I have purchased my RE classic 500 in Jan 2016 and giving loud sound with noise after six months when the engine starts .I have given the bike at the service centre (Nandyal, Kurnool district, Andhrapradesh)but they are taking too much time to get it approved saying there is a crank problem.Now 12 days passed away, still my bike is in the service centre, don't know when they handover it to me.Now I am thinking that I made a mistake if I would have gone for pulsor, 220 I could'nd face to keep my bike for such a long period in the service centre and understand that we should not buy such bikes like RE 500 where no proper service in time.

    I have bought desert storm on 17.08.2016 from unit of eicher motor royal Enfield, geetanjali tower, Ajmer road, Jaipur . Dealer code is 100053 and my engine no. Is U5S5FOGH167045. It's only three day since I purchased my bike and I spoted change of color in silencer due to burning of silencer, seems it has some manufacturing defect. As I already intimated to dealer, but they did not pay heed to my problem and told me that we have heard such kind of problem for very first time. As it's only 3 day of purchase I have already encountered with the problem. I need to replace me desert storm asap as I have ride it only 150 km.

    I will give further information of bike once royal Enfield will get in touch with me, but I want to replace it immediately and also want to inform you to tell your dealer to cooperate with me .. as Royal Enfield is big brand name and I hope they will sort out this manufacturing problem immediately .

      Hi i bought royal enfield classic 350 in month of feb 2016. Now its only 6 months and its like 14000 km i have ride it. The rear sprocket teeth of my bike are broken. It show a very poor quality used in the bike and when i asked them for replacement they forbade to do so. At the time of buying they were quite sure about the product quality is good and now it just a crap for me.

        Sir...
        I have bought re classic 350 at kumbakonam last year (05.09.2015). I have serviced my motorcycle as per the guidance given by the motorcycle company. Before one month i have done paid service in rooster automobiles which is located in my hometown (Karaikal). After one week from service the acid from battery has leaked and spoiled my engine's outline. So i have gone to showroom and asked for the situation, they asked me to come after one week, because of not having spare battery currently. After one week i went there but the same situation has happened again.
        I am in much worry about the situation i am having due to the careless of re employees.
        I think they are not interested to do the replacement. They wants to extend the dates indirectly so that my warranty will expire. So i request you to take the necessary actions to induce them to replace the battery asap (As soon as possible). I want my battery get replaced within short time
        I have warranty so i have rights to claim.

          Issue : horn is not blowing if front or side lamp is on. Automatic start is also not working properly if lamp is on.

          I've bought bike on 19th oct 2015 from dhone automobiles in pune. I got issues of battery discharge from 1st month itself. I asked the dealer and they changed battery. But again got same issue. After service its working fine for around 2 months.in february royal enfield dhone service station has changed battery again. Last service was done in may when dhone service station kept my bike for full day and told me that issue is resolved now. There wont be any electrical leakage and issue started again after 2 months. Now i've fourth service pending and i want all parts replaced in my bike or a new bike. I've done all 3 servicing at dhone automobiles servcie station in new airport road, viman nagar pune.

            September 2014 is when the journey started at 6;30pm when i picked my bike from south delhi motorcycles.

            Front wheel rattling:-

            10th day from the date of purchase which was 10 sept'14, the front wheel of my bike started rattling which i got checked close to 5 times at the service center (South delhi) and i was told that there is no problem. Eventually after a lot of escalation my bike's front shocker were replaced which took them close to 1.5 months.

            Post changing the shocker did the rattlibg stop? The answer is no. The problem continue to persist; hence, shared the same with south delhi motorcycles workshop where i was told the second month that there is no problem, with a brand new bike which was built to sprint was not even running properly. While turning on one of the round abouts because of rattling i had two accidents where i got saved becsuse of the leg guards. Now this lead to bigger problem; hence, i decided to write a mail to the services and i got in touch with dhannalal who supported me in getting the front disc changed which was creating a problem. I agreed and again spent a day at re where i was told that the part is not available after waiting there for 5 hours (Torturous it was)
            Finally one fine day they called and asked me to come over to get the front disk changed which again took close to 6 to 7 hours. By now i had already invested 80 to 90 hours waiting at the re service center.

