I have been a customer since 2000's. I have purchased an classic in Oct2016 and the run till now was just 30000 and i take care of the bike too way good. Recently i have seen a crack in the silencer and went to the showroom to show to the service people and they even got shocked after seeing this as the bike is in perfect and yet this happened. I just wanted to question this Royal enfield team..Is this the way you are building your vehicles. Within 6 years and me maintaining the vehicle at that good ..Just because you are manufacturing it worst..I need to get a new one and yet don't know how many days it stays . This is not just with me.Its happening with many people.. Hail RoyalEnfield🙏🏻🙏🏻

    I was purchased classic 350 bs6 befor 20 days ago from Anjali automobile South Delhi from the day 1st I was facing some issues like oil leakage and from tube air leakage both problem is manufacturing faulty I was going many times to showroom but staff getting aggressive and telling lies all the time they just doing time pass no body take it serious worst experience form Royal Enfield

      This is with reference to complaint no. 2850418.
      After the directions from Royal Enfield service provider, i approached to mount bird service centre for oxygen sensor check up, they said it is ok there is no need to change it.
      But now when malfunction indicator was again blinking, i approached again to the same service centre, this time they it needs to be changed but i have to pay for that or i should approach to nowgam service centre as the bike was purchased from there only.
      As i communicated the matter to Mr. Hyder, his response was very rude and at the same he refused for the service.
      Now it is requested to your goodself please redress the grievance at an earliest.

        Dear Sir, I bought a new standard bike from royal enfield in February 2021. Now it has covered a distance of 15000 km. Today I had given the bike for 4th service(kaizen motors kochi) they told me that chain sproket teeth is broken.
        And also after first week after purchase of bike my silencer color had changed to darken yellowish now it is past 1 year, condition is so worst, I had informed services team several times they are saying that it is common.
        I had bought this bike for Rs 1, 57, 000 and for this cost it should give some minimum life to its parts. I think the low cost bikes available in the market will give more life to parts than this. I am completely unsatisfied with this. My bikes registration number is KL-32 R 3810.           I had given my RE classic 350 for service in DCS motors (tollgate branch), Chennai on April 2nd (Saturday) and I was promised a delivery on April 4th (Monday). But when I visited the service centre on Monday, they gave me very lame reasons and asked me again for the services that has to carried out in the bike. The same happened on Tuesday evening and they requested me to come on Wednesday evening (6th April). When I visited the service centre on 6th April, I was made to wait for 40mins and was informed that there is some issues with billing. I lost my patience and asked the service person to deliver my bike on the same day for which I was made to pay Rs. 7, 500 and was told that by Thursday morning (April 7th) they will generate the final bill and if the bill is less than Rs. 7, 500, they will refund my balance amount. When I tried to reach the concern person on Thursday & Friday, there was no response. I had to visit the service centre again on Saturday (9th April) and was made to wait for 1hour 10mins before getting the balance amount which was approx. Rs. 1800. Being a customer of Royal Enfield for more than 5 years, I have never experienced anything like this. Worst customer service experience I have faced. And I will ensure that myself and any of my friends will not be visiting the Royal Enfield Service Centre again only because of the Service that I have received in the last 1 week.

            Hi team, I have recently purchased a Royal Enfield continental gt 650. It has been around a month. I have noticed that my motorcycle tank has yellow paint like markings. I have talked about this with the showroom executive but he was not cooperative. He has denied my request and is blamming me for the markings. Since the markings are not visible to white light I missed it during delivery. Kindly help me with my issue

              My speedometer clamps are broken. There was no bike fall nor any harsh impact. Now it's completely balanced on cables. Can anyone escalate this.

                In Bangalore magadi road HSR service centre employees not working in standard way as professional. I have my bike for first service after that engine was smooth as early and gear box not working properly, really I felt my bike engine is now sounds like old 6yrs bike... It's really bad for royal Enfield brand customer service is not good and not providing good quality service ... I am feeling really sad for purchasing bike after first service.

