Tik tik sound from inside the engine. When i am talk about this with company they ask me to contact with service center and i am go there and no response from dealer and mecanics and ask me this is not my fault. My bike is 08/2016 model aa this problem is from starting royal enfield give no reponse. I'm complaint last time after this i'm register case in court. If royal enfield read this call me for full information about problem and dealer who is not work properly. No is [protected]

    Hi,

    This is anurag saxena, i have royal enfield thunderbird 350. I have buy this bike last year. And in the first service, i can't get the satisfaction. Everytime i was going to my service station, the told me new things. For example my last service they want to cluch whole assemble and before this service they change my chain set and now this service they want to change chain set again. Also on my last service the change my breakshou, now this service they want to do again.

    Is that the way of royal enfield the big name.

    And one this time they want to change my front shocker, which is only leak. They want to change both now, even i told them it's only 20k running. I have also a hero bike (Hunk), which i used more then one lack km and still working fine.

    Can you please tell me is this royal enfield. And this is the services.

    If you guys help me. Please response

      Im in a mess after i bought this bike in the month of may 2016. From the 1st day i had so many problems which i waited and dealt with till the 1st service. Then after the service i still had the same issues so i had complained and my bike was re-serviced. I thought that was it but then the scilencer of my bike flew off on the street and my brakes failed even when it hadn't rained, my leg guard has never been in place from the 1st day and i have to keep tightening it and then i had complained for the same. I got a call from different managers and they said they would again like to service my bike and this was the last chance they asked for. They were so shameless that they charged me for every single nut and bolt that they used to fix my silencer which i have no clue why i had to pay coz the bike was a piece of [censored] by default from the very 1st day. Then after 3000 KM as i was travelling my friend takes my bike for service and they do not use the 2nd service slip but tell him that we have to use the 3rd service slip and f#ck him off(Literally f#cked him off from there). So good of a behavior towards your customers. Then after the service within a weeks time again the service light has started blinking and the handle makes noise. What do I do. I had paid 1.67 Lhk and some change hard cash and i think i did a mistake by even dreaming about Royal Enfield. I had paid the entire amount at one go and at that time they didnt miss on taking even 36rs in cash but the service that you are giving is so [censored] i wish to have had only a bicycle. Please stop looting people fooling people and selling this heavy piece of metal [censored].

        Dear sir/ madan

        I bought continental GT ( MH 46 AT 9319) on 20 june 2016 from Nerul, Navi mumbai showroom.
        Presently from yesterday my bike handle is wobbling( shaking ) so badly iam not able to ride. Same problem was discussed with shirawane RAM enfield service centre. I was in impressed that handle parts covers in warrant, but service guy says that 'if bike was 1 month old it is covered in warranty."
        I thought warranty is for 1 years not for month.. I have not mishandle my bike.. so it is a manufacturing defects.
        Please look into this issue..

          Team,

          I booked Royal Enfield Classic 350 Ash colour on June 23rd 2016 from Synergy Auto Inc, Sakinaka, Mumbai, India.
          I got a call on July 30th 2016 from synergy auto team stating that bike has been allocated to me and that after full payment, i will get the bike in 15 days time frame. I did full payment on 1st august 2016 however its 20th September today and till date I haven't received my bike. Synergy team kept giving me dates but bike was never delivered.

          On august 20th 2016, they said that there is a colour defect for Ash colour classic bikes and my bike was returned back to chennai to upgrade the colour along-with other bikes. They gave me a new date that is 10th sep to collect my bike. On 10th sep, they gave me another date of 20th sep 2016.
          Today when i called the showroom, they said bike is not yet here and they just dont have any further update. It was been 3 months now that I booked this bike.
          Please help as its been more than a month that i have made the full payment.

          Company didnt help me resolve this issue. I had to escalate it to higher authorities of Royal Enfiled to solve this issue.

          I have booked ash color recently and they have told me the issue on the color. They said that RE is trying to resolve the issue in next 10 days. If it is not getting resolved by that time, the waiting period will go beyond 3 months

            I gave my bike for service at CVS service station on Sankey Road Bangalore, however to my surprise there were scratches on the tank and front mudguard when i went to pick up the vehicle. I was told that it would be rectified by free repaint or refinishing. Its been almost 5days now and i still haven't received my bike and when I call the service station firstly the person didn't answer calls and on my 4-5 the try when he answered he said it would take another 3days. I[censored] cannot provide customer service stop selling your bike's in the market. Totally disappointed by what has been going on. Pathetic and worst customer service experience.

