Why the clutch gear change while there was no problem

They are lying

Pathetic service (regarding repair of my bike hr 51-bl-8438)

invoice no. INV[protected] .
I had submitted my bill for helmet on 18-Dec-2016 with a cancelled cheque.
Regularly i am following for the status of the refund amount of Rs. 1800 but there is no proper response from Royal Enfield BADSHAHNAGAR SHOWROOM FINANCE DEPARTMENT.
Please Help!!...

RE Saravana motors, Hosur, worst delivery

I have booked RE thunderbird 350 on Feb 14, but still i am waiting for the bike. The response is worst, I nearly called 10 times but getting the same response that the bike will be delivered next week. They promised me that the bike will be delivery in 20 days but 2 months passed still there is no **** deliVERY PLACEd by them.. fully frustated and irritated by this delear. My recommendation is don't buy the bikes here in this showroom.....

Time taken for delivery of bike after paying the full amount.

I am talking abt Marikar Royal Enfield Thrissur Kerala. They are providing a very bad customer service. I am 0% satisfied with their service. I booked a std 350 bullet 2 months ago. They dont even call for informing me abt the bike has arived. After that, i payed the full amount by cash in their ofiice . They said a time period of 7 working days for delivary. I dont know what is the need of this 7 working days. No other vehicle dealer take...

Worst experience every. Customers feel buying chocolate gives more happiness when compared to booking and getting bike in CVS motors. Pathetic.

Worst service experience ever

Complaining about service and response getting form service centre

This is to make you notice that the service provided by you is not at all up to mark. My vehicle has travelled around 1200 kms till now from the date I purchased. Very bad Service Royal

Chains pocket teeth damaged

My 350 classic black re just reached 15000km that i had purchased on october, 2015.
Last day when i was cleaning my re, i noticed that more than 10 teeth are broken. I mainly wonder because i used to follow servicing time period (Last @ 13095) properly and i personally clean and lube chain every 2nd and 4th sunday of the month. A
I know very well that parts are not made for lifetime but these should at least last for good time...

Royal Enfield - Chassis Crack

Purchased bike from Technica Motors, Iblur, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. Classic 350cc, 2011 Model, 37K km. Was about to give it for regular service, suddenly noticed a crack in at the Right Hand side of the bike chassis (near kick rod) there is a crack. Chassis is an important member of the bike, should not crack like this, the life of the bike will reduce drastically in such cases. Important to note that the bike has not met accident so far....
