I owned an vehicle of re tb 350es i brought it before 15 days, already an various types of complaints in my vehicle, i went to re besant nagar showroom they didn't respond as much. So i went to service centre (Omr). I went directly to complete about my vehicle (Manager) he said those part as been replaced but they only washed my vehicle and replace silencer core, nothing they have done wost vehicle as i have received. Kindly replace my vehicle

Complaint about my re tb350es
1) an rust outlet from my silencer
(Even though they have replaced silencer core)
2) speed o 'meter vibration getting increasing day by day
3) an tik tik sound has been produced by continously running of engine more than 5-8km
4) gear slipping during running
5) an sound producing from the rear side during running
6) wheel alignment in rear side

    Dear Sir,
    I bought a new Royal Infield 500 Classic motorbike in Jaipur around 6 months back.
    Now it is giving white smoke and I just checked with your official workshop in Jaipur and they says that Engine has to be repair.
    It is really un-fair to open engine of my new motorbike.

    I am not willing to open the engine - either change the engine or motorbike.
    Please assist me what is the better option and where to complain for this?

    Or do I have to follow the legal process…?

    Will wait for your early answer?

      I am parmod kumar citizen on sonipat (Haryana). I bought a classic 350 in july 2016 and now when my bikes 3rd servicing was to be done and i went to the service centre for the servicing. And when i went to the centre i came to know that in their record my bikes service was already done from somewhere in bihar while i had my 3rd servicing slip with me only and i never went to bihar and the kms run were 9000 in thier record while my bike is just run around 5400 kms till now. They first refused to service my bike but after some debate they serviced the bike but recorded the 9000 kms run only. And moreover here in the sonipat's showroom and service centre they dont have proper equipments and proper facilities for the servicing and the workers and mechanics are not experienced here.

        I'm devidas patil residing in raigad maharashtra. Few days ago i met in an accident and put my royal enfield thunderbird 350 for insurance claim in sk autoriders alibag raigad maharashtra. Even after taking 20 days to repair some problems are still there like stiffness in handle, mirror hasn't changed though i have paid for the same, constantly ringing sounds. The showroom had charged huge amount of rs 4500 just as their labor charges though i'm having zero depp insurance. Behavior of the showroom officials was very irresponsible and arrogant.

          My name is Ankit, I bought this bike (DL4S CQ 4391) before one month and there is some problem in the starting and i informed about the problem on 18/5/2017 to the service center and in service center they checked it and return me on 21/5/2017 and told me that it will not create problem next time there was some problem in the wiring but between 2 days we are facing same problem in starting and informed to service center to solve my problem. I want to inform you that service center is so far away from my house and it is very difficult for me to take it to the service center again and again and it is a new bike and in new bike this kind of problem is very shameful for the Royal Enfield. And service center is not responding properly and not taking it seriously. I request you to please take necessary action in this regarding and solve my bike problem on priority basis.

            Classic 350 tik-tik sound from inside the engine.

When i am talk about this with company they ask me to contact with service center and i am go there and no response from dealer and mecanics. My bike is[protected] model as a this problem is from starting royal enfield classic 350 give no reponse. I'm complaint last time after this i'm case register in court. If royal enfield read this call me for full information...

            I p. Santosh naidu bearing tr no: ap31 xj tr 8200 have bought my bike on april 04, 2017. And the tr no was given to me on april 05, 2017. During the time of registration, they have asked me to whether is there any bike with my name, if it's there i supposed to pay tax for my new one. My previous bike was already shifted to other persons name. But after 1 week i think, they said you have to pay tax as there is bike registered with my name already as it's been shown in ap transport portal. Unknowingly, my fathers bike have been shifted to mine without my fathers concerns or mine, where rto have say the reason. But before that it's the minimum duty of the showroom that whether any other bike is there on my name on generation of tr number, and also that's also the answer given by rto office memeber. And i paid tax of amount 7390/- and on which due to card payment you have debited some card tax and total amount i have paid was 7500 approximately on[protected]. The person named karthik have received this payment and due to some power failure they haven't paid to the portal directly. And today i made call to him and some other person working in the showroom but no one haven't responded to my call. And this is type of service, you are providing to the customer. I don't find that much response during this service than while purchasing a bike & he is not responding in a proper manner & i request you to resolve this problem and issue my permenant registration no asap and i should get a call stating that i have received my permenant registration number. And i am sure i would like put up a complaint in consumer court with all necessary proofs for if this problem is not rectified soon. And in the case of negligence of issuing tr number without prior intimation and blindly submitting application with my words will also be taken and i will be put enquiry on this, until rto issues notice to this showroom without prior intimation. And also i request you to take action on the person named karthik that asked to pay tax amount by making frequent calls and once i paid & now today i called again, he was saying he will check and let me know. I didn't expect this type of service while dealing with customers.