            Side cover rattling:-

            Post getting this problem fixed the side cover started rattling the 5th month which was a manufacturing defect and i had to get it welded from a local welder as it fell down while riding at ito. I was at high speed during office hours and applying breaks instantaneously could have lead to bigger problem which. Fortunately managed to escape.

            Pulsar coil :-
            I planned to ladakh and started my preparations and then just realised that my bike started makin funny noises, again visited south delhi motorcycles to get it checked and spent 6 hours waiting for them to diagnose the problem. The mechanic and the service manager at south delhi motorcycles said "there is no problem in the bike". I was asked to bring the bike back because according to them there was no problem. Post that i started facing bigger challenges where the bike started missing and the gear shifting became hard; it was practically difficult to change he the gear to neutral. I paid many visits to re post which
            Finally they diagnosed that it was the pulsar coil installed in the bike was of re 500 and not gt.
            Now the problem was, where to get the part from which was and is an another big issue with gt.
            Finally after intervention of dhannalal and manish the part was changed which again took time as i was asked to be present there and pick the bike.

            Chain hitting the stand:-
            Post getting the previous issue resolved i realised that there was yet another funny sound from the back and went back to the service center where the mechanic who told me that it's nothing without checking.
            I checked and realised that the chain was hitting the center stand and made a video of the same. They acknowledged but i am wondering why they were not able to identify the same when a layman can. This is about an attitude one wears which wan either make or break relations with the organisation, in my case it broke into million pieces which till date are unassembled.

            Journey to ley - ley shaft and gear shifter
            I started my journey to leh ladakh where 15kms from jalandhar my bike broke down and gave up leaving me with some funny but similar sound from the engine. I took my bike to royal enfield jalandhar in the month of june where they again changed the magnet coil which was faulty and they replaced it stating "sir iska gear shifter and ley shaft kata hua hai" but upon asking they told me that they had to close so they couldn't support as it was already late.
            They asked me to reach srinagar in the same situation which was definitely risky as there was no support with us. Somehow i reached jammu and it started pouring like cats and dogs when i realised that this bike can not be ridden in rain as it starts missing and then stops (Till date the problem hasn't been resolved). I somehow reached srinagar where they opened the entire engine which means there was nothing original now and that of a new bike, they changed the ley shaft and with additional days stay in srinagar they gave me bike. Post riding 50 kms i faced same problem and this time there was no re support.. I somehow managed to reach sonmarg and stayed there overnight. At zojila pass the bike started getting heated and stopped after every 100 meters. I had to accelerate hard to ensure i cover distance which again was risky while it was raining.
            We had to tow the vehicle from zojila to drass bike to bike where we realised that the petrol which was filled by re srinagar had kerosene oil in it. Which we opened and cleaned to continue. Entire trip was in the same situation as bike had multiple problems.
            I reached delhi and had to take multiple leaves to pay visit with a thought that they will be able to fix the problem. I sat there in the lounge for days together alone and after that also they didn't do anything. Finally my bike as taken to manzil motors where it was diagnosed that the engine was faulty and it was replaced.

            Missing problem
            My bike was delivered to me on 29thaug post getting the new engine installed; when the re guy came to deliver the bike with new engine installed i observed that the bike was giving a blank spot and the turning was not done properly (900rpm). I had to ask he guy to take the bike back.