                  I bought a Royal Enfield Meteor from one of the franchises of Royal Enfield

                  Incident 1: Pre-Inspection by Service adviser
                  Interface with: Mr. Unknown Id Person He didn't tell his name Gap Motors
                  No 147, Kausthubham PH Road, Ondikuppam Manaval Nagar
                  Tiruvallur Service center,
                  The service adviser guy possesses the worst attitude that I have ever seen. He thinks he is in the upper hand over the customer himself. He misguided me on every single path of my pre-service formalities. The way this person spoke to me was just pathetic.

                  Incident 2: The service technician after examining my bike advised me the
                  following :
                  1, oil Change
                  2, Break Pad replacement (i was shocked how can a brand new Royal Enfield get a brake pad complaint needing a spare part change in 7000 km )and other few more labor work
                  Trusting his suggestion I left my bike for service and approved his suggestions
                  Defect: Collected the bike on the same day
                  after paying ₹ 1204.23 (inclusive of Gst) INV006599DE02108
                  To my surprise I was shocked to notice that the brake pad was not changed, it was cleaned and again fitted with the same old one...,
                  Then the engine oils were not drained and filled with fresh oil.
                  On the hour of delivery, I observed the brake pad was my same old pad, I made sure that I take Mr. Unknown service advisor was notified about the same. The very response which I got from him was, "sir, the brake pad never comes in a sealed pack and there is dust and it looks old " The mechanic at the showroom insisted on giving money to him as goodwill while taking out the delivery of my bike.

                  Incident 3: Free servicing and labor works
                  Defects: overheating because of not changing the oil, improper invoice without a signature, no proper tools were used for removing the brake pad, poor servicing quality, and charging on polishing which was never done.
                  I questioned them and asked for the service manager or the branch head to speak with. But nobody bothered to attend to me. Then I called up the service guy to understand the fact, but no proper response after making the payment.

                  Incident 4: Customer care unit
                  I had raised a complaint regarding the same to their customer care team via Email and Voice ., with Compliant id number :CAS[protected]Z6Z9T1 dated 4th April and it was closed without my knowledge on 5th April and reopened on the same day with the new Compliant number CAS[protected]J5L3L4 However, the company people tried to close the compliant in the system by themselves without concerning me at any point. I shelled my savings not to hear or suffer these issues as normal. I bought RE because I trusted the brand.

                  Incident 5: No Covid Protocol Followed, No proper Uniform was given to the service staffs, Unfrofesional behavior, and language, No ethics while talking to the customer, they used unparliamentary language so rude and abusive as to be unsuitable to discuss in this forum, they used a normal nail and cutting plier instead of a small hammer to remove the brake pad.

                  This sort of experience even after paying 2Laks for the bike and service didn't expect the service support like this These defective parts are what I am carrying from 1 st April 2022 and nobody cares to resolve things. Despite me putting the complaints on various social networking sites, nobody bothered to take concern me.

                  I request the Royal Enfield team to take necessary actions against Gap Service center and its employees. I have been facing mental harassment since 1st April 2022.

                    I have purchased RE classic 350 in avahan motors in Bengaluru on 18/03/2022. The same day with two kilometer ride experienced heavy heat in my leg when I put my vehicle for fuel filling. Very next day, my leg got injured and wounded with heat from exhaust. AFTER 500KM / first service, still I am facing the issue. Recently heard engine blast in Andhra. I am not happy with this heat issue. Need to understand dissipation parameter and check whether it is defect in bs6.

