मैंने 05 सितम्बर 2016 को एक रॉयल इनफील्ड की गाड़ी जिसका चेचिस नम्बर ME3U3K5C0GG113271 and Engine Number -U3K5C0GG113271
रॉयल इनफील्ड डीलर सुपेला, भिलाई, छत्तीसगढ़ से नगद खरीद था, डीलर ने मुझसे RTO से पंजीयन का भी राशि जमा कराया था जिसमें उन्होंने आस्वाशन दिया था कि 15 दिनों के भीतर या RTO आफिस से पंजीयन प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त होते ही मुझे मेरे मोबाईल/फोन पर अवगत करा देंगे, 15 दिन बीतने के बाद मैंने स्वयं पहल करते हुए पंजीयन प्रमाण पत्र हेतु शो रूम गया किन्तु उन्होंने RTO आफिस से पंजीयन प्रमाण पत्र नहीं प्राप्त होने की सुचना दिया और उन्होंने RTO आफिस से पंजीयन प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त होते ही अवगत करानें का एक बार फिर झूठा दिलासा दिया। अब ढाई माह बीत गया किन्तु शो रूम से न तो कोई फोन आया और न ही पंजीयन प्रमाण पत्र। मुझे पंजीयन प्रमाण पत्र के आभाव में काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, अब जब मैनें RTO आफिस से पता लगाया तो पता चला बहुत पहले ही पंजीयन प्रमाण पत्र शो रूम को भेज दिया गया है। इसके बावजूद मुझ प्रार्थी को शोरूम से कोई सन्देश का प्राप्त न होना और न ही आज दिनांक तक पंजीयन प्रमाण पत्र शो रूम द्वारा प्रदान करना यह दर्शाता है कि शो रूम वालों नें जानबूझकर अपनें ग्राहक को सेवा देने में कमी किया है और वे मुझे मेरे गाड़ी का RTO पंजीयन प्रमाण पत्र नहीं देना चाहते हैं क्योंकि मेरे द्वारा गाड़ी खरीदते वक्त वहाँ कार्यरत कर्मचारी श्रीमान साहू जी नें मुझसे शो रुम से ही गाड़ी का बीमा कराने तथा अन्य एसेसरीज क्रय करनें हेतु दबाव बना रहे थे किन्तु न तो मैंने गाड़ी का बीमा शो रूम के माध्यम से कराया और न ही कोई भी एसेसरीज वहां से खरीदा जिससे श्रीमान साहू जी काफी नाराज थे और मुझसे द्वेष भाव से वार्तालाप कर रहे थे।
श्रीमान साहू जी के द्वारा मुझ प्रार्थी/ ग्राहक के साथ किया गया व्यवहार न सिर्फ अशोभनीय था बल्कि तकलीफ देनें वाला सिध्द हुआ जिससे मैं व्यथित हूँ.
अतः मैं रॉयल इनफील्ड डीलर सुपेला, भिलाई, छत्तीसगढ़ के विरुद्द शिकायत दर्ज कराता हूँ. और अपेक्षा करता हूँ की आप आपके द्वारा किये गए कार्यवाही से मुझे भी अवगत कराएंगे.

    Firstly i was looking for the Classic 350 Maroon.I have searched in the RE forum and got that it is banned.I have checked the same with showroom people(Sanjay and Mathew). But firstly they told it is banned and after some time told Royal Enfield classic 350 Maroon(Faulty/Defective/Rejected/Returned but not revealed) is available and recently their manager booked and cancelled and they suggested me if you want early delivery go with the bike. We will deliver you within 15 days.
    So i asked clearly that if everything is ok with the bike then only i will go with the bike or else i will go for some other colour.
    But they confirmed everything is ok with the bike.I did the booking Royal Enfield classic 350 Maroon. After 1 month frequent following showroom people told to deposit the rest amount and said your bike came.
    So I deposited the pending total amount on the spot and signed necessary form.On the Bike delivery day(June 9th 2016) they haven't given Chain guard, tool kit, Side lights are not working, No spare key, number board bent.

