My royal enfild classic 350 as an engine compliant which is on warrenty till april 2017 and the company is the sanjo motors angamaly ernakulam district kerala india is telling that the vehcle which is on warrenty can't be repair on warrenty it should repair by paying the amount which is required for it compliant

it is not at all good to the royal enfiled company
it is a cruel respond on before us

I purchased royal enfield Himalayan on dated 31 January 2017 and having a very big problem.There is a very loud noise from the tapped .Secondly, heat emission from the engine is very very high as it overheats within a few minutes of driving. I have purchased RE 350 Classic from day one there lot of issues (bend handle, bend rims, rear break failure, shock absorb) next day they change handle but still lot of issues.

I have given my bike for servicing near Malakpet Royal enfield service center.

Even after taking my bike to them 3 times they are not doing the proper work. Handle is not good they have changed the position of scratch guard due to which gear shifting is a problem. Due to which i fell of my bike once.

I booked a Royalenfield Thunderbird 350 CC (marine blue) on 23rd Jan 2017 at GUGNANI MOTOR Bhubaneswar. But i got a message(9.15 pm) that your bike was 4 days postponed, at that time(9.20 pm) i called the given number which was mentioned on message but the receiver used slang which was not mentioned on email.
