Hi,

I have recently taken a Royal Enfield Classic 350 silver on 03rd Feb 17, and have asked for a requested registration number, for which they had collected Rs. 4000/-, quoting that the series I asked was still available and had taken extra 700/- for the TR number. Its been a week already neither they have given me a TR number nor some proof for the registration number. Now they also claiming that the series I requested is no longer available. Not confirming on the availability of numbers as well.

To add, today i have given the bike for the first free service and i asked not to change the engine oil, its its just 500 KMS after taking the bike. Every time the Engine oil is changed, it would have the capacity to run till 2000 kms. And i asked not to change the oil. The response given by the service center was something weird which is not written anywhere.

    I have purchased RE 350 Classic from day one there lot of issues (bend handle, bend rims, rear break failure, shock absorb) next day they change handle but still lot of issues.
    they committed in 1st servicing they will resolve but fail then went to gachibowli service center they too committed on 2nd and 3rd service again they fail.
    they change break liner and i paid charges of that but still break issue not resolved.
    every time they used to say change break liners.
    on 4th service (free service) they asking me to pay for rim repair shock absorb repair which is problem from day 1.
    on free service also we need to pay lot of money. service centers looting lot of money.

      Dear sir I brought a new royal Enfield classic 350cc it was covered 11400 Kms I bought it in June 2016 cost of 1, 56, 000 but the parts are damaged even low cost bikes gives more life span to their parts.please take an action on royal Enfield spares kindly request to take an action on this please help us many of the Enfield bikes are facing these problems

          Dear sir,
          Good day all.
          I had a old 500cc 2001 model CI RE bull. I was facing a some problem with my spark plug use to get shot. Eventually I replaced with a new one. After replacing I rode for approx 400km but problem is still there. Few weeks back i opened my bull for painting and same time half engine also opened to get to know why plug is getting short. On analysing further my mech suggested me that block piston kit is damaged and oil is coming up from the piston rings. First we tried with new piston rings but same problem. Then I purchased again a new set of block piston kit. Sir you will not belive after doing just 180km same problem started again.
          To my shock and dismay just riding mere for 11km I had to change 3 plugs.
          Now pls advise me what should I do. Again oil is coming up from those piston rings. All checks has been done couple of times to avoid any mistakes.
          What am I suppose to do now.
          Awaiting your favorable response on above matter
          Awaiting anxiously as I can't see my bull lying sick.
          Plsss help me.

            I bought enfeild classic 350 for 4 month before, that bike having some issue of head that not my fault.some sound like tik tik that will irretating.so I can't ride bike resolved issue service centre asking for service charge but I bought 4 month bore only and totally 2750 km only I ride.it's manufacturer difault why I could pay, 1 week before I surender my bike for resolve issues, now it's self I didn't get am totally unsatisfied with buying Rayel enfeild bike.

            The worst royal Enfield close your production have some shame on you. After 15 days of deleviery noice is coming from vehicle and i have not got number plate is new bullet after I reach to Brahma motors where I have booked they are not supportive and told we have to open engine. So close your production bcoz u make people fool n make them idiot...

              Worst experience with royal enfield. Cheap bikes. I owned a electra 350 2015 model. The biggest mistake i have done in my life of buying a royal enfield. Battery issues. Self start issues. Vibrations. Braking. Kuch to acha ho jo tarif kru.
              Finally i sell it.
              Change your company name royal enfield to cheap enfields. Even chinese products are better than this

                Hello Team,

                I Have purchased a bike, its been 1 year two months.
                Its been 8th Servicing that i gave it today, I did the servicing of my bike ON 24th December 2016. It was just 1457km which i gave it due to forcefully, the bike condition is not at all good. Last month i said them to check the things properly and bill was added for 3749/- but Same thing is again repeated in this month as as said they are charging for 4000 + amount as expected.

                I m really not happy with the servicing part from your Company. The day when i took bike, i was just happy for just one month, from then i gave many complaints which is still not done.

                Rh Cover Oil Leakage is the issue from the beginning
                Handle Cool Set movement Issue is from Beginning
                Suspension Check up was done last time and then again this month they wrote
                Time Setting issue.
                Chain Sprakit was the issue also solved last time.

                This are the repeated complaints.

                Its been just one Year and this bike i maintain my self alone and run for 16400 KM used has so many issue.

                I m serious not at al happy after buying this bike from Royal Enfield.

                  As I bought my classic 350 on October(2016) the day when I took the bike for delivery from the showroom I faced a sound like tik..Tik.. it's called hydraulic tappet noise it irritates the engine as well as the sound as I left my first service in November in royal enfield service centre ambattur estate when I told about the issue thy told me it is nothing sound is common in royal Enfields.. the mecanic told me not to worry.. after riding few...

                    I had booked a marine blue thunderbird 350cc bike on 12th jan'17 from dhone automobiles nagar road and manager committed me that it will be delivered to me in 1 week only. After which i paid rs.100, 000. After repeated follow up i am still not getting an actual date when it will be really delivered as they keep on changing the date and almost one month has gone by. Receipts of service charge is also not given to me.
                    Earlier also i had booked this bike twice in 2016 and same sequence of activities had happened then also. After two month he took 1 month more even after paying the full amount required and on top of it, the worst insult was, my bike is being sold to some one else right in front of my eyes. The sales manager has pulled out this cheap trick. Then i canceled the bike. After that i booked once again with same dealer and then also same thing happened.

