    I have booked redditch green on may 02nd 2017 in kurnool the dealers are sandhya automotives.
    They promised me that they will deliver in 30days now it has been 36days and when i ask to my dealer he said we will deliver by 7th june and again two days after i made a call again he said it will be delivered by june 10th, just they are swapping the dates not taking minimum responsibility for customers.

      3. Rusted nuts and bolts used by M/s S D Royal, Tinsukia while fitting leg guard accessory were not changed by M/s
      Funshine Getaways Pvt. Ltd.
      I was assured by Mr Anupam Malakar that the above quality issues would be taken care of by Authorized workshop at
      Sivasagar, M/s Funshine Getaways Pvt. Ltd. upon 1st servicing of my motorcycle, but they had refused and have
      advised me again to liaise with the dealer M/s S D Royal at Tinsukia for which I have to travel approximately 120 kms
      to reach the dealer.
      I have clearly mentioned earlier that as my current location of stay is Sivasagar, I cannot travel to the dealer at
      Tinsukia from where I have purchased the motorcycle and the quality issues be dealt from the Authorized dealer at
      Sivasagar.
      I do not understand why your Customer Care department is so reluctant to even reply to my emails,
      which only
      shows how callous and unprofessional team has been leading the department at Royal Enfield.
      I do not understand why M/s SD Royals, at Tinsukia is being advised strongly by you to travel to my location for
      assistance and sort this matter one for all.
      Also please note if this issues are not resolved I will have no other option but to forward this matter to Consumer
      Court and other forums on the internet.
      Customers expect superior quality by a company so old and with a reputation unmatched. But with my purchase, i
      must say, it has been a sheer case of disappointment. How could a dealer sell a product with so many quality issues
      and be so casual about attending to it and making sure that the customer is satisfied with the purchase?

        Hello Royal Enfield,

        My name is Tony Johnson. I have bought Himalayan on 23/08/2016 from Royal Enfield Sarabhai Ahmedabad. After buying Himalayan it was pretty OK for the first three months after that i had started facing many issues from the bike. I kept the bike in servicing almost more then 8 times after buying. The main issue i am facing is the meter gets dead every second week, I give it to the service station they say that the issue is solved but it the same story after five days. I have kept my bike in Royal Enfield Sarabhai Service center Ahmedabad and Royal Enfield Pinnacle service center kodungallur Kerala. I have always end up with a very bad service for both of them. I am very much disappointed with service. Now the new issue is the rear tyre is jammed and the vehicle cant even move. I took it out after a week and suddenly i am not able to push my bike. After buying i am not even able to drive it properly. Such a poor service I have received from both the places. Nobody knows how to service a Himalayan. I got Himlayan to drive and not to take it service station every second day. I need a proper response to this. I need my bike to get checked properly or else replace my bike or else refund my amount. If my query is not solved or if i dont even get a revert to this mail.I will go ahead with consumer court. I am writing this mail after so much of trouble i went through. But now its enough. I need the solution ASAP

          I went for a problem in the turbhe Royal Enfield service centre. I just told to service provider about fuel indicator, average setting & footrest change, after telling my issue to the provider I got the response from the provider that your issue will be solve within 1 hours (11.30 A.M dt .2.6.2017), but still no response from them. Again I contact the provider he told me I will clear your issue till (5PM)

            I have classic 350 and completed 10800kms. After the free services when i gave my bike they said chain set is completely broken and have no tooths.
            When i asked about the insurance they told me those things will not be covered. It cost me 1795+500 to get new one. Horrible experience, and above all they told you have not mainatined well which is why this happened.

            Can we register complaint against the company or
            We should ask insurance company to give insurance to all parts of bike.

            Hi, I am using standard 350 since 2012 . For few years it was running great but now it takes so many kicks to get start and some times it gets start in first kick. Even mechanic is not telling me the exact fault. Suggest me what should I do.

              I won a small token of roadside assistance from highten faridabad (Hr), they are told me you are illegible for one year roadside assistance service free.

                  Hi this is Hrishikesh Joshi. A Royal Enfield enthusiast and owner. Have uncles and fathers who have ridden Enfield in past but never had any petty issues with the motorcycle in those good old days. But now I'm having some minor issue which could results in big blunders which show lack of professionalism on behalf of service labours, advisor, works manager, the proprietor and/or other individuals associated with the Royal Enfield brand.
                  It's a shame to have such irresponsible and unprofessional people associated with such a legendary brand. Why my emotions run High has a big reason behind it, let me elaborate..

                  I booked my bike from Ishna wheels Goregaon west(Link Road) on 28-29Jan2017 with full cheque payment and was confirmed I will get delivery of my bike on 3rdfeb2017 as it was my birthday and it was also in stock.
                  On the delivery date when I came I noticed a big scratch on the front mudguard which was buffed up and temporarily managed. They told me if I could wait and take the delivery at a later date so that they can get the mudguard replaced. But I had made it clear while booking that I wanted it on 3rd Feb as it was a special occasion for me. I was immediately promised for replacement by manager Mr.Amit and Mr.Jaison on a later date as and when the mudguard would be available and I was told that they have kept a service job card open in my name with the mudguard request. It's been three months but the guard has still not arrived. Moreover I was not given a temp number as in usual cases, I was given a fake duplicate number with a fake duplicate insurance copy, and on asking why so.. I was told that with the temporary number plate I'm at risk of getting caught with the cops. Whereas with the fake number plate I can get around the city without getting caught. I wondered then, if this is the beginning of false promises and commitments on behalf of marketing guys, Ishna wheels in general or In turn by the Royal Enfield brand itself. And this is just the beginning, I've got more disappointments to come your way.

