This is to inform ROYAL ENFIELD and log a formal complaint regarding the issue which happened with my new royal enfield classic 350 black which was purchased 14thSeptember 2016.
There has been some issue with the chain and the chain spocket frequently it gives some sort of different kind of noise as well as cranking sound which lead may to the breakdown of the vehicle and the sound and vibrations indicates that there is some sort of issue with the vehicle. Hence i would request royal enfield to replace the vehicle chain spocket or sortout the issue as soon as possible as its not even complited a month and this kind of issue is happening.

    I had given my Enfield for servicing at kerala state and calicut district . There are 3 service centre here and I had given my second service at LUHA AUTOMOTIVES and there service was too poor and what all we are telling them to.check in our bike that they are not looking at all, next tym I had given it to BLUE MOUNTAIN AUTOS, evening when I had gone there for taking my.bike after service, the person who was aged between 19-21 (I dont know his name)he was very arrogant and he was not at all good in customer service, and while going home I had noticed that the complaints which I had asked them to clear was not cleared and had increased also, and the showroom had also closed so I wasnt able to go back there. As a Royal Enfield customer I had been totaly fed up with the service given from your side, and now only option for us is to give to some local mechanics because they are more caring and giving good service to us.

      We did the 4th servicing in the service center and after that we are facing the problem in meter some water droplets went inside and due to which the parking light is always on. When we went to the service center they are charging high due to delay of 10 days aprox for the 4th servicing as we were out of station. Vehicle covered around 6000 km. And because of this problem there is a sound coming from the vehicle.

        Dear Team,

        This is to inform you that i have purchased Classic 350 ash model royal enfield from Eicher motors on 14.07.2016.
        From the purchasing of my bike, i am facing lots of issues.

        Now in continuation of your service quality, last 10 days back i got accident and for claiming my insurance claim i have submitted my bike on 5th of Sept'2016 and raised an insurance complaint. After several follow ups, Your insurance officer (Sanjay Saini) from TATA AIG came to service center and replied that my insurance claim has been been approved and will get my bike repaired shortly.
        But today when i again visited service center then i was surprised to see that still no work has been initiated to repair my bike and when i called to Mr.Sanjay then he told that all the approval has been sent to service center.

        So pls let me know that how long will take to repair my bike. As i am suffering in my day to day working.

          Hi i am sachin kanse, purchase a classic 350 (Black) from a authorized main dealer eicher pvt ltd. Bandra mumbai of royal enfield. They delivered me the bike on 23 sept 2016.
          After 4/5 days from delivery date, it's hydraulic tapit was sound vary badly. It has multiple problem i didnt pay 155000 for this sound and not for repairing a bike again and again i want solution. This is my second bike and both are facing same problem

              During my third servicing at royal enfield's service center in miraroad (Unisons automobile) they disabled my front disk brake which was perfect before the servicing which could have costed my life as i rammed into an autorickshaw and ended up paying for his broken mud guard (It is then when i realised that my front disk brake was not working). I took the delivery at 7:00pm 5thoctober2016 (I gave it for servicing on 02october2016, i was committed that i ll get my bike by tuesday, but that did not happened and finally i received my bike on 05thoct2016 eod without washing and disabled front disk brake) and incident happened on the same day at around 8:15pm. (From 7:00pm to 8:15pm i was stuck in slow moving traffic hence i did not realize that my front disk brake is not working). On request they picked up my bike next day 06thoctober2016 and today is 07thoctober2016 (Eob) and i havent heard of anything about my status of my back from them. The mechanics at the service station were illbehaved and rude to an extent that they cannot be dealt with. The floor supervisors at the service station are full of false promises and commitments and incompetent. They are not approachable at all (Since both the supervisors were not in the office till noon)
              Desirable action:
              Restoration of my bike to it working condition at the earliest.
              Stringent action against the mechanic for such an ignorant act.
              Strict action against floor supervisors and the staff their for their false commitments and incompetency

                I using electra byke since 2012 and covered 150000 kms in 3 years. Recently engine oil leakage is started in my bike and bike is given to kushalnagar service centre for servicing and oil keakage problem attending on 4-10.2016. Till now it has not been attended. No one responsible person is ther in kushalnagar service centre. My work is complitely depend upon my byke. Please arrenge one responsibilty perosn and expert mechanic to kushalnagar. Uneducated and unknown persons are deputed to kushalnagar. This arrangementn will loss your good image and created bad image in royal enfield company. Please inform your service center members to attend my byke problem immediately otherwise
                The same matter will brought to the newspaper and media.