            The bike was again sent to me and this time it was again the missing problem with new engine. Finally i was asked to take delivery of the bike with the condition that they will again chrck the problem and fix it. I tried asking for support but there was no support offered as they disagreed that there was a problem.
            Finally upon along some noise the bike was sent to ip industrial area workshop where manish took care of the bike but the problem again was not resolved. I paid c15 visits to ip as well and it also gave me no results as they changed rollover sensor, fuel pump, efi but gave no results.
            Finally they decided to ask the chennai team to visit delhi to check this bike and that too after 3 months. They were also not able do anything, one was plant head and another was customer service head. (They visited south delhi motorcycles but still didn't work)

            They agreed that there was a problem (Video available)
            Finally they told me it will take time and then left the bike at south delhi.
            I kept on following up and realised thats there was no positive result or response from them. I was told to ride my bike in same condition as dhannalal told me that there will be another set of people coming from chennai which took another month.
            They finally changed my wiring and the problem was fixed, a small thing like wiring problem was not identified and rest everything was changed in the bike. This is quite disappointing

            Shocker balancing :-
            I faced a challange where my hike was leaning right. I asked the south delhi motorcycle mechanic to check if there was a problem with bike balancing (Wheel balancing was done), they mentioned that there was no problem; however, it was very difficult for me to ride as i slipped twice because of that in hills while on my way to chakrata. I took my bike to ponta sahib where finally i got my bike fixed as there was some problem with balancing of the shocker.

            Multiple challange - man handling issue
            I went to ajmer on 13th aug'16 where post riding 150kms from delhi i got my bike checked at kotputli service center where i got oil topped up and spark plug cleaned.
            After traveling 40kms from kotputli my bike gave up and spark plug stopped producing spark. I had to get my bike towed from manohar pur till jaipur. I showed you bike at royal enfield service center who were hell bent upon getting my ecu changed which they said was faulty. Fortunately we had one more gt and i asked him to install the faulty one on the new bike finally ecu being faulty was ruled out.
            They changed the pulsar coil as the screw of a company installed new engine was loose which created problem, i ended up paying for the coil which was not my fault and was manufacturing defect (Cost 2600). 30kms from ajmer i realised that the bike started missing again, then finally it stopped and we had to tow the vehicle 30kms to reach hotel.
            Finally my bike was picked and i was told that wiring and meter were faulty which they asked 14000 for but thanks to dhannalal who supported... I was given an old meter with a meter reading of 341 kms for 6700 minus discount.
            I got the metre changed because i was told that there is a neutral light showing on your meter and that's why the wiring shot but i was also told that it shot because of the additional lights so i was confused.

            Post starting from ajmer and riding for 50kms the bike gave up and stared heating and getting switched off. The headlight light stopped working, the front bearing broke becsuee we had to switch on the bike in running and it put a lot of load on the bearing and also the chain sprocket broke which lead to chain to slip.
            Now without light, broken front bearing and broken chain sprocket we had to cover 375 kms that too while we had an option of rising in one go for only and 10kms because of heating issue, taking halts we reached delhi at 4 am which is not acceptable.

            I paid money c9100 and i am still facing same problem which isn't good.

            I shall send my bike to the re service center on tuesday and it shall not be returned until we have a new bike delivered to me.
            The reason today my bike is in this condition is because of man handling and because working having no knowledge of his machine which they in the initial years fixed using hit and trial.

            Dhannalal has been very helpful along with manish; however they are not the ones who candy much as the decision making is in the hands of the higher authority who are un reachable.

            Just the first month which was March where two small problems took monstrous time leading to two accidents I planned to visit Ladakh and started the preparations and then just realised that this bike started makin funny noises for which the the mechanics of South Delhi Motorcycles said "sir this is nothing"... Then I started facing bigger challenges with the bike when the bike started missing and the gear shifting became bad.
            Dhannalal supported and eventually along with the support of Manish who were able to identify that it was the coil and got the Pulsar Coil changed which they realised is faulty after a month.