                  Since the very first ride, I noticed a hit noise coming from the backside every time I experienced a small ditch/bump on the road. I also noticed the left front indicator was mis-aligned/bent and crooked and most importantly the rusting/ corrosion of headlight visor and other chrome coloured parts. I brought it to the showroom to have a word with Amit and Jaison(1-2 week post delivery). I was expecting a replacement for the indicator but They manually with force handled the indicator and cranked a few nuts/bolts and told me it's a minor glitch with loose seat and will be taken care of during the first free service. In case of the rusting/corrosion they said the company manufacture substandard spares and that they are not under any warranty and nothing can be done about it. And on my suggestion they said they will put forward a complaint/request to make changes in manufacturing parts which do not corrode so easily.
                  I also reminded both of them about the mudguard replacement then and on several occasions while passing by the showroom(during the first month) and several occasions on phone.
                  As humans we all take a word for granted and a promise and do not worry about a written note, and that's where I feel I faltered. I very well realise how marketing guys will promise anything while selling a product and will falter at living upto those promises during the postcare towards customers.

                  After waiting for a month the time came for the first free service and i have a habit of being before time I came over at the service centre 5minutes before time and was the first customer. Not as a surprise but nobody at the centre came on time and hence the assessing of job card took time. I told the advisor Pramod about noise from the back which was referred as loose seat problems and also briefed him about my case and my early disappointments. Total time from arriving at the centre to billing was almost 3hrs but since it was the first time it felt satisfactory watching the bike being done from the other side of the glass. But that was not the case, as the noise still persisted which I realised through the coming days. When I contacted the advisor regarding the problem, he said he will get it done during the 2nd free service. I brought everything to notice of the manager mr. Amol too when I found out during bill that, the customer name showed some synergy auto and not my name. He said that since my bike was out of stock during delivery, they got the bike from them and hence its still showing in the customer name. I was panicked and wondered if this could cause any future problems, but He promised that it was just a backend entry error and that it will be rectified.

                  Royal Enfield promises and claims 90mins flat service but in reality it is just one of the setback we have to face as customers. Because from coming to the service centre and getting the job card filled and eventually to getting the billing done it take more than 3hrs. Now we all know how very difficult it is to manage 3hrs or more to take out from your working schedule. And especially if the service is not upto mark and you have come back for a repeat service and again go through the process of waiting for your number to come, getting the job card filled, wait 90mins for the service and then for the billing which may take as much time as the service itself depending on th system. (with reference As experienced on my 1st service.)

                  My riding is not frequent, just about 15-20 kms per day average, but I've made sure my bike is upto mark and service is done as per schedule. Then the day for the 2nd free service came in 90days.
                  Was before time and yet again had to wait as nobody even opened the gates before 9:30. This time the advisor was Mr.Abhishek, I told him about my issues and on checking he told me my spokes are loose on the back wheel and that's the reason for hit noise and a wheel balancing is necessary for which I will be charged Rs.500. I brought to his notice that this is a persistent problem since the first ride of the bike and that it's not been resolved since then. But he was adamant and told these are company rules and he cannot do anything about it. This certainly took me off guard and an alarm was raised, now I wanted to make sure I wasn't take for a ride anymore more. And therefore I'm writing this mail, to bring these lapses to notice and get rectified and that no customer has to go through such displeasure. Though I was lucky to meet mr. Yash tolani the proprietor, and I told him about my disappointments from the beginning. He promised to look into my matter and that I will not be charged unnecessarily. Hopefully I'll b sorted since this meetings, n don't hope to get any further displeasure with my bike and moreover expect all existing problems to be taken care of at company's expense.

                  I hope this mail reaches to the designated authority who can look into this matter and whatever divisions henceforth taken are for the benefit of the customer who eventually make up the Royal Enfield brand.

                    Royal enfield - headway motors. Received a defective piece of bullet 350. Feels like chassis bend. Had allingement problem when received the bike. Tired of sick behaviour of quality service. Need help. Had been to workshop for at least 5 times but still they aren't able to rectify the problem. Need urgent help. Has been my dream bike but looks like a nightmare.