    Period : 8500Kms and Recently completed 4 months and 4th service yet to be done.

    Issues Facing :
    1.Gear Shift Problem
    2.Air Filter problem
    3.Nuts getting off
    4.Wheel alignment issue
    5.Mileage drop
    6.Weak shock absorbers
    7.Pickup Issue

    1.Shifting From 3, 4, 5 To 2 Or First. When I Ride 50-60 Speed If I Get Speed Breaked I Try To Control My Speed And Have To Shift Gear From 4, 3 To 2 Or 1 That Time It Go To Unknown Neutral It Is Either In 3-4 Middle .. Need To Stop Bike Move Back And From Check Change Gear Try To Move 1st Gear And Move On.
    2.After the 1st service air filter got damaged and for me it's required to change.
    3.For every 150km ride minimum 2 nuts are getting off from the silencer/mud guard/filter box.I am repeatedly experiencing this problem.Don't why the heck for the new bike it happens and it has never happened to my friends bull.
    4.Since Last 2-3 services Improper Wheel Alignment Issue Is Being Faced Frequently and Front Wheel Wobbling Issue Also Faced.
    5.I'm getting less mileage of 28 with the speed of 60-65 average.Even i have complainted to the service engineers during servicing but of no use and covering saying bike is drawing average mileage.
    6.Absorbers are Already Rusting and in humps feeling like hell.
    7.From 2nd service onwards pickup got down drastically.

    I have gone to the showroom and complainted on the above points and said we will raise the same in RE forum.For that showroom employee(Mathew) are not ready to accept their mistake and replying the most complainted showroom is teknik morots and it doesn't matter for them.
    After that showroom people say keep the bike for 1 week and they will get it done.But 1 week later i've started facing the same problems repeatedly.

    Now I feel I've been cheated very badly by above mentioned people and got a defective bike.I would like to replace the entire bike or want my money refunded(1, 56000).I expect positive & quick reply about the same as company's reputation is on the line here.This is the 3rd time.i'm facing the same problem in my bike.It's clear that it is defective piece and i have proof for the same, i wouldn't mind lodging a complaint if required.i want results at the earliest.

    Dear Consumer Team,

    With reference to trail mail i got a call from Mr Prashanth(He introduced as Karnataka region Service head).Thanks for the quick revert.

    We all(Me, Mathew and Prashanth) met on Tuesday in Teknik motors service center Indiranagar and had a discussion on the issue.
    We clearly explained the issues that we have been facing from the Day1 of Bike delivery to Prashanth.
    The same has been accepted by the RE Showroom employee(Mathew) that all the issues were there in bike and delivered a faulty piece to me in front of Mr Prashanth.
    Mr Prashanth and i went on test drive in my bike and he has confirmed all the issues are genuine in the bike that i raised in the forum.
    He could not ride for 1 km because of multiple issues and finally the bike was stopped in the middle of the road, later i helped out Prashanth in starting the bike.
    I am really frustrated with the issues from Day 1 and surprised to know the incapability of RE showroom dealers.
    After all the discussion he said to leave the bike at service center and he would repair it again.
    This is a mere response after all the issue which we faced again the same reason as to leave the bike and they would repair it again which was not fixed before when we gave it to service twice and again when the complaint was reported bike was left in the showroom.
    Ideally the dealers took the bike 4 times, despite of leaving bike for weeks together they were unable to fix the issue.
    After each service the bike issue has been increased and the dealers are justifying the issues without giving the proper resolution.
    This clearly proves the incapability of dealers and my hopes and trust on dealers are completely shattered.
    I am in complete dilemma as to how i can trust RE dealers after all the above issue and opted wrong showroom to purchase the bike.
    I would strongly recommend people not to go for RE showroom in indiranagar as they provide faulty bikes.
    Reputation of RE is spoiled by indiranagar showroom dealers.

    Note : It's been only 4 months since i took bike(Classic 350 maroon)delivery.