            While I was preparing for Ladakh I realised that there was yet another funny sound in the back and went back to the service center who told me that it's nothing without checking.
            I checked and realised that the chain was hitting the center stand so got that fixed.
            Then I started my journey to Leh Ladakh where at Jalandhar my bike stopped and gave up leaving me with some funny but similar sound from the engine. I took my bike to Royal Enfield Jalandhar in the month of June where they again realised that the coil was again faulty and they replaced it stating "sir Iska gear shifter and ley shaft kata hua hai " but upon asking they told me that they had to close sp they couldn't support as it was already late.
            They asked me to read srinagar with the same situation which was definitely risky as there was no support with us. Somehow I reached Jammu and it started pouring like cats and dogs when I realised that this bike of mine can not be ridden on rain as it gives up which others work perfectly fine in the same condition. I somehow managed to make the bike reach Srinagar where they changed the ley shaft and with additional stay in Srinagar they gave me bike. Then post 50 kms I faced same problem and this time there was no RE support..I somehow managed to reach Sonmarg including an accident.. At Zojila pass the bike started throwing fumed and stopped after every 100 meters I had to strike the accelerator hard to ensure I cover distance which again was risky.
            We had to toe the vehicle from Zojila to Drass bike to bike where we realised that the petrol which was filled by RE srinagar had kerosene oil in it. Which we opened and cleaned to continue. Entire trip was in the same situation as bike had multiple problems.
            I reached delhi and had to take multiple leaves after which RE realised and got my engine changed.
            My bike was delivered to me on 29thAug and then was sent back immideately because there was a problem that the bike was missing a d RPM was not set.

            The bike was funnily delivered to me after 10 to 15 days with the same problem for which I spoke to Dhannalal and Manish, they asked me to send the bike to send the bike to IP I deus trial area where Manish use to sit before getting posted to jharkhand.
            I visited the workshop c 10 times which the worked ghee would also acknowledge. They changed many things including fuel pump which according to them was a problem. They changed and I came back home with the bike where there was nothing done and the missing problem still persisted.
            Finally they decided to ask the Chennai team to visit and they were also not able do anything, one was plan headband another was customer service head. (They visited south delhi motorcycles)

            They agreed that there was a problem of which I am sure I'll be able to produce the video.
            Finally they told me it will take time and then left the bike at South Delhi.
            I kept on following up and realised nothing was happening and I was told to ride my bike in same Condition...
            Post that Dhannalal asked to vet the bike picked for something done and nothing worked for me.

            They called two boys from Chennai who finally changed my wiring a d the problem was fixed according to them for which I give credit but it was after close to 4 months of pain.

            Not post getting the same fixed my bike again started taking side which was because of the shocker fault which I got diced on my way to Chakrata from Ponta Sahib.
            Two days back I went to Ajmer sharia where post traveling 150kms from Delhi I got my bike oil topped up and spark plug cleaned. After traveling 40kms from Kotputli my bike gave up and spark plug shot. Then I got the same fixed and then the wire of ignition coil was loose enough to break from the hub.
            I was stranded and toed the vehicle to around 40kms to Jaipur were we went to a workshop. Workshop guys were hell bent on the ECU being faulty which we checked finally in one or GT in our group and it worked so ECU being faulty was ruled out.
            Then they changed the Pulsar Coil and the bikes started giving current. Which handing over the bike to us I was there was a red light switch on which upon asking I was told that it's Charging battery and nothing else. 30kms from Ajmer I realised that the bike started missing again, then finally it stopped and we had to toe the vehicle 30kms to reach guest house
            finally bike was picked and I was told that wiring and meter were faulty which they asked 14000 for but thanks To Dhannalal who supported... I was given an old netter with a meter reading of 341 kms on 6700 minus discount.
            I got the metre changed because I was told that there is a neutral light blocking on your meter and that's why the wiring shot but I was also told that it shot because of the additional lights so I was Co fused.

            Now what I am asking royal enfield to do is to replace this bike or ensure to repay me for the damages and risks I have taken because of negligence and in-capability of RE workers to fix this bike.