              Vibration is not getting arrested in top gear.handle bar vibrates a lot.leg pedal got loosen due to vibration.oil leak in head.I went to peelamedu service center for many times.No experienced mechanic is not available.Kindly help me to rectify this problem or replace the bike. I cant bare the vibration, getting shoulder pain.Mentioned the same problem many times to the service center.Feeling like burn the bike in the middle of the road.Royal is only in the name.not in the service.

                I had bought a new Thunderbird 350 motorcycle from the authorised dealer Pratik Motors of Royal Enfield which was given to me on Sep 5 without necessary RTO registration. While buying I was asked of everything being completed before delivery and at delivery time promised that registration will be done in 3-4 days at the maximum

                I have paid the full amount and have been chasing the dealer daily but the RTO registration is till date not done. Every time I am told it will be done in 2-days but to no avail. Consistently lying and misleading.

                This is most irresponsible behavior from an authorized dealer of a reputed company and brand like Royal Enfield.

                  I Purchased My Classic 350Â On 4/07/2016, However I Am Really Disappointed
                  To Do So As Since I Have This Bike Its Making Weird Sound, I Have Asked The
                  Dealer To Fix That However I Am Not Getting Anywhere. The Dealer And
                  Mechanic Said Once 1st Service Would Be Done The Sound Will Be Fixed
                  However It Was Not Later He Said Ride It For Miles Then It Would Be Stopped
                  Still Its Not So He Asked To Leave The Bike For 2 Days At The Service
                  Center So I Did, Still The Noise Continues Its Not The Sound That Usually A
                  New Bike Should Make, Its Making Unwanted Two To Three Sounds Which I Am
                  Not Able To Understand. Four time bike engine open 2 times open by ur
                  dealer and two time open by ur engineer but till now not ok plz check my
                  bike outherwise I will go consumers court and give news on social sites and
                  press
                  Its Such Disgrace And A Big Question Mark On Customer Service Of ROYAL

                    I buyed the himalayan and gave the bike for 1st service while giving the bike the bike was in full condition and just the gear liver from where we shift gear was little bit bend and i advised the workshop to get the gear lever in same dimension as other bike.
                    But the executive working in unison automobiles mira road broke the complete gear lever from chassis attachment and did not resolved the issue from last time days and are giving executes daily.

                    There is not a professionalism practiced in authorised workshop as they work like road side mechanics.

                    Infact can't take decisions and re solve the issue. Infact are telling that would change the whole chassis of the bike within 20 working days and asking for time.

                    Will the concerned person in chennai advice for this

                      I have purchased a royal enfield classic 350 classic ash in 2015 from royal enfield show room at, shop no. 6 & 7, imperial plaza, 27th & 30th road junction, linking road, opp. Bandra hindu association, bandra west, mumbai, maharashtra 400050 in only three months i faced a problem with my bike there is an issue with engine noise. When i showed dealer the issue i m facing he showed me ishna wheels serivces center people they opened the entire engine with the brand new bike they returned the bike saying they have fixed the issue but from that day onward i m facing the same issue.                           Very Bad experience from the start. i purchase royal enfield classic 1feb14 around six month time tour touch complaint started at back mudguard.

                          service engineer said just we adjust shocker height from outside with extra part i said ok because they have no more option at company part.

                          after 15000 km he said chain set change

                          i do same change chain set change .

                          write know i am at 27000 km he said today again you have to change the chain set .

                          i cant understand what the type off quality Royal enfield use.

                          I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL FROM ROYAL EN FIELD SERVICE

                              I bought a royal enfield classic 350 cc bike on june 9th 2016 . on the day of delivery, the st.mary's motors -the dealer, gave me a low quality studds helmet . when i asked for enfields helmet he said it was not freely given . But, now i was informed by a friend that enfield has started a policy for giving its riders orginal helmet from april 2016 and many of my friends have recieved it and ... I was tricked with a low quality helmet

                                I have recently (3 weeks back) bought Thunderbird 350cc in bangalore rajrajeshwari nagar, but from the day one I am facing the some sound near tank and it was informed to that particular branch nothing is worked out, still I am facing same issue. Simple Royal enfield will tell they have 150 year of motor cycle that i don't belive it, because now a day the service is worst and the quality is reduced when compare to old royal enfield . I think this company is also behind money with low quality.

