We have purchase classic 350 cc on dtd 15.11.2016 saran motors gopalpatnam branch invoice no inv[protected] dt 14.11.2016 servicing as per the manual book we are doing in the secound servicing cletch plate complaint we approach to work shop saran motors they have change cletch plate after on 3rd servicing on dtd 17 03.2017 after that several times cletch complaint we are taken to workshop adjusted today also same problem workshop people check n given job no 2833 dtd 17.04.2017 know they are saying cletch plate gone you have to change at your cost it will be 5000 inclusive all we have change just change not only one month how it gone
Ir we request you to change under warranty when we purchase from that day onwards this complaint please check your branch head karthik n venugopal service manager i request to change vehicle or do the needful

surprisingly it was under warranty but they have collected 4700/- with all charges and simply saying for the cletch plates no warranty you have to pay for that i dont now

    I bought classic 350 in 150000rs hard cash almost before 6 months from 1st service which comes in 500km im getting problems in chain sprokets lotsbof noice in chain, from 1st month of purchassing bike getting problem of body noice while driving bike suddenly some parts get loose and fall down on road also i got problem in rare break. After wash my bike i saw automatickly colour of tank and tool box pannel gone. And i already registered compalints for that but the executives of mahim service center has name abhimanyu kumar insult me infront of my family and other executives i felt very embarressed. Plz dont ignore this msg or else i ill mail to the consumer court.

      Hi RE, I have booked my Himalayan on 29th of JAN 2017 and still didn't receive
      any news from RE Voyage showroom, Kandivali, Mumbai. I am aware about that all the Himalayan bikes went for a BS4 technology but why you guys are taking so long to give me a proper confirmation for it that when the bike will come in the showroom, earlier when I used to call Voyage they used to say it will be start coming from 15th of April 2017, then they changed the date to 17th later they are saying 18-20, when I ask them why you guys cant confirm me the exact date so they say sir this is not our fault, Royal Enfield not confirming anything, so I request RE please give me and everyone whoever booked a Himalayan an exact date of delivery of the bike.

        Dear Sir,

        With regards it is to inform you that I had purchased Royal Enfield model Thunderbird 350 - ES from Triveni Enterprises, Jhansi in last year. I have dropped our vehicle for service at their workshop but they have changed the clutch gear from my bike wheareas there was no any problem with it and after all give the bill to us for the amount of Rs. 7875/- with two time of miscellaneous labour charge. I am enclosing herewith the scan copy of bill for your ready reference.

        I want to know that clutch gear has stopped the working in this sort period and how many times they have to charge miscellaneous labour.

        You are kindly reqeusted to please provide the solution otherwise we will go to take legal action with you.

          I'm booked tha royal enfield classic 350 black colour in Royal Annanmar showroom.It placed at Namakkal..they told we will deliver the bike in 40 days.But 60 days passed, , till now they can't delivered, , sales executive says wait for 5 days, wait for 5 days like this.But finaly they cant response to me...yesterday they said wait for again 20 days...

            This is regarding my bike whose registration no is hr51-bl-8438, bullet standard, owner name arun tyagi black color which i had submitted in your service center, sohan service center faridabad on 11/04/2017 as it had met with accident. Now i enquired about the status of repairs of my bike. The service center officals are telling that parts are pending and they are not sure when they are going to receive the parts. Ihave been continuously following them and not receiving any update from them. There is a marriage going to take place in my home and i require my bike on urgent basis to be repaired. Pls repair it on urgent basis as there is a huge gap in your service. I require my bike before 20/4/17 in repaired condition or otherwise i am going to escalate it in the social media about pathetic service on your behalf and may be i will go to the consumer court also.

              I had submitted my bill for helmet on 18-Dec-2016 with a cancelled cheque.
              Regularly i am following for the status of the refund amount of Rs. 1800 but there is no proper response from Royal Enfield BADSHAHNAGAR SHOWROOM FINANCE DEPARTMENT.