            Either I should get a new bike or else I need team insurance from RE which would make my family secure of anything happens to me while riding.
            Disclaimer - this complaint is not against Dhannalal and Manish as they have née. Supportive but I am sure others sitting high above aren't really looking the reality of a person riding in deadly terrain... Making money and doing business should not be more than someone's experience and life. I

              I am kabildev booked a classic 350 before 100 days at shrieff motors, coimbatore, the sales person promises while booking, they will deliver before 90 days, still my vehicle is not yet delivered, my loan process also completed payment done thru hdfc bank on 28th july, but no proper response from shrieff motors, i need a delivery before 17th aug'16, are cancel my booking and refund,

                I just had my bike serviced from Barnala autos ludhiana and i am highly disappointed because they had charged me for inapplicable things.
                1. Bike goes to right side while they have charged me for ball race kit and wheel barring.
                2.Clutch does not work properly, while they charge for the clutch wire.
                3.Chain spray and chain dust removed was charged in the bill while nothing is done to the chain, its still rusty.
                4.They charged me for front break shoe and rear break shoe while after 1day the disc is making noise!!
                5.They charge me for new bride engine pipe and clearly it shows they had installed an old one.
                6.After service my bike started to miss while overtaking and have cold starting up problem.

                I would really appreciate if you see forward to my problems and help to resolve.Thankyou

                  This post is in reference to my second free service experience at Voyage Motors service station Kandivili west .After properly abiding to the norms mentioned regarding run in period details and other details regarding precautions to be followed while starting the bike and other bits of information I was extremely satisfied with my experience riding my first enfield classic 350 bike until I gave it for second service clocked at merely 2500 kms around duration of 90 days when I received a msg from service station end that my enfield bike is due for second service.After getting my bike serviced and riding back home all was well. I decided to take it for a long that I noted that the speedometer was not going beyond 60 kms inspite of revving up the throttle and engine for the first time was sounding harsh at top gear.Suddenly I decided to cancel my trip and informed the service guys regarding the same.While driving back home the gear box starting slipping gears in between while riding at a particular gear and started making abnormal sounds.The experience was heartbreaking and made me furious as I felt my bike was tearing apart due to harsh abnormal noises it was making.I immediately rushed to service station, the service guy examined my bike confirmed the noises and told me that they were about to close down and told m to come on Tuesday as they were closed on Monday.That one day gap was like living in mourning I immediately reached there first thing on Tuesday morning and even while reaching there those noises were present.I gave my bike for servicing and was physically present over there right from morning 8 30 am till 1 30 pm.My experience to share and it worries me to give my bike for future services without any hesitation at hands of few inexperienced, least bothered mechanics .Firstly there is a service guy who approaches you, then notes your problem and then checks who had serviced the bike.There is a junior mechanic who does the maintenance under his supervision.To my utter dismay that junior mechanic started telling me such noises do happen and nothing to worry.He did the test drive several times but I was not satisfied as the noise which he was referring was at the time of gear shift and which I was referring was slipping of gears at a particular gear making noise and speedometer reading not happening beyond 60 kms and harsh noises from the bike.Inspite of being told several times and after reassuring from fellow mechanics he finally actually starting looking for the problem.If I was not physically present this issue would never have been resolved.My bike almost deteriorated after the service which is a big red flag for future service.The bike handling by inexperienced junior mechanics have to be seriously monitored at the top end.They almost manhandle the bike and kill the riding pleasure and result in disgruntled royal enfield biker experience.Finally after repeated feedback after gruesome almost 5 hrs one service guy took the bike for a long run at least 45 mins to check the gearbox noises and speedometer status and conveyed that it's almost OK now.After finishing the formalities I checked it for 50 kms drive and got a siegh of relief.It was a mental torture which gave me a first ever worst service experience which confirms that the company delivers a well inspected awesome driving machine but it's the lackadaisical attitude of few company mechanics or their deliberate attempt to mess up the bike ergonomics and dynamics and create customer fury and dissatisfaction. sincere request to top management team to inspect, correct and if necessary terminate the inexperienced offenders.