                      I booked classic 350 marsh grey on 15th October 2021 from Solitaire Automotive sector 63, noida. They told me that I will receive my bike within 2 months. Till 28th feb 2022 I did not received my bike. Then on 1st March I cancelled the booking. Mr. Radesh told me that after otp you will recieve the cheque within 10 - 15 days.
                      I did not received otp for 2 days then I called customer care they registered a complaint then on 4th March I received a call from showroom and they send me the OTP.
                      I waited for 15 days after that they did not give me my cheque till now. I visited the showroom multiple times, called sales executive multiple time but they either did not pick up my call or kept on making excuses.
                      Excuses are like the owner of the shoowroom has not signed the cheque, come after 2 days, the person who is having the cheque is not available, cheque is not ready. Cheque is with Mr. Mohit he is on holidays.
                      I don't understand one thing what my cheque is doing outside the showroom. Even after fighting with them they start using sentence like " tu mil mujhe aaj ".

                      I have called customer care multiple times and they only give 2 statement we have accelerated the problem and we have highlighted the problem. You will get call within 24 hours but no one call me.

                      Now customer care don't reply me when I send them mails.

                      You people charge Rs 2.5 lakh for a bike but not able to gove proper service to the customer. Pathetic services.

                      I received my cheque today from Royal enfield. After so much efforts the showroom provided me the cheque. But still I will say solitaire automotive is the worst..

                        Yesterday I had done my paid service in RoyalEnfield Siliguri of my himalayan 2020 However today when i was traveling suddenly my oil filling cap just fell down and got lost and all the engine oil got out from that gap almost resulting an engine seizure. Such carelessness should be handled strictly.

                          I have bought Classic 350 in October 2021. After 1st service 500KMS, It started getting sound in DRUM Brake and reported service center.

                          They aid they need to fix Bush and will resolve the issue. Again In the month Feb I have give service center for getting noise in DRUM Brake. They just cleaned and said it will go away. Drove almost four weeks and its annoying with brake sound.

                          Third time I visited Service yesterday but again same complaint. Looks like they just time passing by cleaning DRUM. Looks like I got faulty product.

                          I suspect after some months, once warranty period completed, They say its gone, you have to replece on your own cost.

                          I am totally disapointed with service. I am going visit showroom again tomorrow and would like to return my bike.

                            My Himalayan bs4 complaint is not solved yet (ID :CAS[protected]V5M3T7). More over many other problems is facing now. What's about your services team update. Are they can fix this issue. The bike is rpm is low all the time, some time the bike have Missing issues. The initial power of the bike decrease
                            Morning start condition is bad the bike will start only in 3rd try. It will affect my bike battery health .
                            Very bad service . Bad experience from Royal Enfield team

                              I'm Saideep, I'm an owner of RE Himalayan. I booked a Himalayan in October 2021 from Hindupur(Andhra Pradesh) Royal Enfield dealer(Thump and threads motors) with booking id BKG009262DE00115. Due to delay in delivery I've got my bike later from Bangalore RE dealer. I've raised a request to cancel my booking and asked for booking refund in January 2022 and I havent got my refund until now and the manager is an irresponsible brat who will make the whole Royal Enfield unit look bad. Please address my issue. Thank you

                                  My name is P Kavithalayan i am residing in guduvanchery I have serviced my classic 350 TN-23 CX 6931 bike on[protected] for general service, they changed engine oil and some air filter and etc for that service I paid Rs 4270/- but after the service my bike back wheel is wobling and becomes tight while running back wheel is continuously creating some annoying sound while I went and asked the service engineer they telling some bush is damaged and you need to replace but before the service my bike is in good condition they damaged my bike so kindly do the needful and take some necessary action

                                    Petrol tank fade off
                                    Clutch wire cut off with in 6000 km
                                    Engine sometimes turn off while shifting the gear 2nd to 3rd in running.
                                    While raising these complaints, There was no response by the dealer, service center in ambasamudram( Tirunelveli district, Tamilnadu).

                                      Hi there. This is sam. I have bought classic 350 on january in SHIVASHOLAI MOTORS in chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu. I bought a airfly bumper with my bike They collected money but till now they are not providing the bumper, i have tried and went to the showroom many times they said we cant give your money back and they are very rude and they came to beat me
                                      .all have been recorded in showroom camera...this the service i have got from SHIVASHOLAI MOTORS ...NOW I NEED MY REFUND BACK.