                Find some information by some reliable and genuine person that your company sent chassis to the dealer and showroom Incharge Mr.NARESH CHAUHAN- RAWAL AUTOMOBILE. .but the dealer SHIV PARTAP RAWAL onwer of ROYAL ENFIELD DEALER and in charge or manager N.S Chauhan. Begs be some.many in charge or in price of the chesis so I inform you dear sir company director or other administrative office of the company.and also they cover the first party and also take in favor of their own that is 1st party and they also written by him that when he sold the royal Enfield the chassis was find ok but when I check the chassis it will be defalter or crack. In case of mishappening drive by royal Enfield bike that responsible royal Enfield company.I request deeply With respect to the dealer and manager of the showrooms.but they refused the request and ask me some money in charging over of Chassis. When I refused to to giving some money .then they refused me to give the chassis And after that they abused me .vulgerd word used to me and highly mis behave to me and also behave vary rudely.to me if they do not give me the chassis I request you that you will return back the chassis because the dealer and the manager sold in black of the chesis. So I request you says please take appropriate legal action in Harry because I want to go to the civil or other higher court for lagel action and punishment to them if you don't take intrest in that matter then you wI'll pay all the court and advocate will that so all

                  I have booked RE thunderbird 350 on Feb 14, but still i am waiting for the bike. The response is worst, I nearly called 10 times but getting the same response that the bike will be delivered next week. They promised me that the bike will be delivery in 20 days but 2 months passed still there is no **** deliVERY PLACEd by them.. fully frustated and irritated by this delear. My recommendation is don't buy the bikes here in this showroom.. If any team or customer need to contact me for more details just ping me on [protected]@gmail.com.

                    I am talking abt Marikar Royal Enfield Thrissur Kerala. They are providing a very bad customer service. I am 0% satisfied with their service. I booked a std 350 bullet 2 months ago. They dont even call for informing me abt the bike has arived. After that, i payed the full amount by cash in their ofiice . They said a time period of 7 working days for delivary. I dont know what is the need of this 7 working days. No other vehicle dealer take this time for delivary . This is not the first time i am buying a vehicle. All other dealers will deliver the vehicle within 1 day after paying the cash. Feeling pitty about their service. Before the vehicle delivary their service is like this, then what will be their charecter after the delivary.. These kind of dealers are black marking the name of bullets .

                    I have bought royal enfield thunderbird 350 from vvc automobiles on 15dec 2015.
                    It was a faulty bike and then some how i managed to get it ok. But now on 6th February 2017 i have sent for servicing and they ruined it. They broke the rim of my bike also the balancing of the bike also disturbed.which was riskof my life.

                      See customer reviews in good for CVS motors bangalore and shutdown the showroom asap.

                      If you feel customers are important, i hope you will take action.

                      Worst experience every. Customers feel buying chocolate gives more happiness when compared to booking and getting bike in CVS motors. Pathetic.

                      I booked Classic 350 on Jan 26th 2017. Sales person "NAVEEN V" promised that he will give the vehicle within 1 month (false promise). He asked me to make the deposit money immediately.

                      Today is 6th April. I have not got my vehicle still. Moreover, they did not call me and keep me updated why there was a delay. When ever i called, they would not answer my call.

                      Please see the customer reviews and take serious action at the earliest. Before people go and breakdown the showroom.

                      People who are working there are spoiling Royal Enfield name. (please do a random auditing), you will only hear customer shouting at the people inside.

                      Such a pathetic and worst experience they give.

                        It is to bring to your kind notice that I have bought a brand new Royal Enfield Standard 350cc ( registration no.- DL6S AV 6000) from reputed showroom i.e. Kays Auto (Derawal Nagar, Gujranwala Town, Delhi-110009) on day before yesterday i.e. 2nd of April 2017. On the very next day the bike started stopping automatically when i was driving it. This was repeated two three times. I thought there must be a defect in the engine. When i was watching the engine, suddenly my eyes stucked to the Engine Oil Indicator. I throughly checked and there wasn't a single drop of engine oil in the engine. I was literally shocked to see that. At the same time I called to the owner of Kays Auto Mr. Siddarth and he told me that this can't be possible. But after knowing the problem he told me to bring the bike back to the showroom. I request the concerned person to cross check the matter and take necessary action as soon as possible.                           I want to bring you to notice that i had booked royal enfield electra 350 (Silver) on 31/12/2016. As the date itself says the story, its been 95 days till date and still have not been delivered with the bike. I have visited the showroom for more than 20 times and every time i reach them they tell me that the bike will be delivered within a week and we will call you shortly. On february end they told me about the bs4 engine update and we will deliver the bike before may end, the actual agreement was a wait period of 59 days maximum. Kindly do make the allotment.