                    I never wanted to write this mail but then the product you have created have forced me to do so.
                    I loved the bike you have built, its awesome fell in love the first sight and started to loving it more as the days went by. Then by 500km i came up with the crazy irritating noise later got to know that was the tappet noise. Got that fixed, not sure what was done by the service guys at teknic but then the issue was fixed. Later noticed the seat had deformed, still waiting for you guys to send the seat so it can be changed. Then one day the head light cracked. During this time the biked was called for replacement of some parts. What a noble thought by re calling back to fix the issues identified. After that news i became a hardcore fan not just of the bike but also the brand re. After the change damn the noise is gone, but then the vibration was a new introduction you bought in. The bike which dint feel a bit of vibration till 100 kmph started to vibrate before 80 kmph. As the days progressed it started to make some serious noise from the engine, could hear a knocking and a rubbing noise from the engine, was told by a re employee its normal. Though i dint buy it i keep mum on it. As the days went the noise increased and the vibration increased along with it. Sure all this while the gear where the highlight forgot to mention that. No matter what i do it would not shift. Shout, scream, kick, threaten to break the lever, it wont change to any gear. I had some close calls to heaven due to this stubborn behavior of the bike. Then one fine day the fork cone gave up on me, its either hard or loose just not able to figure that out. The only think i could understand was if i turn at 15degree after a few sec the bike will think of doing 150degree, indeed looks like you have created a bike with a mind of its own, and its gonna help the heaven take me soon. After which i had to give my bike for service, as i could not ride it any longer. The bike was with them for some days, i get the bike back all the issues come along with the bike. Nothing is fixed!!! And yes the vibrations had touched its peak, now vibrates at 40kmph, shook the hell out of me. Returned the bike the very next day, all this while david and sagar from teknic have been very helpful, and trying to do their best to fix this as i see. Later next day i was told that the bike is taken to the re brand service station would need 1 more day. As there are experts who can fix the bike, looks like the dealers have given up fixing the bike. Now please tell me what the junk was done on my bike? Yes, the gear issues is fixed, now the gears are better off. The vibration is just not acceptable, when i know its much smoother on the same bike before your did your circus with the rockers or what ever.

                    Please tell me can you fix this issue or not? Am feed up taking the bike to service station.In the 2+ months of ownership i have spend more time in your service station than my office. Now i see my vacation getting screwed up because of you. What a misery you put the customers through after paying 1.8l.. Seriously with the 100yrs of experience in bike manufacturing the is what you create, i seriously think you were better off making bullets, as it was created and given to you and all you had to do was a copy paste. I need this issue fixed as of 12 aug 16 no more additional time i have as i need to leave 4am on the 13th aug 16 on my bike.

                    I was thinking of going to the himalayas, if this is the state after nandhi hills. Wondering what would happen on himalayas. Mr. Lal your ceo tested i was impressed with all that wondering if that was a sales gimmicks or a media bull.In all i can tell you one think am super upset with this.

                      I went for the service of my bullet bike few month back to the sadguru service station, badgaon badrak, pune maharastra but shortly after the service i was getting error so i went again for they didnt rectify the error. I was also getting error in the starter so after few i went to a different, which is far service station.
                      After examining they said the wiring in the starter was wrong that cause the damage.due to the ignorance of sadguru service station, i got so much agony and problem.they r not much qualified.they even cant rectify the error in the handle.
                      Please do something to change the starter.detail of service can be found on Enfield bullet website.

                        Meter reading of my classic 350 is fast then actual reading. 1km distance showed 1.1km. It mean 10% then actual reading. I changed the meter but the problem is same. Actually this problem is with every meter of royal enfield motarcyle. So i requested royal enfield to solve this problem. I talk to your engineer but he cant behave well and said the meter is going as on, no meter is accurate and 10% up down is possible. I[censored] dont satisfy then sold the bike. I ask him to note my complaint provide me complaint number and forward to royal enfield. But he refused and say i forward it to my behalf and cant provide u any feed back regarding complaint. And i[censored] want to go consumer court u must go. Is this behaviour is right with customer? I[censored] cant solve problem then u say to sold? Sir this is fraud with customer to show more reading then actual. So i humbly request u to solve this problem otherwise i will go for other solution.