    We asked for Bike replacement/Refund as we were cheated very badly by the RE showroom Dealer and now RE Employees as well.Mr Prashanth is saying that as per company norms they cannot replace once the bike is rigistered. In company norms is it given that to sell a Faulty/Returned piece to the public.We are really fed up with services(In all the 3 free services), complaints(Leaving the bike for weeks but no use) given to showroom and running behind the show roms and their employees keeping personal works aside.
    It's very bad experience with the Royal Enfield for me in this short period(4 months).
    We are facing the problems with almost all the parts in bike(Engine, Gearbox, Wheels, Breaking system, Shock absorbers, Painting).
    From the first day we are being cheated in all the below cases.
    1.They hidden the fact that it is faulty/Returned(Problems in all the parts).If they reveal that we could have gone for some other color/model.
    2.They have delivered the bike after long followup.
    3.They missed the parts(Chain guard, ToolKit, SpareKey) during bike delivery itself.
    4.For every service we were facing the same issues but were not rectified.
    5.Every time no proper wiring(Head light, side lights, clutch, rare lights) after servicing.
    6.No proper response for the complaints given.We left the bike for weeks but of no use.

    I still have little hope on RE higher management and wish they will not let me loose the little hope that i have.I expect RE Management do justice for me.
    Soon i will share you the videos of bike issues that i am facing.
    Please do not let us down by repeating the same and make us take further steps to it.

    I have received a call from the Teknic Motors dealer and was told that all the issues will get fixed.So i have dropped in the RE showroom.After a along follow up i got my bike back after almost a month.
    Still few issues are left without fixed(Cranking sound when self start, painting, breaking system).

      I had claimed insurance due to accident in the month of July, there wer dents on my tank, after denting and painting, the painting was not proper, Indian motors royal Enfield at Raipur, CHHATISHGARH, had promised they will do it next month due to unavailability of paint. When I had visited next month they continued with same problem and didn't re paint my tank. Now they are saying "we painted in proper way we are not responsible ".

        Dear concern,
        Please help me out of this because this is the 2nd time when i am facing the same problem from royal enfield service center (Lamba enterprises). They charged me inr 5528/= and i have already paid but still i am getting my bike. Biggest problem is there is no one to listen the issue. I have given the bike in morning 9:30 am and getting the delivery time at 4 pm but when i was reached there around 6 pm work is going on and i have to leave the bike there... Not leave they forced me to leave the bike because there is no one to handle and i was waiting there till 8 pm. Everyone gone to by passing the smile. When the bike was not serviced properly then why they gave me bill and gate pass and they has taken the payment as well and after that i getting very surprised when they passing smile.
        Request you to please help me out from that kind of harassment as that moment was very embraced for me.

          I have bought royal enfield classic 500 just a month ago and since i have bought it, is creating a hell lot of problems. first of all, it is not starting by self-start easily. then after kicking several times, it gets started. recently on (11th nov. 2016) the uncommon incident happened with my bike. when i came back from outside to my home, i turned off the bike but it was not getting off anyway. and creating weird sounds from the engine. means, after investing so much amount of money, company is making fool of customers.

            1 i am purchased bullet standard bike from anjane royal enfield showroom in ramgarh cantt. (Jharkhand) i have submitted the documents on dt 19 oct 2016.

            But my bike not received till date now. I have calling some times csd delar aman but he replied me negatively i am army person and i am going to leave on dt 11 nov 2016. But not any response from mr aman till date. Pls check and reply on the same.

            1 I am purchased Bullet Standard bike from Anjane Royal enfield showroom in Ramgarh Cantt.(JHARKHAND) I have submitted the documents on dt 19 Oct 2016.

            But my bike not received till date now. I have calling some times CSd delar Aman but he replied me negatively I am Army person and I am going to leave on dt 11 Nov 2016. But not any response from Mr Aman till date. Pls check and reply on the same.