                                I trusted this company product and buy this by paying 1, 75, 000 but I think it is wast of pay so much of money. Please try to resolve this, if not take back my bike pay me back the money, if not you guys need to face consequences. I will go to consume court with all proof and doc. Weekly once I used to go that wast showroom and service but no use they didn't do nothing and I am very upset of the service and the quality which you guys produce. Even I don't command any one to buy this company product.

                                  I bought the Thunderbird 350 in the month of September 2014. Ever since day 1 the meter buttons and the meter itself has been a problem. I complained about it and got it changed in 2015, yet the meter buttons continued to give me problems. I informed the authorities but they didn't change the same. I didn't complain again as at least with lot of push it used to work. Now it does not work at all. One of its premier features, the hazard light...

                                  I have got my TB350 serviced today.

                                  Out of 4 main issues, 2 issues haven't been touched at all. I was the last one to go out at closing time and even though TB have been spoiled. After rear wheel bearing change its creating weird noise now.

                                  My TB was far better before servicing and now looks like full of issues in couple of hours of servicing today.

                                  Dhone Automobile Kasarwadi successfully sold their AMC package to me but have given the third class service experience.

                                  Switches on meter assembly aren't working and same was informed while making a job card, however no one has addressed the issue and after billing, when I asked, I was told that the entire meter assembly needs to be replaced for these tiny buttons. It was a funny answer from the advisor, or may be a third class mechanism where the INR 6000 to be spent to repair 5-10 rupees buttons. Fork rubber ring was asked to replaced, but its again in vain.

                                  Everything is shown on the paper while making a bill but when it comes to the work, they know how to screw up the vehicle.

                                  I paid INR 4520.00 and turned my good condition TB in worst.

                                  No more recommendations for Dhone Automobile - Kasarwadi for servicing. Better to find a local Machanic who would at least work honestly to retain his customers. Dhone Automobile has nothing to do with customers and their vehicles. They are just there to count money and make customers fool.

                                  I have also faced poor service issue and arrogant attitude from their staff.

                                  Couple of times they took out fuel from my bike. No proper work done even during a single serving but are really expert in unnecessary recommendations to change or replace parts and make money.

                                  Royal Enfield should really cancel this Dealership as its spoiling Royal Enfield's reputations all across Pune and nearby areas.

                                  I have switched to Honda CBR from Royal Enfield due to very bad after service and servicing experience by Royal Enfield (Dhone Automobile - Kasarwadi and Marketyard)

                                  Going to them is a biggest mistake in the life. Its really a paid humiliation, which no one would want to have.
                                  Avoid going to Dhone Automobile as they are only money suckers and cant do anything else.

                                    I have booked a Royal Enfield thunderbird 350 Stone, In accordance to the policy of Royal Enfield its completely refundable. I have the refund slips which says the amount will be refunded with in 20-25 working days. I have filed my refund request on 7/07/2016 but still haven't received my refund.

                                    They are giving a new excuse everyday.

                                      With a very heavy heart i am writing this mail, as being a royal enfield lover since my childhood it was dream to own one. I am extremely disheartened with the experience as it has killed my thrill and joy of making such a heavy investment of my hard earned money with your bike. I feel so saddened to say that this has destroyed my faith to a great extent in this age old legacy.
                                      Since the purchase (Two years only (March, 2014)) there are frequent errors i have experienced with my bike. If it is running it runs fine but when left for one or two days it takes a lot of effort to get started in the first place. By the electric start or by the kick it takes lot of energy and still does not start. The nominal brands of motorbikes in the market, with which i have experience from the last fifteen years, stand better when compared to this incident.in the last month this same incident has happened to me four times and has created embarrassing situations for me.
                                      This has distorted my trust in this brand as i have also registered for the rsa and even they took my bike for repair and changed the harness as well. This has also not resulted in any betterment in the situation. They keep telling me that all is good with the bike but the reality is not such.
                                      I urge you to look into the matter with immediate effect and for this purpose i am sharing the details of my bike with you for the necessary and prompt action.