              Hi... I am human from madurai, tamilnadu. I have owned my royal enfield classic 350 8months before.4 months before i had the same problem chain bracket broken so i changed it. Now also the same problem repeating i asked the dealer about this they said that this is due to weight of bike it will happen. I have bought the bike for rs.1, 46, 000 but the parts are not worth of it so please reply me quickly.

                7/05/2017 i had done a service for my royal enfield at sivaji motors trivandrum (Kaimanom) they have charged 1300 as labour charge for electrical kit check up, oil top up chain lubrication and brake shoe change... This is some thing not affordable for me if do these work from out side mechanic shop it will cost around 250 maximum and here after i wont do any service at royal. Enfield service centres please take necessary action against them and this wont be repeated for future customers

                  Respected sir /madam,
                  I bought my bullet classic 350 reditch red in 11th march 2017 at tirupati, chittor district, ap.

                  My bike started rusting before i even got my first service done it’s quite disappointing. I have spoke to authorized service center manager in madanapalle, chittor dt, ap. He has taken photos of rusting parts first week. Again i went to service center next week for the same and the manager listed all rusted parts. He said i wil send an email to company. Still i didn't get any response from the company.
                  Rusting on silencer cover, locks, light cover, am meter, leg guard, petrol tank lock, front shockers and bolts

                  Therefore i urge to kindly look into matter and resolve the issue asap.
                  Note: my vehicle is under warranty.

                    I have installed original leg guard of re from dealer kays auto, gujranwala town in delhi on 29th april 2016. It is under guarantee for 2 years. Its the second time that it got cracked on its own, may be kf its poor quality. The dealer promised me to change and said that improved quality of leg guard is coming within few days. Its about a month but nothing is being done in this regard. He is giving future date each time and is not showing any effort in doing our job. Even it is not been possible to go each time again and again by fetching time from my hectic schedule. So i want action in this regard

                      Respected sir,
                      My family has been using re for the last two decades and my paa bought me a himalayan on feb from the starting day itself there was many issues overheating piston sounds.. Etc i thought it would be over after the first service so did my father told teach your bike how to ride, but after the first service in about 650 km my magneto coil was blown off and i was stuck in the middle of nowhere, the bike was not even jump starting. The next day rac van came and took my bike to the nearest service centre. From where the service was done they apologised for the issue and said it wont happen again, after 2600 km the same thing happened at midnight i took my bike to the same service centre even though there was 2, 3 nearby beacause of the assurance they gave me in an rac which costed me a lot, they again fixed my bike and the same apologising scenes began, they again assured that it wont happen again and it will be the last now my bike is at 6350 km and again that # happened, i was about 300 km away from the above mentioned service centre so i did just took to the nearby one the same magneto coil issue, they fixwd double checked and gave my bike back, now i am afraid of riding my bike after dawn away from home my fathe and my brother did there south to north ladakh in their own bikes i am afraid to ride beneath my home!! So i am gonna file a on the district forum so as to make remember maintain the standards that royal enfield always had, i need a new bike because if this keeps on happening after my warranty period i would lose a hell lot amount of cash from my pocket, also if i am trying to sell the resale value of himalayan is very low i would lose more money, i am trapped!!                         I am penning down this letter to complain you about your service and the gadgets. Actually i have purchased a bike on 17 april 2017 from your dealer baranala automobile ludhiana punjab. After 20 days of purchaging driving seat cover is in very bad condition. I complaint against this fault to krishna auto mobiles bathinda punjab. They took the snap of seat covers and send images to your re-claim department. But still no response. They talk to the your asm also but no output. I have spend a lot on this bike even i am a regular customer of this company. It does not suit with the repotation of your industry that customer are to face these types of things. It is my humble request to you to get it exchange otherwise i will be force to go to cunsumer court. I also spend 30, 000/- on assessery on this bike.