              I booked my bike on 1 august 2016 the showroom owner give me the delivery time within 1 month but their is 3 month completed he talk rudely when i call at show room and says bad words to me .They give my bike to other customer who gives him some on payment so i wish that kindly take my problem seriously otherwise i filed a consumer case at royal enfield

                I submitted my royal enfield bullet for the insurance claim on July 2016.
                And 4-5 months have been passed till now. I have got no response from them.
                The dealer is "Allied auto agencies" in Dehradun. And the clien detail is- Aman([protected]).
                I want to state for my service as soon as possible or refund the money of my bike.

                  Hi, my name is pradeep from hyderabad. I gave my new Royal enfield classic 350 cc bike first servicing in Go Green servicing center, gachibowli, Hyderabad on 19/10/2016 My C.S.T No & TIN NO: [protected]. After completion of servicing I've recieved my bike and from the very next day my bike started troubling like the self start and horn failed to work and also the ammeter. After few days of confusion I took my bike to the same servicing center they kept my bike for one day and gave a bill of Rs.600 saying that we've replaced the wires so you should pay the bill. I argued with the supervisor and he reduced the money for Rs.150/- as a basic service charge I have paid the money. But now again my bike got some trouble like some different noise coming from back wheel while riding and I lost the riding feel not only that the kick start also troubling me I need to kick the rod twice or thrice to start my bike but before I never faced this issue. Even in google reviews their are very bad reviews on this servicing center many customers like me suffered a lot. So I request you to please take a proper action on this servicing center.

                    The show room honour is living hell he doesn't know how to talk with custilomers.he is one of the most rudest person ever seen in my life. what a poor customer service.i m telling u this show room is not going to survive.it is the most worst ever customer service i have ever seen.they don't talk about problems what the customer is facing but very eager to argue.

                    Please be aware of service in Royal Enfield showroom in baripada.
                    At the time of delivery and after 20 days of delivery there are some problems in it.. There is automatically engine off problem. At after the first service they never been resolved my this problem. Today on the way engine off and never starts to half an hour. What could i do. I am tired to start the engine kick kick self no working..
                    Request for repair my bullet without any payment. I ride around only 7500 km on my Royal Enfield classic 350 and now around 10 teeth of sprocket are broken...very low quality products are providing the very branded and big brand Royal Enfield... totally unsatisfied.
                    Kindly solve the problem.

                      I have bought classic 350 on 03/11/2015 from rr outomotive indore. From the starting engine generates tic tic sound. from service center they said this sound automatically reduced after 1000km but after 1 year engine still generate this sound. Every time when i went to servicing my bike i complaint against this sound but it still not resolved.
                      Please do somthing

                        This is with reference to my booking made on 26-sep-16 for thunderbird 350 (Lightning green) in velavan motros, alwarthirunagar.

                        By 2nd week of october 2016, i had completed my process with hdfc bank personnel for ecs clearance. Earlier, by the first week of october 2016 i have already informed one mr. Jason (Who was initially handled my case) that i wish to take the delivery of the bike on 28-oct-16 (Considering our practice of looking for auspicious day) and he had confirmed me that it will be done.

                        Subsequently, whenever i visit the showroom / speak to jason i kept reminding about the delivery date.

                        On 19-oct-16 when i called mr. Jason to find out the status, i was informed that mr. Saravanan will be handling my case because of limitations that has been put in force on him. I had requestrf him to ask mr. Saravanan to call me. I never received call from him. Later, as i did not receive any call, again i called mr. Jason and understood that the bike with my opted color has not reached in the lot received on 15-oct-16.

                        So, i was forced to visit the showroom again and met mr. Saravanan. He asked me, if i can opt any other color which is available readily, but i denied his suggestion. However, mr. Saravanan told that he will confirm on 22-oct-16 about the availability of lightning green.

                        On 22-oct-16 evening, i received a call from mr. Balaji (Hdfc bank personnel) and asked me when will i come to pay the initial amount. I had replied him that, first check if the bike is available and he instantly replied that the bike is available.

                        I was shocked to hear that, as i have never received any call / update from the showroom guys. I went to showroom at 7:00 pm on 22-oct-16 to pay initial amount. Again i checked with mr. Saravanan and he had confirmed for the delivery on 28-oct-16. Although he is not available, he said, he will handover to someone.