                      I owned an vehicle of re tb 350es i brought it before 15 days, already an various types of complaints in my vehicle, i went to re besant nagar showroom they didn't respond as much. So i went to service centre (Omr). I went directly to complete about my vehicle (Manager) he said those part as been replaced but they only washed my vehicle and replace silencer core, nothing they have done wost vehicle as i have received. Kindly replace my vehicle

                      Complaint about my re tb350es
                      1) an rust outlet from my silencer
                      (Even though they have replaced silencer core)
                      2) speed o 'meter vibration getting increasing day by day
                      3) an tik tik sound has been produced by continously running of engine more than 5-8km
                      4) gear slipping during running
                      5) an sound producing from the rear side during running
                      6) wheel alignment in rear side

                        Dear Sir,
                        I bought a new Royal Infield 500 Classic motorbike in Jaipur around 6 months back.
                        Now it is giving white smoke and I just checked with your official workshop in Jaipur and they says that Engine has to be repair.
                        It is really un-fair to open engine of my new motorbike.

                        I am not willing to open the engine - either change the engine or motorbike.
                        Please assist me what is the better option and where to complain for this?

                        Or do I have to follow the legal process…?

                        Will wait for your early answer?

                          I am parmod kumar citizen on sonipat (Haryana). I bought a classic 350 in july 2016 and now when my bikes 3rd servicing was to be done and i went to the service centre for the servicing. And when i went to the centre i came to know that in their record my bikes service was already done from somewhere in bihar while i had my 3rd servicing slip with me only and i never went to bihar and the kms run were 9000 in thier record while my bike is just run around 5400 kms till now. They first refused to service my bike but after some debate they serviced the bike but recorded the 9000 kms run only. And moreover here in the sonipat's showroom and service centre they dont have proper equipments and proper facilities for the servicing and the workers and mechanics are not experienced here.

                            I'm devidas patil residing in raigad maharashtra. Few days ago i met in an accident and put my royal enfield thunderbird 350 for insurance claim in sk autoriders alibag raigad maharashtra. Even after taking 20 days to repair some problems are still there like stiffness in handle, mirror hasn't changed though i have paid for the same, constantly ringing sounds. The showroom had charged huge amount of rs 4500 just as their labor charges though i'm having zero depp insurance. Behavior of the showroom officials was very irresponsible and arrogant.

                              My name is Ankit, I bought this bike (DL4S CQ 4391) before one month and there is some problem in the starting and i informed about the problem on 18/5/2017 to the service center and in service center they checked it and return me on 21/5/2017 and told me that it will not create problem next time there was some problem in the wiring but between 2 days we are facing same problem in starting and informed to service center to solve my problem. I want to inform you that service center is so far away from my house and it is very difficult for me to take it to the service center again and again and it is a new bike and in new bike this kind of problem is very shameful for the Royal Enfield. And service center is not responding properly and not taking it seriously. I request you to please take necessary action in this regarding and solve my bike problem on priority basis.

                                Tik tik sound from inside the engine and same sound from near the headlight. When i am talk about this with company they ask me to contact with service center and i am go there and no response from dealer and mecanics. My bike is[protected] model as a this problem is from starting royal enfield classic 350 give no reponse. I'm complaint last time after this i'm case register in court.                                   I p. Santosh naidu bearing tr no: ap31 xj tr 8200 have bought my bike on april 04, 2017. And the tr no was given to me on april 05, 2017. During the time of registration, they have asked me to whether is there any bike with my name, if it's there i supposed to pay tax for my new one. My previous bike was already shifted to other persons name. But after 1 week i think, they said you have to pay tax as there is bike registered with my name already as it's been shown in ap transport portal. Unknowingly, my fathers bike have been shifted to mine without my fathers concerns or mine, where rto have say the reason. But before that it's the minimum duty of the showroom that whether any other bike is there on my name on generation of tr number, and also that's also the answer given by rto office memeber. And i paid tax of amount 7390/- and on which due to card payment you have debited some card tax and total amount i have paid was 7500 approximately on[protected]. The person named karthik have received this payment and due to some power failure they haven't paid to the portal directly. And today i made call to him and some other person working in the showroom but no one haven't responded to my call. And this is type of service, you are providing to the customer. I don't find that much response during this service than while purchasing a bike & he is not responding in a proper manner & i request you to resolve this problem and issue my permenant registration no asap and i should get a call stating that i have received my permenant registration number. And i am sure i would like put up a complaint in consumer court with all necessary proofs for if this problem is not rectified soon. And in the case of negligence of issuing tr number without prior intimation and blindly submitting application with my words will also be taken and i will be put enquiry on this, until rto issues notice to this showroom without prior intimation. And also i request you to take action on the person named karthik that asked to pay tax amount by making frequent calls and once i paid & now today i called again, he was saying he will check and let me know. I didn't expect this type of service while dealing with customers.

                                    Hi... I am human from madurai, tamilnadu. I have owned my royal enfield classic 350 8months before.4 months before i had the same problem chain bracket broken so i changed it. Now also the same problem repeating i asked the dealer about this they said that this is due to weight of bike it will happen. I have bought the bike for rs.1, 46, 000 but the parts are not worth of it so please reply me quickly.

                                      7/05/2017 i had done a service for my royal enfield at sivaji motors trivandrum (Kaimanom) they have charged 1300 as labour charge for electrical kit check up, oil top up chain lubrication and brake shoe change... This is some thing not affordable for me if do these work from out side mechanic shop it will cost around 250 maximum and here after i wont do any service at royal. Enfield service centres please take necessary action against them and this wont be repeated for future customers
