivered the bike to my house, which was in a very bad shape, the rear tyre had several punctures and the pickup issue was still as it is.
                                        My request to royal enfield is to please look into such type of service stations which is spoiling their name, they charge exorbitantly for service and just wash the vehicle and deliver it back.

                                        I purchased new bike Thunderbird 350 on 28 june 2017 and after that same day i faced battery issue and it's self was not working and they didn't resolve my problem i faced too hack tic problem please help me