                            I want to bring you to a notice that i had got my bullet classic 350 serviced from 'lamba enterprises' on 14 march 2017
                            I am not satisfied by all the four free services done by the above dealer.
                            I always complaint about the clutch and gear problem from the first service till fourth service but i am facing these problems now also and my problems are not resolved yet.
                            I am very fed up and disappointed by the services done by the above dealer. The service advisor there dont even want to hear the problems of the customer which they are facing.
                            My complaints :
                            1. Mechanical work (Clutch hardness, gear shifting hard, engine sound)
                            2. Worst quality of washing.

                            I would be very thankfull to all the concerned authorities if you help me to resolve my issues and problems which i am facing from such a long time. Please take appropriate action on the below mentioned dealer.

                              I had booked a black re classic 350 cc, chassis no. Me3u3s5c1hb815422 on 27/01/2017 at the royal enfield showroom (Dealer no.6682-whitefield motors) #12d, sadaramangaka industrial area, syno.75, sadaramangala village, k. R. Puram hobli, bangalore 560 066 (Email: [protected]@whitefieldmotors.com) and the showroom delivered the bike on 12/03/2017.

                              The bike was used by me and each day morning it was horrendous task to start the bike through self or kick start, it would take a lot of time for the bike to start. The bike was then driven for about 370 kms for commuting at a speed of 35-40 kms/hr.

                              On 24.03.2017, i went for a long ride on the bike and during the ride the bike switched off several times and caused me a lot of inconvenience as we had gone in a group, which had one similar re classic bike and a re desert storm 500cc bike. The bike switched off for about 20 times in the 120 kms that we covered on that particular day.

                              It switched off one final time on the highway while returning and it did not start for a long time. I called my cousin, who is an experienced engineer and is an expert on bikes and cars and he advised to get it checked at a nearby garage. We pushed the bike to the nearby garage and the mechanic on learning that the bike is new told us that we have to take it to an authorised service centre. He just checked the oil level display and told us that there is no oil in it.

                              After the above incident, we got the bike towed and got it back to the re showroom and service centre (Whitefield motors) we bought it from. On reaching the showroom, we explained the problem to the service advisor, mr. Sreehari. He called in the mechanic and got the bike checked from all angles and the mechanic told us that there is no oil in the bike. The mechanic questioned us as to why we rode the bike without checking the oil level?
                              We asked him how come a brand new bike was sold to us without oil? We did not get any proper response from them.

                              Further as the whitefield showroom general manager was not available at that time, we were asked to come later to discuss the problem. We came later in the afternoon, to talk to the gm about the problem. The gm (Mr. Shashikant, ph. No. [protected]) started giving silly reasons about the condition of the bike and at one point he even told that it must be the battery problem at which we asked how come a brand new bike can have battery problem? He further told us that we have to directly contact the re factory at chennai. He told us that the showroom was not responsible for this problem. We asked him if the showroom is not responsible then how did you sell it to us? For which he had no response.

                              We left the bike at the showroom as we were not satisfied by the responses given by the gm and the entire team at the showroom. We told them that we will not take the bike back until the problem is solved.

                              After that we called them for 2 to 3 days to ask them about the solution to the problem but there was no response at all from the showroom. After 3 days they received our call and told us that they are not responsible for the problem and gave us re regional service manager (Mr. Arun, ph. No. [protected]) number. We called the service manager and explained him about the problem and he told us that he will call back.

                              We did not receive any call for about 2 days. After 2 days, i. E., on 31.03.2017, we received a call from one mr. Divakar (Technician, ph. No.[protected]) and he told us that he will visit the showroom and asked us to come to the showroom. We visited the showroom and mr. Divakar without even inspecting the bike, initially told us that the bike has no problem. Further he told us that the bike had less oil and that was the reason it was switching off. After we asked him a few technical questions about the constant switching off of the bike and the battery, he started giving vague responses. He had a talk with the showroom gm and mr. Arun and told us that the bike may have a battery issue and they offered to replace it. We were getting different responses from all of them present at the showroom.