                  I have given my bullet classic 350 on 4-10-16. They told they will deliver the vechile tomorrow. I have also asked about the spare availability. They confirmed the spares are available. So i give there. Now they say spare not available. And they return me how i give them my bullet and told me to pay 1600 as service cost. The vechile is not washed and the compliant parts are not removed. Because of delay in service i want to cancel my ride with friends. The service there is very bad. I wont give any of my bike or my friends bike for service there.. So kindly told them to deliver my vechile today it self

                  The service there is too bad and hight cost for oil change of rs 1600
                  bad washing. full oil on body and engine . and also on surface of silencer. carsh guard and silencer not fitted after service. so i fit the bold on anther work shop. long delay. very bad beavior to customer. i wont give my any vechile there for service. now vechile is not smooth. and no brake. they told me they change brake pad but now i cand handle it

                    Hi readers, it's my own experience with hsr service station. I used take my for service every month with appropriately 1000kms what i used to complaints that won't resolved till date. My complaints will not like major one and i'm really unhappy with general services at this station. The service in this station is damn waste and i recommend everyone don't take a single chance with this station and enjoy your re ride.

                      I am a RE customer, my bike is Electra 350. I bought my bike from Marikkar Trivandrum, Kerala. They are not treating the customer well. They change my bike's horn, after PDI they didn't wash my vehicle and the service engineers are not good at all. After the service there is no service engineer to deliver my vehicle, and i didn't get the complaint explanation.

                        I had booked ash white classic 350 in March. They didn't reserve my bike and asked me to pay full amount so that will reserve the bike. its been 1.5 month since I paid full amount. Daily I am calling them, they are saying we will confirm you once we receive. Its been 1.5 month, I am wondering not even single bike has in this period? priority at least should be given who has paid the full amount. The interest is just accumulated to them . I want the bike also the compensation from the company.

                          Hi this is Arun R and my bike numb is tn12 b 6996, ...

                          After my complaint in consumer complaints on Aug 26, 2016, a staff named Naveen Dass from Aravinduja Motors Private Limited (Katupakkam) called me and transferred the call to one Mr. Narendar (General Manager). Narendar promised me that he would rectify all the issues and will also replace the battery, electrical wiring, tools box and will also preform a complete service. I felt satisfied that my complaint heeded some response.

                          Based on this I gave my bike for the necessary service to be performed on Sept 24th 2016 at 10 AM. Naveen Dass accepted my vehicle promising all the required changes would be done to rectify the above issues. They asked me to come and collect the vehicle after they call me on Sept 25th 2016, but no one called me. When I called to enquire no one answered, I tried multiple times but in vain. The following day Sept 26th 2016 also no one called me but when I tried initially at 10 AM they said the wiring set wasn't available with them and they would receive it only by noon. I tried calling them again by noon at that time they said the wiring set has all been changed but the battery needs to be changed which would take time till evening. They promised me that the vehicle would be ready by 6 PM on the same day and I can avail the delivery of the vehicle after the full service. Believing that I went there at 6 PM and called Naveen Dass, he said all the agreed parts have been changed and I can avail the delivery. Since he was not in the service center he called his subordinates to delivery the vehicle.

                          The moment I say my vehicle I was shocked, none of the accepted repairs and changes have been done, even my bike was not water washed. They had my vehicle for last 3 days and did nothing on it. I tried calling Naveen Dass but he didn't answer my call nor did he return my call. Since I was running late to my shift, I was compelled to accept the vehicle at the same status.

                          Mr. Narendra who promised me that he will change the battery, electrical wiring, tools box and will also preform a complete service suddenly twisted his words that he did not say that to me.

                          Why would they accept my vehicle for service and create a case sheet. Also why did they say that wiring has been changed and battery has been changed when cannot do it.

                            Hi !
                            I am Prosenjit Naskar, purchase a Classic 350 (Mint) from a authorized main dealer- "East India Agro Industries Pvt Ltd" of Royal Enfield. They delivered me the bike on 6th july 2016.
                            After 4/5 days from delivery date, it's hydraulic tapit was sound vary badly. I'm calling the sale executive too many times of the dealer. He send me the service Centre of the authorized main dealer- "East India Agro Industries Pvt Ltd". I'm going too many times of the dealer's service Centre, but problem not resolved . At the time of 1st service they checked my bike too many times & also checked the service manager Mr. Suman Kalyan Patra of Royal Enfield. But he don't resolved my bike's problem and done the 1st service. I'm taking my bike after 1st service on 12/08/16. They told me, it's resolved. But on same day, it's sound badly after riding only 8 Km. I was calling sales executive of the authorized main dealer- "East India Agro Industries Pvt Ltd", he send me again and again to service Centre when the service manager Mr. Suman Kalyan Patra was present. Mr. Patra checked my bike and told me it's have problem on hydraulic tapit but it's not break down on road and he suggest me carry on the ride. But it's very difficult to ride with badly sound of hydraulic tapit. So I'm sending my bike last Monday (19/09/16) to the service Centre. But again I was facing a problem, no one update me what is the scenario. After follow up too many times I received my bike on 23/9/16 (Friday) at evening (5.45 Pm).
                            But it's not resolved. They hand over my bike with the same problem, It's sound very badly after heating the Engine. I was facing the problem again on yesterday (25/9/16) morning. I called up directly to Mr. Patra, he told me again it's not break down on road and carry on the ride. But this time I'm argue with him, so he told me again to go the service Centre.