                          I booked royal enfield bike at januray 18, 2016, booking id : bkmg[protected] with rs. 5000/- (Payment through card swap) at khan market showroom of royal enfield. But due to some reason i cancelled my booking. And a check bearing name vinay kumar was issued and same deposited in hdfc branch saket, new delhi by showroom staff. This check was rejected due to the name confusion as my name on bank account is vinay b rajput. No money was credited in my account. This is pending till now.

                          On november 2, 2016, i again booked the same bike, booking id bkng[protected], with rs. 5000/- (Payment through neft). And due to some reason i cancelled this booking again. A check was issued on my name and this time it was handover to me. But unfortunately it was washed out in my pocket during washing. I intimate for this incident to relative authority.

                          Till date my amount not refund. And the saket delhi showroom officer not help me.

                          I request you to please review all transaction and arrange a payment of rs. 10000 as soon as possible through check or cash.

                                I( bought the vehicle on 04/05/2017. After two days the bike didnt start. Neither self was working nor kick. I called the service center they came took my battery charged it and gave that battery to me saying that the battery didnt had charge so we have charged now you wont have any problem. I gotthe battery yesterday that is 10/5/2017. Today i again had the same problem. I took my bike for some work after going for about some kilometers it didnt start and i had to keep it somebodys house.
                                1st thing is that what was the PDI doing its his duty to check the bike and hand over to customer.
                                2nd thing after riding this bike i feel its been used too much for some demo purpose for its having lots of problem of brakes, Gear. A sound comes whenever brake is been put.

                                Being such a Renowed Company its really disgusting such a kind of bad vehicle is been given to customer.
                                Even when i went to buy the vehicle its keys were lost so the whole lock set was changed by them.
                                I need a new vehicle as a bad vehicle is been hand over to me. or else i have to approach Consumer Court.

                                Now a days Royal Enfield is providing such a low quality products, yesterday my bikes ( classic 350 ) chain sprocket had compliantly break down on highway in running situation, it was just my luck that i can handle the situation, we paid a lot for a machine but still not getting bike in good quality.

                                  Last time i changed the spokit to 4 service that time my bike run 9000 km, i have purchased my bike classic 350 last year in 2016 and 18000 km have crossed now my chain spokit is 2nd time again broken but i would like to book a serious complaint against this for providing low quality products for bike and according to your my bike is under warranty period.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I gave my bike tb350 for servicing to one of royal enfield service centre in bengaluru location at whitefield area to replace my headlight bulb (Both upper and lower) and along with the same i gave for servicing. Bulb was replaced for the first time and again it fused in a week, next when they changed it fused in 2 days. Still issue persists, and every time they are stating it fused due to other issue in motor cycle.in 3 weeks of duration, my headlight fused 4 times and others parts are also not working properly. Kindly help me to get it resolved.
                                  There are manymore issues i am facing in my motorcycle at present after getting serviced, which i asked to resolve and same has been mentioned in the job card by ground staff of service centre, i was charged for those issues as well without getting resolved.

                                    I’ve purchased a new royal enfield bullet classic 350 silver last month from your dealer in udhampur district (J&k). The bike provided to me is of poor build quality and is giving serious problem its not even running 150 kms and its seal of engine got out while riding and engine oil leaked out and bike breakdown on d way there is no any type of pre delivery inpection at dealer end, furthermore your staff is the most irresponsible i’ve ever seen at the tume of purchase uour staff is not giving proper tym to customer even they cant understand the value of customers. I feel very sad that royal enfield is dat much irresponsible in their sevice.