                              We were asked to take the bike and they told us that the bike will have no further problems. We asked them to give that in writing but they refused to do it. I had worked day and night and saved enough money to book the bike, the money i invested in the bike is my hard earned money for almost 2 years. I have spent a considerable amount of time in following up with the showroom and that has caused my work to suffer, it has also led to a lot of mental agony and pain. It was my dream to own a re classic bike but due to the poor sales and after service, i feel cheated and my dream of owning a royal enfield bike has turned into a nightmare.

                              I now request only two things from the senior management at royal enfield motors:

                              1. Kindly get me a replacement as the bike i was given was a bad quality bike with a lot of issues.

                              2. Kindly get me a complete refund of the amount i paid to the showroom.

                              If my humble request is not honoured then i will have no choice but to take drastic action against a company, whose bike i have always loved.

                                This is to make you notice that the service provided by you is not at all up to mark. My vehicle has travelled around 1200 kms till now from the date I purchased. I have given it for 5 services which are not satisfactory. The full and proper service is not done by the service centre. They just wash the bike and return it instead of providing full service. In fact they never returned my bike on time. During 1st and 2nd service I came in total 5-6 times but still Instead of being serviced by you there are still many faults which are not repaired properly. What kind of service are you providing? This was the 5th time I gave it for service and still faults are the same. And after each and every service i have to go to service centre for 2 to 3 times because of faults which they have not solved and response given by service centre was 3rd class. At the time of purchase even I was told that it is compulsory to buy the extra service book worth Rs.1500. But it is of no use as service is never done on time. Before this also i have email you for the same. This time I hope you will see to it and take necessary actions n provide me best service and that too on time. Waiting for your positive reply.

                                  It looks like the vehicle has not pass the quality test at all. It’s only been four month now and I’m facing so much of problem with the vehicle. first, the clutch cable got cut all of a sudden it would have actually risked my life. second, there is a constant sound when i have a pillion rider along always. This has been communicated to the Service station (Sai Ram auto crafts) while servicing but nothing changed after service. It was my dream to own a RE but now it looks like i have an issue every other day. very disappointed.

                                    I have Royal Enfield 350 it's only 9800 kilometers ride and my chain set is totally damage why ...? This is very bad spear part please making a good spear part because we are gives u money for good bike and then we take it this type of result so you should use good materials my Royal Enfield is only 1 year old I was many fault in my bike jumper problem, vibration, kilometers chain noise, Hadleigh automatic on off ...please take care of your customers... Thanks

                                      My 350 classic black re just reached 15000km that i had purchased on october, 2015.
                                      Last day when i was cleaning my re, i noticed that more than 10 teeth are broken. I mainly wonder because i used to follow servicing time period (Last @ 13095) properly and i personally clean and lube chain every 2nd and 4th sunday of the month. A
                                      I know very well that parts are not made for lifetime but these should at least last for good time frame. As per the brand i. E. Royal enfield, its major part's strength and quality should maintained thus way that these will not damage within a year or after running few km.
                                      I have shared my disappointments. It would be great help if you could answer in this context.

                                        Iam vishwanath.M i have booked royal Enfield 350cc classic 8th January 2017 m/s.SAI RAM AUTOCRAFT mahadevapura Bangalore 560016 the service was overstated because they telling 45days but I received bike 75 days once vehicle will come they will not call and response we have to call men's they not pick-up call we have to visit the agency then only they will ans but when I booked bike they taken my self of 5000 rupees and the final vehicle cost was 1, 56, 436 but they not leased the 5000 they taken full amount of 1, 56, 436 after will call also they not pick-up call we have visit store then they will tell urs remaining amount it will get 6days after one month also they will not follow what is the service they will give wrestled service giving ! My friend Mr.sathya raj (mobile no:[protected]) he is booked vehicle 9th January 2017 m/s.EICHER MOTORS LIMITED but he got free helmet but way I'm not get helmet & the royal Customer care they not take feedback was new customers in sai ram autocraft