                            Please look into this matter and solved it urgently. I don't have enough time to go the service Centre repeatedly to showing my bike's same problem.
                            I purchased it for riding not going to the service Centre again and again & not hearing the same answer to the service Manager Mr. Patra of Royal Enfield.

                            So I again request you to solved it urgently, because I'm helpless. I can't take any more to Royal Enfield's bad after sale service.

                              I am lineesh and i purchased a std.350 from pinnacle royal enfield. i am totaly dissatisfied with the sales team for handling to me as a customer. they are not gave the registration papers on time and not provided the bank seal and signature in the registration forms so i cannot register my vehicle with in the temporary period. i need to pay 2500 rs penalty for the delay submission which caused by the dealer. the staff behaviour was totaly dissatisfied. i request royal enfield to look in to my complaint.

                                Tik tik sound from inside the engine. When i am talk about this with company they ask me to contact with service center and i am go there and no response from dealer and mecanics and ask me this is not my fault. My bike is 08/2016 model aa this problem is from starting royal enfield give no reponse. I'm complaint last time after this i'm register case in court.                                   Hi,

                                  This is anurag saxena, i have royal enfield thunderbird 350. I have buy this bike last year. And in the first service, i can't get the satisfaction. Everytime i was going to my service station, the told me new things. For example my last service they want to cluch whole assemble and before this service they change my chain set and now this service they want to change chain set again. Also on my last service the change my breakshou, now this service they want to do again.

                                  Is that the way of royal enfield the big name.

                                  And one this time they want to change my front shocker, which is only leak. They want to change both now, even i told them it's only 20k running. I have also a hero bike (Hunk), which i used more then one lack km and still working fine.

                                  Can you please tell me is this royal enfield. And this is the services.

                                    Im in a mess after i bought this bike in the month of may 2016. From the 1st day i had so many problems which i waited and dealt with till the 1st service. Then after the service i still had the same issues so i had complained and my bike was re-serviced. I thought that was it but then the scilencer of my bike flew off on the street and my brakes failed even when it hadn't rained, my leg guard has never been in place from the 1st day and i have to keep tightening it and then i had complained for the same. I got a call from different managers and they said they would again like to service my bike and this was the last chance they asked for. They were so shameless that they charged me for every single nut and bolt that they used to fix my silencer which i have no clue why i had to pay coz the bike was a piece of [censored] by default from the very 1st day. Then after 3000 KM as i was travelling my friend takes my bike for service and they do not use the 2nd service slip but tell him that we have to use the 3rd service slip and f#ck him off(Literally f#cked him off from there). So good of a behavior towards your customers. Then after the service within a weeks time again the service light has started blinking and the handle makes noise. What do I do. I had paid 1.67 Lhk and some change hard cash and i think i did a mistake by even dreaming about Royal Enfield. I had paid the entire amount at one go and at that time they didnt miss on taking even 36rs in cash but the service that you are giving is so [censored] i wish to have had only a bicycle. Please stop looting people fooling people and selling this heavy piece of metal [censored].

                                      Dear sir/ madan

                                      I bought continental GT ( MH 46 AT 9319) on 20 june 2016 from Nerul, Navi mumbai showroom.
                                      Presently from yesterday my bike handle is wobbling( shaking ) so badly iam not able to ride. Same problem was discussed with shirawane RAM enfield service centre. I was in impressed that handle parts covers in warrant, but service guy says that 'if bike was 1 month old it is covered in warranty."
                                      I thought warranty is for 1 years not for month.. I have not mishandle my bike.. so it is a manufacturing defects.
                                      Please look into this issue..

                                        I booked Royal Enfield Classic 350 Ash colour on June 23rd 2016 from Synergy Auto Inc, Sakinaka, Mumbai, India.
                                        I got a call on July 30th 2016 from synergy auto team stating that bike has been allocated to me and that after full payment, i will get the bike in 15 days time frame. I did full payment on 1st august 2016 however its 20th September today and till date I haven't received my bike. Synergy team kept giving me dates but bike was never delivered.

                                        On august 20th 2016, they said that there is a colour defect for Ash colour classic bikes and my bike was returned back to chennai to upgrade the colour along-with other bikes. They gave me a new date that is 10th sep to collect my bike. On 10th sep, they gave me another date of 20th sep 2016.
                                        Today when i called the showroom, they said bike is not yet here and they just dont have any further update. It was been 3 months now that I booked this bike.
                                        Please help as its been more than a month that i have made the full payment.

                                        Company didnt help me resolve this issue. I had to escalate it to higher authorities of Royal Enfiled to solve this issue.
                                        Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have booked ash color recently and they have told me the issue on the color. They said that RE is trying to resolve the issue in next 10 days. If it is not getting resolved by that time, the waiting period will go beyond 3 months