                          I bought a brand new royal enfield standard 350 bike from unnoony motors kottarakara on 4th august 2016 by full payment...when i bought it from the showroom the machine is not like a brand new bike..it comes with full scratch in the front and rear mulguard and fuel tank..and the from the second day on the 5 th august there i noticed a huge leakage in the engine...i know this was a major engine issue and i informed it to the royal enfield showroom kottarakara...and they promised that they will replace the bike...on the 8 th august i submited the bike on showroom and asked for replacing the bike..and they are not ready for replacing the bike...i dont want that machine. i know that from the engine side it has a lot of complaints..i want a new vehicle...pls help me..

                            Booking was cancelled within stipulated time period.

                                My bike was not getting started on 3rd Aug, thus I called Voyage service centre. They send their mechanics who said I will be charged with additional 300Rs for break down other than service charges. After taking bike to service centre, they gave me a list of things that needs to be fixed in order to ensure that I don't face any issues in near future. For which they charged me RS 7300 Rs. out of which 4500 is just labour charges.

                                After charging such heavy charges my bike is not getting started again today, i.e with in a weeks time. it is better that we give it for servicing to local mechanics, they ensure 100% servicing at affordable prices. if this is the service we are getting from Royal enfield service centres, what is the point in giving bike to these guys.

                                I am highly disappointed with the kind of service delivered by these guys. and this is 4th time I am facing similar issues.

                                It is better to ride a bloody Bajaj bike rather than going for Enfield

                                  I Bought classic 350 in 2014, Completed 13000 kms till date .
                                  During the second free service at Nagole service center HYDERABAD, i complained about A LOUD Cracking Metal Sound From The Engine, While Having A Cold Start . I Have Complained The Issue At himaythnagar Service center also, Including Where I Did Three Of My Services ( Nagole Hyderbad). They Had The Reply As It Is Common For UCE Engines, Especially For Classic 350.

                                  I gave my classic 350 for service at Kavery Roay enfield, G-22, Satymev Complex, S.G. Road, Opposite Gujarat High Court, Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380060... on 30.07.2016 at 9.45 AM. it is a normal service need to do, some oil changes and a company part which is rusted need to change and a special noise from engine is coming, , bike is not start easily, just we explain them to do all this thing. and a job card maker understood all the things... then we got a message from them on 4.38 PM that your bike is ready please give a 1493.51 and take your bike..

                                  when we reach at 7 PM, we found there is a nothing done on bike, no oil change and no washing, even a bike is not starting after several kick, i really shock that the guys are forcing to me please pay payment and collect your bike on day after tomorrow or wait for us call, still we are helpless no call from them that bike is ready or not.. we hope this money oriented people are not change a real parts from my vehicle .

                                    Job card no: 49169/[protected], Royal Enfield company store, Peelamedu, Coimbatore. The classic chrome 500cc met with an accident and given for repair. They took 78 days to replace chassis and fork tube. The reason for delay is no coordination, spares scarce, communication failure, lethargy. I wrote five mails to concerned authorities got a single vogue reply. This is My sixth machine in my 31 years of love towards the beast. I am familiar with these people, but, the response given to me is very poor. Still not fully satisfied, mirrors, crash guard missing while taking delivery. Pathetic situation. Need lots of improvement.

                                      I am having 1 major problems rusting inside fuel tank


                                      I have purchased my bike in sept 2015. Still these issues are not resolved.
                                      I have given my bike to Kayamkulam Service center . They will Reject my bike in service .
                                      I have sent many mails to Royal enfield, but nobody was taking responsibility to fix this issue.