                        To my surprise and shock, i had received a call from balaji (Hdfc bank personnel) on 26-oct-16 to get an authorisation seal and signature from hdfc bank in one of the paper. Keeping my tight scheduled at work, i had requested him to come to my office, so that i shall take him to the nearest hdfc bank to get the work done. The required paper has been attested and handed over to him at 2:00 pm and again reminded him about the delivery date. Also, confirmed the same to mr. Saravanan immediately. Both were informed me “there will be no problem” in delivery

                        When i called mr. Saravanan on 27-oct-16 noon, i was informed that the fund has not reached. I immediately contacted balaji and informed about the fund. He, in turn acted swiftly and called me at 5:30 pm that the bank had transferred the fund.

                        To pass this information, i tried calling mr. Saravanan, but in vain. There was no answer even after multiple attempts, which had forced me to call mr. Jason again. Only then i understood that my case was taken over by mr. Mohan and got his number.

                        I called mr. Mohan and explained him in full. He informed that they have not received fund and also informed that, it will be me, who will receive information by the bank by way of sms.

                        I had received fund transfer sms from hdfc bank at 7:30 pm and alerted mr. Mohan immediately. He asked me to forward the message to him and he will take care as soon as he reaches the office at 10:00 am on 28-oct-16.

                        I sent a reminder sms to mr. Mohan at 10:30 am on 28-oct-16 that i will be coming to showroom at 5:30pm for delivery. I did not receive any kind of acknowledgement nor reply. I tried calling him by noon, but no answer.

                        After i reached home in the evening, i started to leave to the showroom at 5:30 pm. Accidentally i thought of calling mr. Mohan to inform him.

                        I was fed up to hear from him that the fund has not reached. When i asked him what made him in not replying to my message and call, his answer was rude and irresponsible. Also he said that he was not in the showroom for the whole day and he’s just returning.

                        I am reply pissed off with the attitude of mr. Mohan and the way he answered to the customer’s call. Having committed for the delivery on 28-oct-16, he was away from the showroom for the whole day and that too not even responded to the customer’s call / message

                        Having faith with the showroom personnel i have already made arrangements to make pujas and bought garlands

                        Now everything has gone in to dustbin

                        I need a judgement for my current situation and compensation for not delivering the bike on the committed day, inspite of nil pending from my side.

                        Hope someone will hear my voice and assist

                          Hello sir/mam this is prabhat kumar nayak from tikamgarh (Mp), sir i have buy royal en field (Thunderbird) bike aprox 2 month ago from rimik moters, gwalior (Mp). But now sir i am faces lot's of problem in respect from your dealer side.

                          1. First bad experience is when a day i bought a bike from your dealer give me less quantity of petrol that the bike can't reach to the nearest petrol pump and its was very embarrassing movement of my life that i was pushing my new bike that's to a royal infield.

                          2. Secondly your dealer is cheated me on behalf of your brand name, he was charging many charges from me like rto commission, insurance commission, tr file commission in respect registration of my bike but now a day they fail to registered my bike and when i called him they always asking me give me 2 more days. Sir now a day i facing problem from traffic police department in the absence of tr file is not transfer tikamgarh. I know sir this work is not in your coverage but sir they are collecting charges in your brand name so its my humble request for the safe of your brand to safe the value of your brand take a instant action against the dealer (Rimik moters, gwalior)

                          3. Third bad experience is your dealer not response our query which i asked and not given proper information which would i needed.

                          4. Forth bad experience is that i have lesion company providing free key ring and hepmate for new customer but dealer did't provide it.