                    I have strong complaint against this dealership.

                      Iam purchased re on last july.. on jst passed 5000 km.. my vehicle not pulling sometimes for over 40km/hr..its major issue. iam report nearest service centre 10or more times... not solved... what we can do...?. vehicle details.. dealer- unnonny motors, kollam, delivery date- 22/07/16...irresponsibility in company side. this time warranty period. company mis behaviour this time.....

                      In Bangalore good service & good responses given for customer and vehicle.
                      But in Davangere i made 1.services.Date;-11/04/2016.job card no-287. Odo Reading:-2973.km. That time main complaint I told when start my bike and put 1 gear with apply full clutch crank sound coming i told and clock indicate problem not solved i ask next service you come from head office Service Engg coming we call you till not call me and hear water service very low grad service.

                      Today i given service Oda-6011Km i make payment-Rs- 1531.00.and job card no-412.invoice-no;-sinv[protected].Date-02/02/2017.
                      My same complete i repeat above i mention Clutch Crank sound + Time pm/am clock indicate problem not be close still pending and after service engg oil change the symbol will spanner is still showing i ask why till showing when engg oil change the show room in charge told me if 2row are day after 2row not going please come to our service Depo we attending your problem because our main mechanic is out of station means 4 day leave.
                      And water service also very bad in this service centre.

                      Sir i ask you still my problem not slow how is next because my free service is complete sir what can i do please advice me from your end
                      And also instruct to Davanagere Royal Enfield. Service and showroom give good service to customer not only make money if give good service and make charge nobody abjection to give money if customer satisfaction.

                        This is for your kind information that I purchased Continental GT 535 in month of September 2014 (HR 26 CK 8038). Past 1.5 years I am suffering from the bike issue. Whenever I send bike for service there is a new issue from the service central. There is a Dealer call Manzil Motors where I have sent my bike many time but very pathetic service. Staff is very un professional. I had a small bike starting issue and these people changed the entire wiring and I was charged. But there was no issue in wiring only fuel pump had some problem. After every service this bike had different issues... I paid for a new battery but these people gave me a used battery. I don't where I go with this bike.

                          Sir/madam,
                          I brought 1 new standard 350 CC bullet from the dealer name INTREPID WORKS, PATTAMBI, KERALA on 30th of December. On that time they didn't gave helmet, on that time they told me, "there is a shortage of helmet in their showroom so with in one week we will give you" and till now i didn't get any helmet from them and while contacting them they telling me it'll take more time. On the delivery time they promised me they'll give with in a week, but till i didn't get any calls or messages or emails from them. They told me that we don't have helmet right now and if you have any urgent you go and make complaint to Royal Enfield official site or send a e-mail. they are simply extending the dates. I totally fed-up with their service and behavior. So i kindly request you to please do necessary action on my problem and I am hoping a positive reply from your side.

                            I have given my bike for servicing near Malakpet Royal enfield service center.

                            Name : Dark Motors.

                            Even after taking my bike to them 3 times they are not doing the proper work. Handle is not good they have changed the position of scratch guard due to which gear shifting is a problem. Due to which i fell of my bike once.

                            Need a solution to this and one time fix please.

                              I booked a Royalenfield Thunderbird 350 CC (marine blue) on 23rd Jan 2017 at GUGNANI MOTOR Bhubaneswar. But i got a message(9.15 pm) that your bike was 4 days postponed, at that time(9.20 pm) i called the given number which was mentioned on message but the receiver used slang which was not mentioned on email.

                              REALLY PAINFUL WHAT I FELT.
                              DETAILS ARE ATTACHED.

                                Let me introduce myself. I am Sajimon, working as an engineer in a super specialty hospital in Cochin. I had purchased a Royal Enfield Bullet 500 Marsh Grey on 1-8-2016 direct from company outlet.

                                Immediately after 1st service which was done at the company outlet, the safety guard came loose. Since the fixing nuts were not available in the open market, i had to rely on the company outlet for fixing it.
                                further, just some days past the second service, the carburetor went loose.

                                Later, even before the 3rd service the engine developed some wired noise. The vehicle had run only 5850kms by then, immediately i took it for the 3rd service. Around 100kms after the 3rd service, the noise came back & this time it was continuous.

                                Again i gave the vehicle for service at company outlet on[protected], they asked one week for correcting it. When i contacted back on 25th January, they revealed that the crank bearing was faulty & the crank alignment has gone. They are to rectify the fault by giving it at some local LATHE!!

                                This is absurdity & is a clear proof of manufacturing defect, I insist you take back this faulty vehicle and issue a new one to me.

                                I can no longer tolerate such a faulty vehicle.

                                  I had purchased bullet Electra 3 months
                                  ago but in the meantime the bike was not working properly I had visited 3 to 4 times in Jammu office but they were not resolved my problem .Sir my bike is in warranty period .I am not satisfied with the working of officials .So, Sir it's my humble request please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    I purchased classic desert storm from Solitaire Automotive noida sector 63 on 2/10/2016. My bullet number is UP14CZ7907 From very first day i am facing starting problem in my new bullet. I am not able to start my bullet from kick starter. I usually spent half an hour to make it start from kick starter but always failed. I told Solitaire Automotive owner many times regarding this issue but they are not able to resolve it. Please look into this issue.