                            Hi there,

                            My name is Lalit Shinde and have purchased Thunderbird 350 bike from ostwal showroom dwarka ( Nashik) . I have lots of issues with the showroom from very first day. At the first day bike had no fuel when i bought from this showroom, i had to towed till fuel station come up. Second issue i had that is when i came for first servicing then this showroom just applied wet cloth on the bike and said that the servicing is done without cleaning.
                            This is pathetic service i got.
                            Third issue occurred on 2nd servicing, again just wet cloth applied and said servicing done. I paid for coqting but coating wasnt done. At the morning i gave bike for servicing and till 9 servicing was not done. And showroom guys owner said come back tomorrow. This really bad service i got.
                            Royal Enfield is such a big brand and customers are spending almost 2lac rupees on single bike and after payment customers get such a bad treatment.
                            I would request yoi to take proper action against the showroom servicing or give me my money back. I am really not satisfied with such service.
                            I will tell my friends and relatives not to buy Royal Enfield bike ever as Royal Enfield gives such harassment to the customers even after spending 2lac rupees.

                            I want to escalate this case to higher authority for this harassment given by Royal Enfield.

                            Kindly escalate this case and i want proper action to be taken on this issue.

                              Bullet 500 on february 2016. The chassis of the bike have a twist and leaning towards right side. I came to their notice but after the correction also the issue still continues. I saw 3 of my friends with the same issue. I need to know whether the company is not valuing customers money or not focusing on quality when the sale of the bike increased.

                                I purchased electro 350 CC bullet Chesis No.ME3U355COEC418098 and Engine No.B355 COEC 418098 from ASCO Motors, Delhi -92 vide Bill No.1157 dated 31.03.14. During the one year (guarantee period) no major mechanical and technical problem was occurred after expiring the guarantee period from 1st April 2015 noise of engine is increased and clutch plate along with Beam of the clutch plate has damaged twice and thrice within a 6 months. The bullet was also checked by authorised dealer every time. They adviced to change clutch plate after three months, the problem again occurred some time i.e. within one month two month. In view of the above problem it is to say that your company is a very prestigious company such type of problem could not happen. .
                                In view of the above problem you are advised to recall the bullet and rectify the problems or replace the vehicle if required as early as possible.

                                  I am residing in Mumbai and had Purchase Royal Enfield Classic 350 (Ash Colour) in June 2015.
                                  The bike was in perfect condition in the initial 6 to 7 months. I had no problem with the bike.
                                  But after that, the bike started giving problems. The gears used to automatically change while riding. I got it serviced regularly to rectify that.
                                  While returning back from office on Friday, the chain of the bike all of a sudden broke away in the middle of the highway (This could have led to a serious accident, But by gods grace nothing happened as there was less traffic). On inspecting, i found out that the Sprocket of the chain has been completely torn. The teeths of the Sprocket have chipped away.
                                  I am astonished to see that the quality of Royal Enfield Bikes have degraded to such a low level that the parts worn out only after a year.
                                  To top it all. I had given the bike for servicing on 29th September, 2016. No one from the service centre also notice this. Hence i also have a doubt on your service centres.
                                  I was using Honda Unicorn prior to this and never faced such an issue during 7 years of its usage. But, Royal Enfield Bike is giving me lots of issues.
                                  I spoke to the regional manager regarding this issue. He is also giving lame excuses that its because of regular wear and tear.

                                    I am RE customer in pune location, I have classic 350 bike. I was given my bike for servicing month of july at that time toolkit was misplace because of mechanic mistakes, at that time service center manager told me that they provide new toolkit within week or in next servicing time, after that no of time I was reminding about toolkit to servicing center but till time I am not getting my toolkit. please give me proper solution. Is it customer satisfaction firm ??

                                      I bought a Royal Enfield classic 350 black on 27 Sep 2016 . Its been more than 20 days I have still not received my vehicle registration number. When i tired to investigate today, I learnt that they have still not submitted my documents to the RTO. The showroom officials are not ready to accept their mistake and just giving lame excuses and asking for a couple of days since last week. The showroom's name is Siddh Auto, Kothrud, Pune.

                                        My royal enfiled classic 350 got missing and i had consulted the bullet dealer (s.s.motor)calicut twice and not get solved the problem...i guess they might changed my number from the list to stop calling from bullet head.pls do something to resolve this problem...im fed up with this situation and company has not even called me regarding service...they are so irresponsible
